The purpose of this study was to investigate the visual images of shirts according to coloration and the interval of checked patterns. The experimental stimulus and questionnaires for scaling response were developed for this study. The stimuli were 12 color pictures, in which the gender, coloration(WG: white+gray, WK: white+black, GK: gray+black), and interval(0.5 cm, 1.5 cm, 3.5 cm, 5.5 cm) were manipulated. The 7-point rating scale was used for evaluation of the visual image. Data were obtained from 144 male college students and 144 female college students living in Gyeonggi, Gyeongnam, Seoul, Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan on December 2009. For data analysis, ANOVA and the Duncan-test were used by using the SPSS program. The results of this study were as follows; the visual images for shirts according to the coloration and interval of checked patterns consisted of four dimensions of attractiveness, appeal, youth, and modesty. Gender was the main factor when looking at attractiveness. Coloration had the main effect on appeal, youth, and modesty. Also, there was a significant interaction effect of gender and coloration on attractiveness, while there was a significant interaction effect of coloration and interval on modesty.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the clothing image according to gender, coloration of chromatic and achromatic color, and interval of checked pattern. The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stimulus and response scales. The stimuli were 16 color pictures, in which the gender(male, female), interval(0.5cm, 1.5cm, 3.5cm, 5.5cm), and coloration(WR: white+red, WY: white+yellow, WB: white+Blue, WP: white+purple) were manipulated. The 7-point scale was used for evaluation of clothing image. Data were obtained from 192 male college students and 192 female college students living in Seoul, Gwangju, Daegu, Jinju, and Changwon on March 2010. For data analysis, ANOVA and Duncan-test were used by using SPSS program. Results of this study were as follows.; Clothing image according to coloration of chromatic and achromatic color, and interval of checked pattern consisted of six dimensions of attractiveness, appeal, activity, freshness, modesty, and cuteness. Gender showed an independent effect on attractiveness, appeal, activity, freshness, and cuteness. Interval showed an independent effect on attractiveness. Coloration showed an independent effect on appeal, activity, freshness, modesty, and cuteness. Also, interaction effects of gender and coloration on freshness and cuteness were found.

The stimuli were 16 color pictures, in which the perceiver's gender, interval(0.5cm, 1.5cm, 3.5cm, 5.5cm), and color(red, yellow, blue, purple) were manipulated. The 7-point scale was used for evaluation of clothing image. Data were obtained from 192 male college students and 192 female college students living in Seoul, Gwangju, Jinju, and Masan on December 2009. For data analysis, ANOVA and Duncan-test were used by using SPSS program. Results of this study were as follows.; Clothing image according to interval and color of checked pattern consisted of five dimensions of attractiveness, appeal, warmness, modesty, and freshness. Perceiver's gender showed an independent effect on appeal, modesty, and freshness. Interval showed an independent effect on appeal, warmness, modesty, and freshness. Also, interaction effects of Perceiver's gender and interval on appeal and freshness were found. Interaction effects of Perceiver's gender and color on appeal were found.

본 연구를 통하여 다하중 경우를 가지는 평면구조물의 위상을 도출하기 위한 최적화 프로그램을 개발하였다. 계산시간을 줄이고 실용적인 위상최적화를 수행하기 위하여 사절점 저차 유한요소를 이용하였다. 저차 유한요소를 사용하여 도출되는 위상에 나타나는 체크무늬현상을 제거하기 위해 여과절차를 도입하였다. 위상최적화를 수행하기 위하여 가등질화된 물질로 구조재를 표현하였고 물질을 재분배하기 위하여 최적정기준을 바탕으로 유도한 크기조절 알고리듬을 도입하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 이용하여 단하중 경우와 다하중 경우에 대한 평면 구조물의 위상을 도출하고 이를 비교분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 구조물의 실제적인 위상을 도출하기 위해서는 다하중 경우가 반드시 고려되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 칸투어 추적의 정확도 향상을 위하여 배경이 제거된 에지 중에서 실제로 추적하고자 하는 객체의 경계선에 존재하는 에지들을 선택하는 방법을 제안한다 우리는 전 프레임에 존재하는 객체 칸투어의 수직 방향 그래디언트를 계산한다. 또한 다양한 크기를 가진 면적의 개념을 사용한 그래디언트 계산은 노이즈에 의한 영향이나 작은 체크무늬의 텍스쳐를 가진 장면에서도 정확하게 객체의 경계선에 존재하는 에지를 선택할 수 있게 한다. 우리는 이렇게 다양한 크기로 계산된 그래디언트값들은 가중치를 사용하여 합으로 계산하고 이 값이 큰 에지들을 경계선에 존재하는 에지로 고려한다.

This study is focused on the elucidation of efficient and correct marking methods by comparing and analyzing marker efficiency depending on the marking job condition such as interval of checking-pattern, width of materials, and marker orientation using man's shirts. To compare the marking efficiency of shirts, plain and check-patterned materials with the intervals of $1.5{\times}1.5cm$, $3{\times}3cm$, and $5{\times}5cm$ were selected. First, in the comparison of marking efficiency depending on materials width, the highest efficiency was obtained with nap-either-way position of 150cm, plain materials and lowest efficiency with nap-one-way position of 150cm, $5{\times}5cm$ check-pattern materials. Regardless of the direction of marker position, the marking efficiency of 150cm width was higher than 110cm width in the plain, $1.5{\times}1.5cm$ and $3{\times}3cm$ check-pattern interval, but the marking efficiency of 110cm width was higher than 150cm width in the $1.5{\times}1.5cm$ check-pattern interval. Second, in the comparison of marking efficiency depending on the direction of marker position, regardless of check-pattern interval and material width, the highest efficiency was obtained with nap-either-way position. And nap-up-and-down and nap-one-way follows next. Third, in the comparison of marking efficiency depending on check-pattern interval, the efficiency of plain materials was higher than those of check-patterned materials. And increasing the intervals decreased marking efficiency and vice versa. So the lowest efficiency was obtained with $5{\times}5cm$ check patterned materials.

Research Method intended to compare the marking efficiency of Jacket and Slacks, check-less and check- patterned materials with the intervals of $1.5{\times}1.5cm$ and $5{\times}5cm$ were selected. First, in the comparison of marking efficiency depending on check-pattern interval, regardless of the direction of marker position, single-item makers and set-item makers, the efficiency of check-less materials was higher than those of check-patterned materials and increasing the intervals decreased marking efficiency and vice versa. Marking efficiency of Slacks was less influenced than marking efficiency of Jacket by check-pattern interval. Second, in the comparison of marking efficiency depending on the direction of marker position, regardless of check-pattern interval and number of maker pieces, the efficiency of nap-up-and-down position was higher than those of nap-one-way position. Third, the marking efficiency of single-item was more effective than one of set-item in all working condition except nap-one-way position in checkless materials.

Structural Dynamics Modification (SDM) is a very effective technique to improve structure's dynamic characteristics by adding or removing auxiliary structures. changing material properties and shape of structure. Among those of SDM technique, the method to change shape of structure has been mostly relied on engineer's experience and trial-and-error process which are very time consuming. In order to develop a systematic method to change structure shape, surface grooving technique is studied and successfully applied to HDD cover model. To check the effectiveness of this surface grooving technique, the grooved HDD cover design was manufactured using rapid prototyping and experimentally tested to prove the effectiveness of the grooving method as one of SDM techniques. And the modal strain energy and eigenvalue sensitivity method for choosing the initial starting point are compared.

The 7-point scale was used for evaluation of clothing image. Data were obtained from 240 female college students living in Seoul, Gwangju, Jinju, and Masan on May 2010. For data analysis, ANOVA and Duncan-test were used by using SPSS program. Results of this study were as follows.; Clothing image according to coloration, tone, and interval of checked pattern consisted of five dimensions of attractiveness, freshness, appeal, modesty, and activity. Coloration showed an independent effect on attractiveness and appeal. Tone showed an independent effect on freshness, appeal, and modesty. Interval showed an independent effect on freshness. Also, interaction effects of coloration and tone on appeal were found. Interaction effects of coloration and interval on modesty were found.
