Recently, the proportion of overseas orders of domestic construction companies is increasing, and the global market demands management transparency on corporate social responsibility activities. Therefore, domestic companies are faced with the need to systematically prepare for social responsibility activities. The purpose of this study was to examine whether CSR activities have a moderating effect on the relationship between organizational trust, job satisfaction, turnover intention and contract type. This study analyzed the effect of CSR activities on organizational trust, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The study targets regular and irregular workers in construction companies who promote CSR activities through the homepage, public service ad, and media. The questionnaire distributed 300 copies online. The final valid sample is 255 (145 Regular and 110 Irregular). Empirical analysis used a structural equation model. The results of the study are as follows. First, in CSR activities, economic responsibility, philanthropic responsibility and ethical responsibility had a positive (+) effect on organizational trust. Second, organizational trust had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction in CSR activities. Finally, the magnitude of the Moderate effect of the type of labor contract according to the group classification showed that the CSR activity on organizational trust had many regular employees with economic responsibility. Also, organizational trust in job satisfaction was found to be large in regular employees. The results of this study can be a guide to CSR activities of construction companies in terms of organizational effectiveness.

The view of social responsibility activities from the pioneer studies found that most research is mainly limited to the corporate social responsibility activities. The related studies on the individual level are very few. Therefore, it is very necessary to make a clearer and more systematic empirical research for the global companies whose employees are directly involved in the companies' social responsibility activities. In order to find the relationship between variables, we collected data from chinese employee of Korean firms which located in China. The result of empirical test is as follows; First, the social responsibility activities of the individual level have a significant positive effect on the employees' job satisfaction and organization inputs. In other words, social responsibility activities could improve the employee's job satisfaction and organization inputs. Second, innovative organizational culture of South Korean companies has a significant positive effect on the individual level social responsibility activities. Third, transformational leadership of the CEO in South Korean have no effect on personal level social responsibility activities. Fourth, the CEO'S ethical values have great positive effect on personal level of social responsibility activities. Through the analysis we can see, in the process of global corporate implicating social responsibility activities, the CEO'S ethical values are more important than the transformational leadership of the CEO. Finally, in the relationship between the employees' personal ethical values and personal social responsibility activities, the employees' personal ethical values in South Korean companies have great positive effect on the personal level social responsibility activities.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of ethical values and ethical sensitivity on character in junior and senior nursing students. A total of 356 surveys were analyzed using SPSS version 20. T-test, ANOVA/Kruskal-Wallis test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used. The results of the study showed that the main factors influencing character was patient oriented care in ethical sensitivity (${\beta}=0.258$), followed by nurse-colleague relationship among ethical values (${\beta}=0.153$), religion (${\beta}=0.131$), professional responsibility in the ethical sensitivities (${\beta}=0.101$), and the above variables accounted for 43.3% of character (F=44.960, p<.001). This study confirmed that ethical values and ethical sensitivity are important variables affecting character and convergence course integrating above factors needs to be provided for nursing students.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibilities of science ethics education with history of science (HOS) and to develop its teaching and learning model for secondary school students. A total of 72 cases about science ethics were extracted from 20 or more HOS books, journal articles, and newspaper articles. These cases were categorized into 8 areas, such as forgery, fabrication, violation of bioethics in testing, plagiarism and stealth, unfair allocation of credit, over slander, conjunction with ideologies, and social responsibility problems. The results of this study are as follows. First, research forgery, occurring in the process of the research, was the most frequent in HOS. Second, we developed eight teaching lesson plans for each area. Third, we proposed a teaching and learning model based on the developed lesson plans as well as related teaching and learning models in the fields of science ethics education, ethics education, and history education. Our model has five steps, 'investigating-suggesting casesclarifying problems-finding alternatives-summarizing'.

There are so many personal experiences and innermost feelings in oral history resource. Thus, when we use the oral history resource, it has a lot of the possibility to arise ethical and legal issues. To prevent the problems and to protect interviewee, it is needed to comply the guideline for ethical and legal issues through the oral history project. The ethical issues are applied to every step of the project. The most important principle for ethical issues are the mind to protect the dignity of interviewee. The moral right is classified the right of privacy and defamation issues. The right of privacy is basic human rights to guard for the freedom of the individual. The defamation is defined as a false statement of the fact about a person which tend to injure that person's interest.

In this paper, East Asian thoughts in Choi In-ho's novels have been studied based on Emmanuel Levinas' philosophical theories. He is a philosopher who dealt with the matter of subject formed through the encounter the others. The author of this paper quoted his ethics of responsibility, viewing that East-Asian thoughts put stress on the relationship with the others. The conclusions are like these; first, in the novel, Sang Do, there is a true relationship between the subject and the others thinking in the side of the other. Human relationship is like Sangsunyaksoo, which means when subject goes low, there appears a place the other can stay in. Second, in the novel Yoorim the essence of Neo-Confucianism shows up through Kyung thought, in which subject serves on the other in respect. That's like what Levinas said, "responsibility to others". Third, in the novel The Road without Road there appears Jinsokppuli, the central value of Korean Buddhists' Zen thoughts, meaning that you are not differentiated from me. In the times when the nation had been lost, Kyung Ho, who answered the call of people was a man who found what Levinas said, "the other who stays in me". As a conclusion the thoughts such as Sangsunyaksoo, Kyung, and Muae which show up in Choi In-ho's novels are connected with Levinas' ethics of responsibility and well shown as good examples of East Asian ethics.

CRISPR-Cas9 is one of the gene-editing technologies that infinite potential. It may provide human beings with many benefits or cause unanticipated challenges. The governance as standards setting or regulation of gene-editing technologies can contribute to keeping a balance between scientific value and ethical commitments. Guaranteeing public participation provides an additional opportunity to think about ethical and moral considerations: For whose benefit the internationally discussed governance of gene-editing technologies is directed at? There is a doubt regarding whether the governance justifies scientific researchers' gene-editing research. Suppose that governance promotes the advancement of CRISPR-Cas9, it should also encourage greater research responsibility. If not, there may be tragedies brought about by the misconduct of researchers. Thus, the essential matter on the governance for the research of CRISPR-Cas9 is the researchers' responsibility.

As hostile online reviews can have a negative impact on a company's reputation, it is not surprising that online reviewers and business owners often get involved in conflicts which sometimes evolve into legal disputes. This research examines the legal dispute case in which the business owner charges an online reviewer for a defamation. Further, this research compares the supreme court's decision with general public's view on this defamation case, using a survey method. From the legal point of view, an online reviewer's primary motive determines whether the online reviews are defamatory statements or not. Specifically, if an online reviewer's primary motive is to increase the overall benefits for the public society, the online review does not bear any legal liability. According to our survey, consumers' view aligns with the final decision of the supreme court. They believe that online reviews should bear a minimum level of legal liability as online reviews often contain useful and valuable information which can enhance overall public benefits.

This study is to identify that the efforts of business ethics build customer loyalty, and it makes customers lead to purchase behavior in the viewpoint of grasping convergence effect. The survey has proved that ethical management influences consumers' purchase behaviors, and consumers' image perception and trust on corporate play parameter role in that process. This results imply that corporate's ethical management gives increase in revenue and reputation to corporate. So managers must recognize business goes on when the social legitimacy is approved by the public, and make efforts to arrange systems and programs to foster ethical management. In the future study, it is required that an analysis to differentiate target range and level of implementation of ethical management and research associated with ethical issue of high public interest.

This study presents the leadership model that is to build of ethical and cultural leadership. The ideal ethical oughtfulness is to cares for people and the value of the cultural is to cherish the people's will. His leadership is to be balance and harmonized judgment of the ideal ethical oughtfulness and the cultural values by practice of virtues through relationship, process, and skill of leadership. Leadership relationship is a equal role relationship that are the children of the sky, thus to be coexistence and harmonyin close collaboration. Leadership process is a process of transvaluation to ensure the validity of the values by rational discussion and persuasion. Leadership skills led to active obedience through leading by example and love of learning. King Sejong' leadership is the leadership that ethical and cultural leadership become well-implemented.
