As the results of this study, the proposed method of this study which is increased to accuracy of DEM by classification of terrain is better than accuracy of DEM which is automatically generated by digital photogrammetry workstation system(DPWS). And, the edge detection method which is proposed by this study is established to extraction of geo-spatial information in ortho image.

This study consists of three steps of data modeling procedures. The first step is to identify possible items for the data model based on literature review and expert interviews. The second step is to design delineate possible sub-themes, feature classes, feature types, attributes, attribute domains, and their relationships. These are presented in various UML class diagrams, and each feature type is clearly defined and modeled. The data model also shows geometry objects and their topological relationships in UML diagrams. Finally, a standardized data model has been provided to avoid possible conflicts in the field of geographic and Facility Area, and thus this study and the data model will eventually assist in alleviating efforts to build standardized geographic information databases for Facility Area.

21세기 지식정보화사회로 접어들어 GIS가 부각됨에 따라 GIS의 활성화를 위한 기본지리 정보에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 기본지리정보를 관리 감독하는 국토지리정보원에서는 2000년부터 기본지리정보구축에 관한 연구 등을 수행하여, 기본지리정보의 범위 선정과 데이터모델 표준화가 이루어 졌으며, 기본지리정보 유통과 구축에 필요한 생산사양이 이루어짐에 따라 기본지리정보의 품질 및 활용성에 대한 검토가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 시설물분야 기본지리정보 생산사양에 따른 기본지리정보를 3단계에 걸쳐 구축하였으며 기 구축된 교통, 수자원, 행정경계 기본지리정보와 통합하여 활용성 평가를 수행하였다.

GIS was introduced to spatial information of complex and various facility systematically and scientifically. And, recently, new trend has been spread by Mobile GIS owing to its fast development of information and communication technology However, these Mobile GIS techniques were introduced in maintenances of various facilities. Due to its mismanagement, the use became insufficient in facilities causing database creation to require realism and mobility. Therefore, in this research, to road facility of various facilities, it deduced improving the work process by using a Mobile GIS to analyze work process of the road facility database creation. And, through an experiment, by comparing and analyzing road facilities database creation process by existing method and improving method, could improvement of road facility database creation using a Mobile GIS.

본 연구에서는 시설물분야 기본지리정보 데이터모델 표준 개발을 위해 시설물분야 기본지리정보와 관련된 국내ㆍ외 사례분석과 사용자요구사항 및 시설물분야 전문가의 의견수렴을 통해 시설물분야 기본지리정보의 항목 선정을 수행하였으며, 선정된 범위에 대해 개념설계와 정보구조설계를 통한 데이터모델 설계를 수행하고, 최종적으로 설계된 데이터모델의 표준안을 제시하였다. 시설물분야 기본지리정보의 데이터모델 설계는 주제 및 부 주제를 정의하고 항목리스트를 작성하는 개념설계와 지형지물 Class 및 Type정의, 속성 및 도메인리스트정의, 관계정의 및 Class 다이어그램을 작성하는 정보구조 데이터모델 설계를 수행하고 설계된 내용은 데이터모델 통합설계서로 작성하였다.

Cemento-Osseous dysplasia is a benign condition of the jaw known to orginate from the periodontal ligament or medullary bone. Its treatment can be categorized according to clinical symptom. If there is no pain or other discomfort, a regular recall examination and having patients maintain proper oral hygeine are the best management. However, if clinical symptoms do exist, proper treatments such as resectioning of the mandible or mandibulectomy are needed. This clinical report describes a rare symptomatic case of cemento-osseous dysplasia which was treated with a conservative surgical method. Using this method, we obtained satisfactory results without additional grafts.

Systemic capillary leak syndrome (SCLS) is an unusual entity characterized by hypovolemic shock, hemoconcentration, and hypo-albuminemia associated with paraproteinemia as a result of marked capillary hyper-permeability. Complications of this syndrome can include compartment syndromes, pulmonary edema, thrombosis, and acute kidney injury. This paper reports a case of severe SCLS accompanied by acute tubular necrosis caused by hypoperfusion and myoglobinuria secondary to rhabdomyolysis, which resulted in chronic kidney disease that necessitated hemodialysis. However, there have been rare data of residual end-organ damage after acute attacks in Korea. Therefore, this paper reports a case of complicated SCLS enough to hemodialysis and that developed into chronic kidney disease.
