  • 온실가스 저감에 필요한 기술에는 온실가스 배출량 관리를 비롯하여 배출권 할당, 인증, 거래, 분석, 계획 등의 기술들이 있다. 본 논문은 유통 물류 부문 기업 들이 배출하는 온실가스를 체계적으로 관리 하기 위해 필요한 온실가스 관리 시스템 구현에 관한 연구로서 온실가스 벤토리를 포함한 통합관리 시스템 구현에 대해 설명하고 있다. 구현된 온실가스 관리 시스템은 최신의 웹어플리케이션 개발 방법론에 따라 기능 및 서비스를 SaaS 방식으로 제공할 수 있도록 설계 되었다. 기능별로 서비스 관리와 사용자 관리 그리고 온실가스 인벤토리 기능으로 나누었으며 유통 물류 분야에 적합하도록 데이터 수집에 있어서 편리성을 제공하도록 설계하였다.

  • In this paper, an integrated management system of seismic observatory information based on XML is proposed. The number of organizations which have their own seismic stations eg. KMA, KIGAM etc is increasing since 1998. Related informations such as location, installed instruments. and operational profile are essential for efficient utilization of seismic data. It's not easy to provide the uniform type of information and has limitation to announce the updated information of station rapidly through individual information management system of each organization. In this paper, we propose an integrated management system of seismic observatory information which can support to manage information of their own seismic observatory by a person in charge via Web, to integrate that in nation-wide and to provide that for users. We investigated minimum information of observatory were needed to use seismic data and the analysis result was structured by using XML. The integrated management system consists of the observatory management module. information search module, and the latest information supply module etc. By using proposed system, seismic observatory information of each organization can be managed and be supplied efficiently in nation-wide.

  • KISTI는 학술정보 데이터베이스 구축 및 서비스의 대표기관으로서 학회, 협회와의 지속적인 협력관계를 통하여 체계적인 정보화 인프라, 종합적인 학술정보 유통체제를 구축하고 있다. OCEAN은 학술정보의 효율적 관리, 편리한 검색 서비스 제공을 위하여 개발된 KISTI의 KSCD 통합관리시스템이다. 2007년 개발 이후, 정보기술 환경의 변화와 업무프로세스 개선 등을 고려하여 기존 시스템을 토대로 최신 프레임워크 도입, 데이터베이스 스키마 재설계 등 재개발의 필요성이 대두되었으며, 이에 현재 진행하고 있는 OCEAN 재개발의 주안점을 중심으로 KSCD 통합관리시스템 설계 및 구현 방향에 관하여 소개하고자 한다.

  • 에너지관리공단이 주관하고 산업자원부가 주최한 2005 에너지전시회가 지난 9월 27일부터 30일까지 4일간 코엑스 인도양홀에서 개최되었다 이번 전시회는「에너지는 줄이고 효율은 높이자」라는 슬로건 하에 실생활에서의 에너지 절약 방법과 유(油)테크를 알고자 하는 일반 관람객, 최신 에너지 기술동향을 파악하고자 하는 에너지설비 생산자, 에너지저정책 방향과 고효율기기의 에너지절약 정보를 제공하였다. 이번 전시회에는 난방시스템에 보일러를 비롯하여 태양열보일러 등의 제품이 대거 출품되었고 지열을 이용한 냉∙난방 시스템이 대거 출품되어 지열을 이용한 연구 냉∙난방 시스템 연구개발이 활발히 진행되고 있음을 보여주었다. 이 중 눈에 띄는 제품을 소개한다

  • For the ubiquitous web environment internet, as an one of the R&D projects by Korean Land Spatialization Group, the project for platform technologies was initiated to provide customized land information and geospatial service. The platform technologies can be categorized for streaming, mashup and geosearch. More specifically, the 2D/3D hybrid streaming engine, mashup engine for u-GIS service and next generation search engine for land information have been developed. In this context, the patent analyses are required to propose the strategies for efficient development and use of these technologies. This study searches the related patents in Korea, US and EU, analyzes the trend of them for customized spatial information technologies, and finally proposes proper strategies.

  • The purpose of this study is to build a Web Based IT Trend Retrieval System using Visual Foxpro. In this system, we can retrieve recent titles of Information Technology Trend articles. Besides, all of the titles are linked to the contents of the articles. For this purpose, FoxWeb and Personal Web Server was utilized also.

  • It is difficult for the road management system to give a correct road information because road facilities are differently managed according to each object. In this study, we have solved this problem of road information management and, developed a system which is able to integrate various data of facilities and to maintain the latest property of data by introducing server-client network structure for managing road facilities more efficiently. And, we have shown the affairs of the road information management could be achieved scientifically, by the integration of graphic, attribute and photograph information relevant to road. This enabled the connection of graphic data and the stereo drawing composition, and enhanced the feeling of real world experience using the dynamic image data of the road.

  • 지난 2월 21일부터 26일까지 6일간 서울 무역전시장(SETEC)과 코엑스(COEX)에서 경향신문사가 e하우징, SBS가 주최한 ‘2003 경향하우징페어’가 동시에 개최되었다. 올해로18회째를 맞는 이번 전시회에는 700여개 업체가 참가해 첨단 건축문화와 기술을 한눈에 보여주는 각종 건축자재와 최신 홈인테리어 트렌드를 선보였다. 건축자재, 공구, 조명기기, 펜션, 홈네트워킹시스템, 빌트인가구등 품목에 따라 각각 독립된 전시장이 꾸며져 관람객들에게 편의를 제공하였다. 또한 내 집을 꾸미는데 유익한 정보와 아이디어를 제공함으로써 일반인과 건축학도 및 건축설계 종사자, 시공자들에게 향후 시장변화에 적응할 수 있는 대안을 제시한 것으로 평가되었다. 이에 따라 본지는 이번 하우징 페어에 참가하여 우리 협회 회원들의 관심을 불러 일으킨 업체를 중심으로 소개한다.

A Case Study on Implementation of the Shipping Market Information Service System (해운시황정보서비스시스템 구현 사례연구)

  • The necessity of shipping market information services has been on the rise which emphasizes the relevance of transaction information and market information to parties both in and outside the shipping industry. However, previous related researches have been restricted to explorations limited by the offerings of existing shipping market information providers. Users today require effective information, an efficient contents management system, interfacing to help the information provider, graphing and spread sheets to facilitate and present the analyzed information through diverse formats, and reliable web and mobile services to provide information effectively with limited human resources. As a first step, service information has to be defined, so that it takes into account user utility, information retrieval and data development. Second, benchmark information and services must be provided from leading shipbrokers and research institutes. Third, a review of the latest technical trends is required to identify the most suitable technologies for servicing shipping market information. Finally, analysis is required on the implementation of a system with selected technologies, as well as the development of channels to post information which have been analyzed by users. Such a process would enable the continual redefinition of the shipping market information users actively need. The application of an X-Internet based WCMS, with a single-window dashboard providing user-customized information, and used to obtain and manage processes, add spread sheets to sustain calculations using the latest information, graph results, and to input additional information following predefined rules. Access to data and use of the system would require agreement that the system will incorporate user data and user-analyzed information into the market report, web portal, and hybrid app to provide current shipping market information appropriately and accurately to service users.
