Adaptive Resource Allocation Algorithm with GTD in Downlink MU-MIMO Channel (다중 사용자 다중 안테나 하향링크 채널에서 GTD 기반의 적응적인 자원 할당 기법)

  • We propose an adaptive resource allocation algorithm with generalized triangular decomposition scheme in downlink multi-user multiple-input-multiple-output channel to maximize the system throughput when we adopt the modulation scheme such as BPSK, QPSK, 16QAM, and 64QAM. The proposed scheme also considers an bit-error-rate performance as well as system throughput while performing resource allocation. We present simulation results to show that the proposed scheme achieves the system throughput up to 2bit difference by capacity and has better BER performance than SVD based resource allocation scheme in all SNR regions.

  • STBC is a technique where a multiple antenna signals are transmitted. With this technique, antenna diversity can be achieved. The performance of STBC OFDM system using pilot symbol for the channel estimation is analyzed. IEEE 802.16e standards suggest that the BER performance of STBC system can be improved using channel state information. Pilot symbol is used for the channel estimation in OFDM systems. However, imperfect channel estimates in this systems degrade the performance. The performance of this STBC OFDM systems using channel state information, gauged by the average bit error rate, is analyzed considering the channel estimation error.

  • 본 논문에서는 자동 동기 블럭 암호 시스템에서 발생하는 에러 전파 현상으로 인하여 파생되는 문제를 경감하기 위하여, 다중 암호 알고리즘을 이용한 병렬처리 자동동기 블럭 암호 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 구조는 암호 알고리즘 출력속도를 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 에러전파로 파생된 블럭 단위의 연속적인 에러를 여러 채널로 분산시키는 특성이 있다. 이를 설명하기 위하여 CFB 모드에 적용하여 특성을 분석하였고, 응용 가능성 이 높은 분야에 대하여 기술하였다.

  • 영상에 워터마크를 삽입하는 것을 통신채널의 입장에서 해석한다면 워터마크는 신호로, 영상은 잡음으로 모델링이 가능하다. 따라서 이러한 잡음 속에서 신호에 대한 에러를 최소화하는 것이 워터마크의 추출을 최대화하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 통상적으로 Error Correction Code는 에러가 많은 통신채널에서 많이 이용되기 때문에 워터마킹 방법에서도 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 DCT 기반의 구간화 워터마킹 방법에 Turbo code를 이용하여 강인성 면에서의 향상된 성능을 실험 결과로 보이며, Turbo code의 해밍거리를 이용하여 워터마킹의 보다 효율적인 검출 방법을 제안한다.

  • The effect of the sub-optimal beam-forming and the fading channel correlation on the closed loop transmit antenna diversity(CTD) system is investigated in frequency flat Rayleigh fading channels. The fast channel fading prevents the perfect channel estimation at a mobile station, hence the imperfect weight is applied to the antenna branch of transmitter. The weight causes sub-optimalbeam-forming and aggravates the performance of CTD system. The fading correlation or a wireless channel also is one of the factors decreasing the diversity gain. A bit error rate expression for the CTD system is analytically derived as a function of the channel estimation error, the channel correlation coefficient the feedback delay, and fading index. It is shown that the channel estimation error gives more severe effect to the system performance than the channel correlation.

  • In this paper, we present symbol detection methods for decision feedback equalizers (DFE) in trellis coded modulation systems. The proposed symbol detectors improve symbol error rate (SER) by exploiting the coding structure of trellis coded modulation (TCM). For example, for 8-PAM signals the achieved SER with the proposed detection scheme is improved to $2{\times}10^{-5}$ from $2.5{\times}10^{-2}$ of the conventional symbol-by-symbol detector under AWGN channel at 20dB SNR. This SER improvements mitigate error propagation of DFE.and produces significant over-all SER improvement for under multipath channels (for example, from 0.26 to 0.01 and 0.005 under a severe multipath channel 20dB SNR as shown in the simulation result of this paper).

  • By feedback channel, the decoder reports the addresses of corrupted macroblocks induced by transmission errors back to the encoder With these negative acknowledgements, the encoder can make the next frame having propagated errors by using forward dependency based on GOBs and MBs of the frame happening transmission errors. The encoder can precisely calculate and track the propagated errors by examining the backward motion dependency for each of four comer pixels in the current encoding frame until before-mentioned the next frame. The error-propagation effects can be terminated completely by INTRA refreshing the affected macroblocks. Such a fast algorithm further reduce the computation and memory requirements. The advantages of the low computation complexity and the low memory requirement are Particularly suitable for real-time implementation.

  • In this paper, the bandwidth of the filters used in optical communication systems and systems for the correlation between the error probability has been studied. Preamplifier that occurs in the system error probability as a function of the sensitivity of the receiver on the receiver sensitivity was shown for the various error probability calculation is performed. In addition, the channel data rate on the probability of various errors, changes in the function of the optimal bandwidth for the receiver filter was calculated, as required to operate at optimal range of the filter bandwidth, data rate per channel in a 10Gb/s the range of when is between 0.2 and 3.5nm.

  • 디지털 자기 기록 저장기기에서 채널 밀도가 증가하면 심각한 인접심볼 간섭과 비선형 왜곡이 야기된다. 본 논문에서는 심각한 비선형 인접심볼 간섭과 비선형 왜곡을 극복하기 위한 방법으로 기존의 등화기 대신 NLTE(neural linear transversal equalizer)를 등화기로 사용하고 검출기로는 터보 코드를 사용한 NLTE/TC 구조를 제안한다. 채널 밀도 S=2.5에서 부분 삭제가 0.7 정도 존재할 때, 코드율이 8/9일 때는 $10^{-5}$의 비트 에러율을 18dB 이후에서 만족하며, 코드율이 16/17일 때는 20dB 이후에서 만족함을 알 수 있었다. 채널 밀도 S=3에서 부분 삭제가 0.6 정도 존재할 때 코드율이 8/9일 때는 $10^{-5}$의 비트 에러율을 22dB 이후에서 만족하고, 코드율이 16/17일 때는 24dB 이후에서 만족함을 확인할 수 있었다.
