환경측면에서의 소음. 진동은 교통기관(도로, 철도, 항공기 등), 공장, 건설공사 및 생활 등에 기 인하여 발생되는 것으로, 어떤 지역에서의 소음. 진동은 이들이 개별적 또는 복합적으로 합성된 양상을 띠고 있다 하겠다. 본고에서는 환경측면에서의 소음. 진동 저감을 위한 제도적 방안으로, 현행 환경보전법에 정한 기준과 더불어 공장의 소음. 진동 대책을 소개하고자 한다.

This paper considers the case study of the change management and business innovation of the rail construction agency fer overcoming the crisis it faced in early stage. It will provide the suitable innovation techniques of each change stage. Also, each phase it evaluated the change degree of organization culture especially by the six box model of Weisbord and the Quinn's model. For the Period of Change, organization culture will grow about 10% and harmonize with 4 competitive organization culture; community, innovation, hierarchy, product. Only, it discovered that the difference of the current culture and rho organizer' wish is considerable by the Quinn's model. It wilt be able to describe the innovation fatigue which the organizers feel in the change of organization culture. For the successful innovation, it wilt have to be managed properly and the new innovation technique will have to be developed for solving.

수십년 간 주요 운송 수단의 한가지로 사용되고 있는 도시철도는, 사고 발생 시 큰 경제적 손실과 사회적 손실을 야기할 수 있으나, 사고의 주 원인 중 한가지인 도시철도 전력설비 고장에 대한 감시 및 진단 시스템은 적용되고 있지 않은 실정이다. 최근 이러한 전력설비 상태 감시 및 진단에 대한 필요성이 점차 커지게 되어, 도시철도 전력설비 수명예측 시스템 설계에 관한 연구 과제가 제안되어 현재 국토해양부와 건설기술평가원, 그리고 한국철도기술연구원의 주도 하에 수행되고 있다. 본문에서는 수명예측 시스템 설계에 필요한 도시철도 전력 시스템의 특성과 고장 사례를 조사하였으며, 각 도시철도 운영기관의 사용자 요구사항 설문 결과, 그리고 수명예측 시스템의 일부인 전력설비 감시진단 시스템 기초 설계 결과를 나타내었다.

In this paper, changes of railway-related organization during the Japanese colonial period were studied indepth. The railway-related organizations were expanded from the Railway Management Bureau in 1906 (Residency-General). In 1910, this bureau changed to the General of Chosun Railway Bureau (Government-General) and the Chosun Railway Bureau (Government-General). In the 1940's, it developed into an organization called the Transport Bureau, dealing with the whole transport service. The number of employees in the railway sector increased along with the expansion of the organization and the establishment of a training institution for better recruitment. After examining the period of the construction of railway and connection system, which is deeply related to the railway organizations of the Japanese colonial period, this paper analyzes the transformation process of railway-related laws and organizations. Furthermore, this paper finds common characteristics and differences between railways in a comparison of three countries: Chosun, Japan and Taiwan.

The train operation institution establishes a transportation plan based on the forecast of transport demand and the ability of train vehicles to transport, and establishes a train operation plan accordingly. The train operation plan adjusts the intervals between trains, creates a timetable (train diagram) for trains, and establishes a plan for the operation of train vehicles used for train operation. The train operation institution shall establish a crew schedule to determine and place the crew members of the trains arranged in the diagram in order to enhance the efficiency of the operation management of the trains. In this study, the authors apply the neighborhood search method that satisfies the constraints at the phase of generating the crew diagram. This suggests a methodology for efficient management of crew schedule plan. The crew diagram generated in this study compared with the existing crew diagram in accordance with the actual operating train timetable, and verified the effectiveness of the suggested method.

This study have been reviewed Korea's railway system and railway cultural heritage status and suggested several solutions as a recognition of the importance of cultural property and development of the railway train had developed. Through the analysis of Japan's excellent conditions of a conservation and management of cultural heritage railway system, we would like to offer a direction of Korea's future heritage railway system. There were many changes during the time of a government owned railroad and the time after privatization in Japan by starting from administrating a systematic cultural railway at an institution that directly operates and constructs the railway train, which would be the point Korea need to approach considerately. Therefore, in this study, we would like to compare and analyse cultural heritage railway system between Japan and Korea and propose advanced solution for Korea's preservation of the Railway Heritage in the future.

Seoul Metro Line 9 (SML9) will link Gimpo Airport to the Gangnam district opening in May 2009. SML9 has a new model in Korea constructed by metropolitan government and private company and operated by specialized public transportation service provider. SML9 is confronted with tough environment of stagnated public transportation and strong competitor, Olympic city expressway. Consequently SML9 must lead the maximum efficiency by using its material and human resource. Hereupon, I propose renovation plans from 3 viewpoints of operation field of SML9: Rapid-Local combination, close connection with other transportation and direct connecting service into Incheon Air-port Railroad(AREX).

Block system has been used to protect trains from occupying the same section of track at the same time so that only one train is permitted in each block at a time. Domestic driving regulations on the block system is divided into two classifications, such as regular block and substitute block. If it is impossible to use this regulation, the block applied method can be applied. However, domestic urban railway administrator has established his own operation rule within the regulation. Therefore, in order to assure continuous safety of train in operation, it is necessary to strengthen the regulation as can cope with the various block systems. In this study, domestic urban railway administration's own rules are examined and the appropriate driving regulation on the block system is proposed.

최근 지식경제부 산하 산업기술연구회가 앞으로 10년간 한국을 먹여 살릴 최고 수준의 기술 14가지를 발표했다. 산업기술연구회 산하 7개 출연연구기관은 지난해부터 매년 '세계 1등 연구과제'를 지정받아 세계 최고 수준의 성과를 내놓고 있다. 이 가운데 세계 1위를 달리고 있는 기술은 한국생산기술연구원의 '에코 알루미늄 에코 마그네슘'과 '해조류 셀룰로오스 등을 이용한 연료 생산 기술', 한국전자통신연구원의 '100배 빠른 광인터넷 기술', 한국건설기술연구원의 '세상에서 가장 긴 콘크리트 교량 기술', 한국철도기술연구원의 '콘크리트 발열 촉진 양생 기술'을 비롯해 '저심도 도시철도 시스템 기술'과 초경량 유리섬유 복합소재 전동차 대차 프레임', 한국화학연구원의 '하이브리드 나노세공체 응용 연구' 등 8가지이다. 이 중 몇 가지 기술을 살펴보자.
