Optimal Design of Viscoelastic Dampers in Building Frames by Eigenvalue Assignment (건축구조물에서 고유값 지전에 의한 점탄성 감쇠기의 최적설계)

  • 고유진동수와 감쇠비는 지진이나 바람과 같은 동적 횡하중에 대해 구조물의 응답을 결정하는 주요한 특성이다. 본 연구는 지진하중에 대하여 목표응답 수준을 만족하는 구조물의 고유진동수와 감쇠비를 지정하고, 이 값을 실현하는 점탄성 감쇠기 파라미터의 처적분포를 구하는 설계방법을 제안한다. 여기서 지정할 고유진동수와 감쇠비는 목표응답 수준을 만족하는 여러 조합 중 설계조건과 원래 건물의 특성에 따라 결정될 수 있다. 제안한 설계방법은 점탄성 감쇠기의 감성 파라미터를 고유값의 기울기 정보를 바탕으로 분포시키므로 최적 위치와 크기에 대한 정보를 동시에 제공한다. 예제로서 평면 10층 전단 건물을 대상으로 최적설계를 수행하여 지정된 고유값을 실현하는 파라미터의 최적분포를 구하고 이를 통해 제안한 최적 설계의 특성을 확인하였다. 또한 더 나아가 3차원 일방향 비대칭 전단전물에 제안된 최적설계를 수행하여 그에 대한 적용가능성을 확인하였다.

Effect of Cap Truss on Optimal Outrigger Location in Tall Building (초고층건물에서 아웃리거 구조의 최적위치에 대한 캡 트러스가 미치는 영향)

  • This study purposed to investigate the optimal outrigger location in tall building with cap truss after a structural schematic design of 80 stories building was performed by using MIDAS-Gen. In this paper, the main parameters of structural analysis were the outrigger location and stiffness of main structural elements (outrigger, exterior column, shear wall etc). In order to search the optimal outrigger position in high-rise building with cap truss, we analysed and examined the lateral displacement of top floor which is one of the very important considering factors of tall building structural design. The paper results indicated that the outrigger location and the stiffness of main structural elements such as outrigger, exterior column and shear wall had an effect on the optimal outrigger location. And it is verified that the study results provided the basic engineering data for fixing the most optimal outrigger location for minimizing the lateral displacement of tall building.

  • 본 연구는 현재 시판되고 있는 Papst사의 4100 mod디을 대상으로 축방향 송풍기의 사출성형에 대해 MoldFlow 프로그램을 사용하여 제품에 대한 최적의 게이트 위치를 조사하였고 이를 바탕으로 2매 구성금형과 3매 구성금형에 따른 게이트를 설정하여 사출압력, 온도의 변화, 충전 시간 둥을 비교하여 경제성을 고려한 최적의 게이트 위치를 결정하였다. 다수 뽑기 금형에서의 제품 성형에 있어 중요한 변수가 되는 유동주입시스템에서 러너의 크기 변화에 따른 유동선단의 흐름 및 압력과 온도의 변화를 살펴보았고 이러한 시뮬레이션을 통해 시행오차를 최소화 하여 생산비 절감과 품질 향상을 위한 설계를 구현하고자 시도하였다.

  • In case of inappropriate stacking position of the container taking in container yard, the working time for the container would be delayed in taking out because of the occurrence of the re-handle and the increase of the crane moving time. We have to take into account a variety of elements like the crane interference, the container group and stacking height in order to determine the optimal stacking position and decide the weight reflecting the importance of these criteria. We propose the dynamic weight adjustment algorithm for the stacking policy criteria employing the online search in this research.

  • We numerically determined the direction of ray and the average ray-crossing position from the shape of the wavefront on the exit pupil of optical system which had aberrations and apodized aperture. This position was calculated easier and closer to the position of the maximum intensity than that calculated by Safa's method when the aberration is greater than about 2λ.

  • AlN single crystals were grown by the PT (Physical vapor transport) method with position-changable induction coil. And the graphite crucible dimensioned ${\Phi}90{\times}H120$ was used on processing. The temperature was $1950{\sim}2050^{\circ}C$ and ambient pressure was 150~1 Torr. And the hot-zone was changed according to times on growing for result comparison. When hot-zone by coil is located below far enough (> 40 mm) from AlN crystal concentration position, the as-grown crystals physical size is better ($300{\mu}m/hr$) than another condition, but the condition-reproducibility was very poor. However the closer the distance between hot-zone and AlN growing posion, the smaller the size of as-grown crystal and the rarer the generation of the crystal nuclear, but the crystal growing condition is stable for quality. The best condition for both growth rate and quality is gained when the starting position of hot-zone coil is about 20 mm distance from growing position. For the best growth condition, the position of hot-zone is very sensitive factor and the further more the condition of speed of coil shift also must control.

  • In this paper, a method for determining the boundary conditions which derived from the random obstacles on the curves was presented. A simple computer program using this method is also developed. This determination method and program can be used for a good engineering tool in optimal curve design and an Radius-transition curve length $(R-L_t)$ combination within the permissible zone can be improved without any increased costs.

Study on Optimal Location of Washland Based on Economic Analysis (경제성 분석에 의한 강변저류지 최적위치 선정에 대한 연구)

  • In this study, methodology to determine optimal location of washlands based on economic analysis is presented. Install costs of washlands are calculated by construction cost and land compensatory cost and benefits of washlands are calculated from flood damage reduction and befit from using washland as wetland. Indirect approach for runoff-flood damage relationship is suggested and benefit-cost analysis is used for economic analysis. Economic analysis is added to existing models that used only flood reduction effect to determine optimal location of washlands. Suggested methodology is applied to 13 potential washlands in Anseong River basin to examine its applicability. Applied result of new methodology is compared with that of existing model. As the application results, it is possible to determine the optimal combinations of washlands can provide more economic benefit compared to existing studies. It is determined that considering economic analysis can be better option for decision making problem searching for optimal location of washlands.

  • 문서 검색 시스템의 도치 색인 파일은 저장 공간과 검색 시간을 줄이기 위해 색인어 사전과 문서번호를 위한 이진 도치 파일 또는 비트벡터로 구성할 수 있다. 비트벡터는 1의 값을 가지는 비트만 저장함으로써 압축이 가능하나, Bit tree 압축 방법은 block의 크기가 어떻게 결정되느냐에 따라 압축률이 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 비트벡터에 나타나는 1의 값을 가지는 비트의 개수에 의해 bit tree 압축에 대한 최적의 block 크기를 결정하는 방법을 했다. 최적의 block의 크기는 (전체 비트벡터의 크기 / 1의 개수)보다 작거나 같은 최대의 2의 승수이다. 또한 block내의 1의 값을 가지는 비트의 위치에 의해 상대 위치값을 계산해서 block의 오른쪽 반에 나타나는 비트를 더 압축할 수 있는 기법을 구현한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 압축 기법은 Run Length를 이용한 방법에 비해서 13.65%, 기존의 Bit Tree 방법에 비해서 1.88%의 압축률을 개선했다.

  • Recently, high accuracy and high precision are required in various industrial fields that are composed of semiconductor manufacturing apparatus and ultra precision positioning apparatus and information system and so on. The positioning technology is a very important one among them. This technology has been rapidly developed, its field needs for positioning accuracy to high as submicron. It is expected that accuracy with 10 nm in precision working and accuracy with 1 nm in ultra precision working are reached at the beginning of 2000s. Recently, to accomplish this positioning technology, many researches are concerned about it and make efforts it. This paper contain design technology of ultra precision 2-axis(X-Y Delta) stage for materialize to positioning accuracy with submicron, where, Delta stage is design as optimum against load and disturbance. And computer simulation is performed for stability and dynamic characteristic of Delta stage.
