Construction of Measuring System for Magnetic Properties Measurement of Azimuth Angle Sensor (방위각센서의 자기특성 측정 장치 제작)

  • North indicating azimuth angle sensors have been used in airplanes, ships traditionally and nowadays employed in smart phones. For the azimuth and roll angle measurement of the sensor, 3-axis acceleration sensor was added to the 3-axis magnetic field sensor. In this work, we have constructed a measuring system for the measurement of the magnetic field and the angle uncertainty of the magnetic field sensors. Measuring system could be useful not only in non-magnetic laboratory but also in normal laboratory, we constructed small size of 3-axis Helmholtz coils for the compensation environment magnetic field (Earth magnetic field and magnetic field from building) and the generation of magnetic field for the test of magnetic field sensor. The constructed measuring system could compensate environment magnetic field below 10 nT level and generate 3-dimensional magnetic field with magnitude uncertainty of 0.2 % and angle error of $0.2^{\circ}$ within the volume of ${\pm}30mm$ diameter at center of Helmholtz coils. For the conformation of developed measuring system, We tested commercially available 3-axis magnetometer and heading sensor.

Comparison of Preoperative Magnetic Resonance Image (MRI) and Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Tear Size according to Timing of MRI (수술 전 검사 시기에 따른 자기공명영상과 관절경상의 회전근 개 파열의 크기 비교)

  • Purpose: To know if magnetic resonance image (MRI) re-examination is needed before surgery, we compared the pre-operative MRI recorded at different time points and the corresponding arthroscopic findings. Materials and Methods: Depending on the timing of evaluation, the MRI was classified into three groups: group A, MRI was taken 1 month before the surgery (44 cases, average 16 days); group B, 1-6 months before the surgery (41 cases, average 91 days); and group C, 6-12 months before the surgery (25 cases, average 230 days). The anterior to posterior tear size (length) and medial retraction size (width) of rotator cuff tear were measured for each group and they were compared with the actual arthroscopic findings. Results: Results of this study showed that arthroscopic rotator cuff tear length and width were larger than those of MRI. The difference of the rotator cuff tear size was 3.6(${\pm}1.2$) mm of length and 0.6(${\pm}0.4$) mm of width in group A, 4.2(${\pm}1.7$) mm and 2.4(${\pm}1.1$) mm in group B, and 4.5(${\pm}2.1$) mm and 3.0(${\pm}1.5$) mm in group C. There was a tendency of the larger size difference for longer pre-operative period, but it was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The rotator cuff tear size did not show remarkable differences between pre-operative MRI taken within 1 year before surgery and the actual arthroscopy. It is concluded that additional MRI evaluation is not required within 1 year.

A Design of Fuzzy Control System for Moving Object Tracking (이동물체 추적을 위한 퍼지제어 시스템 설계)

  • In this paper, when the moving object move to the three-dimentional space, the tracking system track the moving object using the fuzzy reasoning. The joint angle el of the manipulator rotate from $0^{\circ}\; to\; 360^{\circ}$ , and the joint angle $\theta_2$rotate from$0^{\circ}\; to\; 360^{\circ}$. The fuzzy singleton is used for fuzzification and the control rule is twenty five and the fuzzy inference method is simplified Mamdani's reasoning and the defuzzification is the SCOG(Simplified Center Of Gravity) of the fuzzy controller To measure of the performance of the designed system, the fuzzy controller is compared with the CTM(Computed Torque Method) controller at the same condition. when the disturbance torque is ON, the both of CTM and fuzzy controller tracked object without error, However, the disturbance torque changed 0.4N, the CTM controller is 10 times greater than fuzzy controller at the sum of absolute error difference. The designed system is showed it's robustness against with disturbance.

Design of variable 4-bar linkage structure for adjustable driving angle (구동 각도 조절이 가능한 가변형 4절링크 설계)

  • Since 4-bar linkage widely used in various industrial fields has a fixed link length, it is inconvenient to add an independent link structure or control device to change the movement of output link. Therefore, this paper proposes a new concept of variable 4-bar linkage mechanism to selectively adjust the movement of the output link to fit desired situations, and applied to the commercial table fans, which is a representative product using a 4-bar linkage system. The optimal rotation angle steps for efficiency are determined experimentally and the appropriate lengths of linkage to fit each step are calculated analytically. Changes in the linkage length are implemented by the rotational motion using a grooved cylindrical cam and the feasibility of the proposed variable linkage mechanism is verified through fabrication and measurement. The presented variable link mechanism is expected to improve the efficiency of industrial robots and fuel valve systems.

  • 비주얼 서보잉이란 로봇팔 등과 같은 제어기의 폐루프에서 입력단에 영상을 이용하는 것이다. 영상에 나타난 정보는 특징점을 통해 얻을 수 있으며, 매시간 이 특징점의 위치를 추적함으로써 제어기의 출력값을 결정한다. Optical flow를 이용하는 가나데 특징점 추적기는 특징점 추적기 중에서 성능이 우수하다고 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 가나데 특징점 추적기를 이용하여 실시간으로 로봇팔을 제어하고 결과를 분석하도록 한다. 실험에 이용되는 로봇팔은 전체 6축이며 기존의 5축 상용로봇의 end-effector에 ccd카메라를 좌우로 회전가능하도록 기구부를 추가하였다. 6DOF를 갖도륵 변형된 로봇팔을 기구적으로 분석하고 자코비안을 획득한 후, 로봇팔의 end-effector에 설치된 카메라를 통하여 특정 영상이 얻어지도록 로봇의 end-effector의 속도를 생성해내고, 자코비안의 역행렬을 통해 로봇의 각 관절을 제어하는 과정을 기술하고 분석한다.

  • Upgrade development of a high pressure ratio centrifugal compressor in marine engine turbochargers is presented. A new matched operating point at increased speed of rotation was determined through system cycle analysis using the exisitng test data of turbine performance. Under some severe restrictions for geometric parameters, the state-of-the-art methods of both aerodynamic design and CFD analysis were applied, in which only an impeller, a vaned diffusor and some part of casing wall were modified. Prototype hardware was fabricated and assembled for system performance tests. Excellent performance in pressure ratio and efficiency was obtained over whole speed region. Reduced surge and choke margin was, however, observed at design speed of rotation.

Development of a Modified Vine Building Shortest Path Algorithm for ATIS (ATIS를 위한 수정형 덩굴망 최단경로 탐색 알고리즘의 개발)

  • 건설된 도로를 효율적으로 이용하고, 통행자의 편리성을 향상시키기 위해 첨단 여행자 정보체계(ATIS)를 활용할 수 있다. ATIS 체계하에서 노선정보를 통행자에게 제공하기 위해서는 교차로에서의 회전으로 인한 지체를 정확하게 반영할 수 있는 효율적인 최단경로 알고리즘이 필요하다. 하지만 기존의 최단경로탐색 알고리즘은 좌회전 금지, U-turn, P-turn 등 교차로에서의 회전으로 인한 지체를 정확히 반영 못한다는 단점을 갖고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해 수정형 덩굴망 알고리즘을 재발하였다. 수정형 덩굴망 알고리즘은 노드표지(node labelling) 방법에 있어서는 기존의 덩굴망 알고리즘의 노드표지 방법과 개념적으로 동일하여 이용상의 편리성을 갖도록 하였으며, 최단경로 탐색기능에 있어서는 링크탐색알고리즘(혹은 링크표지기법)이 갖고 있는 장잠을 다 반영할 수 있는 기법으로 개발하였다. 수정형 덩굴망 알고리즘은 노드표지에 있어 특정 노드로 유입하는 방향에 따라 노드표지를 별도로 기록하였다. 따라서 교차로에서의 좌회전, 우회전 및 직진은 물론 U-turn의 경우에도 추가적인 절차 없이 현실적인 최단 경로를 탐색할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 본 논문은 최단경로의 역추적 방법을 개선하여 좌회전 금지, U-turn, P-turn 및 기타 회전에 의한 지체등을 각 교차로마다 정확히 반영함으로써 비합리적인 최단경로가 추적되는 것을 근본적으로 차단하도록 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 수정형 덩굴망 최단경로탐색 알고리즘은 교차로에서의 회전지체 및 회전금지를 현실적으로 잘 반영함으로써 정확한 노선정보를 요구하는 ATIS체계를 분석하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 기법이다.장자료를 통해 구하기란 현실적으로 불가능하므로, 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약점을 극복할 수 있는 근사적인 지체시간을 계산하는 방법을 제시한 점에서 의미를 갖을 수 있다.수들은 직업의 선택이나 소득을 예측하기 위한 요소들로 포함될 수 없었다. 따라서 후속연구에서는 이를 보완해야 할 것이며, 최근 들어 우리 나라에서도 재택근무에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있으나 아직 개념정의나 그 중요성과 가치, 그리고 실태 파악과 같은 연구가 활발히 이루어지지 못하고 있으므로 이에 대한 심층적인 연구가 행해져야 할 것이다.d similar flower proceeding dates in all branches. but "Daepung" showed similar flower proceeding dates in all branches.est in HB. Mean period of wetting duration was in the order of DS>HB>MB, while the dew point depression was greatest in DS.ANCOVA, Pearson correlation을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 캠프 프로그램은 소아 당뇨병 환자의 자기 효능을 증진시키고 환자 역할 행위 이행을 높여주는데 효과적 이었다. 소아 당뇨병 환자의 자기 효능은 환자 역할 행위 이행과 순 상관 관계가 있어, 자기 효능이 증진될수록 환자 역할 행위 이행 정도가 높아졌다. 무조건 사주지 않는다(8.0%), 무조건 사준다(3.1%)로 식품광고에 나오는 식품 요구시 부모의 70.3%가 거절하는 것으로 나타났다. 거절 이유는 건강에 나쁘다는 것이 가장 큰 이유였으며 강남과 강북 어린이간에 유의적인 차이가 있었다

Elementary school students' metaphors of angle concepts (초등학생의 각 개념 형성에 나타난 수학적 은유)

  • This study used metaphors as a analysis tool to investigate elementary school students' formation and development of angle concepts. For this purpose, the students were asked to write words associated with angle, right angle, acute angle and obtuse angle and to explain why. In case of angle and right angle, responses of 268 students from 3rd to 6th graders were analyzed and for acute angle and obtuse angle, those of 192 students from 4th to 6th graders were examined. As the results of categorizing the metaphors, they can be classified into categories such as; (1) qualitative aspects: 'things metaphor', 'personality metaphor', 'emotions metaphor' etc., (2) quantitative aspects: 'motions metaphor', 'changes metaphor', 'emotions metaphor' etc., and (3) relational aspects: 'shape relations metaphor.' The metaphoric expressions were prominent in 'qualitative aspects' associated with shapes. As for the other aspects, 'quantitative aspect'- the size of angles and the amount of spread and 'relational aspects' - elements of angle and relationship with another shapes, the frequency increses were shown to as grade levels were up. In case of right angle and acute angle, 'qualitative aspects' associated with shapes were outstanding and the frequency of the metaphoric expressions of obtuse angle was distributed similarly in three aspects. As the figure strand and the measurement strand are integrated to an strand in the 2022 revised curriculum, we need more discussion of multifaced aspects of angle and the learning sequences in the 'figure and measurement' strand.

Implementation of Multi-Motor Controller Based on a Single Microcontroller (단일 마이크로컨트롤러 기반 다중 모터제어기 구현)

  • In this paper, we consider a cascaded type of control architecture for a multi motor-based feedback control system and propose an ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) resource allocation method to efficiently utilize the limited ADC resources. The purpose of the resource allocation method is to minimize both the motor position measurement error and the d-q current measurement error. The cascaded type of control architecture is applied in parallel to each motor to independently control the speed of a motor in the multi motor control system. All the control algorithms are implemented by software using a single microcontroller without using additional microcontrollers. It is illustrated by experiments that the speed and the torque of each motor are controlled precisely by the proposed control architecture with the efficient ADC allocation method.

Compensation of Magnetometer in the Navigation System for Unmanned Helicopter using an Electric Motor (전기모터를 사용한 소형 무인헬리콥터에 활용될 항법장치용 자장계의 보상)

  • GNSS and ARS are the most common sensors in low-end UAVs. However, these sensors are vulnerable to built-in errors and cannot measure the body heading independently. The GNSS/INS cannot fully compensate the IMU errors in initial alignment process and rectilinear flights. For an unmanned helicopter, a magnetometer can be more useful than any other sensors to obtain heading information. However, the electric motor which drives small helicopter UAV keeps the magnetometer from reading the pure magnetotelluric vector. This paper shows the effects of electric motor on the magnetometer readings, and presents a method to compensate the effects. The results are verified with flight test data. The simulation and experimental results in this paper proves that aiding GNSS/INS with magnetometer increases observability and improves accuracy.
