This paper proposes a consumer-tailored solution to prevent the forgery and falsification of data by incorporating blockchain technology in the online and offline distribution of agricultural produce. The solution provides customized services to consumers based on an analysis of the data generated from the sales, distribution, and consumption of quality of the produce. It can also ensure the safety and credibility of the produce, and allow producers to identify consumption intent and the flow of distribution. Producers will be able to determine the flow of produce based on the data collected and thus tailor promotional efforts. This is expected to be the fourth industrial revolution in the agricultural produce distribution sector. Utilizing blockchain and big data technology to create integrated record management systems that combine multiple solutions will shape future technology trends. In addition, if eco-friendly certification is acknowledged as a valuable service and can be incorporated into the distribution process, this solution could become a one-stop distribution solution for agricultural produce.

2001년 5월 일본의 대표적인 이동전화사업체인 NTT 도코모가 동경지역에서 처음으로 제3세대(3G) 무선전화서비스를 개시함으로써 세계의 3G서비스시대의 서막이 오른다. 당초 2002년 여름 한ㆍ일 월드컵을 기하여 개시할 계획이던 우리나라의 3G 서비스는 사업자들의 준비관계로 당분간 기억할 수 없게 되었으나 2005년경에는 세계가 본격적인 3G 서비스시대를 맞게 될 것으로 보인다.

Korea government has established 67 agri-food clusters for 10 years. In recent years, the criticism of this policy has significantly increased due to trials and errors. The purpose of this study is to suggest some policy implications for the focal firm and governance mechanism through the case study of Muan Loess Sweet Potato Cluster. The concept of netchain was used as an analysis framework. Muan Loess Sweet Potato Cluster doesn't operate an integrated production organization and focal firm doesn't exercise its influence as well. The cluster agency, focal firm of Cluster, is important for a Agri-food Cluster to grow continuously. it must have a great influence on organizing networks and an enough capacity for forming coordination mechanism. Also, Local governments must actively be involved in the network formation and coordination and inform the vision and plan for development.

과거 독립적으로 운영되던 이동통신망과 유선인터넷망이 유무선 통합 서비스의 확대로 상호간의 트래픽이 교환되고 있고 기존의 유선 콘텐츠와 연계된 다양한 서비스들이 등장하고 있다. 현재 이동망과 유선망의 데이터망 간의 트래픽양이 많지 않지만 향후 망 개방 효과의 확대, 유무선 통합서비스 활성화, 통신서비스의 진화에 따라 트래픽 증가에 따른 처리에 대한 유선과 무선 사업자간 상호접속과 관련된 다양한 이슈가 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 이동통신망과 유선인터넷망 간의 데이터망 상호접속 현황 및 연동에 따른 수익구조 관계를 분석 한다. 또한 유무선 연동 구조의 가치체인과 관계 사업자를 분석하고 무선인테넷 요금제 유형에 따라 이동통신사, 유선계 사업자, 콘텐츠 사업자 중심으로 상이하게 나타나는 이해관계를 분석하고자 한다.

표준형 부표류 계류시설 기술개발계획 승인(2010. 6. 29) 후 중소기업청 구매조건부 신제품 개발사업의 일환으로 표준형 부표류 계류시설 기술개발이 2010. 6. 1~2012. 5. 31. 약 24개월간 추진되었고, 2013. 5. 31. 신제품 기술개발사업 최종 "성공" 평가로 판정됨에 따라 (등)부표 계류 안정성 검토 결과를 반영한 현장 활용을 통해 신(新) 계류시설의 제도적 기틀을 마련하게 되었다. 그동안 주강용 체인의 문제점으로 지적되었던 고중량, 부식성, 마모성, 해양환경, 전량수입 등과 같은 관리 운영상 문제점이 개선되고, 연구개발(R&D)를 통한 해양분야의 창조경제 실현이 기대된다.

최근 정부가 저탄소 녹색성장을 새로운 국정비전으로 제시하고 혁신적 그린에너지 기술개발을 위해 연평균 20%이상의 R&D 예산을 증액하고 있는 상황에서 연구개발결과의 상용화율 제고를 위한 연구기획, 평가, 관리시스템의 개선이 시급한 실정이다. 특히 선진국의 경우 최근 3년간 에너지분야 R&D의 상용화율이 미국 35.9%, 유럽 46.8%로서 24.2%인 한국에 비해 매우 높다고 할 수 있다. 이와같은 격차가 존재하는 것에 대해서 다양한 요인을 생각해볼 수 있겠지만, 크게 시장적인 또는 산업적인 측면에서의 중요도를 기준으로 연구과제를 선정하지 못하고 있다는 점과 연구개발결과를 효율적으로 사업화하고 있지 못하고 있다는 점을 생각해볼 수 있다. 특히 에너지 분야는 대규모 자금의 초기소요 및 개발기술 상용화기간의 장기화등으로 인해 사업화 실적이 타산업대비 매우 저조한 편이다. 이와같은 연구결과의 사업화와 관련된 문제점을 극복하기 위한 노력으로 국내에서 다양한 형태의 기술사업화 지원프로그램이 운영괴고 있으나, 에너지 분야에 특화된 프로그램은 부족한 상황이다. 반면에 미국의 경우, 재생에너지 R&D분야 전문투자자 그룹인 클린테크그룹 등을 중심으로 2002년부터 현재까지 다수의 녹색기술분야에 특화된 기술사업화 지원 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 그 결과 현재까지 약 9년간 총 16억$의 투자유치에 성공함으로써 민간투자 활성화 역할을 담당하고 있다. 따라서 국내의 경우에도 이와같은 에너지 R&D 결과를 효과적으로 사업화로 연계시킬 수 있는 관련 프로그램 등이 시급히 도입되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내의 사업화 부진문제를 해결하기 위한 하나의 방안으로서 올해부터 정부주관으로 시행되고 있는 녹색인증사업을 활용하여 사업화가 유망한 기술 및 기업을 선별하고, 이에 대해 사업화 지원을 위한 후속프로그램을 적극 지원함으로써 연구개발결과의 경제적 활용도를 획기적으로 개선하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 사업화 지원프로그램의 효율성을 높이기 위해 수도권, 영남권, 호남권 등 지역별 TP 등을 중심으로 기술사업화 협력 네트워크를 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 한 수요기술조사, 기술마케팅, 투자자유치 등의 관련프로그램을 개발하여 전단의 시스템과 융합시킴으로써 향후의 정부주도 R&D결과의 상용화율을 제고할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이에는 에너지 R&D분야별 기술적 시장적 특징분석, 지역별 산업특성과 기술공급 서플라이 체인분석을 토대로 한 기술이전 잠재수요기업 투자자를 대상으로 한 맞춤형 기술사업화 프로그램 등이 포함된다. 마지막으로 제안된 시스템에 대한 타당성 검증을 위해 올해년도에 시행한 녹색인증 기술사업화 연계프로그램 및 기술사업화 협력네트워크 활용사례 등을 분석하고, 향후 발전방향으로서 기술사업화 유관기관간간 기술사업화 정보교환 및 사업화 유망기술 기업 마케팅 등을 기본내용으로 한 시장지향적 녹색에너지 R&D 관리 시스템 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Historically, internet is the fastest growing media together with the ICT development and the key of the development is contents. Digital contents indicate information which covers voice, DB, game, publications and music etc. and the areas have been creating new technology business opportunities. The value chain of digital contents consists of production, collection, processing, services, connection and navigation and is expected to be reorganized around business players of production and distribution areas. This paper presents on those changes occurring in business environment and examples of business models, and further provides industries and academias with technology commercialization strategies.

Due to the toughening intelligence-based competitions among nations, it has become important to industrialize R&D results. To industrialize R&D results through technology transfer, the transfer fee between a technology developer and a company should be discussed. While discussing the transfer fee, the results of technology valuation have been used. However, due to the unreliability of its result, the technology transfer market has not been expanded. In this paper, we discuss the improvement of the reliability of the technology valuation method to expand the technology transfer market. The proposed scheme provides graph-type technology valuation results according to various industrial scenarios using objective technology and market data. With the use of the proposed scheme, the technology developer and the consumer (i.e., the company) can determine the appropriate technology transfer fee. Thus, the proposed scheme is expected to contribute to the expansion of the technology transfer market.

최근 IoT 기술은 가전제품, 웨어러블 디바이스, 친환경 사업등 여러가지 분야에서 사용되고 있고 각 분야의 애플리케이션의 수와 애플리케이션에 연결된 장치 수가 증가함에 따라 엄청난 양의 데이터가 생성되고 있다. 수집된 많은 양의 데이터는 전송과 저장등의 과정을 거쳐야 하지만 현재 각기다른 여러가지 IoT 플랫폼들의 프로토콜들이 존재하고 있어 서로 다른 프로토콜 간의 데이터 전송이나 디바이스 연동이 힘들다는 문제점이 존재하고 있다[1]. 또한 센서로 수집된 데이터들이 중앙 집중식 구조로 저장되기 때문에 이 데이터들을 신뢰할수 있는가에 대한 문제가 존재한다. 이 문제들을 해결하기 위해 이 논문에서는 IoT 플랫폼에서의 서로다른 프로토콜간의 연동과 데이터들의 중앙 집중화 문제를 해결하기 위한 블록체인을 활용한 IoT 플랫폼 인터워킹 프레임워크 모델을 제안하고 이어 결론과 향후 연구방향을 제시한다.

As global partnership is recently getting important in order to establish supply chain network in global managing environment, companies tend to improve quality and warranty in SCM(Supply Chain Management) by certifying ISO(International Organization for Standardization). This research investigated structural relationship how strategic and operational ISO application level and trust, immersion, collaborative factors in partnership process affect to companies business performance. This research was surveyed with 147 manufacturing companies in South Korea and conducted empirical analysis using Structural equation model. The research hypothesis and model was derived from the basis of existing theory and empirical research, and obtained the following results. Firstly, the strategic ISO level showed positive(+) effect on trust and immersion factor. Second, the operational ISO level showed positive(+) effect on trust and collaborative factor. Third, trust factor in the partnership process showed positive(+) effect on immersion factor. Lastly, collaborative factor in partnership process showed positive(+) effect on companies business performance. Implication for this research is that companies must consider ISO application in establishing partnership and companies require prolonged effort using trust, immersing, collaborative factors into partnership process to improve business performance.
