This study systematically collected and analyzed the results of previous studies on the role conflict of medical service workers. The data were collected according to the systematic review guidelines of PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis). Among the collected documents, 33 were used for the final analysis. The documents using the tools of Kim Mun-sil and Park Sang-yeon were 14,, 12 articles using Rizzio et al's tool, and 3 articles using Eun-hee Lee et al. Qualitative research methods were used in five of the 33 references. As a result of literature analysis, the higher the conflict of roles, the lower the job satisfaction, the employee 's intention, and organizational commitment. The higher the role conflict, the more burnout, job stress, and turnover intention increased. In this study, there are limitations in analyzing the relationship between role conflict and various variables. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the research on the countermeasures and mediation strategies of the role conflict of medical service workers will be actively conducted.

This study systematically collected and analyzed the results of previous studies on job satisfaction of dental hygienists and analyzed the job satisfaction measurement tools and related factors. It was conducted according to the systematic review guidelines of PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis), and 44 articles were used in the final analysis. In order to measure job satisfaction, ten measuring tools were used. All the measuring tool were developed overseas and they were modified. As a result of the literature analysis, the higher the job satisfaction, the more negative correlation was found between turnover intention and job stress, and positive correlation was found between organizational commitment and professional occupation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and various variables and to investigate the improvement of job satisfaction of dental hygienist based on the results of this study.

The purpose of this study is to review systematically the literatures on the research of the elderly speech signal processing based on the domestic gender innovation and to introduce the utility and innovation of the gender analysis methods. From 2000 to present, among the 37 research papers published in the Korean Journal, 25 papers were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. And gender analysis methods were applied to gender research subject and design. Research results show diversity of research field and high gender recognition of R & D team are needed in research and development of engineering of gender innovation perspective. In addition, government-level regulation and research funding should be systematically applied to gender innovation research processes in the elderly voice signal processing and various gender innovation projects. In the future gender innovation in the elderly speech signal processing can contribute to the creation of a new market by developing a voice recognition system and service that reflects the needs of both men and women.

This study has been conducted by a systematic review of literature and a meta-analysis in order to identify the effect of water based exercise training for COPD(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Two researchers selected relevant literature, and extracted the date and assessed the quality of literature. A total of 5 studies met the inclusion criteria, and the outcome of methodological quality of the literature was not positive. According to the result of meta-analysis of water based exercise and usual care, it was considerably effective in 6 MWT and quality of life. This study introduces various types of water based exercise for COPD patients, which is considered useful for application of the program. However, it experiences difficulty to generalize due to lack of the number of literature in relation to the water based excercise.

This study was to perform a systematic review to examine pressure ulcer preventive intervention and risk factors. PRISMA flow diagram in accordance with the selection process of this research was done. The literatures were retrieved from domestic and international study from 2010 to June, 2019. A total of 30 literatures were selected according to the selection criteria of this study. The literatures were searched electronically using the search engine with the key words of 'pressure ulcers', 'bedsore', 'decubitus ulcers', 'intervention', 'prevention'. The results of this study suggest that mediation with position change and pressure reduction device reduced the incidence of pressure sores and was important for prevention. Based on the results of this study, we provide basic data for preventive intervention of pressure ulcers that are appropriate for each medical institution.

The purpose of this study was to systematic review about randomized controlled trials the characteristics and effect of non-pharmacological intervention on depressive symptom in elderly with mild cognitive impairment. We searched studies published from January 2011 to July 2021 in 3 databases. A total 1,455 studies were found and included 11 studies in final analysis. Methodological quality was assessment with the Cochrane's RoB(risk of bias) tool. Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS) was the most used as the assessment tool for identifying the depressive symptom. Intervention were yoga, psychosocial intervention, cognitive training, health education, multi-component intervention, game training, aerobic/pulmonary physiotherapy, art therapy, music reminiscence activity, memory specificity training, cognitive stimulation therapy and SWTW(sleep well, think well) program. Among the intervention programs, yoga, multi-component intervention and game training were effective in improving depressive symptom. This study provided a clinical evidence for planning and implementing intervention on depressive symptom in elderly with mild cognitive impairment.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to perform a systematic literature review focusing on international studies to identify various factors affecting the quality of life(QOL) of dementia patients admitted to long-term care facilities. Methods: From January 2000 to July 2018, the articles published in foreign journals were searched through CINAHL and MEDLINE databases. The main search terms were'dementia or Alzheimer's'. 'quality of life', 'long-term care', 'care home', 'nursing home', 'care institution', 'residential care', 'small- scale setting'. The first 1706 articles were searched, but 10 studies were selected using the selection and exclusion criteria. Results: Analysis of ten cross-sectional studies showed that factors such as physical functioning status, ability to perform activities of daily living, and cognition showed a positive correlation with QOL. Depression and anxiety, severity of dementia, and neuropsychiatric symptoms were found to be negatively correlated with QOL. In addition, two longitudinal studies have confirmed that factors affecting QOL are affected by individual functional status and social environmental factors rather than the size and form of care facilities. Conclusion: This study summarized 10 papers and analyzed them through a systematic review of literature. We found that factors such as individual characteristics and social environment determine QOL of patients with dementia. In this study, various intervention methods to improve QOL of patients with dementia should be developed and used in long-term care facilities by identifying the factors affecting QOL of dementia patients and using them.
