This study analyzes various aspects of the Internet broadcasting that has rapidly increased in South Korea recently. Due to the development of technology, the Internet Broadcasting industry that ordinary viewers do the broadcasting themselves has appeared. Today, the most popular platform of the Internet broadcasting in South Korea is "Afreeca TV", which allows BJs do broadcasting in their channel with own contents. Related to current chaotic Korean society, Current Affairs/Politics becomes one of the new popular genres. Specifically, this study focuses on BJ Hammer Wife as a case study, who is famous in the Current Affairs/Politics industry. Then it examines what characteristics of her channel, her opinions, and the method of communication with common viewers implicate messages regarding the freedom of speech in South Korea. Throughout this, it explores that the Internet Broadcasting functions as a place for conspiracy or discussion, and discusses the blueprint of the Internet broadcasting.

Map uses graphic language of dot, line and area to represent surface of the earth. Map has been adopted as tools for regional and cartography learning to improve graphicacy in geography education. Due to the rapid development in GIS and internet, practical use of maps has been extended in various study area. This Study is to develope web-based leaning materials for self-controled geography instruction. As learning materials for this aim, it has been constructed WebGIS for topography and thematic maps with boundary map of Chungbuk, digital map of Jochiwon(1:25,000), statistic data and field images. Function of WebGIS intend to improve skills on geo-information collection and spatial query, regional difference of spatial distribution. Individual learning using internet can make an improvement of learner centeredness and problem-solving. Finally, it will be expected to be suggest one of the education guide as blueprint in info-society.

The purpose of this study is to develop a series of trend analysis models for industrial water consumption and to propose a blueprint for the integration of the developed models with GIS. For the consumption data acquisition, a real-time sensing technique was adopted. Data were transformed from the field equipments to the management server in every 5 minutes. The data acquired were substituted to a polynomial formula selected. As a result, a series of models were developed for the consumption of each day. A series of validation processes were applied to the developed models and the models were finalized. Then the finalized models were transformed to the average models representing a day's average consumption or an average daily consumption of each month. Demand pattern analyses were fulfilled through the visualization of the finally derived models. It has founded out that the demand patterns show great consistency and, therefore, it is concluded that high probability of demand forecasting for a day or for a season is available. Also proposed is the integration with GIS as an IT tool by which the developed forecasting models are utilized.

The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of choosing the best days for childbirth and to understand the nature and meaning of the experience. The qualitative method of data collection was used, and in-depth face-to-face interview were conducted. Participants included four women who had given the day of birth set as the desired date. Van Manen's phenomenological method was adopted to analyze data. Four theme clusters emerged from the analysis: "The first gift to my baby"; "Collaboration with others for my baby"; "Choosing a date for childbirth such as blueprint of child"; and "Complex feelings." Our findings helped in understanding the experience of Korean women in choosing the best days for childbirth. Health care providers should offer appropriate advice and show sufficient empathy as well as emotional support by considering cultural expectations.

It is more emphasized on the software architecture recently, as the scale of a software becomes huge and the need of the software management becomes more dynamic. Software architecture is a representation of structures of software framework just like the blueprint of building architecture. In order to describe software components and their relationships accurately and entirely, software architecture is documented in some different views, by using of modeling tools. UML(Unified Modeling Language) is a software modeling tool recently used for documentation of software and as well as software architecture. Nevertheless, what we have to agree with is that UML is not easy to use and its standard changed continuously. And also the documentation with UML is found some burden because of its difficulties in learning and using. This inconvenience enforces us to purchase and use commercial tool for UML. The study introduces the architecture views refined from 4+1 Views for architecture design and shows how to represent architecture views for software architecture. Especially, we simplifies UML diagrams for the purpose of focusing on architecture views and facile manipulation. At the end, we add the evaluation on the refined architecture views as well as refined UML diagram.

The ultimate purpose of this research is to propose a method to improve water supply management efficiency. As an effort to solve this comprehensive problem, the purposes of this paper are summarized into the following two main subjects. One is the development of a series of demand forecasting models targeting for each theme of urban water such as residential, commercial, industrial water. The other is the suggestion on the development and utilization plan of a GIS-based information system where the developed models are incorporated. For these, a series of efforts were performed such as evaluating and choosing of the candidate field areas, selecting a proper sensor and an installation point for each theme. Installed are sensors, a wireless communication infrastructure, and a field data acquisition and management server. Developed are a protocol for the wireless communication and a real-time data monitoring system. Nextly, the urban water facility-related and other necessary data were handled to make those into a series of GIS-ready databases. Finally, a GIS-based management system was designed and a blueprint for the implementation is suggested.

In line with the recent job insecurity, the preference for teaching jobs has been increasing for private and educational colleges. However, the T.O., announced by the Ministry of Education in tandem with the decreasing number of people, is decreasing every year, while the competition rate is rising steeply due to the increase in the number of students. As a result, the university is becoming a huge hagwon for teacher-nominee competitive tests as it tries to concentrate on the recruitment exam at the same time as entering the university. In this study, we will present a blueprint for school life to students enrolled in private universities by identifying the connection between the overall use of school life and study groups by students using deep learning.

As the portion of modern weapons systems equipped with electronic components increases, the presence of embedded software has also increased, subsequently drawing interest in quality management and development methods. Unlike mechanical systems, software is logically intangible, hard to troubleshoot, and hard to reuse, making it hard to utilize limited resources when exposed to failures. The United States had successful results in establishing the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) by studying and applying separate processes for development and quality management of defense software. South Korea has also established, and utilizes, a standard of development and quality management for defense software based on international standards. However, some say those standards still remain at a basic level, and should be modified along with the progress in software. If the standard stays at a basic level, compared to software progression, the cost to reuse and restore resources will increase exponentially. This paper discusses improvement in the test processes for defense software through the Test Maturity Model-integration (TMMi)-derived from the CMM-and presents a blueprint for defense software quality management.

This paper deals with on the game's way of embodying the society at the end of the century. Resident Evil, Parasite Eve, and Silent Hill are the targets of the analysis. First, I examine the world view of each game and its own language that conveys its contents. Second, I analyze the specific parts of reality that the three games imitate and the way they are represented. Third, I consider the connection between the real world and the world embodied in the game. Fourth, I suggest the possibility of providing an 'alternative perspective' of game media that reveals the hidden aspects of reality in a way of representation. In conclusion, the image of the game becomes 'the eye' that complements our perspective, captures the hidden aspects of reality, obtains a meaningful part, and even presents its blueprint.

This paper attempts to determine the most reasonable and agreeable option for new MRV framework in Post-2020 Climate Regime as well as to develop South Korea strategies to reflect our national circumstances and capacities appropriately. The options for MRV framework considered here are 1) Dual MRV and 2) Unified MRV. We reached the conclusion that the Unified MRV framework may be the most reasonable option in the 2015 agreement in line with the objectives of MRV. To this end, it is essential to develop effective stepwise strategies consisted of: 1) reaching a consensus internally on the Unified MRV framework, 2) developing detailed procedures and methodologies to make the major elements of the Unified MRV framework understandable and predictable, 3) delivering an overview and blueprint to make sure of the flexibility of the Unified MRV framework to reflect the Parties' capacities and national circumstances, 4) ensuring the financial and technical support schemes for developing countries to improve the capacity-buildings of MRV, and 5) developing a realistic road map to successfully implement the Unified MRV scheme within the required time frame. Korea, as a rational mediator between developed and developing countries, should play a leading role in reaching post-2020 agreement.
