A Study on the Use Attributes of Watching Game: Focusing on the Relationship between Adolescent's Motivation, Satisfaction and Intention to Use (보는 게임의 이용 속성에 관한 연구: 청소년의 이용동기와 만족, 게임 이용의도와의 영향 관계를 중심으로)

  • This study explored the motivation for adolescents to watching games and analyzed the relationship between motivation, satisfaction, and intention to use. The study surveyed 274 middle and high school students, and the results of the analysis are as follows. First, five motivations for adolescents to watching games were extracted: 'Acquire Information', 'Social Relations/Multitasking', 'Gamer/Creator Preference', 'Escape/Habit', and 'Vicarious Satisfaction/Fun'. Second, 'Vicarious Satisfaction/Fun' motivation influenced the satisfaction and the intention to use of game. Lastly, Groups based on usage showed differences in motivation. The findings could be used as data to explore the factors of adolescents's game motivation and viewed the game markets.

  • This study is to analyze the relationship between leisure activities, leisure satisfaction and happiness among the Korean. To attain the goal of the study described above paragraphs, this study utilized the survey data on the condition of Korean leisure activities performed by Korea Culture Tourism Research Institute. The number of samples are total 3,051 peoples. The conclusion drawn from this study is as follows: First, leisure satisfaction and happiness has a difference according to socio-demographic characteristics and leisure type. Second, the degree of leisure activities influence on the leisure satisfaction. Third, the degree of leisure activities influence on the happiness. Fourth, leisure satisfaction influence on the happiness.

  • This study is analysis how the competitive factors of fitness center's affect customer satisfaction and re-use intention. Accordingly, It surveyed fitness center customers in Pusan and Kyungnam, and analyzed amount 422 questionnaires with the SPSS WIN 23.0 and AMOS WIN 23.0 program, so it reached these conclusions. First, the accessibility of location characteristic showed that it had a relevant influence on the customer satisfaction, but the visibility didn't have a relevant influence on it. Second, the spatiality and convenience of the facility characteristic showed that they influenced customer satisfaction. Third, the responsiveness and professionalism of the service characteristic factor showed that they had a relevant influence on the customer satisfaction, but the reliability and empathy didn't have a relevant influence on it. Fourth, the customer satisfaction had a relevant influence on the reuse intention. According to this study, we found that the competition factor was bound up with the customer satisfaction and reuse intention. In the end, grasping customers' satisfaction and preferred utilization pattern should be reflected actively in the fitness center management.

The effects of Perceived Risk concerning Korean medical Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention of Kazakhstan patients (한국병원 의료서비스품질에 있어 지각된위험이 고객만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 - 카자흐스탄 고객 중심으로-)

  • Purposes: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of health service quality and perceived risks of Korean hospitals on the satisfaction and revisit of Kazakhstan's customers. Among two classified groups: health service providers and health service receivers, this study aims to identify the effects of health service receivers in Kazakhstan's health service quality and perceived risks on customer satisfaction. Methodology: Hypotheses were developed upon the explanations on health service quality, perceived risks, customer satisfaction, and revisit, advanced by prior literature. A survey was conducted on the effects of health service receivers in Kazakhstan's health service quality and perceived risks on customer satisfaction and revisit. The proposed hypotheses were confirmed by examining validity and reliability of the collected data, followed by regression analysis. Findings: First, the five dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles showed a positive correlation between the impacts of health service quality and customer satisfaction of Korean hospitals. Second, the physical risk, social risk, time-loss risk showed a negative correlation. Lastly, the relation between customer satisfaction and revisit showed a positive correlation. Practical Implication: Health service quality and perceived risks were identified to impose significant effects on Kazakhstan customers. The identified results suggest that Korean hospitals should implement management strategies based on the customers' satisfaction factor.

JPS 할당규칙의 Transitivity 증명을 통한 총납기지연 최소화

  • 총납기지연 최소화 문제에서 많은 할당규칙들이 개발되어져 왔는데, 대부분의 개발 배경이 모든 Job이 동일한 시작시간을 갖는 Single Machine을 대상으로 하였기 때문에 이 할당규칙들을 Job의 시작시간이 다르게 주어지는 문제에 그대로 적용했을 때는 만족할만한 결과를 얻기가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다른 시작시간을 갖는 Single Machine문제에서 총납기지연을 최소화하기 위하여 먼저, 새로운 작업쌍 순서(Job Pair Sequencing) 할당규칙을 제시한다. 제시되는 할당규칙은 Job들간의 Sequence를 쌍으로 비교하여 총납기지연 측면에서 선행이 바람직한 Job을 선택한다. 그리고 제시된 할당규칙에 대하여 다수개의 Job에 적용 시 선택된 Job들간에 Transitivity 가 성립됨을 증명함으로서 총납기지연을 최소화 시린 수 잇.음을 증명하였다.

A Study on the Factors Affecting the Use of Senior Center Applying Andersen and Newman's Behavior Model: Analysis of Mediating Effect of User Satisfaction (Andersen과 Newman의 행동모델을 적용한 경로당 이용 영향요인에 관한 연구: 이용자 만족도 매개효과 분석)

  • In this study, the behavioral model of Andersen and Newman(1973) was applied to identify the factors influencing the use of senior centers by the elderly in the community, and the mediating effect of user satisfaction was improved to improve the satisfaction of seniors using the Senior Center and operate the Senior Center. This study attempted to suggest policy and practical alternatives for activation. The subjects were 578 elderly people using 2,283 senior centers in Busan. As a result, the factors influencing the total usage period of the Senior Center were analyzed by age and type of potential factors among the leading factors, and the factors affecting the total number of days of senior center usage during the week were gender, age, and education level among the preceding factors. Appeared. Factors affecting user satisfaction as a parameter were analyzed as subjective health status among gender, age, and desire factors among preceding factors. As a result of verification of mediating effect of user satisfaction, there was a partial mediating effect between age and total use of Senior Center, full mediating effect between gender and days of Senior Center use, and partial mediating effect between age and Senior Center use days. Analyzed. According to the purpose and main findings of the study, the policy and practical suggestions for activating the satisfaction and use of Senior Center are as follows. First, program development and support according to the characteristics of senior center users are required. Second, there is a need to characterize per-path according to senior center type and regional environment. Third, there is a need to improve and raise the support standards for senior center operating expenses.

The Impact of Selection Attributes of School Cafeteria Consumers on Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions - Focused on University Cafeteria Consumers (급식업체 소비자의 선택속성이 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 대학교 급식업체 소비자를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between satisfaction and future behavior intention of cafeteria users. Respondents of the research were cafeteria users in major colleges in Kyunggi province. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed between October 1, 2010 and October 20, 2010 but only281 questionnaires were used for the analysis. Based on 14 selection attributes, factor analysis showed that the KMO value of 0.634, which was extracted by Verimax vertical rotation, and=610.084(p<0.001). In addition, the distributional explanation showed a total of 61.685%. Five factors were obtained as ingredients, food, menu, maintenance, and internal environment factors according to the feature of each variable. The Cronbach value according to confidence and validity tests was 0.703. The explanation was 16.3% and the influence on satisfaction included ingredients, maintenance, and internal environment. The effect on future behavior intention was significant at the level of p<0.001. This study has limitations in that it has generalized the findingson consumers of university cafeterias; therefore, follow-up studies must be conducted.

A study on factors that affect service quality of SNS based commerce (SNS에 기반을 둔 전자상거래의 서비스 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구)

  • Currently, the e-commerce market in Korea is growing rapidly, particularly in online commerce, and transactions through SNS are constantly increasing. This study assessed the quality of service based on SNS by modifying and combining SNS-based applications and services. Two hundred and sixteen surveys from an online survey conducted using a cumulative sampling technique were analyzed. The confidence, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, perceived usefulness, and customer satisfaction were independent variables. The perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and net profit were considered dependent variables. The results of 11 hypotheses were derived through SPSS 25. The results show that the perceived usefulness and customer satisfaction are affected by assurance, empathy, responsiveness, and reliability. In addition, SNS - based commerces show a significant relationship between perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and net benefits. The significant results are expected to help in future related research.

The Effects of Factors of Partnership between Suppliers and Buyers toward on Collaboration and Supply Chain Performance (공급사-구매사간 파트너십 요인이 협업과 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to empirically analyze the structural effects of partnership characteristics between buyers and suppliers on the performance in supply chains. To this end, an in-depth literature review was performed in advance and four partnership characteristics involving information sharing, participativeness, interdependence, solidarity were identified, and a research model was validated by incorporating collaboration, trust, satisfaction. To analyze data collected from 124 companies, structural equation modeling was employed to test hypotheses proposed in this study and the findings are shown as follow. First, the partnership between buyers and suppliers was confirmed to have a positive effect on collaboration, trust and satisfaction. Second, both of trust and satisfaction were found to positively influence collaboration. Third, our findings also validated that collaboration and trust between buyers and suppliers had significant influences on supply chain performance, however, we found no evidence of a statistically significant relationship between satisfaction and performance. Based on these findings, discussions on the implications of this study and suggestions for further research were given finally.

  • The study aims to figure relationships between screen golfers' lifestyle, choice attribute, customer satisfaction, and repurchasing behavior. Study respondents were users of 10 screen golf stores located in Busan and Gyeonnam from March 1, 2010 to April 30, 2010. A total of 290 effective samples were selected based on convenient sampling method and direct visits to stores. SPSS 12.0 was used to conduct factor, reliability, frequent and regression analyses, and the study reached the following conclusions. First, it has been found that screen golfers' lifestyle has a significant effect on choice attribute. Second, it has turn out that screen golfers' choice attribute has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Third, it has been found that screen golfers' choice attribute has a significant effect on repurchasing behavior.
