수학의 이론적 특성인 추상성은 학생들이 수학적 개념을 파악하는데 많은 어려움을 느끼게 하고 있다. 본 연구는 현실적 수학교육이론에 바탕을 둔 공학적 도구의 활용을 통한 수학적 모델링 학습이 수학적 개념을 파악하는데 유용한 수단이 되는가를 알아 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 중학교 1학년 함수 단원 중 함수의 뜻에 대하여 영재학생들을 대상으로 수학적 모델링 학습을 설계하고 실험 수업을 실시하였으며 사전 사후 수학적 태도 검사와 수학적 모델링의 유용성에 관한 설문조사 및 학습자 관찰기록을 실시하였다. 그 결과 학생들의 수학적 태도에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 과학적 현상에 대한 지식이 수학의 개념을 이해하고 문제를 해결하는데 유용하다는 유의미한 인식의 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학생의 흥미를 자극하고 학습동기를 촉진하며 수학적 개념을 효과적이고 올바르게 형성하는데 유용하게 쓰여 질 수 있는 다양한 과학적 현상들에 대한 연구와 개발이 이뤄진다면 학생들의 개념학습에 좋은 효과가 있을 것으로 기대한다.

International transactions have the threat of non-payment by the buyer or non-performance by the seller. Parties tend to search for additional means of securing performance and payment beyond the mere agreement in the contract. Such security may be achieved by means of a letter of credit. When contracting parties have agreed to pay by means of a letter of credit, the buyer's bank takes upon itself the obligation to pay the purchase price when the seller tenders the documents that are stipulated in the letter of credit. The documents must comply strictly with the terms of the credit.. The documents play a crucial role in letter of credit transaction. The principles of abstraction, separability and strict compliance governing the letter of credit transaction are considered. The concept of fundamental breach of Article 25 CISG was discussed. This article examines whether a failure to deliver documents conforming to the terms of the letter of credit can constitute a fundamental breach of the sales contract as defined by Article 25 of the CISG by the seller and thereby enable the buyer to avoid the contract. For letter of credit transactions it should be accepted that the delivery of non-performing documents constitutes a fundamental breach, if the result of this breach is that the bank refuses to pay the price for the goods. On the other hand, in the interpretation of Article 25 CISG, it should be noted that if the parties have agreed to payment by means of a letter of credit, they have simultaneously agreed to apply the strict compliance principle to the delivery of documents in the sales contract. Finally the parties should ensure that inconsistency between the requirements under the documentary credit and the requirements under the contract of sale is avoided, since the buyer may be in breach of his payment obligation if the seller cannot get paid under the documentary credit when his documents conform with the contract of sale.

본 연구의 목적은 광합성과 관련하여 한국 국민학교 5학년과 중학교 2학년 학생들이 갖고 있는 오개념을 조사하고, 학생들의 개념이해 정도, 논리적 사고능력, 그리고 학생배경변수들 사이의 상호관계를 조사하는 것이다. 세가지의 도구들이 이 연구를 위해 개발되었다. 광합성 개념검사 (Photosynthesis Concepts Test)는 광합성과 관련된 개념들의 이해를 평가하기 위해, 삐아제의 논리적 사고력 검사(Piagetian Cogical Reasoning Test)는 PCT에 포함된 3종류의 논리적 사고들, 변인 통제, 조합적 사고력, 상관관계 사고능력을 평가하기 위해, 그리고 실문서는 학생들의 배경변수들에 대한 정보를 얻기 위해 개발되었다. 이 도구들은 20명 의 국민학교 5학년, 239명의 중학교 2학년 학생들에게 시행되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 두집단의 학생들이 "먹이를 만든다"는 의미, 먹이의 정의, 식물에 의한 빛의 사용, 식물 뿌리와 잎의 기능들, 광합성 산물, 그리고 광합성을 위한 조건들과 관련하여 오개념을 갖고 있음을 보여 주었다. 국민학교 5학년과 중학교 2학년 사이의 개념 이해의 향상은 식물에 의한 빛 이용의 본질, 한 체계내에서 생물들간의 물질 교환, 포도당, 지방, 단백질 등에 대한 지식에서 보여졌고, 그래프를 해석하는 능력에서 또한 중학교 2학년 학생들이 앞섰다. 향상을 보인 항목들은 교과서에서 보다 많은 강조점을 두거나 상위의 논리적 사고능력을 요구하는 것들이었다. 희귀분석 결과, 전년도 과학성적과 논리적 사고력이 PCT 성취도에 가장 예견력이 높은 두 변수이며 5학년의 경우 성취도의 약 22%의 변량을, 중2의 경우 성취도의 약 40%의 변량을 설명하였다. 후속연구로서 내용의 추상성, 적절성, 그리고 요구되는 논리적 능력면에서 교수조건의 변형을 통한 오개념의 변화와 감소에 대한 실험적 연구가 제시되었다.

This paper aims at assessing reasonableness for restraining the independence principle in the operation of documentary credit in case of the illegality appeared in the underlying transactions. It has been a major rule under the independence principle to keep the credit operation free from the defences made by the issuing bank and/or credit applicant with a view to prevent the payment as specified under the credit. And also, it is generally accepted in the international commercial community to examine a presentation to determine, on the basis of the document alone, whether or not the documents appear on their face to constitute a complying presentation. Even though these two essences are major rules in the credit operation, if a presentation is made with the documents forged or materially fraudulent, the issuing bank can refuse to pay the documents in respect of fraud rule based on fraud exception for which a court of appropriate jurisdiction would enjoin such honour. Now we have newly come to another situation to determine whether or not we have to apply the same as fraud rule which is applicable to the illegality in the underlying contract under the new conception of illegality principle based on illegality exception. English Commercial Court handled the illegality case under the case of Mahonia Ltd., v. JP Morgan Chase Bank in 2003 and Justice Colman decided that issuing bank can rely on illegality affecting a letter of credit as an excuse for failure to pay. This judgement brought about the acceptance of illegality principle based on illegality exception as a defence to payment under a letter of credit as far as the illegality concerned in the underlying transactions. It is noticeable that this case will affect our international commercial community more to rely on the illegality in the underlying transactions as a good issue to stop payment for the issuing bank in the L/C operation.

최근 출시된 AI스피커들은 사용자와의 인터랙션에 있어 주로 음성으로 상호작용하면서 상태 표시LED를 통해 단순하고 정형화된 시각 피드백을 하는 패턴을 보이고 있다. 이는 스피커라는 제품 특성상 인터랙션의 제약이 많기 때문이기도 하지만 이러한 시각적 피드백마저 제품마다 통일되어 있지 않아 사용자에게 일관된 경험을 주지 못하고 있는 상황이다. LED 표시등으로 표현할 수 있는 시각 요소를 극대화하여 색과 추상적 움직임을 통해 음성 피드백을 보조한다면 사용자에게 기능성의 충족을 넘어 감성적 만족까지 포함하는 확장된 사용 경험을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 AI스피커들의 인터랙션 방식 분석 후, 시각 피드백 효과 확장을 위해 색채 커뮤니케이션 이론에 대해 고찰하고, 색채만으로 감성적 경험을 극대화한 미술 장르인 색면추상의 의미와 표현 기법을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 LED를 이용하여 커뮤니케이션 상태를 피드백하는 방식을 디자인함으로써 AI스피커의 시각 커뮤니케이션 기능성을 확장하고자 하였다.

Sumuk drawings are made with water and muk(墨), which are used to express the light, shade and texture of an object. The expression methods of oriental drawing can be divided into three methods: pictorialization, abstractness and realism. The method of pictorialization expresses traditional pictures or letters. Abstractness show an artist's aesthetic feeling through sprinkling, splashing and spreading diffusion of muk. The method of realism is Takbon which makes a copy painting directly from a monument by rubbing a paper with ink. Modern fashion designer attempts to develop a new Sumuk technique based on both oriental drawing style and western watercolor painting style. Rather than following the designated styles of oriental drawings and Korean drawings, new Sumuk technique colors detailed structures expressed as outlines, dots and lines or creates abstract patterns through spreading or spilling in showing theme of flowers, plants and insects. In this study, in order to develop fashion cultural products with Sumuk technique, rubbed copy of the ancient 'Emile bell Takbon' was used. For this study, with the combination of different colors and the patterns from 'Emile bell Takbon', designs for scarfs, shirts and one-piece dresses were created. These techniques enabled to express soft and strong Takbon image in simple Sumuk technique in harmony with modern trends.

본 연구는 한국사회의 대리모 여성의 심리사회적 고통 체험의 구조를 심층적으로 이해하기 위하여 실행되었다. 자료는 미디어를 통해 수집된 질적 2차 자료를 상호주관적 삶으로서의 역동성과 의미를 잘 나타내주는 파시(Parse)의 현상학적-해석학적 연구방법에 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 대리모 여성의 체험은 경제적 고통으로 선택한 최선의 대안이었으나 출산과 양육이 분리된 모성은 일방적 관계로의 위험에 노출되나 보상과 입양의 맞물림으로 잊혀 질 모성의 현실을 수용하는 과정이라는 구조로 나타났다. 그러한 구조를 전환시키면 대리모 여성의 체험은 생의 마지막 선택이라 여기나 죄책감과 혼란스러움으로 드러낼 수 없는 존재로서 모성을 도구화하는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 해석은 파시의 추상성 높은 개념으로 통합하여 대리모 여성의 체험은 가치화를 가능-제한, 노출-은폐하여 독특성을 강화하고 변형시켜가는 과정으로 재해석 되었다. 대리모 여성에 대한 경제적·의료적·법적 차원에서의 논의와 함의를 다루었다.

해외 소장 한국 고지도는 자료의 물리적 접근이 어려운 점과 고지도의 추상성 등으로 인해 연구하는데 제약이 있다. 따라서 서지사항이나 기술요소에 좀 더 자세하고 전문적인 특성이 반영되어 이를 통해 고지도 연구에 도움이 되는 정보가 제공되어야 한다. 본 연구는 한국고지도의 계통을 연구할 때 필요한 고지도의 요소를 해주신본 계통의 고지도를 바탕으로 분석하여 고지도 기술요소로 도출하였다. 그리고 이렇게 도출된 총 8개 영역의 56개 고지도 기술요소를 바탕으로 국내에 잘 알려지지 않은 해외 소재 주요 고지도인 프랑스국립도서관 소장 「영연도」에 적용한 후, 고지도 연구의 접근성과 활용성에 도움이 되는 고지도 기술요소 최종안을 제안하였다.

아동에게 창의성은 아주 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 아동의 창의성과 관련해서, 타 학문(예를 들면, 수학, 과학, 논리, 음악 등)에서는 활발한 연구와 교육이 이루어지고 있는데 비해, 디자인학문에서는 아동의 창의성에 대한 평가법이나 개발법도 아주 미비한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 디자인학문에서의 아동창의성을 개발시킬 수 있는 교육법개발의 초기 단계로서, 아동의 디자인 창의성 능력을 판단하기 위한 평가법을 개발하기 위한 기초 연구이다. 아동의 디자인 창의성을 평가할 수 있는 평가항목(독창성-새로움/흥미성, 실용성-기능성/실현가능성)은 문헌을 토대로 추출하였고, 초등학교2학년 아동을 대상으로 사고의 창의성과 디자인 창의성과의 상관성을 보기 위하여 실험연구를 실시한 결과, 디자인 창의성과 관련된 사고의 창의성 하위영역은 정교성인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 디자인 창의성과 관련된 사고의 창의성 하위영역이 반드시 정교성만 있다는 것은 아니며 다른 영역들(유창성, 독창성, 제목의 추상성, 성급한 종결에 대한 저항성)에 비해서 더 영향을 많이 미친다는 의미이다. 본 연구는 아동의 디자인 창의성 교육을 높이기 위한 교육법의 기본 틀을 마련하는 것이고, 이 교육법을 통하여서 디자인 창의성에 부족한 면을 보완해주는데 그 의의가 있다.

내장형 시스템 환경에서는 급변하는 시장의 적시성 요구(time-to-market)와 저렴한 비용으로 다양한 사용자의 요구사항을 효율적으로 반영해야 한다. 그러한 특징에 의해 내장형 시스템 환경에서는 재구성 가능한 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 개발방법이 주목받고 있다. 또한 내장형 시스템 소프트웨어 개발에는 이식성, 신뢰성, 재사용성에서 강점을 가진 자바 가상머신이 주목받고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 기반 내장형 자바 가상머신에 적합한 스케줄러를 개발하기 위해, 추상 컴포넌트 조림기법과 의존성 검사 방법을 적용한 컴포넌트 스케줄링 큐를 적용하여, 컴포넌트간의 문맥교환을 줄여 수행성능을 향상시킨 스케줄러의 설계 기법에 대하여 소개한다.
