The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among the factors affecting unanswered reference/information service and to suggest alternative steps which would overcome the unsatisfactory outcome in reference/information service policy. A questionnaire on the quality of reference/information service was developed to survey librarians and users in 10 different private and national university libraries. About half of 500 responses indicated dissatisfaction with the reference/information service and 10 variables were eventually identified as the primary factors which have significant relationships with users's satisfaction. Collection variables were identified as major factors associated with the unanswered service but the analysis of each factor's influence on a reference/information transaction has shown that there exist significant relationships among variables of librarian and environmental variables and the users' satisfaction. Tiered or non-tiered reference/information service showed positive relationships with collection and environmental factors.

분산 컴퓨팅의 새로운 패러다임인 웹서비스(web service)는 W3C에서 정의한 네트워크 상에서 컴퓨터들 간에 상호작용을 하기 위한 소프트웨어 시스템이다. 웹서비스는 웹서비스의 제공자와 사용자간의 상호 인터페이스를 통해 이용된다. 복잡한 웹서비스는 다른 웹서비스들의 합성으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 웹서비스의 합성에 대한 기법들은 많이 연구되었다. 본 논문에서는 웹서비스의 질적 수준을 높이기 위하여 서비스의 비기능적인 속성인 QoS를 고려한 웹서비스의 합성을 연구한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법은 중계사이트로 하여금 웹서비스 합성 및 QoS 정보 그래프를 통해 최신의 웹서비스의 합성 및 QoS 상태 정보를 저장하도록 하며, 이를 통해 웹서비스의 사용자가 복잡한 웹서비스를 요청했을 때 QoS 상태 정보를 이용하여 동적이며 QoS를 고려한 웹서비스의 합성을 통해 보다 빠르고 보다 적합한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다.

Recently, the renewable energy resources play an important role as an energy resources of future due to an environmental pollution and lack of resources and so on. The development and diffusion of information systems related to renewable energy resources have been driven actively abroad. However, at domestic an efficient history management for renewable energy resource data and web retrieve service are not provided. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a history data management system for the renewable energy resources, which stores and manages vast history information of renewable energy resource data systematically. This system collects renewable energy resource data in the outside observation system and stores them in the history database. The stored Information is retrieved through the history query process and can be provided in various forms - table, graph, chart and counter line, etc. - on the internet. Especially, the proposed system manages the history data in real-time so the latest information is always provided to the users through the web interface.

In this research, a ubiquitous-based strategy for managing waterworks facilities is proposed to increase the usability of the existing related databases and to ensure the systematic way of distributing information. The current status of the existing waterworks GIS and GIS database were analyzed to achieve the goal. By studying the state-of-the-art technology, we found that importing the LBS(Location Based Service) technology to the databases is necessary. The results of these efforts are exclusive waterworks-mobile-terminals and LBS system supporting them. Furthermore, the applicability of the ubiquitous technology to waterworks has been examined to realize the real-time waterworks management.

인스턴트 메시징(Instant Messaging: IM) 서비스는 인터넷 또는 IP 네트워크상에서 온라인 상태에 있는 사용자들간에 간단한 메시지를 주고 반을 수 있는 서비스이다. Presence 서비스는 통신을 원하는 사용자들의 온라인 상태 및 최신의 위치 정보를 제공함으로써 IM 서비스와 같은 Presence 정보를 기반으로 하는 다른 응용 서비스와 연계하여 활용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Presence 서비스와 IM 서비스를 통합한 시스템을 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)를 기반으로 하여 구현하였다. SIP는 텍스트 기반의 호설정을 처리하는 프로토콜로서 혜더 부분의 확장을 통해 다른 응용 서비스에 쉽게 적용이 가능한 장점을 가지고 있다. 구현된 시스템에서 Presence 서비스의 Presence 정보는 XML로 인코드된 CPIM(Common Presence and Instant Messaging) PIDF(Presence Information Data Format) 포맷으로 하여 처리하였고 IM 서비스는 페이저 모델(Pager Model)로 구현하였다 또한 시스템 내에서 필요한 보든 인증 처리 부분을 RFC 2617에 정의되어 있는 HTTP 다이제스트 인증을 사용하여 보안기능을 높였다.

인터넷의 대중화와 함께 데이터 통신서비스에 대한 수요로 데이터 통신망은 그 양과 종류가 급격하게 증가하고 있어서 통신망 운용에 따른 망구성 및 고장처리 체계의 정립이 필요하게 되었다. 더더구나 앞서가는 통신업자들은 사이버상에서도 양질의 고객응대 서비스를 제공하려고 노력하고 있다. 현재 통신망연구소에서 개발중인 데이터 통신망 통합 고장처리시스템은 한국통신에서 제공하고 있는 데이터망들에 대한 고장신고를 접수하고, 고장에 대한 시험 및 수리를 수행하며, 그 결과를 고객에게 통보하는 전과정에 관련된 기술을 포함하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 통신망에 대한 고장시험, 가입자정보관리, 망상태관리에 관련된 시스템들과의 체계적인 연동을 통한 통합고장처리 방안, 시스템 개발 구조 등을 기술한다.

인터넷 기반 B2C전자상거래 시스템의 상품정보의 배열과 배치는 전문가에 의한 수동적인 편집 작업과 방식에만 의존하고 있다. 이것은 인건비 등 유지비용의 증가를 의미하며 고도화, 다양화 되어가는 소비자의 기호를 만족시키기 어려운 문제에 노출되어 있음을 의미하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가변적 상품정보 제공기능을 지원하는 전자상거래의 상품선호도 처리기법을 제안하였다. 제안기법은 소비자에게 지속적이고 안정적으로 최신의 상품 선호도를 반영한 상품정보페이지를 제공할 수 있으며 이를 통하여 유비보수 비용의 절감이 기대된다.

제1차와 제2차 ‘국가지리정보체계(NGIS)구축기본계획’ 을 시행하면서 체계적인 GIS기반이 마련되어 중앙정부와 지방자치단체 등 공공부문을 중심으로 다양한 부문에서 GIS구축사업이 추진되었다. 그러나 GIS사업은 초기 막대한 구축비용과 사업완료이후에도 유지관리비용이 지속적으로 소요되기 때문에 그 타당성이 가시적으로 나타나지 않으면 사업의 추진이 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 체계적이고 과학적인 효과분석을 위한 GIS사업의 평가모형을 제시하고 이를 바탕으로 웹 기반의 GIS 효과분석시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구의 GIS 효과분석시스템은 최신의 정확한 정보와 검증된 분석방법을 실시간 제공하기 위해 웹 기반으로 설 계 하였다. 왱 기반의 분석시스템은 GIS사업의 효과분석에 있어 시ㆍ공간의 제약을 받지 않고 GIS사업의 효과평가를 가능하게 한다. 또한 GIS사업의 효과측정에 있어서 타당성을 부여하여 과학적인 기준을 제시하며, 분석결과는 사업의 추진을 위한 재원마련과 정책결정자 설득의 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Based on the survey for munitions companies, we have tried to find current state of the application of Korean military specifications(KDS) and their references for munition products, and how they can be improved for a better management system. On average, Korean munitions companies have 660 of KS, 18 of U.S. military specifications, and 5 of foreign standards, and annually spend about 0.4 million won for KS, but 1.3 million won for foreign standards. In addition, they have emphasized the necessity of the integrated management system for KDS and the related drawings.

The latest version of commercial protector, Themida, has been updated, it is impossible to apply a normalized unpacking mechanism from previous studies by disable the use of a virtual memory allocation that provides initial data to be tracked. In addition, compared to the previous version, which had many values that determined during execution and easy to track dynamically, it is difficult to track dynamically due to values determined at the time of applying the protector. We will look at how the latest version of Themida make it difficult to normalize the API wrapping process by adopted techniques and examine the possibilities of applying the unpacking techniques to further develop an automated unpacking system.
