퍼지제어기를 이용한 초음파 모터의 온도특성에 관한 연구 - 위상차 제어 (A Study on the characteristic of temperature for Ultrasonic Motor using Fuzzy Controller - with phase angle difference control)

  • This paper describes the bending traveling-wave type ultrasonic motor which generates the traveling wave by combining two standing waves with phase difference time and space. In $+20^{\circ}C$~$30^{\circ}C$, the USM motor operation character has represented normal condition. But the other temperature, (that is say, when long time operating condition) USM operation characteristic has abnormal condition, that is driving frequency, drive current and r.p.m is down. The recent USM has controller without temperature compensation. This study aimed at fuzzy controller which must follow the phase angle difference 90$^{\circ}$at operation temperature and them r.p.m and torque increase.

  • To control the position, velocity and torque of the ultrasonic motor, a great variety of method are proposed such as the amplitude, phase difference, frequency and so on. In the case of phase difference method, it has some advantages: it can control the direction and velocity of rotation only adjusting the phase difference and it has wide control-band. During the USM driving on adjusting phase difference, its characteristic was transformed by the change of resonance-frequency of stator, which means that the resonance frequency is different according to the phase difference. Consequently, we need to set up the most suitable driving frequency according to each phase difference.

  • 피에조 액추에이터는 세라믹 소재의 압전 특성을 이용한 전기식 액추에이터로, 이에 사용되어지는 세라믹스는 전자분야의 기초재료로 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 통신기기, 의료기기, 초정밀 액추에이터, 초음파 모터 등 각종 정밀 센서와 측정 계측기기와 같이 가정용에서부터 첨단 기술 분야 까지 광범위하게 이루어지고 있다. 이와 같이 첨단 기술 분야에 각광 받고 있는 압전 소재 제품중, 본 논문에서는 국내 개발 및 시장 진입이 어려운 초정밀 액추에이터를 선택 하였으며, 전압 이송소자를 활용하기 위한 연구소단위의 연구내용을 기술하였다. 즉, 정밀 제어에 영향을 미치는 피에조의 히스테리시스를 포함한 개루프 특성을 모델링하고, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션으로 액추에이터의 동작을 검증한 후 PID제어기를 적용하여, 이에 따른 결과와 함께 제어기를 제작하였다.

  • In this paper, a novel design ultrasonic linear motor is proposed. The proposed motor consists of a ring type stator and a mover. They have spirals on their inner and outer surface, respectively. Along the spiral, a mover is travelled by a travelling extensional vibration mode of a ring type stator. Hence, a linear up-and-down motion is generated. Through the experimental data, we can verify the applicability regarding the autofocus lens drive.

  • In this paper, noble electrical equivalent circuit ultrasonic motor is applied by model of parallel one from mechanical equation of piezoelectric device and characteristics estimation is done by equivalent converter. Uitrasonic motor is driven by oscillation circuit of two-phase high frequency inverter. Operating frequency of inverter is described by tracking control method of resonance frequency, according to change of load, temperature etc.

  • This paper proposes virtual-magnetic system by a force-reflecting interface to drive a ultrasonic motors(USMs) To approach virtual magnet in graphic the 6 dDOF force-reflecting interfaces provides force feedback to users as if I is magnetic-force, So users can feel real magnet Effectively to display the magnetic-force we need the interface with specific characteristics such as low inertia almost zero friction and very high stiffness As an actuator for the interface the USMs have many good advantage satisfied these conditions over conventional servo motors. To estimate capability of this virtual-magnetic system we did an experiment of magnetism based on coulomb's law when Coulmb's low apply this experiment it is vey conformable to real magnet

  • 전세계적으로 운전자의 주행시 차선변경이나 정지시 돌발적으로 지나가는 옆차선의 차량을 감시함으로서 교통사고발생율을 대폭 감소시킬 수 있기 때문에 많은 시스템들이 개발되고 있다. 그러나 대부분 비젼시스템과 연결되는 고정형 타입으로서 운전자의 시각을 지원해 주는 경우가 많았다. 본 연구에서는 회전형으로 제작되어 사용자가 원하는 대로 감시영역을 축소시키거나 확대시킬 수 있는 방식으로서 사각지대 감지를 위한 서보모터의 회전속도/각도와 초음파센서의 측정거리 및 LED의 ON-OFF 등 각종 파라미터를 조절함으로서 최적의 사양을 선정하였고 시험을 통해 그 타당성을 증명하였다.

  • Transducer for ultrasonic linear motor with the symmetric and anti-symmetric modes was studied. The ultrasonic linear motor consists of two Langevin type piezoelectric vibrators that cross at right angles with each other in tip. In order to excite symmetric and anti-symmetric modes, the transducer must have a phase shift of 90 degree in space and time. Therefore, the tip of transducer moves on an elliptical motion. In this paper, the finite element analysis was used to optimize dimension and displacement of the transducer The ultrasonic motor was fabricated using the simulated result and the driving characteristics were measured. No-load velocity was 0.28[m/s] and the maximum efficiency was 30[%] in resonance frequency.

  • In this paper, we proposed a novel control method which uses the internal impedance angles as a control parameter to drive traveling wave type ultrasonic motor. An impedance characteristic of the ultrasonic motor is obtained by analysis of the equivalent circuits including the external inductor used to generate the coupled resonance. The phase angle of internal impedance to achieve optimal control performance is derived. For the tracking of impedance angle, an information of phase difference is obtained from the applied voltage and current. The high speed phase difference detector is designed to monitor the phases of ultrasonic motor. The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is clarified by experiments.
