  • Effectiveness of Just in time managing system can be obtained by removing unexpected lead-time and maintaining consistency on the physical transportation of construction resource. Construction resource management is essential on checking on load data from production of shop to field, and it is based on building resource life cycle information. In this study, production, transportation, and assembly disciplines of concrete construction should real time communications exchanging information related to shop-field with each other, Establishing information support system is an important initial step for promoting active cooperations among these resource life cycle on data flow. To achieve this, on suitable using management point, we suggest a concrete construction control model.

  • 일반적으로 건물 구조물에 전달되는 기계진동을 감소시키기 위해서 기계와 기초사이에 유연한 방진소자를 삽입하여 기계가진력(exciting force)의 전달 률을 줄인다. 또한 구조물의 고유진동수와 진동원의 가진주파수가 일치할 경 우, 가진주파수를 변화시키거나, 구조물의 동특성을 변화시키는 방법을 사용 한다. 어떠한 방안을 선택하든 효과적이고 정량적인 방진 시스템을 구성하고 구조물의 정확한 진동상태를 예측하기 위해서는 진동원의 가진특성과 구조 물의 동특성에 대한 정보가 요구된다. 일반적으로 방진설계를 위해 필요한 진동원의 가진특성은 제조회사의 사양이나 측정을 통하여 비교적 쉽게 얻을 수 있다. 복합재료, 다양한 경계조건, 복잡한 대형구조물등은 수치해석을 이 용하여 해석적인 방법으로 동특성을 구할 경우, 신뢰성 있는 정보를 얻기에 는 많은 노력이 요구된다. 더우기 현장에서 발생하는 진동문제는 대부분 복 잡하고 시간적으로 시급히 해결해야 하기 때문에 효율적인 절차를 구성하여 구조물의 동특성을 해석하는 방법을 사용할 필요가 있다. 구조물의 동특성은 실험적인 방법을 통하여 구하고 그 외의 필요한 계산들은 해석을 통하여 얻 는 것이 효율적일 수 있다. 실험적 동특성해석은 입력하중에 대한 응답의 크 기와 위상 비를 주파수별로 나타내는 전달함수를 측정하는 방법으로서 가진 장치 및 여러 측정/분석 장비가 필요하며, 철교, 교량, 건물의 철골 및 콘크 리트 슬라브등 다양한 중대형의 구조물을 Signal/Noise비가 좋도록 가진 시 켜야 할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 실험적 방법의 현장 적응성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 대형충격기(large impact hammer, max, peak force 약 10000N, time duration 약 20ms)를 제작하고 실험/분석 시스템 및 구조물 의 진동제어를 위한 절차를 Fig.1과 같이 구성하고 이를 철근콘크리트 건물 에 설치한 기계식 주차설비의 진동제어에 적용하였다.force response simulation)를 수행하여 임의의 좌표 공간에 대한 진동수준을 해석적으로 예측할 뿐만 아니라 구조물의 진동제어 를 위한 동적인자를 변경시킬 수 있는 정보를 제공하며 장비를 방진할 경우 신뢰성 있는 전달률을 결정할 수 있다. 실험적으로 철교, 교량이나 건물의 철골구조 및 2층 바닥 등 대,중형의 복잡한 구조물에 대항 동특성을 나타내 는 모빌리티를 결정할 경우 충격 가진 실험이 사용되는 실험장비 측면에서 나 실험을 수행하는 과정이 대체적으로 간편하다. 그러나 이 경우 대상 구조 물을 충분히 가진시킬수 있는 용량의 대형 충격기(large impact hammer)가 필요하게 된다. 이러한 동적실험은 약 길이 61m, 폭 16m의 4경간 교량에 대 하여 동적실험을 수행하여 가능성을 확인하였다. 여기서는 실험실 수준의 평 판모델을 제작하고 실제 현장에서 이루어질 수 있는 진동제어 구조물에 대 한 동적실험 및 FRS를 수행하는 과정과 동일하게 따름으로써 실제 발생할 수 있는 오차나 error를 실험실내의 차원에서 파악하여 진동원을 있는 구조 물에 대한 진동제어기술을 보유하고자 한다. 이용한 해마의 부피측정은 해마경화증 환자의 진단에 있어 육안적인 MR 진단이 어려운 제한된 경우에만 실제적 도움을 줄 수 있는 보조적인 방법으로 생각된다.ofile whereas relaxivity at high field is not affected by τS.   • Korea's Rolling stock workshop were established with the introduction of a railway, and became the center of industrial construction in the modern age of Korea. There still exist a lot of Rolling stock workshop buildings in the Youngsan Rolling stock workshop, the representative case of Korean Rolling stock workshop, and especially the study aims to look into modern architectural properties centered on those well-preserved buildings. Korea's Rolling stock workshop were built considering the proper conditions of location such as the neighboring districts from the port to transport vehicles and materials, the place where railroad lines are centralized, the short returning distance of railroad cars for entry and departure, and had the facility layout according to the order of a working process of vehicles, and the unique structure and the section facade shape with proper functions and sizes according to each purpose. In particular, they actively adopted steel-frame structure and reinforced concrete structure, and came to have the initial characteristics of Korea's modern industrial building which is called the structural transition. Therefore, this study aims to highlight the importance of Rolling stock workshop including the Youngsan Rolling stock workshop as industrial architecture heritage in the modern age of Korea.

Development of Linear Static Alternate Path Progressive Collapse Analysis Procedure Using a Nonlinear Static Analysis Procedure (비선형정적해석 절차를 이용한 선형정적 연쇄붕괴 대체경로 해석방법 개발)

  • In this paper a new analysis procedure for evaluation of progressive collapse resisting capacity of a structure was proposed based on the nonlinear static analysis procedure. The proposed procedure produces analysis results identical to those obtained by the linear static analysis procedure specified in the GSA guidelines without iteration, therefore saving a lot of computation time and excluding the possibility of human errors during the procedure. To verify the validity of the proposed procedure, the two methods were applied to the analysis of a reinforced concrete moment frame and a steel braced frame subjected to loss of a first story column and the results were compared. According to the analysis results, the two methods produce identical results in the prediction of progressive collapse and the hinge formation. As iterative analysis is not required in the proposed method, significant amount of analysis time is saved in the proposed analysis procedure.

  • The insufficient management o( the risk of preconstruction phase causes the risk of construction phase so it makes bad effects such as the extension of construction time and raising of cost. Therefore, the management of the risk of preconstruction phase is being considered as an important element of success of project and the competitive power of construction companies. This study Is to suggest solution methods for each progress after examining reasons of the risk for the management of the risk of preconstruction phase 1'he progress is limited as earth work, RC work, steel work and curtain wall work. Through the introduction of Knowledge Management system, work flow is made by specialist of each part. The reasons of the risk of progress are chosen through the analysis of work flow and I suggest detailed solutions such as person in charge, the starting point of progress and the information of requirements according to the grade of importance about elements of the risk

  • Urban roads are not only congested with vehicles and pedestrians, but also have many pipelines buried to provide convenience for inhabitants. In addition, urban inhabitants live comfortably in buildings adjacent to the road for residence, business, commerce, rest and so on. Therefore, despite the high cost of land, urban underground buildings with high land use efficiency are constantly being built. Recently, the construction of underground buildings has caused social problems such as the collapse of surrounding roads and adjacent buildings. Institutional improvement is being actively carried out to improve this. In this study, a new type of MSRC diaphragm wall was developed and a study on the construction method of underground building was carried out. It is intended to secure the underground excavation safety of underground buildings in urban areas and effectively prevent land subsidence complaints. Also, a reasonable design method of MSRC diaphragm walls using the ultimate strength design method is presented through the flexural performance Experiment.

Seismic Performance Evaluation of Non-Seismic Reinforced Concrete Buildings Strengthened by Perimeter Steel Moment Frame (철골 모멘트골조로 보강된 철근콘크리트 건물의 내진성능 평가)

  • This paper is to investigate the retrofitting effect for a non-seismic reinforced concrete frame strengthened by perimeter steel moment frames with indirect integrity, which ameliorates the problems of the direct integrity method. To achieve this, first, full-scale tests were conducted to address the structural behavior of a two-story non-seismic reinforced concrete frame and a strengthened frame. The non-seismic frame showed a maximum strength of 185 kN because the flexural-shear failure at the bottom end of columns on the first floor was governed, and shear cracks were concentrated at the beam-column joints on the second floor. The strengthened frame possessed a maximum strength of 338 kN, which is more than 1.8 times that of the non-seismic specimen. A considerable decrease in the quantity of cracks for the strengthened frame was observed compared with the non-seismic frame, while there was the obvious appearance of the failure pattern due to the shear crack. The lateral-resisting capacity for the non-seismic bare frame and the strengthened frame may be determined per the specified shear strength of the reinforced columns in accordance with the distance to a critical section. The effective depth of the column may be referred to as the longitudinal length from the border between the column and the foundation. The proposed method had an error of about 2.2% for the non-seismic details and about 4.4% for the strengthened frame based on the closed results versus the experimental results.

  • The superstructure type of the railway bridge in our country, is mainly classified into the box girder and the I-type girder. The box girder is widely used in the high speed railway bridge because of the safety due to dynamic behavior. The I-type girder is used in the conventional railway bridge, and is also divided into the general type and the composite type, and the newly modified types have been developed. According to the current railway bridge design code, the girder design by the span length in various types of railway bridge is performed in is study. The suitable girder height and the construction cost by the span length are analyzed, and the comparative analysis of the structural efficiency and the economical efficiency is carried out. From this study, the composite type girder is appeared the good result in respect of the structural efficiency. However, in the economical aspect, the general I-type girder is required less cost than the other types.

Structural Behavior of Steel Wire Truss Deck with Continuous Lattices to the Longitudinal Direction (길이방향으로 연속된 래티스를 가지는 철선 트러스데크의 구조 거동)

  • A truss deck system that has replaced the slab form conventional method has become widely used in the construction of reinforced concrete structures as well as steel structures. The current commercial products, however, have some problems. The discontinuity between the lattice wires on the joint of the bottom wire induces vierendeel behavior, which increases the deflection of the system. In this research, a new truss deck system with continuous lattice wires on the level of the bottom wire was developed to reduce the system's vierendeel behavior and to improve its deformation capacity. To investigate the system's structural behavior, an experimental test and an analysis were performed. The main parameters of the test and analysis were the longitudinal shape and spacing of the lattices. To simulate the loading condition in the construction field, uniform construction loads were directly applied on the deck plates of the analysis model and the test specimens. The results of such analysis and test revealed that the longitudinal shape of the lattice wires is a major factor affecting the structural behavior of a steel wire truss deck. Thus, continuous lattice wires could result in decreased vierendeel behavior in the steel wire truss deck. It was also found that the truss deck system with lattices spaced longer than in the conventional products could be effectively used without increasing the member stresses.

Design of Lateral Load Resisting System using Nonlinear Static Analysis (비선형 정적해석을 통한 횡저항 시스템의 보유성능 평가 및 설계방안 연구)

  • The design practice of the lateral resisting system has been traditionally dependent on the experience and know-how of a structural engineer. And the method to reflect the evaluation results of building's capacity on design process doesn't exist. The proposal of a rational design of the lateral load resisting system is based on the available full capacity $(R_{ac})$ of a building and the minimum required capacity $(R_{code})$ suggested in the code. This study suggests thai nonlinear static analysis, which is the estimation of the lateral capacity with the pushover analysis, be included in the existing design procedure of the structure. After finishing the basic structural design, the lateral resisting capacity ol a building is estimated. At the phase of nonlinear static analysis, pushover analysis is peformed to define the fully yielded baseshear $(V_Y)$. When the design wind baseshear $(V_{wind})$ is bigger than the design seismic baseshear $(V_D)$, the value is checked to determine whether or not it is smaller than the $V_Y$. After confirming that it is smaller, the $R_{ac}$ of the structure is computed. If the $V_D$ is bigger at first, only the $R_{ac}$ is computed. When the value of the estimation shows remarkable differences with the $R_{code}$, repetition of the design modification is needed for those approximate to the $R_{code}$. Application of the proposed design procedure to 2-D steel braced RC buildings has proven to be efficient.
