Corona19 has experienced radical changes in teaching methods in primary and secondary schools and higher education institutions, and the Ministry of Education has continued various attempts and support to ensure the quality of teaching and to promote learning participation in distance education. In this study, the support policy of the Ministry of Education for the post-Corona era was reviewed, and the professors' experiences in remote education were investigated and analyzed through intensive interviews. As a way to utilize programs to support participation in learning in real-time distance education, first, consideration of the proper period of concentration of learning by learners, second, coping with unexpected problems during learning activities, and using small meeting rooms and chatting as a collaboration tool were presented.

Purpose : The purpose of this study examines the mediating effect of women leader's characteristics in the relationship between clan culture and market culture of global companies. In addition, this study attempts to analysis the mediating effect of women leader's position and carrier in the relationship among facilitator, mentor, producer, and director leadership using partial mediation and completed mediation model. Research design, data, methodology : Conceptual research model is designed with three constructs such as clan culture, woemn leader's characteristics, and market culture. Based on five hundred cases with leadership styles and organizational culture of global companies, this study examine the mediating effect of women leader's characteristics in the relationship between clan culture and market culture using structured equation modeling. Results : Facilitator leadership have a significantly positive influence on women leader's position and carrier. Mentor leadership have a significantly positive influence on women leader's carrier while they are not correlated with mentor leadership and women leader's position. Women leader's position and carrier have a significantly positive influence on director leadership while women leader's position and carrier not have a positive influence on procucer leadership. Also facilitator and mentor leadership have a significantly positive on producer and director leadership. Conclusions : By controlling for the mediating effect of women leader's characteristics, this study have improved the academic contributions as well as policy and practical implications through empirical study of clan culture that affect market culture in the filds of leadership style and organizational. In addition, this study means that the mediating effects on the variables of women leader's position and carrier were examined.

고분자 막을 이용한 기체 분리 기술은 에너지 소비의 절감과 높은 분리 효율성 등으로 인해 (1) 수소 회수 및 $H_2/O_2$의 비율저종 (2) $CH_4/CO_2$ 분리 (3) $O_2/N_2$ 분리등에 이용되고 있다. 이러한 분리막의 투과도와 선택투과도를 모두 높이기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는데, 그 연구방향은 (1) 새로운 고분자의 합성 및 고분자의 개질 (2) 복합재료의 개발 (3)액정 (4)촉진수송법 등으로 나눠질 수 있다. 이 중 촉진수송(Facilitated Transport)이란 특정한 기체와 가역적 친화력 또는 흡착력을 갖는 운반체(Carrier)를 액체나 고체막에 분산시켜 원하는 특정 기체만을 선택적으로 수송하는 것을 말한다.

Purpose: This study was to identify and define the concept of a facilitator and specific attributes for providing basic data on simulation nursing education. Methods: Using Walker and Avant's (2005) criteria that identify the attributes, antecedents, and consequences of facilitators in simulation nursing education, the findings of research articles published from 2001 to 2017 were reviewed. Results: There were three aspects of the facilitator concept in simulation nursing education: (1) continuous support throughout the entire simulation process; (2) skilled progress based on clinical expertise; (3) guidance for learners to actively understand and reflect on the situation. Conclusion: This concept analysis helps us to better understand better facilitators in simulation nursing education.

첨단기술 분야의 발전 및 기술개발 촉진을 위해서는 개발된 기술의 기업간 이전거래활동이 활발히 이루어져 기술의 상업화와 고도화가 촉진되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 기술중개기관이나 거래소와 같은 제도적 기반을 갖추는 것뿐만 아니라 특정 기술이 가지는 가치를 중립적 관점에서 평가할 수 있는 방법론의 개발이 요구된다. 기술 구매자와 기술 판매자 사이의 가격협상을 위해서는 특정 기술이 보유한 중립적이고 객관적인 가치가 우선적으로 제시되어야 하기 때문이다. 본 논문은 기술이전거래 촉진을 위한 기술가치평가 모형의 개발과 평가모형에 따른 평가과정을 지원하는 기술가치평가시스템의 개발을 목적으로 차고 있다. 기술가치평가시스템은 웹 기반으로 개발되어, 관심 있는 사용자는 웹 브라우저를 통해 기술적 가치를 실시간으로 신속하고 효율적으로 평가할 수 있도록 구현되어 있다.

This study investigated six teachers who used the lessons utilizing geospatial technologies including GPS and Google Earth. The lessons were designed to ask students to solve problems with the technologies rather than to teach students to just use technology and teachers to function more as a facilitator. Key findings include: (1) The teachers with background and interest in learner-centered teaching were more effective in implementing the lessons with their students while the teachers who were familiar with teacher-centered instruction often reduced learners' roles in the lesson; (2) Generally, students expressed huge interests in the lessons. Changes in attitude and participation toward lessons were more clearly observed from low achievers and passive learners; (3) Key influencing factors in adoption of lessons utilizing geospatial technologies were school culture toward innovativeness, characteristics of school administrators, learning experience of the lessons during the workshops, and support systems for lesson preparation and implementation.

에너지절약촉진대회는 그동안의 에너지절약 성과를 결산하고 유공자를 포상함으로서 에너지절약 사업의 나아갈바를 살피고 절약의지를 다지는 자리로 에너지부문에 있어 연중 최대의 행사로 손꼽힌다. 특히 올해의 경우 초고유가가 지속돼 사상최초로 에너지수입금액이 600억달러를 넘어설 것으로 예상되고 있는 가운데 에너지절약의 중요성이 다른 어느해보다 부각되고 있는 실정이다. 본지는 제27회 에너지절약촉진대회를 맞아 에너지관리공단 김균섭 이사장을 만나 에너지절약촉진대회가 갖는 의미와 올해 수상자 선정을 비롯해 심사과정 및 평가기준등에 대해 들어봤다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze Structural relations among leisure facilitators, leisure constraints negotiation, and serious leisure for winter sports participants In order to achieve the purpose of this study, total 320 data were collected who are participating in winter sports at 4 Ski resorts located in Gyeonggi and Gangwon area. The collected data analysis were conducted using SPSS 21.0 and Amos 18.o and its result is as follows; First, through the model-fit validation regarding hypothetical model of leisure facilitators, leisure constraints negotiation and serious leisure, the model-fit was satisfied the standard. Second, leisure facilitators showed no significant effect on both leisure constrains negotiation and serious leisure but leisure constraints negotiation showed significant effect on serious leisure. After validation, all suggested hypotheses were selected. Leisure facilitators showed positive effect on continuous participation on planned, strived serious leisure by encouraging leisure participants and boosted constraints negotiation effort that eliminates negative situation which caused by physical, conscious strategic leisure participation overcoming restricting factors.

This research aims is to confirm the influence of a teacher's teaching style and teaching career on instructional analysis. Through this, the differences in the relevant elements' view points on a class and those in teachers' analysis view points on class criticism and instructional analysis at the education field can be investigated. For this study, the teaching styles of 198 elementary school teachers were categorized, their teaching careers were checked as teaching career and set them as covariate, and the differences in the view points on the analysis of the class climates were verified depending on each teaching style. As the research result, meaningful differences were found in four areas of the elements of class climates analysis, that is, creativity, vitality, precision, and gentleness. In the analysis of the class climates, the teachers with a professional style among the teaching styles gave the highest grades to creativity in the same class, those with a facilitating style to vitality, those with a role model style to precision, and those with a facilitating and role model style to gentleness. On the other hand, those with an authoritative and a delegating style were proved to give the lowest grades in general class climates. It means that teachers with different teaching styles have different viewpoints when analyzing a class, and those with a professional, a role model and a facilitating style have a relatively stronger intention to analyze a class through reflective introspection and permissive recognition.
