  • 본 논문에서는 배터리의 온도를 고려하여 효율적으로 고속 충전할 수 있는 방법에 대해 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 충전하고자 하는 배터리의 온도에 따라 충전에 필요한 전압과 전류의 양을 조절하여 최적의 충전 환경을 만들어 배터리의 수명을 감소시키지 않는 최적의 충전 환경을 제공하는 것이다. 충전으로 인하여 배터리 내부에 있는 전해액, 활물질, 분리막 등의 반응성이 증가되어 배터리의 온도 상승과 수명 단축이 발생되는 현상을 고려하여 배터리의 열 발생으로 저하되는 충전량을 보상할 수 있도록 전압 또는 전류의 량을 조절하여 초기의 충전량을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 고속 충전 방법이다. 제안한 방법의 효율성을 검증하기 위해 리튬이온 배터리를 이용하여 일반적인 충전과 비교하여 실험하였다. 실험 결과 존 논문에서 제안한 방법이 기존의 충전방법보다 고속으로 충전되어 효율성이 입증되었다.

A Methodology for 3-D Optimally-Interpolated Satellite Sea Surface Temperature Field and Limitation (인공위성 해수면온도 3-D 최적 내삽 합성장 생산 방법과 한계점)

  • AQUA/AMSR-E 인공위성 자료를 활용하여 3차원 최적내삽 해수면온도 합성장을 생산하였고 시간평균장과 비교하여 문제점과 한계점을 기술하였다. 3-D SST 합성장은 북태평양 중앙부에서 전체적으로 $0.05^{\circ}C$ 이하의 작은 오차를 보였으나, 위성 결측이 있는 연안에서는 $0.4^{\circ}C$ 이상의 비교적 큰 오차를 유발하였다. 강한 강수나 구름으로 인한 결측이 있는 부분에서는 $0.1\sim0.15^{\circ}C$에 달하는 오차를 보였다. 시간평균장과 비교한 결과, 구름 부근의 화소에서는 해수면온도를 낮게 계산하는 경향이 있었으며, 해수면온도의 공간적 구배를 감소시키는 평활화가 전체적으로 나타났다. 저위도에서 OI SST는 실제 해수면온도에는 없는 불연속성을 만드는 경향이 있었고, 이는 OI 과정에서 사용한 윈도우의 크기와 해양 현상의 수평 규모가 위도에 따라 변화하는데서 기인하였다. 현상의 공간 규모의 척도인 로스비 내부 변형 반경은 북태평양에서 O(1) 정도로 위도에 따른 공간적 변화가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 SST 합성장 생산 과정에 위도와 해수의 수직적 밀도 구조와 밀접한 관련이 있는 해양 현상의 수평적 규모의 시공간적 변동 특성을 고려해야 함을 제시한다.

Studies on Cellulases of Penicillium chrysogenum (Penicillium chrysogenum에서 추출한 cellulase에 관한 연구)

  • Cellulases were isolated from both healthyl(PC) and virus0infected penicillum chrysogenum(PCV) in the wheat bean culture, and some properties of the enzymes were studied. 1) At $37^{\circ}C$, pH 6, 4 and 6day's culture the maximal enzyme yield was obtained in both PC and PCV. 2) The optimum temperature for the PC cellulase was at $50^{\circ}C$, and that for the PCV enzyme was the same. 3) The optimum pH for the PC enzyme was at 5.0, whereas the PCV enzyme was at 6.0, indicating that they are isozymes. 4) When Na-CMC was used as a substrate, PC enzyme was twice as high as the activity of PCV enzyme.

  • A conceptual thermoelectric heat pump(cooling mode) of small capacity is designed. Its performance is investigated through parametric analysis. COP and cooling capacity decease as the ambient temperature increases with ${\mu}$, J, T$\sub$wi/, fixed. To design a system of fixed capacity comes to calculate ${\mu}$ and J when T$\sub$wi/, and T$\sub$a/ are given. As v is fixed by semi-conductor manufacturers, optimum combination of n and I should be searched for ν. Optimum current could be calculated using ${\mu}$-J curve and optimum value of ${\mu}$. COR$\sub$R/ increases as water flow rate increases and T$\sub$a/ decreases. The effect of heat transfer coefficient at hot(heat releasing) side is more significant than that at cold(heat absorbing) side.

  • In the membrane forming process of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), drying and annealing heat treatment processes are required for performance and durability. In this study, the optimal annealing temperature for improving the durability of the polymer membrane was studied. It was annealed in the temperature range of 125~175 ℃, and thermal stability and hydrogen permeability were measured as basic data of durability at each annealing temperature. The electrochemical durability was analyzed by Fenton reaction and open circuit voltage (OCV) holding. The annealing temperature of 165 ℃ was the optimal temperature in terms of thermal stability and hydrogen permeability. In the Fenton reaction, the fluorine emission rate of the membrane annealed at 165 ℃ was the lowest, and the lifespan of the membrane annealed at 165 ℃ was the longest in the OCV holding experiment, confirming that 165 ℃ was the optimal temperature for the durability of the polymer membrane.

아까시나무(Robinia pseudo-acacia)의 종자 발아와 유식물 생장에 있어서의 온도 적응

  • In order to study the ecotypic variation of Robinia pseudo-acacza L. distributed in southern area of Korean peninsula, 15 local populations(Daejin, Sokcho, Kangneung, Mt. Surak, Hongcheon, Kwangneung, Namhansanseong, Chungju, Yesan, Andong, Jeonju, Dalseong, Changweon, Mokpo and Wando), located from $34^{\circ}18'N\;to\;38^{\circ}36'N$, were selected based on their latitudes and geographical distances. Seeds of these populations were collected and their germination and growth of seedlings were investigated. The optimum temperature of seed germination tends to decrease with ascending latitudes. The optimum temperatures of local populations were classified into three types: the north central type of $25^{\circ}C$(Daejin, Sokcho, Kangneung, Mt. Surak, Hongcheon, Kwangneung), the south central type of $30^{\circ}C$(Narnhansanseong. Chungju, Yesan, Andong, Jeonju), and the southern type of $35^{\circ}C$(Dalseong, Changweon, Mokpo, Wando). The optimum temperature for the growth of seedlings was $25^{\circ}C$ for all populations. The populations were also classified into three types : north central type, south central type and southern type based on the ranking on the growth of seedlings at 5 different temperatures of 15, 20, 25, 30 and $35^{\circ}C$, and the results of seedling growth showed similar patterns to those of the seed germination.

  • SNCR 기술은 SCR에 비해 탈질 효율은 떨어지지만 촉매없이 고온 배출가스에 NH3 또는 요소수를 직접 분사하여 질소와 물로 환원시키는 방법이므로 초기 투자비 및 운영비가 적어 최근 국내 대다수의 소각장, 산업용 보일러 등에 널리 적용되고 있다. 단, SNCR 기술은 급격한 온도 강하나 접근의 불용이성, 불균일한 혼합, 액적의 증발시간 지연, 불균일한 운전 조건 등의 영향을 크게 받으며, 특히 반응 온도가 가장 중요한 변수로서 최적 반응 온도 영역대가 약 800~$1,000^{\circ}C$라는 점에서 이상적인 반응 온도 조건을 찾아서 환원제를 분무하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 열유동 전산해석을 통해 스토커식 소각로의 폐기물 성상별 화염 온도 분포를 예측하고 적정 반응 온도 영역을 확인하여 요소수 주입 고도를 선정, 폐기물 성상별 분무 조건을 확립하고자 수치 해석적 연구를 수행하였다. 폐기물 성상(고질/중질/저질 폐기물)별로 화염 온도를 예측한 결과, 최적 반응 온도 영역대가 약 800~$1,000^{\circ}C$, 폐기물 성상의 심한 변화 때문에 소각로의 효율적인 연소 조건 제어에 어려움 등을 고려하여 약 700~$1,000^{\circ}C$ 온도 영역대를 환원제 분무 온도로 선정하였다. 폐기물별로 발열량에 따른 화염 온도가 모두 다르기 때문에 환원제 분무 위치를 3지점으로 선정하여 각 지점별로 분무 운전 조건을 확립하였다.

  • This study was excuted to decide the physiological characteristics of Pleurotus Ferulae Lanzi. P. Ferulae Lanzi. was tested to select pertinent substract, temperature and pH range for the growth. Mycelial growth of P. Ferulae Lanzi. was mostly supported on MYPA among other tested synthetic or semi-synthetic media. The temperature range for pertinent mycelial growth was about 25~32$^{\circ}C$ and mostly stimulated at $25^{\circ}C$. And the pertinent pH range of MYPA was 5.0~6.0. The required carbon and nitrogen source for mycelial growth of P. Ferulae Lanzi. was tested. The mycelial growth was mostly stimulated by soluble starch at content. The carbon sources for pertinent mycelial growth was starch or maltose. And the nitrogen source for pertinent mycelial growth was yeast extract.
