A Survey on the Managing of Headings in Library Cataloging: On the Basis of the University Libraries in B City (도서관 목록에서 표목의 취급 실태에 관한 연구 - B시의 대학도서관들을 중심으로 -)

  • This is the survey on the actual condition about the managing of headings in library cataloging. KCR4, the standard rules for the library cataloging in Korea, has no rules for the main entry headings and uniform headings. But the cataloging records are not standardized because a lot of libraries in Korea use the main entry headings and uniform headings yet. A structural revision of KORMARC is required in order that all library follow the rules on the KCR's main entry headings. And the rules for uniform heading used until KCR4's policy about the heading is decided according to international trends are needed.

WiBro기술이 IEEE 802.16 표준으로 채택되기까지

  • WiBro 기술이 IEEE 802.16e 표준으로 채택되기까지의 과정은 크게, 국내표준이 우선되던 단계(2002. 11$\sim$2004. 6.)와 IEEE 802.16을 중심으로 국제표준에 힘쓰던 단계(2004. 7.$\sim$2005. 12.)으로 나누어서 볼 수 있다. 첫 번째 단계는 정부에 의한 비활성화된 2.3-2.4 GHz WLL용 주파수 대역의 회수 및 활용을 위한 WiBro 개념의 도입부터, ETRI를 중심으로 한 연구개발 프로젝트의 추진, TTA 내의 PG302 프로젝트그룹의 결성 및 적극적 국내표준화 활동을 통한 표준초안의 개발까지의 과정에 해당된다. 이 과정에서 개념의 창출부터, 요구사항의 정의, 방식의 선정, 규격 초안의 개발까지의 과정을 독자적으로 수행하였으며, 독자 기술에 의한 국내 기술의 개발 및 표준화를 바탕으로 국제표준화를 추진하기 위한 꿈과 도전의 시기였다고 할 수 있다. 두 번째 단계는 규모의 경제의 실현 및 국제표준의 중요성에 대한 인식에 따른 IEEE 802.16e를 중심으로 한 국제표준화의 추진을 통한 표준 IPR의 확보 및 시험 규격 등 제반 규격의 정비 등 세계 최초 상용화를 위한 표준선도의 시기였다고 할 수 있다. 나름 아쉬움이 없는 것은 아니나, 우리 힘으로 여러 난관들을 극복하고 상용화 및 IMT-2000 국제표준채택을 통한 세계화의 실현 등을 위한 성숙의 시기였다고 할수 있다. 이제 4세대 이동통신 표준화에서도 대한민국이 주도적인 역할을 수행해야 할 때이다. 좀 더 우리의 역량을 결집하고 발휘할 수 있도록 지혜를 발휘하여야 한다.

  • In this paper, we analysed the new techniques for maritime mobile communications replacing NBDP in MF/HF bandwidth. Several countries already have contributed to new proposals for new digital systems through international standardization organizations as ITU, IMO and IEC. ITU-R SG8B in ITU reviews the contributed documents and discusses about radio regulations relating new systems. Also COMSAR in IMO reviews member's countries opinions and statues for introducing new techniques and replacing NBDP.

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate the organizational effectiveness of uniersity libraries in Korea. This study models emphasized the situational factors, fundamental factors and types of organiz tional effectiveness. environment, technology, size, strategy, and power were taken as situational factors of organizational structure ; fundamental factors were complexity, formalization, and centralization ; organizational structures were diveded into simple organization, functional organization, departmental organization, subject divisional organization(I), (II). Efficiency, flexibility, information service and satisfaction were taken as effectiveness factors and satisfaction was subdivided into organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In this study, situational factors, fundamental factors and types of organizational structures influence one another, ultimately affect the level of organizational effectiveness. Organizational effectiveness represents no organization of high organizational effectiveness on all levels.

  • 본 연구는 시장지향성이 사업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 시장지향성의 관점에서 사업성과와의 관계를 조명 해보고, 시장지향성과 사업성과간의 관계 연구에서 통합적 매개변수들의 역할을 연구하였다. 기존 선행연구에서 매개변수로 사용한 종업원 만족, 차별화 전략, 벤치마킹, 혁신, 경쟁전략, 시장지향성, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직간 정보공유 둥을 통합하여 변수들의 중복을 피하고, 상호 독립성이 유지되는 변수들만을 채택하여 종업원만족, 혁신, 경쟁전략의 선택과 실행 등 3개의 변수를 도출하였으며, 여기에다 국내 선행연구에선 아직 사용하지 않은 조직학습을 신규 매개변수로 추가하여 기업역량변수로 설정하였다. 또한 고객만족, 서비스품질, 서비스충성도(애호도), 서비스이미지, 기업이미지, 등을 통합하여 고객만족, 서비스품질, 충성도 등 3개의 변수로 도출하였으며 신규 매개변수로써 기업과 고객간 정보공유를 채택하여 고객반응으로 명명하였다. 여기에서, 각각 4개씩 도출된 변수들은 각각 하나의 차원으로 통합하였으며, 두 차원의 통합적 매개변수들이 어떠한 인과적 역할을 하는지 보다 깊이 연구하였다. 연구가설은 6개의 가설 중 시장지향성과 사업성과 간 기업역량과 고객반응의 통합적 매개변수들의 간접효과가 지지되어 4개의 가설이 채택되었다. 그러나, 시장지향성과 사업성과 간의 직접효과와 기업역량과 고객반응의 중복매개는 기각되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 공헌을 제안하였으며, 끝으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제언하였다.

Development on a Roofed Pechan Prism Type Scope with Long Eye Relief (긴 안점거리를 갖는 지붕형 페찬 프리즘 타입 스코프 개발)

  • Purpose: Developing a roofed Pechan prism type scope with long eye relief. Methods: To reduce the overall length and to lengthen the eye relief of scope, the objective part was designed by adopting the roofed Pechan prism and also the eyepiece part was designed by adopting the field lens with minus refractive power in front of reticle, respectively. Finally, by integrating above two parts, the roofed Pechan prism type scope with 90 mm eye relief was developed. Results: The characteristics of the developed and fabricated scope with 90 mm eye relief by integrating the objective part with the roofed Pechan prism and the eyepiece part with minus refractive power had the magnification of $+3.0{\times}$, the length from the 1st lens to the last lens of about 121 mm, the barrel diameter of 28 mm, and the effective objective-diameter of 17 mm. Also it was found that the line width of resolution was about 900 cycles/rad at the 50% MTF value criterion. Conclusions: We could design and manufacture the roofed Pechan prism type scope with 90 mm eye relief, the characteristics of which had the magnification of $3.0{\times}$, the MTF above 50% at 900 cycles/rad, and the length from the 1st lens to the last lens of about 121 mm.

A Study on the Influence of Empowerment of Restaurant Cooks on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Customer Orientation - Centering on Busan - (외식업체 조리사의 임파워먼트가 직무만족, 조직몰입, 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 부산지역을 중심으로 -)

  • This study examined how empowerment of restaurant cooks influences job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation, targeting 260 restaurant cooks in the Busan area. SPSS 18.0 was employed to perform frequency, factor, reliability, and multiple (simple) regression analyses. Empowerment was analyzed using 3 factors (self-authority, meaning and competence) while job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation were analyzed using 1 factor each. Results of a correlation analysis of the hypothesized model revealed positive correlations among the variables. Multiple (simple) regression analyses of the hypothesized model found that the sub empowerment factors will have a positive influence on job satisfaction with self-authority (${\beta}$=.372, p<.001), meaning (${\beta}$=.451, p<.001), competence (${\beta}$=.240, p<.001). It was also found that the sub empowerment factors will have a positive influence on organizational commitment with self-authority (${\beta}$=.433, p<.001), meaning (${\beta}$=.473, p<.001), competence (${\beta}$=.302, p<.001). Lastly, the hypotheses that job satisfaction will have a positive influence on organizational commitment (${\beta}$=.775, p<.001), that job satisfaction will have a positive influence on customer orientation (${\beta}$=.467, p<.001), and that organizational commitment will have a positive influence on customer orientation (${\beta}$=.567, p<.001) were adopted.

A Basic Study on Scale Development of Problem Behaviors for Young Children (유아 문제행동 척도 개발을 위한 기초 연구)

  • This study is intended to draw a scale for problem behaviors of young children. To achieve this, an empirical survey was carried out on experts from three groups of daycare center teachers, kindergarten teachers and early childhood education-majored professors. A total of 209 items were measured by the scale for young children's problem behaviors from the 1970s to now. The results showed that 96 of a total 209 items in 5 categories related to the scale for young children's problem behaviors were adopted as major items. Using these 96 major items in 5 categories, 17 out of 40 items in a peer relationship category, 13 out of 41 items in a development category, 20 out of 50 items in a fundamental habit category, 22 out of 38 items in a morality category, and 24 out of 40 items in an emotion category were adopted. Most items were adopted in the emotion category, whereas most items were rejected in the development category. Therefore, it is judged that their problem behaviors are caused mainly by anxiety, shrinking, unexpected behaviors, dependence on parents or teachers, and slow behaviors due to the latent negative emotions of young children at the developing stage.

  • Financial technology (FinTech) is an emerging financial service sector include innovations in financial literacy and investment, retail banking, education, and crypto-currencies like bitcoin. One of the crucial branch of financial technology-third-party payment (TPP) is undergoing rapid growth, with online/mobile systems replacing offline financial systems. System quality and user attitudes are key perceptions driving third-party payment usage, the importance of these perceptions, however, may be different with countries as users' thinking varies from country to country. Thus, the purpose of this study is to elaborate how factors differ from China to Korea by drawing on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2). Additionally, this study also aims to propose a multi-attribute evaluation of the third-party online payment system based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy sets and technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS), to examine the relative importance of the perceptions influencing new technology adoption intention. The results showed that the price value has the most significant influence on Chinese perceptions, while the perceived credibility has the most significant effect on Korean perceptions. Sub-criteria also performs different results to Chinese and Korean third-party online payment system.

The Impact of the Work-Life Balance (WLB) of Flight Attendants on Organizational Commitment, Subjective Career Success, and Turnover Intention (항공사 객실승무원의 일-삶 균형(WLB)이 조직몰입, 주관적 경력성공, 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the study is to identify the structural equation modeling among work-life balance(WLB), organizational commitment, subjective career success, and turnover intentions. The study data came from 199 respondents, as flight attendants working for large domestic airlines. The research tested structural equation modeling by utilizing the SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 statistical program. As the results, the study found that WLB would have a negative impact on organizational immersion, and secondly, the hypothesis that WLB has a positive impact on the subjective career success of the flight attendants. Third, the hypothesis that the organization immersion of the flight attendants would have a positive impact on subjective career success, and fourth, the hypothesis that organizational immersion has a negative impact on the turnover. However, fifth, the hypothesis that subjective career success would have a negative impact on turnover was dismissed. Finally, the hypothesis that WLB would have a positive impact on turnover was adopted. Based on the results of this analysis, the research presents highly significant theoretical and practical implications.
