기술사업화 관련 국내 연구동향 분석 (1987-2016)

  • 본 연구에서는 기술사업화 관련 1987년부터 2016년까지 국내 등재학술지에 발표된 198편의 논문을 선정하여 분석함으로써 관련 국내연구의 동향을 살펴보았다. 그 동안 축적된 국내 기술사업화연구의 시대별 흐름과 전체적인 경향을 살펴보고자 기술적분석(descriptive analysis)방법을 적용하여 연구영역, 연구방법, 연구주제, 연구대상에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 연구시기별 분석을 통해 "기술이전촉진법" 제정 후 약 2년 후인 2002년부터 국내등재학술지에 기술사업화 연구논문 게재가 본격화되었고, 지난 2016년에는 2002년 대비 5배에 달하는 연구논문 증가세를 확인할 수 있었으며, 연구영역분석에서는 기술혁신 연구관련 4대 학회지(기술혁신학회지, 벤처창업연구, 기술혁신연구, 지식재산연구)의 연구논문이 전체의 40% 점유사실이 관찰되었으며, 분석대상논문들에 적용된 연구방법들을 살펴본 결과, 양적연구가 전체의 53%, 문헌연구 29%, 질적연구 11%, 혼합연구 8%의 순으로 나타났다. 연구대상별 연구동향은 기술수요기업을 대상으로 하는 연구가 전체의 33%, 정부의 정책 제도 및 시스템을 연구대상하는 연구가 29%를 점유하고 있다는 분석결과가 나왔으며, 연구주제의 동향분석과 관련해서는 '사업화 프로세스'를 주제로 연구한 논문이 전제의 28%, '기술사업화 요소'에 대한 연구가 전체의 23%를 차지함을 살표볼 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 지난 30여년에 걸친 기술혁신정책들과 연계하여 그 동안 축적된 연구들을 분석하여 국내학계의 연구동향을 보다 넓은 시각에서 조망해보는 최초의 시도라는 점에서 우선적인 의의를 찾을 수 있으며, 기존 연구들을 체계적으로 분석하고 정리해 봄으로서, 그 결과로부터 향후 기술사업화 정책방향에 대한 시사점 제공과 향후 연구방향에 대한 실질적인 함의를 제공할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대해본다.

Development of Korean Condition Based Maintenance Systems to Monitor Naval Weapon Systems (해군 무기체계 한국형 상태진단시스템 발전방향 연구)

  • The primary aim for using a Korean Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) system is to maintain military operational readiness using Interactive Collection Analysis Systems (ICAS) installed on naval vessels. Other aims are to preemptively provision maintenance and supply functions, to guarantee economical management of logistical assets, and to implement data driven equipment life cycle management. In order to accomplish these aims, it is necessary to establish standard system conditions. However, because manufacturers do not provide the technology necessary for maintenance management, it is required to retain component performance maps for each piece of equipment, and to accumulate data about frequently occurring fault patterns. This study confirms the validity of component performance maps using micro gas turbines and provides accumulated data on machine break downs. This would allow real time equipment performance checks and present performance trends. Then analysis would provide solutions for maintaining the best machine operating conditions with detailed maintenance manuals for operators. This study is a basis for further research to investigate additional ways to develop CBM using data obtained from naval vessels used in actual military operations.

Experimental Investigation of Nano-sized Particulate Matter Emission Characteristics under Engine Operating Conditions from Common Rail Diesel Engine (커먼레일 디젤엔진의 운전조건이 나노크기 입자상 물질 배출특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • The objective of this work presented here was experimental study of steadystate and cold start exhaust nano-sized particle characteristics from common rail diesel engine. The effect of the diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) on the particle number reduction was insignificant, however, particle number concentration levels were reduced by 3 orders of magnitude into the downstream of diesel particulate filter (DPF). In high speed and load conditions, natural regeneration of trapped particle occurred inside DPF and it was referable to increase particle number concentration. As fuel injection timing was shifted BTDC $6^{\circ}CA$ to ATDC $4^{\circ}CA$, particle number concentration level was slightly reduced, however particle number and size was increased at ATDC $9^{\circ}CA$. Nucleation type particle reduced and accumulation type particle was increased on EGR condition.

Effect of Dietary Level on Pb, Fe, and Cu Level of the Tissue of the Pb-administered Rats (식이 단백질 수준이 납중독된 흰쥐의 혈청 및 조직의 무기질 함량에 미치는 영향 -I . 납, 철, 구리 함량에 미치는 영향-)

  • This study was designed to investigate the effects of dietary protein level on Pb, Fe, and Cu accumulation of the tissue of the Pb-administered rats. The dietary protein levels were 6% 15%, and 40% and the lead-exposed rats were given 2,000 ppm-Pb drinking water solution. After 3 weeks, half of the each group rats were sacrificed and the rest were sacrificed 4 weeks later. Hematocrit, hemoglobin, R8C content in blood were lower in Pb-administered groups than in Pb-free group. Protein levels of serum and liver in 6% casein Pb-administered group were lower than in control group. Pb contents of serum, liver, and kidney were significantly increased in 6% casein-Pb administered group. Fe contents of serum and kidney were increased in 40% casein Pb-administered group, whereas in liver, 6% casein Pb-administered group was higher than others.

Eulerian-based Numerical Modeling for Impingement Prediction of Supercooled Large Droplets (과냉각대형액적 충돌예측을 위한 오일러리안 기반 수치 모델링)

  • Supercooled large droplet issues in aircraft icing have been continually reported due to the important safety considerations. In order to simulate the impingement behavior of large droplets, a two-dimensional and compressible Navier-Stokes code was developed to determine the flow field around the test model. Also, the Eulerian-based droplet impingement model including a semi-empirical approach for the droplet-wall interaction process and droplet break-up was developed. In particular, the droplet-wall interactions were considered as numerical boundary conditions for the droplet impingement simulation in the supercooled large droplet conditions. Finally, the present results were compared with the experimental test data and the LEWICE results. The droplet impingement area and maximum collection efficiency values between present results and wind tunnel data were in good agreements. Otherwise, the inclination of collection efficiency of the present result is over-predicted than the wind tunnel data around a lower surface of the NACA 23012 airfoil.

Contents of Minerals and Vitamines in Soybean Sprouts (콩나물의 무기이온 및 비타민 함량)

  • Soy sprouts cultured in a lab with five soybean cultivars and three commercial soy sprouts purchased in a market were investigated to compare the mineral and vitamine contents. In case of minerals, K, Ca, Mg, and Na were found as major minerals and a small quantity of Fe, Zn, Mn, and Cu was also analyzed in soy sprout. The all minerals were distributed in the cotyledon and the hypocotyl but their concentration orders were different between in cotyledon and in hypocotyl. After boiling, much of minerals eluted in water, the pattern of release of the minerals from the soy sprout to water was similar in all soy sprouts. The vitamin C was concentrated a great amount in hypocotyl than in cotyledon whereas vitamin B was found in the cotyledon generally. And their contents were reduced after boiling owing to heat-mediated degrading. The vitamin C and B contents were different according to cultivars, which shows chemical composition of soybean seed was important to soy sprout characters. The present results provide a basis for attempt to improve seed quality in soybean breeding program for soy sprout.

Potential and Future Directions of Effect Assessment of Polluted Sediment Using Sediment Elutriates: Effects on Growth and Molecular Biomarkers on Marine Copepod (퇴적물 용출수를 이용한 오염 퇴적물의 생물영향평가 가능성과 방향: 요각류 유생의 성장 및 분자생체지표의 활용)

  • Several bioassays have been performed for assessment of the impact of polluted sediments. The direct exposure method using sediments is limited by difficulty controlling feeding and its effects on organisms. Furthermore, only macro-organisms and benthic organisms are used. To evaluate the potential application of sediment elutriate as a complementary strategy for impact assessment, copepods, small organisms with a short life cycle, were exposed to sediment elutriates, and several end-points were measured. As a result, sediment elutriates prepared from polluted sites caused growth retardation in marine copepods. In terms of molecular biomarkers, antioxidant-related and chaperone protein gene expression levels were increased in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Thus, we suggest that sediment elutriate tests can provide an effective alternative for toxicity assessment using whole sediment samples. Further studies are required to obtain sufficient data for future applications.

Effect of Growth Rate and Cultivation Temperature on the Yeast RNA Accumulation and Autolysis Efficiency (생육속도 및 배양온도가 효모 RNA 축적과 autolysis 효율에 미치는 영향)

  • Continuous fermentations were performed in order to investigate the effect of culture condition on the yeast RNA accumulation and autolysis efficiency. The content of intracellular RNA increased with increasing dilution rate, showing its maximum value of 14.8% at D=0.35 $h^{-1}$. Also, both RNA productivity and specific RNA productivity tended to increase with the increase of dilution rate. The maximum biomass was obtained at $30^{\circ}C$ in the fixed dilution rate of 0.2 $h^{-1}$, whereas the maximum RNA content appeared at the lowest temperature experimented. Growth rate affected significantly on the yeast autolysis efficiency such that the extraction ratio(TN/TN) increased with increasing growth rate, whereas the hydrolysis ratio(AN/TN) was reversed. On the other hand, its efficiency was little affected by cultivation temperature.

Biodegradation Study of Gasoline Oxygenates by Butane-Utilizing Microorganisms (부탄 분해 미생물을 이용한 휘발유 첨가제의 분해특성)

  • In this study, potential degradation of MTBE and other gasoline oxygenates by pure culture ENV425 and mixed culture isolated from gasoline contaminated soil using butane as the sources of carbon and energy was examined and compared. Butane monooxygenases(BMO) of butane-grown ENV425 and mixed culture generated 1-butanol as a major metabolite of butane oxidation and addition of acetylene, specific inhibitor of monooxygenase, inhibited both butane oxidation and 1-butanol production. The results described in this study suggest that alkanes including propane, pentane, and butane are effectively utilized as a growth substrate to oxidize MTBE cometabolically. And also BTEX compounds could be the potential substrate of the MTBE cometabolism. Cell density also affected on the MTBE degradation and transformation capacity(Tc). Increasing cell density caused increasing MTBE degradation but decreased transformation capacity. Other result demonstrated that MTBE and other gasoline oxygenates, ETBE and TAME, were degraded by butane-grown microorganism.

Levels of Resistance and Fitness in Glufosinate-ammonium-Resistant Transgenic Rice Plants (Glufosinate-ammonium 저항성 형질전환벼의 저항성 수준과 적응성에 관한 연구)

  • The objectives of this research were to quantify resistance levels of transgenic rice expressing the bar gene to glutamine synthetase (GS)-inhibiting, and methionine sulfoximine and photosynthesis-inhibiting herbicide, paraquat, and compare the ammonium accumulation, chilling injury, and yield between transgenic and non-transgenic rice. The transgenic rice lines were 45-96-fold more resistant to glufosinate-ammonium than non-transgenic rice. The transgenic rice lines were also 18-fold more resistant to methionine sulfoximine, but was not resistant to paraquat, which has different target site. Glufosinate-ammonium increased the ammonium accumulation in leaves of non-transgenic rice plants, but had minimal or no effect on leaves of transgenic lines. The transgenic lines except for 258, 411, 607 and 608 were more susceptible during chilling and recovery than non-transgenic rice plants. The yield of transgenic lines 142, 144, 258 and 608 was similar or higher than that of non-transgenic rice in pot conditions.
