1. 연구목적 태음인(太陰人) 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)은 "동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元)" 태음인병 24처방 중에 기재된 신정방으로 태음인 간조열증(肝燥熱證)에 응용되는 처방이다. 근래에는 뇌졸중을 비롯한 중추신경계통 질환에 많이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 태음인(太陰人) 청심연자탕(心蓮子湯)의 용도를 과학기기를 이용하여 기전을 규명하고자 하였다. 2. 연구방법 백서를 urethane으로 마취시키고 태음인(太陰人) 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)을 투여한 후 Pressure Transducer와 Laser-Doppler flowmetry를 이용하여 백서의 혈압과 국소뇌혈류량을 측정하였으며 이를 구성약물까지 진행하였다. 또한 태음인(太陰人) 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)의 대뇌혈류에 관한 기전 규명을 위하여 propranolol과 methylene blue로 전처치한 후 태음인(太陰人) 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)을 투여하여 이를 분석하였다. 3. 결과 및 결론 태음인(太陰人) 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)의 투여로 혈압의 유의한 변화는 없었으며, 국소뇌혈류량은 유의하게 증가되었다. 구성약물 중 연자육(蓮子肉), 맥문동(麥門冬), 천문동(天門冬), 원지(遠志), 산조인(酸棗仁), 룡안육(龍眼肉), 나복자, 감국(甘菊)은 국소뇌혈류량을 유의하게 증가시켰다. 이 실험으로 태음인(太陰人) 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)의 국소뇌혈류량 증가의 기전은 교감신경 ${\beta}$-수용체와 cyclic GMP의 생성효소인 guanylyl cyclase의 작용과 관련이 있는 것으로 생각된다.

ADR유발성 심근독성에 대한 심근세포의 손상기전을 규명하기 위해 ADR의 독성을 MTT정량, NR정량, LDH활성도 및 심박동을 측정하였다. 배양된 심근세포에서 청심연자탕 전탕액의 심근세포 보호효과는 LDH활성도 측정과 심박동 측정을 통해 관찰할 수 있었다. 이 실험을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 1. ADR은 배양심근세포에서 세포의 생존능력을 떨어뜨렸고, LDH의 활성도를 높였으며, 심박동수를 감소시켰다. 2. 청심연자탕 전탕액은 배양심근세포에서 ADR에 의해 증가된 LDH 활성도를 유의하게 감소시켰다. 3. 청심연자탕 전탕액은 배양심근세포에서 ADR에 의해 감소된 심박동을 유의하게 증가시켰다. 이상의 결과를 통해 ADR은 신생 마우스에서 적출해낸 배양 심근세포에서 독성효과를 나타냈음을 알 수 있었으며, 청심연자탕 전탕액은 ADR에 의해 유발된 심근세포독성에 매우 효과적으로 방어효과를 나타냄을 알 수 있었다.

1. 연구배경 및 목적 : 태음인(太陰人) 신방법(新定方)의 하나인 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)의 효능(效能)과 활용(活用)에 대한 임상적(臨床的) 연구(硏究)를 통하여 사상체질병증(四象體質病證)의 이해(理解)와 방제(方劑)의 운용(運用)에 도움을 주고자 한다. 2. 방법 : 1997년 3월부터 1998년 2월까지 1년간 동국대학교 분당한방병원 체질의학클리닉에 내원(來院)한 환자를 중 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)이 20점(貼) 이상 투여되고 경과관찰(經過觀察)이 가능(可能)했던 125명(남자 62명, 여자 63명)을 대상으로 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)이 투여된 환자(患者)의 특성(特性), 치료효과(治療效果), 부작용(副作用)등에 관하여 조사하고 분석하였다. 3. 결과 : 태음인(太陰人)의 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)은 남녀(男女) 구별없이 20세 이상의 전 연령층(年齡層)에서 사용되었으며, 대상환자(對象惠者)들의 주소증(主訴症)은 수족비(手足痺), 두통(頭痛), 피로(疲勞) 등 60 종류였다. 치료효과(治療效果)의 분포는 호전(好轉)(60.8%), 우수(優秀)(15.2%), 별무변화(別無變化)(24.0%)였으며 악화(惡化)는 없었다. 전신상태의(全身狀態)의 특징으로는 설태(舌苔)가 백태(白苔) 또는 황태(黃苔)를 띠거나 수면(睡眠)에 장애(障碍)가 있는 경우가 많았다. 처방(處方)을 활용(活用)할 때는 다른 치료법이나 처방의 변경없이 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)만을 사용한 경우가 많았으며 병증(病症)에 따라 2~3 종류(種類)의 약물(藥物)을 가미(加味)하여 사용하였다. 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)의 치료효과(治療效果)에는 질환(疾患)의 이환기간(罹患期間), 치료기간(治療期間), 투여량(投與量)등이 영향(影響)을 미쳤으며 부작용(副作用)으로는 설사(泄瀉), 소화불량(消化不良) 등이 있었다.

1. 연구목적 본 실험은 청심연자탕이 대뇌신경세포의 산화적 손상에 대한 효능을 밝히기 위한 것이다. 2. 연구방법 신생 생쥐에서 분리 배양한 대뇌신경세포에 여러 농도의 hydrogen peroxide가 포함된 배양액에서 6시간 동안 처리하여 hydrogen peroxide가 배양 대뇌신경세포에 미치는 영향을 조사하였으며 hydrogen peroxide의 독성효과에 대한 청심연자당의 영향을 조사하였다. 3. 결과 및 결론 산소자유기인 hydrogen peroxide는 NR assay와 MTT assay에 의한 세포생존율을 감소시켰고 lipid peroxidation의 증가 및 LDH양의 증가에 의하여 생쥐의 배양 대뇌신경세포에 독성을 나타냈다. 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)은 hydrogen peroxide의 산화적 손상에 대한 신경독성에 대하여 Iipid peroxidation의 감소에 유의한 효과를 보였다. 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)은 hydrogen peroxide의 산화적 손상에 의한 신경독성에 대하여 LDH양의 감소에 유의한 효과를 보였다. 이상의 결과로 보아 hydrogen peroxide는 생쥐에서 분리한 대뇌신경세포에 산화적 손상에 의한 신경독성을 나타냈으며 청심연자탕(淸心蓮子湯)이 hydrogen peroxide와 같은 산소자유기의 산화적 손상에 대한 방어에 효과적인 것으로 사료된다.

This case was designed to evaluate the improving effect of hepatitis on drug metabolism. Gleditsiae Spina(?甬刺) was included Taeumin' herb. but it maybe induced hepatitis on drug metabolism, if Taeumin take this herb long time. We use Taeyeumin Chungsimyeunjatang to the hepatitis on drug metabolism, and we improved it. so we report it.

In order to evaluate the antiallergic effects of CSYJT, studies were done. We measured the cytotoxic activity for cytokines transcript expression, production of IL-4, IgE, $IFN-{\gamma}$, proliferation of B cell in HRF plus anti-CD40mAb plus rIL-4 stimulated murine splenic B cells. and cytokines transcript expression of IgE in Mast cell The results were obtained as follows: 1. CSYJT decreased the expression of IL-4 in mast cell significantly. 2. CSYJT decreased the production of IL-4 significantly. 3. CSYJT decreased the expression of IgE in mast cell significantly. 4. CSYJT decreased the production of IgE significantly. 5. CSYJT increased the appearance of $IFN-{\gamma}$. The facts above prove that CSYJT is effective against the allergy. Thus, I think that we should study on this continuously.

A 33 year-old male who had been diagnosed with severe ulcerative and ankylosing spondylitis was treated and observed. Even though he had been treated with western medicine, he still complained of severe diarrhia, hemafecia, abdominal pain, general weakness, mild fever($37.8^{\circ}C$) and lower back pain. On radiologic examination, the lumbar view revealed the sacroliac joint space are irregular with adjacent bony sclerosis on both sides. He was treated with Chengsim Yeunja-Tang. Having been treated for 99 days, severity of ulcerative colitis changed from severe to mild ade, lower back pain reduced from nine to three, and all other symptoms improved.

Puporse This study is intended to distinct of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang on the Shinchukpan Dongyi Suse Bowon through compare with early books' prescription by studying use of Sanyak and Yeonjayuk. Method This study is reserch to use of Sanyak and Yeonjayuk in early books, Dongyi Suse Bowon-Sasang-chobonkyeon, Gapobon Dongyi Suse Bowon, Shinchukpan Dongyi Suse Bowon and Dongyibogam, Taepyungheymin-hwajegukbang in sequence of date. with this, we study a base of virtue of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang. Result and conclusion 1. Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is a prescription of treatment Gonscratia and CVA. 2. Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is base on Chungsimyeonjaum in Dongyibogam. 3. The chief virtue of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is accord with all prescription after 1894's Gapobon Dongyi Suse Bowon.

For many patients suffered from a terminal cancer, the best care is to extend a period and improve a quality of life. So that the pain, a major symptom of patients with terminal cancer, should be effectively controled. Otherwise it causes anorexia, nausea, vomiting, general weakness, loss of body weight, insomnia and becomes worse the condition of patients. The case is a report about a patient diagnosed as terminal gastric cancer and suffered abdominal pain. The patient was treated by Taeumin Chongsim Yonja Tang and the abdomnal pain decreased. This report described the process and contents about the way the patient was cured.
