This study analyzed the digital curation process targeting the foreign 10 university libraries for the efficient utilization of the research data. The analysis was conducted by dividing into 4 parts such as the selection and ingest of data, preservation, access and use, responsibilities and management. The results indicated that research data for selection and ingest include data produced by the faculty members or can be accessible in the university or research institution. The findings also showed that the institutions use Dublin Core, MODS, and PREMIS as a metadata for preservation. In the aspect of approach and use, regulation are decided based on the law and agreement. And in the aspect of responsibility and management, most elements are divided into the management, financial, technical, physical, and personal parts and each audit or sustainability is reviewed.

The demand of reflective display devices are increasing by widespread of electronic books. In this study, the emotional and reading state for reading material of paper books, reflective display, and LCD display were compared to each other. In order to determine the consumers' sensibility of E-ink e-book the emotional assessment of three different types of books was evaluated following with readability assessment and preference experiment. These experiments controlled contents on the screen by using masks to hide hardware aspects of contents. The results of the sensibility reactions by emotional-vocabulary-experiment using semantic scale show that E-ink is closer to paper than LCD. The readability and preference questionnaire for the experimental results show that e-ink is preferred than LCD and paper was preferred or seem similar to E-ink. The conclusions shows that E-ink and paper has similar sensibility and E-ink e-book is expected to replace paper books.

The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of ethical geography education, based on the 'relational turn' of understanding of human/non-humans and place in the context of the student's daily consumption. To do this, first and foremost, due to the de-localization of product networks that students consume, it has been discussed the situation that the ethics of responsibility and care is reduced. Then, this paper suggests an understanding of place and human/non-humans in a relational view, as a basis for the student's ability to look at matters of consumption and ethics through the viewpoint of relational ethics of responsibility and care. Finally, this research examined relation of commodity consumption, relational geographies and ethics of responsibility and care through 'mobile phone connection'. It is argued in the paper that the role of ethical geography education lies also in allowing students to feel connected to various humans/non-humans as a absent presence in his own life and to acquire cognitive and practical skills to provide more responsibility and care for their socio-ecological environment, thus making a better world.

4차 산업혁명과 더불어 급격하게 성장하고 있는 우리나라 항공운송산업은 다른 교통 및 운송수단에 비교하였을 때 항공운송이 갖는 고유한 특성인 안전성, 경제성, 국제성 등의 장점으로 인하여 꾸준히 성장을 거듭하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 하지만 이러한 성장과정 속에서 우리가 예상 할 수 없이 갑작스럽게 벌어지는 항공기 엔진 결함으로 지연 및 항공기 추락사고 등으로 발생되는 법률적인 분쟁도 지속적으로 증가해 가는 것도 틀림이 없다. 한편 그동안 항공사고를 둘러싼 인명피해나 재산상 손해에 대한 법률적인 분쟁에 있어서 국제항공운송과 관련해서는 국제조약으로 국내항공운송은 각 항공사가 제시한 항공운송약관 및 민법, 상법 등으로 해결을 해왔었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항공기사고와 관련한 항공운송인의 손해배상책임에 대한 쟁점사항을 살펴보고 그에 대한 합당한 개선방안을 적시하고자함이 본 연구의 목적이다.

This study examined the Quality of Accounting Earning of Socially Responsible Investment(SRI) Corporate from the vantage point of Accounting Conservatism. This study used 2,993 sample data from 2011 to 2016. In short, the result of this study's is as followed. Socially Responsible Investment(SRI) have a positive relevance with Accounting Conservatism. Therefore, this study can support that the firm has a high level of Socially Responsible Investment(SRI) will have the better the Quality of Accounting Earnings according to this study. This study contributes as follow. This study verified the Accounting Earnings's Quality of Socially Responsible Investment(SRI) Corporate from a Accounting Conservatism vantage point and extended precedent study on Socially Responsible Investment(SRI). We hope that this study can be helped development of capital market.

The Basic Environmental Policy Act (BEPA) (Law No. 4257 effective 1. August 1990) sets forth the basic policies and administrative framework for environmental preservation, leaving more detailed regulations, and emission controls to separate laws targeting air, water, and solid waste, etc. The BEPA Article 31 adopts an unprecedented strict liability standard for damages as an absolute liability. The BEPA Article 31 provides for liability as follows. If a company is alleged to have caused damage through pollution of the environment, it will be liable for damages unless it can show that the pollution did not cause damages, or that it did not actually cause pollution. If the company did cause pollution, and if the pollution is the cause for the damages in question, the company will be liable irrespective of whether it was negligent or otherwise at fault. If there are two or more companies involved in the pollution, but it is unclear which company caused the damages, all of the companies will be jointly and severally liable for the damages. In this paper, the author attempts to uncover the problems of BEPA Article 31 and then seeks desirable amendments by comparing it to the German Environmental Liability Act. First, it will be necessary to provide definitions of 'companies etc.'. Second, it will be necessary to enumerate the kinds of company facilities. Third, it will be necessary to provide exclusionary clauses on material damages. Fourth, it will be necessary to show 'presumption of cause and effect'. Fifth, it will be necessary to provide a clause on 'right to information'. Sixth, it will be necessary to provide a clause for force majeure. Seventh, it will be necessary to take measures to secure abundant liability for damages which can be caused by the owner of the facility, the potential polluter. Finally, it is appropriate that Korea now legislate an Environmental Liability Act akin to the German Environmental Liability Act.

This study investigates the perception of the sunken costs of an urban development project, which is currently a social problem through a questionnaire survey. The results indicate that local and federal governments, political authorities, association members, landowners, etc. partially recognize their responsibility in bearing the sunken cost. It is also found that all stakeholders who participated in the maintenance project felt shared responsibility of bearing the sunken costs and exchanging solutions to mitigate the same, rather than making one party deal with the same. This study also suggests that with regard to reducing these sunken costs, the public sector should offer indirect support (by bearing the cost of infrastructure, tax benefits, regulation relaxation, etc.) rather than direct support so that the association members can make a reasonable choice on the project execution.

"황제내경 소문(黃帝內經 素問)" 24권에서 1권이 망실(亡失)되었다. 금각본(金刻本)은 지금 권3에서 권5, 권11에서 권20이 현존하고 있고 1권이 망실(亡失)되고 모두 13권으로 되어 있다. 이 책의 권3앞 페이지의 "황제내경 소문(黃帝內經 素問)" 제목밑에 "국립북평도서관수장(國立北平圖書館收藏)"이라는 도장이 찍혀 있는데, 이는 바로 1949년전에 원래 국립북평도서관(國立北平圖書館)(지금은 북경도서관(北京圖書館)으로 이름을 바꾸었음)에 수장(收藏)되어 있었음을 알 수 있다. 도서관(圖書館)에서는 이 책의 갈피에 다음과 같은 감정(勘定)문자를 적어 놓았다. "황제내경 소문(黃帝內經 素問)24권에서 l권이 망실(亡失)되고 13권이 보존되어 있는데 권3에서 권5까지, 권11에서 권18까지, 권20이다. 망실(亡失)된 편장(篇章)이 있다. 당대(唐代)의 왕빙(王冰)이 주석을 달았다. 금각본(金刻本) 5책(冊)이 있다." 왕빙(王冰)이 편차(編次)하고 주역(註譯)을 단 "소문(素問)"(즉 왕빙본(王冰本))은 모두 24권인데 그 당시에 이미 권7인 "자법론(刺法論)", "본병론(本病論)"이 망실(亡失)된 상태이다. 현존(現存)하고 있는 "소문(素問)" 금각본(金刻本)은 그 분량이 비록 왕빙본(王冰本)의 1/2정도밖에 되지 않지만 양(量)으로 판정할 수 없을 정도로 큰 가치를 가지고 있다. 이 책은 "소문(素問)" 판본학(版本學), 교감학(校勘學) 및 "소문(素問)"석음(釋音)의 연구에 있어서 모두 엄청난 가치를 지닌다. 현존(現存)하고 있는 금각본(金刻本)13권은 "소문(素問)"판본 중에서 가장 오래 된 각본(刻本)이다. 이 책은 비록 중국의서목록(中國醫書目錄)에 기재되어 있지만 중국에서 간행(刊行)된 적이 없고 의서문헌(醫書文獻)을 연구하는 사람들도 이 책에 대하여 알고 있는 사람이 드물다. 금각본(金刻本)과 "중광보주황제내경소문(重廣補注黃帝內經素問)의 가장 다른 곳은 석음(釋音)부분이다. 금각본(金刻本)은 석음(釋音)이 비교적 많고 글자 밑에 훈고(訓詁) 또한 많다. "중광보주(重廣補註)"본(本)은 석음(釋音)이 비교적 적고 글자 밑에 훈고(訓詁)가 거의 없다.

유네스코 창의 도시 네트워크는 문화예술 분야에서 국제 수준의 경험이나 지식, 전문기술을 가진 창의도시 간 네트워크를 의미한다. 우리나라 7개 분야에서 총 8개의 창의도시가 존재하며, 대구의 경우에는 음악 창의도시로 선정되었다. 본 연구는 음악 창의도시 대구 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 PCSI 모델을 기반으로 한만족도 설문조사를 실시하였다. PCSI 2.0 모델을 기반으로 서비스 내용 품질, 서비스 전달 품질, 서비스 환경 품질, 사회적 책임, 불일치, 성과 그리고 만족도라는 변수를 설정하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 세 가지 품질과 사회적 책임 및 불일치가 만족도에 영향을 미치고 만족도는 성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 검증하고자 하였다. 대구가 창의도시로서 역할 정립을 새롭게 하고 발전방안을 수립할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하고자 한다.

The findings of the study were as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the relationship of the demographic characteristics of the subjects to their awareness of corporate social responsibility, organizational trust and organizational performance, there were differences in awareness of corporate social responsibility according to the form of employment, academic credential and marital status. As for awareness of legal/ethical responsibility by the form of employment, the regular workers put more emphasis on that than the irregular workers. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship of the corporate social responsibility of the private security companies to organizational performance, namely organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, the two factors were found to affect each other.
