Crack Mitigation of Reinforced Concrete and Expansive SHCC Composite Slabs (콘크리트와 팽창형 SHCC 합성 슬래브의 균열제어 성능)

  • This paper explores the structural application of an expansive SHCC to improve the crack-damage properties of RC flexural members. The results of test on four simply supported slabs are described. The effect of the type of SHCC (Non-and expansive SHCC) and thickness of SHCC layer (10 and 20mm) on the ultimate flexural load, first crack load, crack width and spacing, and the load-deflection relationship of one-way slabs was investigated.

  • 콘크리트 구조체공사의 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 거푸집공사이며, 구조체공사의 합리적 관리는 거푸집공사의 작업생산성에 관한 기초자료를 확보함으로써 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 거푸집공사의 과학적 관리기반을 구축하기 위하여, 구조체 기준층을 대상으로 작업측정을 하여 유로폼공법, 재래식 거푸집공법 등 주요공법의 생산성을 도출하였다. 또한, 거푸집공사의 주요 작업인 조립, 해체, 운반등 단위 공정의 소요작업 품을 산출함으로써, 작업개선을 위한 실용적인 자료를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 거푸집 면적이 생산성과 상관관계가 매우 높다는데 착안하여 소요작업품을 예측할 수 있는 상관관계식을 유도함으로써, 공정관리 및 기능공의 수급예측이 가능토록 하였다.

An experimental study on Influence of Permeability on corrosion of reinforced Concrete (철근콘크리트의 부식에 영향을 미치는 물질 투과성능에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • In this study, to confirm corrosion of reinforced concrete affected by carbonation, chloride ion diffusion, absorption ratio, air permeability, measured carbonation velocity coefficient, chloride ion diffusion coefficient, absorption coefficient, air permeability coefficient. Corrosion velocity under environment of complex deterioration. And than compared corrosion velocity with these coefficients. As the results of this study, the correlation coefficient between chloride ion diffusion coefficients and absorption coefficient was revealed that it is very high. As well, an increase in carbonation, chloride ion diffusion also increases corrosion velocity. It showed that corrosion velocity was affected by the carbonation, chloride ion diffusion, absorption ratio, air permeability. Generally, data on the development of these coefficient made with none, organic B, organic A, inorganic B, and inorganic A is shown. It showed that coating of surface prevent steel bar from deteriorating.

  • 송전선로 철탑은 비교적 작용하는 하중이 크고 바람과 피빙의 영향을 많이 받는 구조물로써 이를 안정적으로 지탱하기 위해서는 튼튼한 기초를 필요로 한다. 그러나 무근콘크리트 기초는 재료의 특성상 휨인장력에 대하여는 지지력이 없어 철탑기초로는 부적절한 구조물이다. 본 고에서는 무근콘크리트 기초에 대한 철근 콘크리트 보강공법 시공기술에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

  • This study was accomplished to investigate the characteristics of hardening shrinkage and initial creep of epoxy resin concrete depending on the presence of filler. According to the test results, the hardening shrinkage was increased with increment of sLOrage temperature, and the ef¬feel of tempemture on the hardening shrinkage of epoxy resin concrete with 6% filler was more Significant than that of epoxy resin concrete without filler. Also, the initial creep strain was increased with loading times, stress--strength ratio and elastic strain, and the values for opoxy resin concrete with 6 % filler are higher than that for eposy resin concrete without filler.

  • The bond stress and crack spacing are effected the calculated crackwidth. EC2 and MC90 suggest crackwidth function that maximum crack spacing and difference average strain. This study is predict crackwidth, according to each design standard than comprison and analyis test data. The result, each design standard ways are predict well to test data.

  • In the previous paper, the discussion has been made about theoritical estimation of Load-Deformation Response for reinforced concrete torsional members in the over-all load region. It is the purpose of this investigation to introduce pure torsional testing method, to discuss experimentaly the effects that the change of the wall thickness and the reinforcement ratio contribute to the torsional strength and the crack characteristics of reinforced concrete members.

  • This paper presents evaluation of seismic design code for AASHTO, Eurocode 8, NZS 3101, and ATC-32 and influence of parameter such as confinement steel ratio, axial force ratio, aspect ratio and longitudinal steel ratio. These seismic design code prescribe confinement steel ratio for appropriate seismic performance which is considered various design parameter. But there is doubt that these parameters are considered rationally in seismic design code. The object of this research is rational evaluation of seismic performance by analysis of existing related experimental research. According to this research, most influence parameter of seismic performance is axial force ratio.

  • Recent economic growths have accelerating much construction activities of various infrastructures, such as Express railway, Long-span bridges, Multi-story Buildings and etc. Reinforcement steel corrosion to be inevitably caused under the progress of these construction activities have been on and off serious problems in the site, which could incur another tragedic accident to us suffering from safety-ignorance disease. Thus, it is strongly requested to develop probable innovative products which could remove corrosive materials on rebars and also protect steel corrosion of reinforced concrete structures in the construction site. Hydro-Seal and Steel-Seal could solve these problems currently faced with in the construction site. The objective of this research is to experimentally evaluated the effect of Hydro-Seal and Steel-Seal in reinforced concrete structures, of which usage might affect the bond strength between steel and concrete, long-term compressive strength of concrete, corrosion resistance and etc. Related test results show that appropriate dosage of Hydro-Seal and Steel-Seal in reinforced concrete structures didnot affect physical properties of reinforced concrete structures.

  • The major influence factor on chloride penetration into concrete structures is chloride ion concentration. In this study, chloride penetration analyses with chloride ion concentration were carried out by the developed program. Also, the service life of concrete structures was predicted. The penetration depth was 32mm in case that chloride ion concentration wad 600ppm. It was shown that the service life of concrete structures with 40mm cover depth was 167 years even though they had been exposed at chloride ion concentration 600ppm during 100 years.
