A Building Method of Designing National Cyber Security Governance Model Through Diagnosis of Operational Experience (정보보안체계 운영경험 진단을 통한 국가 사이버보안 거버넌스 모델 연구 방법)

  • This Study aims to propose a new information security governance model design method for streamlining security governance at national strategic level. The research method of this study is to diagnose our operational experience and to derive a new model design method. In the meantime, national information security activities were perceived to be focused on knowledge transfer, and motivation of activities and securing of executive power were weak. As a result, security blind spots and frequent occurrence of large security incidents have become unresolved challenges. National cyber security governance should be grouped together as a whole systematically from the upper policy to the lower level of performance under the responsibility of the national leader. Based on this approach, this study presented the comprehensive framework of Korean security governance model and embodied it into four architectural designs such as vision, goal, process, and performance, thus deriving the foundation for future national governance model design. Further research is needed to diagnose problems in life cycle flow, security policies based on environmental changes, and new frameworks in which all subjects participate.

방송CALS 실현을 위한 방송장비 전자교범(IETM)의 구현에 관한 연구

  • 국내외의 방송환경의 변화는 외부적으로는 방송의 다매체 다채널 시대로의 변화와 총체적 경기불황으로 방송사 수입이 격감하고 있고, 내부적으로는 고비용 저효율로 방송사 경영의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 위기의 극복은 방송사 정보화 기반을 구축하여, 방송업무 프로세스를 BPR 하고, 방송CALS의 개념을 도입하여 방송사 내부의 경영혁신으로 이룰 수 있다. 본 논문은 방송장비 보수유지 프로세스의 리엔지니어링을 위하여 방송CALS의 요소인 전자교범(IETM)을 구현함으로써 저비용 고효율형의 방송장비 보수유지를 통한 방송경영 합리화의 실현을 도모함을 목적으로 하며, 기존 23단계의 방송유지 보수유지 업무 프로세스를 전자교범(IETM)을 도입하여 6단계로 개선된 모델을 제시하고, 설문지를 통한 실증 분석한 결과, 전자교범(IETM)을 이용한 방법이 모든 면에서 혁신적으로 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목표는 방송CALS의 구현이다. 진정한 의미의 방송CALS란, 방송사 내부의 디지털화뿐만 아니라 다양한 외부기관들(프로그램 외주업체, 장비공급자, 국내외의 언론사 등)과의 네트워킹을 통한 멀티미디어 정보의 실시간 교류 및 전자 상거래를 뜻한다. 그러나 본 논문은 방송사 정보화 기반구조의 미흡과 국내 IT기술의 한계로 방송CALS를 포괄적으로 다루지는 못하였지만, 방송CALS의 궁극적인 목적에 도달하기 위한 첫 번째 시도이다.

  • As the Software development condition is changed into enlargement and complex, requirements generated in each step of Software development life cycle has important effects on the technique and management area. In this thesis, We propose so engineering approach for effective and systematic process and activities including Requirements acquisition and management based on activities proposed with Requirements Engineering and CMM that my special emphasis is putted on Software qualify improvement through the reduction of software development cost and danger.

  • 새로운 상호작용 장치와 응용 시스템에 대한 유비쿼터스 접근을 위한 요구사항이 창안되어, 사용자 상호작용은 데스크탑 너머로 이동하여 개발되는 경향이 있다. 사용되어지는 응용에서 상황은 시스템을 수행하는 활동의 총체적인 부분이 되었다. 상황 인지를 포함하는 것은 유비쿼터스 접근을 위해서 사용자에게 편리함과 효율성을 제공해 준다. 우리는 상황의 개념이 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 위한 컴퓨팅 상황, 사용자 상황과 물리적 상황의 서로 다른 카테고리로 확장되어져야 한다고 믿고 있기 때문에, 전통적인 HCI 이론은 상황 인지 응용을 개발하는데 부적절하다. 이것들은 확장된 상황 정보를 잘 사용하기 위해 시스템 요구사항 분석과 설계에 있어서 새로운 패러다임을 요구한다. 본 연구에서는 성능 매칭(capability matching)에 의해서 상황 인식 요구사항 분석을 위한 방법과 목표 상황에 대한 상황 인식 속성을 매치시키는 방법을 소개한다. 이런 모델을 근거로 본 연구에서는 몇몇 공통적인 유비쿼터스 접근 상황의 설계 문제를 분석하고 유비쿼터스 관광 응용 요구사항을 고려함에 의해 상황 인지 응용을 체계적으로 적용시키는 방법을 보여준다.

Safety Assessment for LILW Near-Surface Disposal Facility Using the IAEA Reference Model and MASCOT Program (IAEA의 기준모델과 MASCOT 프로그램을 이용한 중저준위방사성폐기물 천층처분시설 안전성평가)

  • A reference scenario of vault safety case prepared by the IAEA for the near-surface disposal facility of low-and informed]ate-level radioactive wastes is assessed with the MASCOT program. The appropriate conceptual models for the MASCOT implementation is developed. An assessment of groundwater pathway through a drinking well as a geosphere-biosphere interface is performed first. then biosphere pathway is analysed to estimate the radiological consequences of the disposed radionuclides based on compartment modeling approach. The validity of conceptual modeling for the reference scenario is investigated where possible comparing to the results generated by the other assessment. The result of this study shows that the typical conceptual model for groundwater pathway represented by the compartment model ran be satisfactorily used for safety assessment of the entire disposal system in a cons]stent way. It is also shown that safety assessment of a disposal facility considering complex and various pathways would be possible by the MASCOT program.

Perceived Interaction in Online Classes and Technology Acceptance Model to Student Satisfaction (원격교육환경에서 기술수용모델과 상호(相互)작용이 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper examines an augmented technology acceptance model, which includes perceived interaction as a mediator in the relationships between the technology acceptance model (perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness) and student satisfaction in online classes, and its impact on student satisfaction. Data has been collected from 842 undergraduate students in online universities. The data is analyzed by using factor analysis and structural equation modeling techniques. The results demonstrate that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived interaction serve as predictors for student satisfaction in online classes. Perceived usefulness has a positive relationship with perceived interaction while perceived ease of use has no effect on interaction.

  • Recently the increased attention pays on the processing of multiple, relatively low quantity, high value-added products resulted in adoption of batch process in the chemical process industry such as pharmaceuticals, polymers, bio-chemicals and foods. As there are more possibilities of the improvement of operations in batch process than continuous processes, a lot of effort has been made to enhance the productivity and operability of batch processes. But the chemical process industry faces a range of uncertainties factors such as demands for products, prices of product, lead time for the supply of raw materials and in the production, and the distribution of product. And global competition has made it imperative for the process industries to manage their supply chains optimally. Supply chain management aims to integrate plants with their supplier and customers so that they can be managed as a single entity and coordinate all input/output flows (of materials, information) so that products are produced and distributed in the right quantities, to the right locations, and at the right time.The objective of this study is to solve the purchase, distribution, production planning and scheduling problem, which minimizes the total costs of production, inventory, and transportation under uncertainty. And development of SCM model in chemical industry including batch mode operations. Through that, the enterprise can respond to uncertainty. Also integrated process optimal planning and scheduling model for manufacturing supply chain. The result shows that, the advantage of supply chain integration are quality matters seen by customers and suppliers, order schedules, flexibility, cost reduction, and increase in sales and profits. Also, an integration of supply chain (production and distribution system) generates significant savings by trading off the costs associated with the whole, rather than minimizing supply chain costs separately.

Development of A Model for Diagnosing Management Capabilities of Public Facility (공공시설물관리 역량 진단 모델 개발)

  • Recently, the aging of public facilities in Korea have accelerated, and the existing framework for facility management is shifting toward to facility asset management in terms of performance-based proactive control. Therefore, the operation of public facility involves both safety assurance from the deteriorated facilities and management capabilities for sustainable maintenance in the required valuation and level of service, such as valuation of facility assets, life-cycle management plans, financing, and so on. In this study, the Facility Asset Management Indicator(FAMI) has been developed for public facility asset management, and it provides the quantitative management grade, based on international standards, such as ISO 55000 series and International Infrastructure Management Manual(IIMM). The FMMI includes 10 key areas to apply a diagnosis model into management capabilities, 113 detailed elements, and 5 maturity grades. As the importance of public facility asset management is increasing constantly, this is expected to identify previously the strengths and weaknesses of public facility operating institutions. Eventually, they can obtain the effective ways to improve their own capabilities, minimize the public funds, establish the strategies for innovating the current management structures, and operate stably the facilities in the required performance.

  • 유비쿼터스 지능형 공간에서 사용자의 개입 없이도 자율 실행하는 서비스 플러그 앤 플레이 시스템(Service Plug and Play System)은 기능적인 모델로서 총체적인 시스템의 협력 프로토콜 부재로 그 동시성 및 병렬성을 반영한 실행관리를 하기 어렵다. 이는 시스템을 구성하는 모듈로, 컨텍스트 수집기, 서비스 실행기, 공간관리기, 모바일 제어기 등이 UML의 시퀀스 다이어그램으로 모델링하여 각 기기의 기능과 실행흐름을 독립적으로 표현할 뿐, 기기간의 상호작용, 특히 병렬 및 동시 실행 알고리즘을 설계하고 검증하는 절차의 부재 때문이다. 본 논문에서, 각 기기의 실행 흐름 및 상호작용을 Petri Net을 이용하여 모델링함으로써, 시스템을 구성하는 각 디바이스의 상호작용 및 실행 흐름을 정의 하고 검증한다.

A Prediction Model of Fear of Falling in Older Adults Living in a Continuing-Care Retirement Community(CCRC) in United States (미국 노인의 낙상에 대한 두려움 예측모형에 관한 연구)

  • Background: Falls are among the most common and serious health problems of older people. The psychological symptoms of falling have received relatively little attention compared to physical problems. Objective: The purpose of this study is to test a model to explain the factors that influence fear of falling among older adults living in a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Baltimore city, United States. Methods: A secondary analysis was conducted using data obtained from a Health Promotion Survey done on 149 older adults living in a CCRC. Data was originally obtained during face to face interviews with each participant. Descriptive statistics and bivariate correlations were used to describe the sample and evaluate simple correlations. A path analysis was done using the AMOS 4.0 statistical program. Results: Of the 49 hypothesized paths, 13 were statistically significant, and the model accounted for 22% of the variance in fear of falling among the elderly. There was support for the fit of the model to the data with a nonsignificant chi square at 0.478 (df=2, p=0.79), and the ratio of chi-square to degrees of freedom was 0.24, a CFI of 0.99 and RMSEA of 0.00. In particular, gender, a history of falling, and exercise were significant predictors of fear of falling. Conclusions/Implications: As anticipated, exercise is an important factor to prevent fear of falling. As a modifiable variable, self-efficacy and outcome expectation indirectly influence fear of falling through exercise.
