TRIZ, the Russian acronym for Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TIPS) is introduced in this paper. The core concepts of TRIZ such as levels of inventions, patterns of technological evolution, technical and physical contradictions are explained. It is also discussed that how TRIZ can be applied to quality function deployment in order to overcome negative correlations(i.e., trade-off relationships) between engineering characteristics. Some case examples are presented for the purpose of explanation.

It is well-known that leading firms are more innovative than others, with far more sales from new products. This paper suggests that what kinds of creatively techniques can be a, pp.ied to new product development process for the purpose of commercial success. Both divergent and convergent techniques are considered at each stage of new product development process. Some typical creativity techniques such as boundary examination, bug list, manipulative verbs, morphological analysis, SCAMPER, and TRIZ are explained with case examples.

문화예술 정보는 텍스트, 이미지, 동화상등의 다양한 멀티미디어 데이타로 구성되어 있다. 이를 효과적으로 검색하기 위해서 노드와 링크로 구성된 하이퍼미디어를 사용하였다. 지금까지는 문화예술 정보중 연극 정보와 문화재 정보에 대하여 프로토타입을 구축하였으며, 계속하여 문화예술 전분야로 확대해 나갈 것이다. 연극정보를 검색하기 위해서는 데이타베이스 검색과 키워드 검색을 이용할 수 있으며, 최종적인 검색 결과는 분산하이퍼미디어 시스템인 Mosaic을 수정하여 이용하였다.

문제의 정의부터 데이터의 조사, 측정, 수집, 전송, 분석, 지식의 창출, 그리고 최적의 의사결정 및 피드백에 이르는 전체 과정을 다루는 데이터기술은 2000년 전,후에 제안되었다. 아직 이에 대한 폭넓은 연구는 이루어지고 있지 못하지만 기업 비즈니스를 위한 CRM 등의 경영을 위한 효과적인 데이터 마이닝 방법론에 대한 개선을 위한 중요한 역할이 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 현재 연구되고 있는 데이터기술과 정보기술의 창조적인 융합을 제안하고 이를 통하여 효과적인 데이터 마이닝의 수행방안에 대하여 연구한다.

본 연구에서는 연구테마의 창출과정을 하나의 연구프로세스로 보아 이를 업무체계화하고자 한다. 따라서 연구테마의 사업화 성공률을 극대화하기 위해서는 R&D활동의 객체적 관점에서의 창조활동과 정을 시스템적 관점에서 다루어야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 관점에서 접근한 기존연구들에 대해 고찰한 후, 이 연구가 안고있는 문제점을 도출함과 아울러, 이에 근거하여 연구테마의 효과적인 창출을 위한 모형구축의 새로운 설계방향을 제시하고자 한다.

As creative economy gets attention, the capabilities of transforming creative ideas into intellectual property and utilizing it commercially have become important than ever before. Korea is lack of the capabilities of utilizing intellectual property compared to those of accumulating it. This paper focuses on the strategic implication of an injunctive relief, which has a far-reaching impact on firms' business strategies as well as national industrial competitiveness because losers in lawsuits are expelled from markets. It analyzes the Samsung-Apple global IP lawsuits about smartphones and tablet PCs, which have expanded into 9 countries since 2011 when the Apple filed the IP lawsuit against Samsung in the US for the first time. In particular, this paper analyzes the requirements to get the permanent injunctive relief in the lawsuits of intellectual property from reviewing the ruling in the court of the US in 2012 and draws some implications from the perspective of business/industrial strategies. This paper has some limitations in that the lawsuit are still ongoing and it is the first attempt to find out the clue that connects legal and strategic issues in the rulings. Regardless of the limitations, however, this paper expects to contribute to raising the issues as to the importance of harmonizing the capabilities of managing technology with law, in order to survive under the era of creative economy.

In this paper, we propose a new expert system for close combat in military war game model for training. Simulation logic for damage assesment is one of the main simulation functions in military war game. In Changcho 21's model which is the war game model for Republic of Korea Army corps and division, the main function of close combat's damage assessment has not been calculated by Changcho 21's model, but by COBRA which was made by US Army and has been the expert system for close combat. Results which were calculated in COBRA were sent to Changcho 21's model through a cable network. And Changcho 21's model finally calculated the value of damage assessment with the results. In this paper, we develop an new expert system for close combat using decision tree. The experimental results show that the proposed expert system has similar performance to COBRA and has less computing complexity. And it can substitute for COBRA and be applicable to battlefield.

The purpose of the present study is to analyze how and to what degree multinational companies organize and operate their supply chains in accordance with the strategic resource of knowledge in their multinational management, and what kind of influence knowledge oriented global supply chain management has on the management performance of multinational corporations. For this purpose, the current research proposed a measurement model to provide specific shape to the concept of knowledge oriented global supply chain management by adopting the knowledge creation process proposed by Nonaka (1994), and conducted an empirical analysis of what kind of impact the knowledge management system and the knowledge creation process of companies have on the performance of their global supply chain management. The result of the empirical analysis of 113 multinational companies verified the validity and reliability of the measurement model proposed in this study. In addition, the comparative study of the sampled companies by grouping them according to the level of knowledge orientation in global supply chain management indicated that the enterprises that effectively manage the knowledge created within the global supply chain presented overall superiority on the performance of global supply chain management.
