According to the increasing concern for the safety management of nuclear power plants, the growing need for the development of a monitoring system for the management. Smart revolution sparked the evolution of wireless networks and the spread of smart phones, smart pads and mobile-centric, as well as the change of life, injury, industrial growth, and the Internet economy. In this paper, a fusion of the latest smart technology to meet the traditional nuclear industry in the era of the smart revolution, radiation safety management system is proposed to Content Basic imaging and dose output data in real time, and provides basic monitoring functions required to manage the radiation safety.

C programming is a main programming for the Educational Robot Arm which is based on AVR ATmega128. The development environment is not integrated, so it is complex and difficult to study for middle or high school students who want to learn programming and control the educational robot arm. Furthermore, there is no debug and testing environment support. This paper presents a Java-based development platform for the educational robot arm. This platform includes: an up-to-date tiny Java Virtual Machine (NanoVM) for the educational robot arm; An Eclipse based Java integrated development environment as an Eclipse plug-in; a 3D simulator on the PCs to support testing and debugging programs without real robots. The Java programming environment makes development for educational robot arm easier for students.

오늘 날의 클라우드 워크로드는 인공지능 및 빅 데이터 활용의 비약적인 발전으로 인하여 메모리 대역폭이 프로세서의 연산 속도를 따라가지 못해 병목 현상을 겪고 있다. 이러한 이른바 메모리 벽 문제 (Memory Wall Problem)를 해결하기 위해 컴퓨터 아키텍처 및 운영체제는 변화해 나가고 있다. 그 중 최근 가장 주목 받는 기술 중 하나인 메모리내 연산기술(Processing-In-Memory)는 프로세서를 메모리 디바이스 내에 탑재함으로써, 데이터를 메인 프로세서에 이동시켜 처리할 필요 없이 데이터 내부에서 처리한다. 이로 인해 대용량 데이터의 처리속도 향상과 동시에 메인 메모리버스의 부하를 줄여 클라우드 시스템의 전반적인 성능 향상 또한 꽤할 수 있다. 한편, 클라우드 아키텍처는 또 다른 요구에 의하여 변화를 거치고 있으며, 이는 바로 보안이다. 오늘 날의 컴퓨터 아키텍처 및 GPU등의 가속기들은 신뢰실행 기술 (Trusted Execution)의 지원을 통하여 클라우드에서의 민감한 연산을 격리 및 보호하고자 한다. Intel의 SGX와 NVIDIA GPU의 confidential computing기능 지원이 이러한 흐름을 대표한다. 최근 PIM을 활용한 보안기술의 새로운 방향들을 제시하는 연구들이 소개되고 있는 가운데, 본 논문은 클라우드 신뢰실행 (Trusted Execution)에서의 PIM을 적용한 최신 연구들의 방향을 소개하고 또한 향후 연구 전망을 제공하고자 한다. PIM기술의 동향과 PIM을 보안에 특화시킨 연구, 그리고 앞으로 해결되어야할 과제들을 논함으로써, 새로이 주목받는 PIM 기반 보안 기술들을 정리하고 향후 전망을 제공한다.

If a digital signage system is operated in PC mounted in the Window OS then the implementing price is very high. For resolving this problem, we used the Smartphone mounted in ARM Cortex family of multi-core processor-based mobile platform. We developed a low-power low-cost digital signage system and a remote convergence content management program based on web server. This convergence system manages advertising content to a remote control device anywhere using remote control technology. This system is one integrated system with display and is a low-power consumed and is developed in very efficient hardware interface. And condition sensors(intensity of illumination, temperature, weather, GPS etc) is equipped in the developed system. Automatic contents builder and Context-aware SMIL module is also implemented in the convergence system. We achieved over 50% power savings comparing with conventional Window OS system and 16 points multi-touch in our system.

최근 여기어때, 인터파크 등 전자상거래 기업을 대상으로 발생한 개인정보 해킹사고 사례를 보면, 사람의 취약점을 노리는 지능화지속위협(APT) 공격과 알려진 해킹 기술이 복합적으로 이루어지고 있다. 해킹사고가 발생한 기관은 한국인터넷진흥원(KISA) 정보보호관리체계(ISMS) 의무대상 기관으로써 정보보호관리체계를 유지 관리하고 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 대형의 개인정보 유출사고가 발생한 주요 원인은 정보보호관리체계가 적용되지 않았던 정보시스템과 인력을 대상으로 해킹이 이루어졌기 때문이다. 해킹 위협의 변화에 따라 전자상거래 보안 수준도 변화해야 하는데, 개인정보보호 관련 규제 준수도 전자상거래 기업에서는 힘든 상황이다. 고객의 개인정보 유출 사고는 일반인을 매출 기반으로 서비스하고 있는 전자상거래 기업에서는 치명적이다. 안전한 전자상거래 플랫폼 기반에서 고객에게 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 중요 자산인 고객의 개인정보보호를 위해 역량을 집중해야 한다. 한정된 예산과 자원으로 안전한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 기존에 구축된 정보보호관리체계를 기반으로 IT보안감사체계를 전사적으로 확대하여 지속적으로 모니터링 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최신 사이버 보안 위협 동향과 전자상거래 기업 대상으로 발생한 최근 개인정보유출사고 사례를 분석을 통해 시사점을 도출하여 전자상거래 개인정보 보호를 위한 IT보안감사체계를 제시하였다.

Recently, in the global and digital business environment, we are in need of a single window through which we can exchange market information, make a contract, exchange foreign currency, clear customs and settle accounts. The "e-Trade platform" provides all the stakeholders in international trading circles with these series of trading processes by use of any available information technologies in an effective and seamless manner. The platform collectively includes e-trade infrastructures(e-trade documents repository, e-trade messaging system, e-trade standard documents repository) enabling small and medium sized companies as well as large enterprises to interface with government organizations and global trading institutions. The IT levels of the trading companies are significantly important in terms of benefiting the quality services from the e-trade platform.

Telecommunications standards have two different types of regulations: one is a law. enacted by government which all telecommunications related industries must observe. The other is a recommendatory standards. formulated by either government agency or some standardization organizations. Observation of these standards is not obligatory. However, technical standards are strict laws and ordinances based on common judgement and various conditions for evaluation of levels and limits. This paper deals with enhancing productivity of enactment and revision of technical standards. Through database of above related information we secure information continuity and public property of cyber space for the public. In this paper. we also classify recent data within the website in and out of the country offering four different methods of information retrieval and management system. The four retrieval methods suggested in this paper are itemized keyword retrieval. hierarchical retrieval, regulatory keyword retrieval and chronological keyword retrieval. These various retrieval methods provide the public with information of enactment and amendment of laws and regulations in the cyber space. thereby guarantees the sharing of information. Finally the important feature of the information retrieval system implemented in this paper is the online updating capability of law and regulations through the internet.

In this paper, we designed and implemented a web-based dictionary of computing which keeps the data up-to-date. This dictionary shows the English information based on the FOLDOC (Free On-Line Dictionary Of Computing) dictionary file at the beginning of searching, and then one or more users can translate the information into Korean. This function is the new one only this dictionary has. Also, we can easily find any words we want to took up, even if we don't know the spelling completely, because the dictionary has various searching interfaces (searching for the words starting with inputted characters, searching for the words including inputted characters in the description, etc.) using a SQL Server DBMS and SQL. The performance test for CPU load factor shows that the server can support at least 1780 users at the same time.

Because computer system is complex gradually from fast growth of the Internet and sudden increase of Internet user and scale is growing, and dependence for computer system is rising gradually, data damage by mistake or disaster is big enough to can not imagine. Usually is continuous if wish to inform through internet and must update data stably, we should manage so that precious data is not erased from sudden problem through periodic backup. Plan to protect data safely for this should be readied. This paper proposes system that can make effective backup environment because consider environment and achievement method in these data management side. That is, implements system that achieve data backup and restore selectively in internet. Backup and restore about data had stored through browser even if disconnect directly to server because it is possible connect in internet by advantage of proposing system are available. Also, This system can manage data stored to server more efficiently by using selectively both backup and restore two methods.

기후변화에 대응하기 위한 가뭄과 홍수 등의 수재해 관리체계 수립의 필요성이 높아지고 있어, 기후예측모형과 연계하여 수문 및 에너지 순환과정에서 하천유출에 대한 기후변화 영향예측이 가능한 지표수문모형(Land Surface Model, LSM)의 개발과 적용이 요구되고 있다. 또한, LSM은 연속적이고 장기적인 유출을 모의할 수 있어 수재해에 관한 예측과 정보 제공에 유용하므로, 최근 수재해 예측시스템 구축을 위한 주요한 도구로 관심을 받고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 기후모형 CWRF(Climate-Weather Research and Forecasting Model)와 연계되어 물-에너지 순환모의가 가능한 최신 LSM 중 하나인 Common Land Model(CoLM)을 우리나라 유역의 장기하천유출모의에 적용하고자 한다. 대부분의 LSM은 지상의 물과 에너지 순환과정이 각 단일 격자의 수직적인 모의과정으로 제한되고 있었지만, 현재 지속적인 개선을 통해 많은 LSM에서 보다 현실적인 물과 에너지 변화를 모의하고자 노력하고 있다. 그러나, 지속적인 모형의 개선에도 불구하고(또는 그로 인해) 정교한 수학적 프로세스를 통합하여 개선된 최신 LSM은 오히려 복잡한 매개변수 체계, 매개변수 추정, 입력자료, 초기 및 경계조건 등에서 비롯된 불확실성이 존재하고 있다. 따라서, 모형의 주요 매개변수값의 추정은 모의결과의 성능과 안정성을 확보하기 위한 LSM의 모의에서 필수적인 과정 중 하나이다. 유역의 특성에 따라 결정되는 모형 매개변수는 관련자료의 부재 또는 관측의 부정확성으로 인해 검보정 과정을 통해 결정되어야 하므로, 유역의 수문특성을 최대한 반영하고 모형의 성능과 안정성을 확보하기 위해 모의목적에 따라 적절한 검보정 목적함수의 선정도 요구된다. CoLM과 같이 다양한 매개변수가 사용되는 LSM에서는 모의결과에 대한 불확실성을 줄이고, 모의목적에 따른 모형의 예측도 향상을 위해서 모의결과에 민감한 주요 매개변수의 검보정이 과정이 중요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 격자기반 지표수문모형인 CoLM을 이용하여 우리나라 유역의 장기하천유출을 모의하는 과정에서 CoLM의 주요 매개변수 검보정에 필요한 적절한 목적함수의 적용을 통해 CoLM 장기하천유출 모의결과의 예측성능을 개선하고자 한다.
