A Study on the New Types of Business Administrations for Innovation under the Smart Work Environment (스마트워크 환경에서의 혁신을 위한 새로운 유형의 경영추진 방안)

  • As the spacetime restriction free business becomes possible in compliance with the wide spread of social media through rapid propagation of smart phones and remote working etc., the positive activity for successful smart work implementation by major countries and many enterprises are being deployed. Korea which falled behind other advanced countries for adoption of smartwork needs to make double efforts in the forthcoming smartwork business area to be a continuous leading country as it used to be in the past IT area. Compare with traditional smartwork 1.0, future smartwork 2.0 is more creative, innovative and human/nature friendly. Smartwork 2.0 is the way of working to maximize the creativity by involving outside cooperators' capability and conforming to human sensitivity and emotion. This study suggests the management models proper to the future smartwork environment. This study will review the existing enterprises, government operation and rethink about the efficient management models in the rapidly changing smart work environment.

KSR- III 추력벡터제어를 위한 유압-서보 김발엔진 구동시스템에 관한 연구

  • During dynamic flight by propulsion of rocket engine, in the atmosphere, the attitude control of flight vehicle can be accomplished by the aerodynamic fin actuator. But, in the outer space, the method of TVC(Thrust Vector Control) is only depend on for it. There are many systems which were developed for TVC. In our research, among them we adopted gimbal engine actuation system which could control the vector of thrust by swivelling rocket engine connected by gimbal. There are electro-hydraulic, electro-mechanical and pneumatic system which can be used as gimbal engine actuation system, but the electro-hydraulic system that has high ratio of output power to mass is preferred for the high power system. In this note, we made a mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic gimbal engine actuation system for the TVC of KSR-III in detail and on the base of this model we performed a simulation study. And then, we verified the model by making a comparison between the simulation and the experiments on the real system.

An Empirical Study on the Korean Firm's Diversification and Corporate Value Using LISREL Model (한국기업의 다각화와 기업가치에 관한 실증연구 - LISREL모형을 응용하여 -)

  • 본 연구는 LISREL모형을 이용하여 우리나라 266개 상장기업을 대상으로 기업다각화와 기업가치간의 영향관계를 분석하고, 다각화 및 기업가치 결정요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 90년대 초반까지는 다각화가 초과가치를 발생시켰지만, 90년대 중반 이후에는 다각화에 의한 사업운영방식이 부의 초과가치를 발생시켜 기업가치에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 다각화는 기업의 시장가치에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 시장에서는 다각화된 기업을 전문화된 기업보다 더 높게 평가하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 기업의 다각화수준에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 외부대주주지분을, 레버리지비율, 기업설립연수, 기업규모, 계열기업 여부 등으로 파악되었다. 90년대 초반까지는 외부대주주지분율이 높고, 기업설립연수가 오래되고, 계열기업에 속해 있고, 규모가 작은 기업의 경우 다각화수준이 낮게 나타났지만, 90년대 중반 이후에는 이와 같은 특성을 가진 기업의 다각화수준이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 레버리지비율은 기업의 다각화수준과 일관되게 정의 영향관계를 보여, 차입자금을 이용하여 다각화를 추진하는 우리나라 기업의 현실적 상황을 확인할 수 있었다. 넷째, 다각화의 초과가치에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 외부대주주지분을, 레버리지비율, 기업규모, 계열기업 여부 등으로 파악되었다. 90년대 초반에는 외부대주주지분율이 높고, 기업규모가 작고, 계열기업에 속한 기업들이 다각화를 통해 정의 초과가치를 획득할 수 있었지만, 90년대 중반 이후에는 외부대주주지분율이 낮고, 기업규모가 크고, 계열기업에 속하지 않은 기업이 다각화에 의해 초과가치를 얻을 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 레버리지는 그 비율이 높을수록 다각화의 초과가치가 크게 나타나는 것으로 분석되어, 다각화 기업이 더 많은 부채부담능력을 가질 수 있고, 부채의 세금절감효과에 의해 기업가치를 증가시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Measuring Complementarities between Cities in the Korean Southeastern Region : A Network City Approach (영남권 도시들 간의 상보성 측정에 관한 연구: 네트워크 도시 접근)

  • This study attempts to estimate the complementarity between 21 cities in the Korean Southeastern Region using data on the network time distance and the volume of flow between the cities. Four types of flows recognized are people, commodities, information and finance. The first two types of flows are thought to be made on the transportation network while the last two are on the communication network. For the purpose of the study, the expected volumes of flows between cities are first estimated using the gravity-based regression and doubly-constrained entropy maximization models. These baseline volumes are then subtracted from the observed volumes of flows (of people and commodities) or the estimated volumes of flows (of information and finance) in order to identify positive differences or complementarities. The result shows that these four types of complementarity flows form distinctive urban networks in terms of spatial pattern and urban hierarchy. This suggests that more customized strategies to different types of complementarity are recommended to properly address the issues related to network infrastructure provision in the pursuit of the network city model in the region.

  • The development process of a gas generator for a 30-tonf pump-fed space liquid rocket engine is described. Starting from the development of an injector, followed by subscale and full-scale test specimens, the development of LOx/kerosene fuel-rich gas generator has been concluded successfully. Various analytical methods have been utilized in the course of design and the performance requirements have been verified experimentally through ignition tests, combustion performance and stability assessment tests and duration tests. The gas generator has proven its workability and stability within a defined operation window of varying chamber pressure and mixture ratio and demonstrated compliance to the performance and life time requirements.

  • A Next Generation Network (NGN) is a packet-based network able to provide services including Telecommunication Services and able to make use of multiple broadband, QoS-enabled transport technologies and in which service-related functions are independent from underlying transport-related technologies. It offers unrestricted access by users to different service providers. It supports generalized mobility which will allow consistent and ubiquitous provision of services to users In this paper, we explain the trend of standardization activity related with open services in ITU-T SG13(Study Group 13). ITU-T SG13 is responsible for studies .elating to the architecture, evolution and convergence of next generation networks including frameworks and functional architectures, signalling requirements for NGN.

An Analysis on Impact of Jeju Field Citrus Industry by FTA between Korea and China (한․중 FTA 체결에 따른 제주 노지감귤 파급영향 분석)

  • This study was carried out to measure and analyze impact of Jeju field citrus industry by FTA between China and Korea. Previous research has some limitation to find impacts of Jeju citrus industry according to effectuation of Korea-China FTA. In this study, Supply-Demand equilibrium model and 4 scenarios is specified to find more detail impacts of Jeju field citrus industry. According to the results, the decrement of total revenue of Jeju field citrus industry after 15 years from effectuation of Korea-China FTA will be about 440.7 billion Won.

  • Despite the importance of customer satisfaction corresponding to the phenomenal development of the gas industries, supplier-centered management still prevails in the city gas industry due to the monopolistic market environment. However, customer's demands for diverse and higher services are ever growing in the midst of the development and the accelerated competition of the service industries. In this context, customer satisfaction management may be the best style of management for establishing a short, mid and long-term foundation of growth. This paper derives directions for improving customer satisfaction management in such 3 areas as systematic, technological and service improvement from the environmental changes as well as from the customer needs. Based on the survey and comparative analysis of customer satisfaction, we also suggest 5 growth strategies to maintain sustainable development of the gas industry in the midst of competitive environment between city gas companies and among diversified energy businesses and to protect rights of the city gas consumers.

  • 최근 우리나라 주요하천에 걸쳐 수행된 '4대강 살리기 사업'에서는 하천에서 발생하는 홍수 및 가뭄재해의 방지를 위한 다양한 사업이 추진되었다. 특히 안정적인 용수공급과 재해방지를 위한 수위확보를 목적으로 4대강 16 개 구간에 걸쳐서 일반적 형태의 고정보와 함께 다양한 형상과 운영방식이 적용된 가동보로 이루어진 다목적보가 설치되었다. 본 연구에서는 4대강 유역(한강, 낙동강, 영산강, 금강)에 설치된 16 개 가동보의 형식 중 4곳(강정고령보, 강천보, 합천창녕보, 창녕함안보)에 적용된 라이징 섹터 게이트(rising sector gate)의 수리학적 특성을 분석하고자 가동보의 수리실험 모형을 개수로에 설치하여 보 주변에서의 흐름 및 난류 특성을 분석하고자 하였다. 4대강 유역에 설치된 라이징 섹터 게이트의 설치목적은 일반적인 고정보의 문제점으로 대두되고 있는 보 상류부의 퇴적토를 신속하게 배사(sediment flushing)하는 데 있다. 이를 위해서는 우선 배사 시에 보 하단부에서 최대유속을 발생시키면서 동시에 최적의 상하류 수위조건을 만족시키는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 개수로에 설치된 가동보의 수문개방도에 따른 유속분포를 측정하였다. 보 주변에서의 보다 정밀한 유속장의 측정을 위해서 비접촉식 유속측정 방법인 PIV 측정방법을 이용하였다. PIV 측정방법은 일정한 입경과 밀도를 가지며 레이저 반사율이 높은 입자를 흐름에 투입하고 laser 발생장치로 laser sheet를 생성하여 레이저가 반사되어 나타나는 입자 각각의 시간변화에 따른 변위를 CCD 카메라로 가시화한 뒤 유속벡터값을 추출할 수 있게 한다. PIV 측정방법으로 유체의 흐름을 파악하고 시간평균된 유속결과를 바탕으로 난류 특성을 분석하였다. 수로전체 구간에 대하여 3차원 수치해석 프로그램인 FLOW-3D 모의결과와 비교하여 분석하였다. 실험을 통한 유속결과와 수치해석결과는 실험을 통한 유속결과와 비교 분석하였으며, 적용성을 검증한 후 다양한 조건에 대한 설계방안 및 유지관리에 활용하고자 한다.
