This paper shows the results of failure mode analysis and the system-level reliability model for the flight test of KSLV-I upper stage. First, the critical 14 functions of KSLV-I upper stage are identified and the mission profile of the flight test is analyzed. Then, based on the functional analysis and the mission profile analysis, we construct a hierarchical structure of failure modes and a system-level reliability model for the flight test of KSLV-I upper stage.

다양한 유도무기체계의 개발로 이를 시험하거나 훈련하기 위한 발사체계모의 소프트웨어가 반복되어 개발되고 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어는 개발비는 적으나 높은 신뢰성을 요구한다. 따라서 소프트웨어의 품질 향상과 개발 및 유지보수 비용 절감을 위해서는 소프트웨어 재사용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 접근을 통해 발사체계모의 소프트웨어 개발지원을 위한 프레임워크의 개발방안에 대해 제안한다. 여러 체계마다 공통으로 사용될 수 있는 기능을 추출하고 이들의 집합을 프레임워크로 정의한다. 본 프레임워크를 발사체계 시뮬레이터 개발에 이용 시 개발 및 유지보수 비용절감 및 소프트웨어 품질 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

공공 민간이 함께 사이버위협을 조기 탐지 전파 할 수 있는 사이버위협정보 공유체계 구축에 관한 논의가 본격적으로 진행되고 있다. 아울러 사이버위협정보의 오남용에 따른 부작용과 민감 정보유출 등 잠재적인 위협이 발생할 부작용도 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 사이버위협 정보공유 현황과 관련법규를 살펴보고, 예상되는 문제점을 규명한 뒤 이를 완화하기 위한 정책적 기술적 요구사항에 대한 우선순위를 도출한다. 연구의 결과로, 정보공유체계를 효과적으로 수립하기 위한 정책적 요구사항이 기술적 요구사항 보다 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 정책적 요구사항은 관련 법적 근거의 마련, 정보관리체계 마련 순으로 나타났으며, 기술적 요구사항은 정보 표현방식 및 전송규격 표준화, 정보 수집 방법 및 신뢰성 개선 순인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 효과적인 정보공유체계 수립을 위해서는 국가가 주도하여 정책적 기반과 표준기술을 구축하되, 공공 민간이 적극적으로 참여하도록 유도하고 협력하여 정보공유체계를 구축해 나가는 방식이 보다 적합할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 국방규격서의 전문어, 오용어, 어문규정 및 순화어 미(未)준수 어휘를 추출, 정의 또는 순화어로 정제하는 맵핑구조를 제시, 민 군규격용어 표준화를 위한 정보업무 로드맵을 구축하여 민간용어와의 호환성 및 일관성을 유지할 수 있는 지원체계를 연구하였다. 대상 규격용어는 KS용어표준 원칙을 기본으로 한 신뢰도 평가와 텍스트 마이닝 (text mining)빈도분석을 이용하여 선정하였으며, 시소러스(thesaurus) 체계를 삽입, 개념기반 서비스의 확장성을 제시하였다. 이를 기반으로 산출된 규격용어 DB는 민간 및 국방 관련분야의 용어표준관리 정보체계에 검색 및 용어설명에 활용될 수 있다.

인터넷의 발달로 사회의 기반구조가 종이사회에서 사이버 사회로 전환됨에 따라 정보보호제품이 중요한 역할을 담당하게 되었다. 이러한 정보보호제품의 안전한 선택 및 사용을 위한 기본적인 선택기준은 신뢰 기관의 안전성 평가 결과일 것이다. 이러한 안전성 평가는 현재 세계적으로 공통 평가를 위한 체계를 준비중에 있으며, 가장 대표적인 것이 CC(Common Criteria)기반의 정보보호제품 평가이다. 그러나 CC기반의 평가기준에서는 정보보호분야의 핵심기술인 암호알고리즘에 대한 평가는 수행하지 않고 각 국이 독자적으로 하도록 규정하고 있으며, 이를 구현한 암호모듈에 대한 평가 또한 독자적으로 하도록 하고 있다. 암호모듈에 대한 안전성 평가로 가장 널리 참조되는 것은 미국의 NIST(National Institute of Standards and Technology)가 수행하는 CMVP(Cryptographic Module Validation Program)이며, 세계적으로 인정받고 있다. 본 고에서는 현재까지 수행되고 있는 정보보호제품에 탑재된 암호모듈의 평가체계에 대해 비교 분석하여 정리 하고자 한다.

에너지분야 국가핵심기반시설에서 산업재해 및 업무중단 사고예방을 위해 재해경감활동관리체계(BCMS)에서 일일위험지수 재난안전관리 프로그램을 자체개발 운용하여 정부의 중대재해 감축 로드맵의 핵심적인 4대 전략 중 하나인 사업장에서 유해위험요인에 대한 자기규율적인 예방관리체계의 확립한 사례를 제시하였다. 이에 대한 신뢰성 검증을 위해 중대산업재해 감축효과에 영향을 미친 사업장의 BCMS, 일일위험지수 및 중대재해처벌법 간의 관계성을 연구한 결과, 제도 간 개념의 관련성이 높으며, 상호 보완적이고 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 동종 사업장에서 재해경감활동관리체제의 일일위험지수를 활용한다면 중대재해예방관리에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, systems such as aircraft, trains and ships have become larger more complex. Therefore, the reliability calculation of these systems is more difficult. This paper presents a reliability calculation algorithm for a complex system with a solution that is difficult to analyze. When the system has a very complex structure, it is very difficult to find an analytical solution. In this case, we can assess system reliability using the failure enumeration method of the reliability path. In this research, we represent the reliability block diagram by an adjacent matrix and define the reliability path. We can find any system status by the failure enumeration of the reliability path, and thus we can calculate any kind of system reliability through this process. This result can be applied to RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) and reliability information-management systems, in which the system reliability is composed of the reliabilities of individual parts.

The purpose of this research is to comparatively meta-analyze the total, short-term, and long-termeffectiveness of cases involving care of the elderly depression in the age range of 60 and over in the four countries, and to identify the relevant policy implications for developing depression care programmes for Korean older people. Ten studies conducted by RCT were found via AMED, EMBASE, Ovid Medline, PsycInfo. Use of Review Manager(5.5 version) shows that the interventions for caring depression were all effective: total effectiveness is OR=0.47(95% CI), short-termeffectiveness is OR=0.37(95% CI), and long-term effectiveness is OR=0.61(95% CI). This research provides three policy implications: Firstly, elements for increasing the long-term effectiveness of depression care interventions should be applied to all new programmes for caring elderly depression. Secondly, more focused depression interventions should be applied during the first half period of care programmes for elderly men, whilst the focus should be shifted to the last half period for elderly women. Finally, new interventions for caring depression that integrate both the medical and social support model of depression should be designed for elderly Koreans.

기술의 발전에 따라 첨단무기체계인 군용항공기는 전투임무 수행시 내장형소프트웨어(Embedded Software)를 통해 기체내의 항공전자 장치, 항법장치, 조종장치 등의 물리적 기계적 움직임을 제어하고 있으며, 내장형 소프트웨어의 비율은 점점 증가하고 있다. 기체의 물리적 기계적 움직임이 내장형 소프트웨어에 의해 제어 되기 때문에 군용항공기의 전투능력 보존과 국방 목적의 수행을 위해선 먼저 내장형 소프트웨어 고유의 특성을 만족하고, 나아가 소프트웨어 안전성, 신뢰성, 보안성을 확보하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 설계 단계에서 스케줄성에 대해 정형검증 하여, 내장형 소프트웨어의 실시간성, 결정성, 생존성을 보증하고, 이러한 과정을 통해 전체적인 소프트웨어 안전성, 신뢰성, 보안성을 향상시키는 방안을 연구하며, 추가로 2011년 발표된 항공 소프트웨어 표준인 DO-178C에서 요구하는 정형검증을 적용한 국내 감항인증 표준 제정의 확대방안을 연구한다.

Compared to the U.S. Government Accountability Office(GAO) and the U.K. National Audit Office(NAO), the Board of Audit and Inspection of Korea(BAI) has not laid a rather solid system for effective assessment and judgment on the reliability of computer-processed data used as audit evidence in its public auditing activities. Accordingly, based on the experiences of GAO and NAO, this study suggests criteria and methods as the key elements of the methodological framework for assessing the reliability of information system data. Then, the usefulness and effectiveness of the criteria and techniques for assessing data reliability were tested and proved by applying to the analysis of allotment for mandatory disabled employment data that have been computer-processed and managed by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled(KEAD).
