  • 고속 신호처리 및 실시간 제어 분야에 적합한 제어성능을 발휘하기 위해서는 신호처리전용 마이크로프로세서인 DSP(Digital Signal Processor)를 이용한 제어용 보드가 널리 활용되고 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 전기도금용 전원장치의 고성능화를 위하여 DSP제어용 보드를 개발하였으며, 전체구성은 고속 신호처리를 위한 메인 마이크로프로세서로서 경제성과 응용범위가 넓은 TMS320C32 DSP CHIP, Wait없는 프로그램 및 데이터 처리를 위한 고속 SRAM, 외부 디지털 입출력을 위한 인터페이스 회로, 아나로그 입출력 회로 및 PC 혹은 다른 마이크로컴퓨터와의 통신을 위한 직렬 통신 회로 등으로 구성하였다. 개발된 DSP 보드는 시제품 제작을 완료하여 그 성능 및 신뢰성을 검증하였으며, 전기도금장치의 고성능 제어처리를 위하여 채용하여 상품화 개발을 완료하였다.

  • This paper proposes an advanced circuit for the fingerprint sensor signal processing. We increased the voltage between ridge and valley by modifying the parasitic capacitance eliminating circuit of sensor plate. The analog comparator was designed for comparing the sensor signal voltage with the reference signal voltage. We also propose an effective isolation strategy for removing noise and signal coupling of each sensor pixel. The fingerprint sensor circuit was designed and simulated, and the layout was performed.

  • 광정보 처리 시스템의 기록매질로 많이 연구되고 있는 포토폴리머는 빛의 세기에 따른 굴절률 변화로 정보를 기록하며, 회절효율이 높은 특성을 가지고 있다. 화학처리 없이 건조처리(dry processing)만으로 쉽게 홀로그램을 제작할 수 있으며, 노출이 곧 자체현상(self-developing)이므로 처리가 간편한 장점을 갖고 있다. 최근에는 높은 저장 밀도와 빠른 액세스 시간을 동시에 제공할 수 있는 홀로그래픽 메모리 시스템의 기록매질로 적용하기 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. (중략)

  • 본 논문에서는 레이저 빔의 파면을 고속으로 정밀하게 측정하기 위한 신호처리 알고리즘을 연구하였다. 레이저 빔의 파면 정보는 Shack-Hartmann 센서 내부의 CCD 카메라에 획득되는 점영상으로부터 기울기 정보를 추출하여 구할 수 있다. 컴퓨터는 영상처리 보드를 이용하여 하트만 센서 내부의 카메라에 획득되는 영상을 양자화된 디지털 값으로 획득한 후 이를 컴퓨터 메모리에 저장한다. 하트만 센서 내부의 CCD 카메라에 촬상되는 레이저 빔 영상은 CCD 픽셀들에 의하여 이산 샘플링되고, 이 영상은 컴퓨터 내부에 장착된 영상처리 전용 보드에 의하여 양자화된 디지털 값으로 변환된다.   • 본 논문에서는 2차원 공간상에서 윈도우에 출력되는 사각형 이미지가 윈도우 영역을 벗어날 때 영역 패턴을 이용한 절단 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 Cohen-Sutherland의 알고리즘을 응용하여 사각형 이미지의 절단영역을 계산하는데, 약 4회의 조건문장과 1회의 분기문장을 사용하여 수행되므로 기존의 방법보다 전체적인 수행 성능이 약 12% 좋게 나타났으며, 특히 확장영역에 있어 기존의 방법은 처리하지 못하는 부분까지도 완벽하게 처리됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • This study was conducted for 3 years in an apple orchard to investigate the efficacy of the glufosinate-ammonium (GFA) SL for weed control in comparison to non-woven fabric mulch, sod culture and machinery cutting treatments. Glufosinate-ammonium SL 18% was applied with 2 to 3 times, and the extents of injury caused by the different weed control methods were also investigated during the 3 years. The highest level of weed control was obtained by glufosinate-ammonium 3 times spray (98.7%), followed by machinery cutting (95.1%), glufosinate-ammonium 2 times spray (81.5%) and natural sod culture (5.8%). Amounts of fruit production in three times application of glufosinate-ammonium 540 g a.i. $ha^{-1}$, twice application of GFA, machinery cutting, non-woven fabric processing, sod culture and untreated control were 27.2, 26.2, 25.3, 24.1, 20.4 and 13.3 kg, respectively. There was no toxicity symptom of glufosinate-ammonium on the whole tree such as fruit, bud, trunk, branch and flower during the 3 years.

  • To investigate the influence of coal fly ash treatment on the heavy metal content in the infilteration water, 12t/10a/year of fly ash(Anthracite and Bituminous) were applicated at two paddy fields of different textured soils, clay loam and sandy loam, for 3 and 2 years, respectively. The infilteration waters were collected 30, 60 and 100cm of soil depth and the heavy metal contents were measured. In the paddy field of clay loam, the content of Zn in the infilteration water were increased with fly ash treatment and increasing soil depth, but it didn't show any significance. In the clay loam soil, successive application of fly ash for 3 years brought to increase Pb, Zn content in the infilteration water, Pb content was the highest at 100cm of soil depth, but the content of others were lower than non-treatment. In the paddy field of sandy loam, successive application of fly ash for 2 years increased Cd, Ni and Mn content in the infilteration water at anthracite ash application, but the contents of other elements were similar or lower than non-treatment.

Effects of Benomyl Applications on Phomopsis Infection and Yields in Vegetable Soybean (풋콩의 생육시기별 베노밀 처리가 미이라 감염율 및 수량에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of benomyl application at different growth stages on the infection of green pod and seed by Phomopsis spp. and yield in vegetable soybean. One early maturing vegetable soybean variety 'Seokryangputkong' was planted on 20 April at Suwon in 1996. The rate of non-infected green pods by Phomopsis spp. was most highly suppressed by benomyl application once at the R5 stage and twice at R4 and R6 stages. The rate of non-infected green pods was higher in branches than in mainstem, and in upper than in low part of plant. The Phomopsis seed decay at maturity was most highly decreased by benomyl application once at the R6 stage and twice at the R4 and R6 stages. Benomyl application effectively reduced the infection rate of green pod and seeds by Phomopsis spp. and increased the yield of non-infected green pods by 34∼76% and non-infected seeds by 51∼98%.

The Effects on Yield, Fruit Characteristics and Growth caused by Low Temperature Treatment of Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) Seedling (오이묘의 저온처리가 생육, 과실특성 및 수량에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the influence of chilling temperature and duration at different seeding stages on yield, fruit characteristics and growth of cucumber in a greenhouse. When 20-day-old cucumber were exposed to 0 and 3℃ for 10 hours, 25 and 30% reduction in the main stem elongation rate and 34 and 37% reduction in total leaf area per plant were observed. The reduction in stem elongation and total leaf area was apparently associated with the increases in chilling duration. Exposure of seedlings to 6℃ failed to causes any significant differences in growth as compared to the unchilled plants. Repeated exposure of seedlings to 3℃ chilling for 10 hours per day increased the chilling injury significantly. The seedlings exposed to low temperature for 3 consecutive days exhibited severe injury as compared to the seedlings exposed to chilling treatment only once or twice. Fruit elongation rate was inhibited by approximately 10%, such as 0.59~2.26cm/day, with chilling of 15 hours at 0℃ as compare to 0.61~2.60cm/day in the non-chilled plants. Chilling treatment at 0~3℃ for 10 hours reduced the percentage of marketable fruits by 25~26%. while it increased the percentage of severely bent fruits significantly. Total fruits yield was reduced by 15~25% in cucumber plants when the chilling treatment was given to 20-day-old seedlings and by 22~37% in 30-day-old seedlings. This shows that, Larger seedlings were more sensitive to chilling. Total yield was also influenced by the duration of chilling. Definitely, at 0℃, 5-hour chilling treatment caused 18% of reduction, 10-hour caused 30%, and 15-hour caused 36%, respectively.
