본 논문에서는 지화 인식에 최적화된 데이터 글러브 기반의 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 데이터 글러브는 적은 수의 센서로 인식 속도의 향상을 기대할 수 있으며 한글의 지화 인식만을 위한 특수한 목적을 가지고 저렴하게 설계되었다. 그에 따라 한글의 지화를 사용한 많은 어플리케이션에 쉽게 적용할 수 있을 것이 기대된다. 2개의 틸트 센서는 손의 방향을 인식하고 5개의 플렉스 센서는 각 손가락의 구부러진 정도를 측정한다. 제안된 시스템에서는 k-means 알고리즘과 간단한 인덱싱 방식을 사용하여 한글의 기본적인 음소 24개를 인식하는 실험을 하였으며 인식율은 80.27% 에 이르렀다.

AMGA는 EMI의 공식적인 메타데이터서비스로 그리드 환경에서 파일의 메타데이터를 저장하고 사용하는데 쓰인다. 이러한 AMGA는 다양한 분야에서 사용이 가능하도록 다양한 데이터베이스, 다양한 인터페이스와 함께 다양한 프로그래밍 언어를 지원하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 AMGA가 다양한 프로그래밍 언어를 지원하기 위하여 제공하는 API를 활용하는 방법을 설명하고 고에너지 실험 데이터인 Belle II 실험 샘플데이터를 기반으로 API의 성능을 비교한다.

Samples from the L, F, H and $A_1$ horizons of the Phragmites communis, Miscanthus sacchariflorus, Scirpus tabernaemontani and Typha angustata grassland were collected in Paldangho and the removal rates of ritrogen were investigated. The removal rates of nitrogen of the litters were 0.85 in P.communis, 0.56 in M sacchariflorus, 0.45 in T. angustata and 0.31 in S. tabernaemontani The time required to decay 50, 95, 99 percent of the steady state levels and turnover values of nitrogen on the grassland floor were 0.81, 3.53, 5.89 years in the P. communis, 1.23, 5.32, 8.86 years in the M sacchariflorus, 1.54, 6.68, 11.13 years in the S. tabernaemontani and 2.22, 9.63, 16.04 years in the T. angustata Key words: Removal rate, Accumulation, Paldangho, Nitrogen, Phragmites communis, Miscanthus sacchariflorus, Scirpus tabernaemontani, Typha angustata.

A neutron detector, in general, can not be utilized as the thermal neutron detecting chamber in the nuclear power reactor, especially P.W.R. due to the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure and high neutron flux in a reactor vessel. We have performed an experiment to detect the thermal neutrons at 400.deg. C and high flux of thermal neutron in a power reactor. Coating boron-10 on the aluminium plates by means of surface diffusion method at 600.deg. C for 5 hours in an electric furace, also we made a typical chamber which was compensated ionization chamber filled with free air as an ionization gas. It was checked the chamber characteristics in the TRIGA MARK-II Reactor at the power level from zero to 250KW. The chamber current showed a perfect linear increase to power increase. However, many variation of the measured current were observed within the power of 50KW.

The purpose of this study is to put to practical use the economical high-strength lightweight concrete manufactured by domestic materials, through the analysis on the properties of lightweight concrete with the natural zeolite and mud stone abundant in domestic and compare them with those with silica fume. As a result, it was possible to gain proper workability in the lightweight concrete with admixtures through using the superplasticizer. the optimum replacement rate of zeolite and mud stone powder is respectively 5~10%, 10~15% on unit-cement amount. The strength development rate for plain concrete is 27%, 18% at optimum replacement rate.

H${\alpha}$ transient bright kernels may be an important diagnostic of energy conversion processes occurring in the choromosphere during flares. We observed an H${\alpha}$ kernel that occurred in AR 11263 in associated with a small flare on 2011 Autust 5th using the Fast Imaging Solar Spectrograph installed at the 1.6m New Solar Telescope of Big Bear Solar Observatory. We find that both the H${\alpha}$ line and the CaII 8542${\AA}$ line appear in emission, with a red asymmetry in that they display red wings of enhanced emission. The red asymmetry shows 5-30 km/s downward motion for 8 minutes. We determine some physical parameters by adopting the Cloud mode and discuss the physical meaning of these results.

Mixed-mode interlaminar fracture toughness of carbon fabric/epoxy composites, which are applicable to tilting train carbody, was evaluated through the MMB (Mixed-mode bending) test. Specimens were made of CF3327 plain woven fabric with epoxy and a starter delamination at one end was made by inserting Teflon film with the thickness of 12.5 μ m. Mixed-mode interlaminar fracture test was conducted for 6 types of specimens with the mode II ratio of 20 ,35, 50, 65, 80, 90%. Also crack propagating behaviors and fractured surfaces were examined through an optical travelling scope and a scanning electron microscope, respectively.

With skyrocketing number of people who use smartphone, the technology of wireless internet that is mobile-phone, Wi-Fi, Wibro, HSDPA has been developed remarkably. The environment that one can use wireless internet easily and inexpensively anywhere has been made. So, the customer of railway have needs and desire that could use the wireless internet network as travelling in rolling-stock. Although KTX, KTX-II and some subway agency has built-up wireless internet network and serviced it, it's closed infra and inconvenient environment has been criticized. So, we survey the wireless internet network that is serviced at present and the way to build wirelee internet infra to satisfy the needs of customers.

Recently there has been a marked increase in concern for security in computerized operations. The purposes of computer security controls are to protect against the unauthorized access to and modification of data processing resources, unauthorised access to and modification of data files and software, and the misuse of authorized activities. The controls relate to the physical security of the data processing department and of the areas within the data processing department : to the security of the data files, programs, and system software : and to the human interaction with the data files, programs, and system software. The controls that will be discussed in this paper include : I. Risk on the computer use. II. Methods of risk counter measure. III. Role of system auditing.
