우리나라의 최근에 개발된 신도시나 신시가지를 제외한 대부분이 합류식 하수관망으로 구성되어 있다. 이에 따른 초기강우시 도시 인접하천으로 유입되는 유출수가 수질오염을 가중시키고 있다. 분류식 하수관이 설치된 지역이라도 강우에 의해 도시지역 노면에서 우수관을 통해 하천으로 배출되며 유출수 자체도 오염물질 농도가 높고 유해물질까지 함유하고 있는 경우가 많다. 그러므로 도시하천에 대한 종합적인 수질관리를 위해서는 점오염원뿐만 아니라 초기강우시 도시 유출수의 수질 및 오탁부하량 등 비점오염원에 대한 기초조사 및 해석이 선행되어야 한다고 판단된다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 도시하천의 초기강우에 의한 유출수의 수질특성을 분석하기 위하여 홍제천, 중랑천, 남가좌배수구역 및 군자배수구역 등 4개 도시유역에서 직접 시료를 채취하여 각 수질항목에 대하여 분석하였다. 수질분석은 환경오염공정시험법이나 표준시험법에 준하였고, 현장에서 실측이 가능한 항목들은 현장에서 측정하였으며, 나머지 항목은 시료를 즉시 실험실로 운반하여 분석하였다. 홍제천은 1996년 8월부터 1997년 9월까지 5개 강우사상의 자료를 분석하였고, 중랑천은 2001년 5월부터 2005년 4월까지 7개 강우사상, 남가좌배수구역은 1995년 7월에서 1997년 9월까지 5개 강우사상, 그리고 군자배수구역은 2005년 4월부터 2007년 9월까지 11개 강우사상에 걸쳐 수질분석을 실시하였다. 분석된 수질자료를 이용하여 도시지역의 초기강우에 의한 초기유출수와 수질의 관계를 분석 비교 하였으며, 또한, 초기유출수에 따른 비점오염원별 상관성을 분석하여 유량 측정을 통하여 보다 손쉽게 총 오염부하량을 산출 할 수 있도록 비유량과 SS, $BOD_5$, COD 등의 수질성분간의 상관계수와 회귀식을 도출하여 이들 상관식으로부터 유량변화에 따른 수질성분의 예측에 활용토록 하였다. 그러나, 외삽구간의 유량에 대한 수질 예측 결과에는 큰 오차가 있을 수 있으므로, 보다 다양한 유량에 대한 수질관측자료로 보완된 상관식의 개발로 극복되어질 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이 연구의 성과는 도시유출에서 수질과의 상관성과 도시하천의 유량 수질관리에 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

사람과 제품의 인터랙션 과정 중에서 제품 사용 초기 단계에서의 사용자 감성을 평가해 보기위하여 본 연구에서는 처음 접하는 휴대폰을 사용하는 도중에 표출되는 사용자의 감성을 평가해 보았다. 전반적으로 사용성 측면을 상당히 고려하여 디자인한 제품이라고 할 수 있는 휴대폰의 경우 높은 사용적 만족성과 낮은 불편성이 표출되었다. 반면에 전반적으로 새로운 기능과 스타일에만 집중하여 사용자의 사용성 측면에 대해서는 다소 불편한 제품이라고 할 수 있는 휴대폰의 경우 낮은 사용적 만족성, 높은 불편성이 표출되었지만 그 외 심미성, 신규성, 유쾌성, 우수성에서는 높은 값을 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과를 가지고 성급하게 제품의 사용성과 사용자의 감성에 대한 결론을 내리기에는 다소 미흡하지만 향후 제품 경험 시간에 따라 표출되는 사용자의 감성변화를 분석함으로써 제품의 사용성과 사용자의 감성 간의 관계를 보다 더 명확하게 밝혀낼 수 있으리라 기대한다.

초기의 전자 지불 시스템은 안전성과 사용자의 익명성이 주요 관심사였다. 하지만 최근에는 그러한 안정성과 익명성 뿐만 아니라 전자화폐의 분할성과 불법적인 사용자에 대한 부분적인 추적성이 커다란 관심사가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자화폐의 분할성을 기존의 이진 트리 구조를 이용한 방식과 다른 방식으로 해결함으로써 보다 간단하고 효율적인 방법을 제시하고 부분적인 추적성을 가질 수 있는 방식을 제안하도록 한다.

신경망은 적용 다양성과 제약조건의 최소성, 강력한 예측성, 범용성, 근사성 등 많은 장점을 지니고 있으나 초기 가중치의 할당에 따라 모델 생성의 Performance와 예측의 결과가 달라지게 되는 단점을 지니고 있다. 이런 신경망의 초기 가중치에 따른 단점을 보안하기 위해 통계적 알고리즘의 접목을 통해 Hybrid된 신경망 보완 알고리즘을 제시하고자 하였다. 논문을 위한 기본 가정으로 신경망의 가장 기본인 SLP 알고리즘을 바탕으로 활성함수에 가장 일반적으로 사용되는 Sigmoid 활성함수를 이용하였을 때, 초기 가중치로 기존의 임의 난수 생성 방식이 아닌 통계적 로지스틱 회귀분석의 계수값(mle)을 제시하여 이를 초기치로 사용한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우의 예측 정확성과 수렴의 Performance정도를 비교하여 가장 효과적인 초기치 방법을 제시하고자 하였다.

Although recent policies and regulations in Korea strongly advocate and encourage cultivation of venture foundations, studies on venture foundation and success are very limited and often primarily focus on entrepreneurship or individual quality as a venture founder in addition to such studies' validity in question. Therefore, this study primarily focuses on venture preparation process which is subject to venture founder's effort to verify the policy effectiveness in the relationship between venture preparation and business performance. Major goal of this study is to reduce social cost of venture failure by suggesting systematic policy support for venture foundations and analyzing the relationship between following variables: first, venture preparation and financial performance, second, venture preparation and non-financial performance, and third, venture preparation and business performance. 400 initial venture foundations less than 5 years are selected from KISED(Korea Institute Startup & Entrepreneurship Development) trend analysis to carry out statistical analysis using SPSS 18.0. To organize the data features, frequency analysis as well as descriptive statistics are performed to verify the hypothesis. As a result, sub-factors in measurement of venture preparation which are venture education period, venture benefit, and experience of incubating organization are selected as independent variables. Likewise, sub-factors in measurement of business performance which are financial performance and non-financial performance are used as dependent variables. To validate interactive effect, venture preparation period is selected as control variable to perform hierarchical regression analysis. The analysis result verifies that venture benefit has positive influence on financial and non-financial performance while venture education period has positive influence on non-financial influence and experience of incubating organization has negative influence on non-financial performance without influence on financial performance. In addition, interaction of venture preparation period has positive influence solely between venture benefit and non-financial performance. Through this study, appropriate supporting plans depending on the level of venture preparation can be derived to improve business performance of initial venture foundations for policy designer of venture support, and quality rather than quality improvement of venture businesses is possible through investigation of structural issues of individual venture businesses. Ultimately, this study suggests venture founders to determine whether to focus on venture preparation process or to start a venture business.

본 고는 확산대역 시스팀에서 많이 사용되고 있는 상관기를 이용한 초기동기 장치의 하드웨어 복잡성과 초기동기에 소요되는 시간을 줄일 수 있는 부분 상관기를 제안하고 이의 성능을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 입력 SNR 에 따라서 부분상관기의 출력값을 분별지수로 구함으로써, 통신환경에 따른 적절한 부분 상관기의 길이를 구할 수 있었다. 즉 통신환경의 변화에 대해서 초기동기에 소요되는 시간과 하드웨어의 복잡성을 최대한 줄일 수 있는 상관기의 최적 길이를 구할 수 있었다.

Technology-based start-ups have great economic ripple effect such as economic growth and job creation. Therefore, a strategic approach is required in order for such start-ups to continuously grow. However, many technology-based start-ups do not survive the Death-Valley and are being eliminated from the market. This is an empirical study on influencing variables that have impact on their performance. This study presents growth intention and influencing variables that have impact on performance (financial performance, technological performance) based on previous research on technology-based start-up. Also, this study examines the relationship between entrepreneurial competence, team commitment and growth intention, and finds the effect of controlling business-network. Structural equation modeling was performed in order to test the research hypothesis. Survey was conducted on the firms that have been certified by Youth Startup Academy of Small and Medium Business Corporation. A total of 306 samples were collected from the survey. An empirical test was conducted on the research hypothesis using SPSS 21.0 and Amos 22.0. The result of hypothesis test shows that growth intention has positive influence on both financial and technological performance, and entrepreneurial competence (technological competence, strategic management competence, creative competence and team commitment) has positive influence on growth intention. Also, the research proved that business-network has regulation effect between human resource trait and growth intention. The result of our study will provide practical insight to future start-ups for continuous growth and successful running of their firm.

During few decades, Korean economy has been growing with heavy and manufacturing industries. However, the economy meets limitations of growth rate, and employment rate. The Korean government has been trying to overcome these limitations using development of venture businesses and re-organization of industrial ecosystem. These efforts make high survival rate of recent venture companies. There are previous researches about relation between characteristics of entrepreneur and managerial performance, there are several limitations. Firstly, most of papers were based on survey with specific region or industry. Secondly, related researches were carried out with unable to distinguish among firm's survival periods. This paper uses the '2017 Survey of Korea Venture Firms' data that is approved by the Korean government. This data includes whole industries and survival periods. The aim of this research is finding the effect of characteristics of entrepreneur on managerial performance of venture firms by different survival periods using data envelopment analysis (DEA). If entrepreneur has doctoral degree, the firm's managerial performance is lower than bachelor degree. In addition, over 10 years of working career, and joint-venture have positive effect on firm's performance. This paper can provide valuable information to venture related policy makers and investment decision makers.

본 연구는 국내 창업초기투자생태계의 현황을 진단하고 향후 진화의 방향과제를 도출하는 것이 목적이다. 2013년 정부의 투자중심 창업지원 생태계 구축정책에 힘입어 국내 창업초기 투자생태계는 보다 세분화되고 활성화 되고 있다. 종전의 엔젤투자와 VC 투자자로 양분되었던 벤처투자시장에, 특히 창업초기단계 개인엔젤투자조합, 전문엔젤, TIPS, 엑셀러레이터와 창업초기 전용VC 펀드인 인큐베이팅펀드와 청년창업전용투자펀드등에서 최근 마이크로VC펀드에 이르기까지 다양한 창업초기 VC 펀드가 창출되며 다양한 그룹의 투자자들이 생성 진화중이다. 이렇게 창업초기 다양한 투자자그룹이 생성되고 성장하고 있는 이면에는 정부의 매칭투자와 투자연계 R&D 자금이 큰 역할을 하고 있어 투자자들에게는 창업기업에게 Valuation과 투자 위험 관리에 큰 도움을 주고, 창업기업에게는 과도한 지분의 희석 없이 투자자금이 가진 장점의 혜택을 극대화하고 있다. 그러나 본 연구의 국내창업초기 투자생태계 진단결과, 국내 창업투자생태계는 다양한 투자자그룹이 생성되고 성장하고 있지만 서로 다른 투자자 그룹 간 공동투자나 후속투자 연계 등의 협업적 활동 및 회수네트워크 연계 등 활동은 아직 미흡하다. 또한 투자분야 자체가 모바일 및 인터넷서비스 분야에 집중되고 있어, 상대적으로 긴 시간의 보육과 성장검증기간 및 규모 있는 투자를 필요로하는 제조분야는 비중이 약한 편이어서 투자 대상 사업 분야의 다변화 필요하다. 뿐만 아니라 국내 창업초기투자생태계는 창업의 글로벌 사업성과를 내기 위한 글로벌 투자자들과의 연계구조는 미흡한 상황이어 이를 촉진할 방안이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

최근 기후변화의 위기를 녹색 기술과 청정에너지를 활용한 신(新)성장동력의 기회로 활용하면서 건설 산업에도 온실가스 저감, 환경오염 저감, 에너지 효율화를 위한 기술적인 활동을 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력이 구체적인 성과를 얻기 위해서는 건설 사업 초기단계에서부터 녹색건설에 대한 단계별 목표 수립과 구체적이고 체계적인 성과평가 시스템을 수립하여야 하지만, 성과평가에 대한 이해와 평가방법이 불명확한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 녹색 건설 성과분야를 경제적요인(Economic), 사회적요인 (Social), 환경적요인(Environmental)으로 구분하여 합리적이고 비교 가능한 녹색 건설의 세부 성과지표를 제시하기 위한 녹색 건설 성과지표 국내 외 사례를 조사 비교 분석 하였다.
