The era we are living in is an era of hyperconnectivity where boundaries and limitations of each field and domain disappear and organically converge and share with each other. Christians living in the age of hyperconnectivity are losing their direction of life due to various divisions and severances, such as holiness and secularity, church and world, soul and body, faith and life, and humans and nature. However, in a hyperconnected society, it is necessary to break free from division and conflict caused by disconnection, and realize the kingdom of God through connection and solidarity between humans, nature, and the world. In order to explore the direction of Christian education for this purpose, this study examined the characteristics of the era of hyperconnectivity and the principle of solidarity, which is the core of hyperconnectivity. The theological meaning of solidarity was examined in terms of humans, nature, and the world, and based on this understanding, the direction of Christian education in the era of hyperconnectivity was sought. It can be summarized as having a religious understanding of human beings of Homoconnectus with a pericoretic mode of existence. Third, education on the kingdom of justice and peace where we can live together in a solidarity relationship can be summarized.

본 논문은 자율주행 자동차의 보안 취약성과 이를 해결하기 위한 솔루션에 대한 조사를 다루고 있다. 자동차의 자율주행 및 초연결성이 대두됨에 따라 보안 위협이 점점 중요해지는 현실을 직면하고 있다. 본 논문은 다양한 취약성을 카테고리 별로 다루고, 해당 취약성에 대응하기 위한 보안 솔루션과 현재 연구 개발 중인 솔루션들을 소개하고 있다. 그러나 아직 해결되지 않은 과제들이 산적해 있으며, 연구와 개발이 계속되어야 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 초연결 자율주행 자동차를 구현할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Today we live in the Hyper-Connected Society. The Hyper-Connected Society is the network society connected with hyper-connectivity. We know that this technical substructure of hyper-connectivity is the 4th industrial revolution. In this paper, I want to find the origin of the Hyper-Connected Society by clarifying the pattern of the staged development of industrial revolution. The variation pattern of technical revolution including industrial revolution can be summarized very simply as follows; (1) technical revolution ${\rightarrow}$ network revolution, (2) network revolution화 ${\rightarrow}$ the variation of social network, material revolution${\rightarrow}$spiritual revolution. The pattern of the staged development of industrial revolution is as follows. Therefore, in the aspects of network revolution, the origin of the Hyper-Connected Society is the railroad revolution in USA after 1840.

최근 모든 분야의 산업 발전에 있어 AI의 중요성은 증가하고 있다. 초연결성, 초지능성을 특징으로 하는 정보산업의 혁명인 4차 산업혁명은 핵심 기술인 AI가 견인하고 있기 때문이다. AI 산업의 시장규모는 기하급수적으로 성장할 것이라는 전망이 나오는 반면, 성장률의 둔화 추세와 이런 결과를 뒷받침하는 우려 사항들도 제기되고 있다. 특히, AI의 판단에 대한 신뢰는 AI의 활용을 위해 확보해야 하는 주요 과제로 인식되고 있다. 본 고에서는 방송·미디어에서도 AI에 대한 신뢰가 왜 중요한지, 그리고 이를 확보하기 위해 해외에서 어떤 활동들을 하고 있는지 특히 유럽의 동향을 위주로 소개하고자 한다. 또한, 사람들이 대부분의 생활 정보를 얻는 방송·미디어에서 신뢰할 수 있는 AI를 활용하기 위한 방송사의 역할에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

This study examines the impact of consumers' subjective perception on the quality loyalty of the Internet of things, explores academic innovation schemes, and puts forward business strategies for on-site optimization of the industry. The research methods use online survey methods for Chinese consumers who have used or bought Xiaomi IoT products. The results show that the inherent attributes of Internet of things products have an impact on brand image, and brand image has an impact on customer loyalty. Brand image shows complete media effect in the relationship between hyper-connectivity and customer loyalty of Internet of things products. For the enterprises that develop the Internet of things, obtaining the perceived brand image has a very important strategic significance in expanding the loyal customer base.

지상파 UHD 방송의 주요 특징 중 하나는 IP기반의 양방향 서비스이다. 데이터 전송 측면에서 보면 고화질 영상을 많은 사람들이 동시에 수신할 수 있는 브로드캐스트 서비스이면서도 통신망과의 연결을 통해 콘텐츠를 확장할 수 있는 확장형 서비스라고 할 수 있다. 초고속, 초저지연, 초연결 등 세가지 중요한 특징의 5G 서비스는 이러한 지상파 UHD 방송과 어떻게 접목될 수 있을까? 초고화질로 연결되는 현장 상황은 실시간 방송의 품질을 높일 것이며, 초저지연은 무선라이브 제작환경의 혁신을 가져올 것이다. 또한 초연결성은 고품질 미디어 서비스 단말기의 무한 확장을 가져올 것이다. 이처럼 통신 기술의 혁신적인 발전은 연결형 서비스로 거듭난 지상파 방송 서비스의 진화에도 많은 영향을 미칠 것이다. 본 고에서는 5G에서 달라진 기술 혁신의 내용과 미디어 소비 환경의 변화가 지상파 방송 미디어 서비스를 어떻게 변화시키는지 논의해 보고자 한다.

차세대 성장동력으로 각광받고 있는 사물인터넷은 국제 표준 혐의체인 oneM2M의 주도 아래 표준화가 진행중이다. 사물인터넷은 모든 사물이 연결되는 초연결성이라는 점과 연산 능력, 메모리, 배터리 등에 많은 한계를 갖는 제약 많은 장치가 대상이라는 두가지 큰 특징이 있다. 본 논문에서는 oneM2M의 장치 관리 표준에 대해서 설명한다. 또한 사물인터넷의 기술적 이슈를 해결하기 위해 등장한 CoAP 기반의 LWM2M 표준 기술을 소개하고 이를 데이터 모델링 언어인 YANG 기반의 장치관리 정보 설계를 제안한다.

The first mission for the IoT based hyper-connectivity communication is developing a device-to-device communication technique in infra-less low-power and lossy networks. In a low-power and lossy wireless network, IoT devices and routers cannot keep the original path toward the destination since they have the limited memory. Different from the previous light-weight routing protocols focusing on the reduction of the control messages, the proposed scheme provides the light-weight IPv6 address auto-configuration, IPv6 neighbor discovery and routing protocol in a IoT capable infra-less wireless networks with the bloom filer and enhanced rank concepts. And for the first time we evaluate our proposed scheme based on the modeling of various probability distributions in the IoT environments with the lossy wireless link. Specifically, the proposed enhanced RPL based light-weight routing protocol improves the robustness with the multi-paths locally established based on the enhanced rank concepts even though lossy wireless links are existed. We showed the improvements of the proposed scheme up to 40% than the RPL based protocol.

Cyber risk is rapidly increasing due to the hyperconnectivity of the IoT in the intelligent information society. Therefore cyber insurance has been attracting attention as a new risk management countermeasure by transferring cyber risk. However, cyber insurance is still a new concept in South Korea. The purpose of this study is to propose the concept of cyber insurance suitable for domestic demand by deriving the priority of cyber insurance coverage. Research results suggest that the most requisite cyber insurance types are business interruption and liability.

Rationality only based on human experience and visuals takes huge toll on nation at the time of disasters. Accordingly, it is required to convert its system into national disaster-managing system based on governmental departments effective cooperation against catastrophic emergencies. Thus, this manuscript rejects empirical model of calamity measures and provides substituting prototype based on u-Gov which utilizes UT service from the developed countries' cases. Moreover, in order to provide nation's administrative services, the paper suggests alternative for politic issues which realizes a new incorporated control towel reflecting policies.
