본 연구에서는 창업가의 역량을 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신으로 설정하여 창업기업의 성과와의 영향관계에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 특히, 최근 늘어나는 실업율과 정부의 창업지원 정책의 핵심대상군인 청년들을 대상으로 본 연구를 진행하였다. 일반적으로 청년창업이 어려운 이유 중 하나는 시장이나 사업에 대한 경험이 상대적으로 부족한 청년들이 실무적인 지원 및 실패에 대한 안전장치 없이 창업을 시작한다는데 있다. 하지만 창업교육을 통해 간접경험을 높이고 청년들이 가지고 있는 장점인 새로운 시각과 유연한 사고방식을 충분히 활용한다면, 실패에 대한 확률을 줄이고 혁신기업을 만들 수 있는 가능성은 더 높을 수 있다 하겠다. 최근 몇 년간 정부는 대학생을 포함한 청년층에게 창업 초기자금을 지원하여 청년창업의 활성화에 많은 노력을 해왔지만, 이러한 지원들은 대부분 창업을 시작하는 초기단계에 집중이 되어있다. 창업은 그 성공률이 3~4% 남짓으로 쉽지 않은 일이지만, 그래도 이러한 초기단계의 지원들은 청년들이 창업시장에 많은 참여를 할 수 있는 동인이 되고 있다. 또한, 청년들이 시장에서 자신의 아이디어를 실험하고 사업화하며 혁신을 이루어가는 창업의 과정은 훗날 그들에게 훌륭한 경험과 경력이 될 것이다. 경험을 통한 자신의 경력에 대한 주관적인 평가는 개인의 삶과 업무에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치게 되기 때문에, 청년들의 이러한 경험들은 우리사회에 지속으로 긍정적인 가능성을 만들어 줄 것이다. 본 연구는 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 창업기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하기 위한 분석을 수행하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 창업기업들이 성장을 위해서 개인이 가지고 있는 경력과 경험에 대한 활용을 높여야 하는 근거를 도출하였다. 이러한 근거 도출을 위해 창업가의 경력에 대한 중요성과 업무능력과의 관계에서 영향을 주는 요인을 가설로 설정하였고 이에 대한 검증을 통하여 주관적 경력에 대한 중요성을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 주 목적은 첫째, 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 다양한 요인에 대하여 실증 분석하여 학문적 체계를 마련하고, 둘째, 창업가의 주관적 경력성공과 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 요인을 통계적 방법을 통해 찾아내어 창업지원정책의 평가시스템 개발에 유용한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다.

This paper is a study on the "Development of Assessment Index for Women's Entrepreneurship support programs." This research highlights the absence of specific assessment indicators for selecting women-led enterprises in women's entrepreneurship support programs, thereby illuminating the limitations of current evaluation methods. It emphasizes the necessity for effective indicators to more successfully select women entrepreneurs and enterprises. The study derives numerous success factors for women's entrepreneurial ventures from prior research and develops a more likely to succeed assessment index for women-led enterprises using the Delphi methodology and collaboration with expert panels. The result is a new assessment index reflecting the characteristics of women entrepreneurs, expected to overcome the limitations of existing selection methods and contribute to enhancing social support and policy development for women-led enterprises.

본 연구는 창업의지의 영향요인으로서 경력지향성과 창업지원프로그램 참가로서 창업지원프로그램이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 이론적으로 검토하고, 이를 통해 연구모형을 구축하고 정립된 연구가설을 중소기업청의 지원(2006년 기준)으로 창업강좌가 개설된 대학교와 개설되지 않은 대학교를 서울과 지방 그리고 경상계열과 공학계열로 나누어 실증 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력지향성은 창업지원프로그램 참가에 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다 둘째, 경력지향성 중에서 자율지향성, 기술지향성, 관리지향성, 사업지향성은 창업의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 안정지향성은 창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 셋째, 창업지원프로그램 참가는 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

As the recent cultural contents area start-ups are creating remarkable outcomes such as investment attraction together with the reinforced institutional supports from the government, this study aimed to reverify the significance of researches related to correlation analysis between service of Business Incubating Center of Small & Medium Business Administration operated with no separation of business type, and corporate performance, in the aspect of Business Incubating Center in cultural contents area, and also to suggest the importance of establishing the business incubating system in the systematic and rational cultural contents area through the differentiated business incubating service by verifying the significant effects of the business validity of items on corporate performance, and then discovering services suitable for business incubating in cultural contents area, targeting Gyeonggi-do cultural contents area Business Incubating Center recently showing the biggest growth. Especially, contrary to the existing researches, in order to verify the characteristics of Gyeonggi-do Cultural Contents Business Incubating Center, the personal support service and marketing support service were included. It also aimed to understand the effects of the business validity of start-up items on corporate performance. Summarizing the results of this study, contrary to the results of the existing researches saying that spatial & additional support service, management support service, technical support service, personal support service, and marketing support service had significant effects on corporate performance, among the support service of Gyeonggi-do cultural contents area Business Incubating Center, the spatial & additional support service, personal support service, and marketing support service had significantly positive(+) effects on corporate performance while the management support service and technical support service had no significant effects on it. Comparing with the results of the researches on the support service of Business Incubating Center(BI) of Small & Medium Business Administration, the effects of the management support service and technical support service of Gyeonggi-do cultural contents area Business Incubating Center on corporate financial/non-financial performance were not huge. Also, in the results of analyzing the business validity of star-up items, the spatial & additional support service, management support service, and technical support service did not have significant effects on the business validity of start-up items while the personal support service and marketing support service had significantly positive(+) effects on it. In case when selecting companies, Gyeonggi-do Business Incubating Center emphasized the business validity of start-up items. However, the support service provided after the selection did not have huge effects on the business validity of start-up items. Lastly, in the results of analyzing the effects of the business validity of start-up items in Gyeonggi-do cultural contents area on corporate performance, among the success factors of business start-up, the business validity of start-up items was an important element having effects on corporate performance(financial/non-financial) in the cultural contents area.

관광벤처사업은 기존의 오프라인사업에 의존하던 관광업계에 새로운 대안으로서 부각되고 있지만 아직은 그 실효를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그런데, 관광벤처사업은 소규모 저자본으로 접근 가능한 분야로서 관광벤처사업을 영위하고자 하는 기업이 늘어나고 있다. 정부에서도 1999년 관광전문투자조합 결성 및 자금 투자, 관광벤처사업과 관련된 관련 규정을 정비하는 것은 물론, 창업보육센터, 창업정보 종합지원시스템 구축 및 정보 지원, 벤처기업 기술력 향상 지원, 중소기업 상담회사와 같은 다양한 제도적 지원 등을 강구하고 있어 관광벤처사업의 전망은 밝은 편이다. 그러나 관광벤처사업은 까다로운 관광벤처 지정 조건, 제한된 지원, 협소한 범위와 낮은 기술력, 관광벤처 전문인력의 부재와 기업가 정신의 부족 등의 문제점들을 안고 있었으며, 따라서 지정요건의 완화, 정부차원의 지원 강화, 컨텐츠 다양화, 전문인력 양성체제 구축, 관광벤처 사업동기 부여 등의 활성화 방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

While economic crises are happening internationally due to the global financial crisis and the long-term recession of the domestic economy, South Korea is also experiencing an aging society with the retirement of the baby-boomers and a low birth-rate. The rapid retirement of baby-boomers, which is one of the essential parts of the Korean economy, is ongoing. Consequently, the number of seniors showing interest in entrepreneurship, as a way to avoid the economic threat, is increasing. Therefore, this study examined the correlation between two factors and its success, which can be stated as the influence of decision making in entrepreneurship and the influence of promotion policies to entrepreneurship. A survey was taken from 393 people, who received academic and managerial assistance from the Senior-Founded Support Center of Small Business Market Corporation and Adults Incubators of Seoul-Business Agency. and 'Hypothesis 1-1' and 'Hypothesis 2-2' were selected, because a positive effect was derived at each verification process. As a result, under the decision making types of entrepreneurship, only a reasonable type showed a positive effect at both the financial outcome and non-financial outcome of success, and the intuitive type was affected positively by the non-financial outcome. In addition, under the entrepreneur supporting business, among financial support, managerial support and educational support only managerial support had a positive effect.

우리나라의 전체 인구는 증가추세인 반면 농촌과 농업인구는 계속해서 감소하고 있으며 인구 구조도 급속히 고령화되고 있어 농업경영과 농촌사회의 지속성이 취약해지고 있다. 이에 정부와 각 지자체에서 귀농 귀촌을 권장하고 농업분야의 창업을 권장하기 위해 다양한 정책들을 추진하고 있으나 정책의 수혜자들에게 노출되지 않아 제대로 활용되지 못하거나, 지원체계가 혼란스러워 적절한 지원이 이뤄지지 않고 있는 문제점을 노출하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업분야에서의 창업현황을 살펴보고 농업벤처 창업과 6차산업 창업으로 구분하여 해당 분야에 중심이 되는 '6차 산업 창업지원 체계화 방안'과 '6차산업 사업단계별 맞춤형 지원 방안', 그리고 '농식품 벤처창업생태계 활성화대책'을 중심으로 농업분야 창업 지원을 위해 정부와 각 기관에서 시행중인 정책들을 살펴보았으며, 경영체의 설문조사를 통해 창업과정에서 발생한 문제점들과 보완할 사항들에 대해 살펴보았다. 특히 대부분의 정책들을 농림축산식품부에서 담당하고 있으나 창업관련 정책은 농촌진흥청에서 기획을 하면서 '농식품 가공' 중심의 창업이 활성화되고 상대적으로 홍보나 판촉 및 유통, 농촌관광 등 서비스업 분야의 지원은 취약하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 창업 지원정책에 대한 세밀한 분석과 경영체별 설문조사를 토대로 실제 창업에 도움이 되기 위해서는 준비단계부터 경영체별로 맞춤형 지원이 필요하다는 점과 이론 교육보다는 실제 창업준비를 위한 상담이나 멘토링의 제도를 활성화시키는 것이 실질적인 도움이 된다는 것을 알게 되었다. 또한 각 시행 기관별 연계를 강화하기 위해 농림축산식품부가 컨트롤타워 역할을 수행하며 각 지자체 중심의 단일화된 지원 창구가 되어 창업단계별로 필요한 지원을 하는 것이 중요하다.

한국사업능력개발원 부설기관인 I&CP 소호지원센터는 최근 200여명의 IP 사업 희망자들을 대상으로 'IP창업계획'에 대한 설문을 실시했다. 이 설문에 따르면 소호창업을 꿈꾸는 예비 IP(Information Provider)들이 가장 선호하는 창업 분야는 '생활/여성'인 것으로 나타났다.

프랜차이즈 산업은 전문 창업시스템을 구축한 가맹본부가 사업 초기부터 가맹점의 영업활동을 지원하고 사업 노하우(know-how) 및 경영 기술을 지원 해줌으로서 창업 활동을 용이하게 도와주고 있다. 프랜차이즈 가맹점 창업의 장점은 브랜드 인지도를 활용한 영업활동으로 창업초기부터 일정한 수익을 보장 받을 수 있는 이점이 있어 소상공인의 관심이 매우 높다. 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 지원서비스인 가맹본부의 상품공급 수준, 고객관리 지원, 슈퍼바이저지원, 교육훈련 지원, 마케팅지원이 가맹점주의 경영성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 연구함으로 써, 가맹본부와 가맹점간의 서로 상생할 수 있는 지원서비스에 대한 전략적인 방법과 기업가정신과 개인 특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다.

The purpose of study was to examine the entrepreneurial supporting policy and the entrepreneurship which can affect the entrepreneurial intention, and to prove the moderating effect of the business failure burden and the self-efficacy on the relationship of the entrepreneurial supporting policy, entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial intention through the empirical study in the fusion of industries. We used data from 321 survey participants by using structured questionnaires, excluding dishonest respondents, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0 statistic package. We used hierarchical regression technique to prove our hypothesis. The results showed that education and marketing support which are part of the entrepreneurial supporting policy in the fusion of industries will have positive influence on innovativeness, pro-activeness and risk acceptability which are part of entrepreneurship. It has been reported that only funding support has positive influence on entrepreneurship pro-activeness. The results also indicated that the entrepreneurial supporting policy will have positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention, but business failure burden and self-efficacy will have no moderating effect in the relation between the entrepreneurial supporting policy and the entrepreneurship. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were discussed and the directions for future research were presented.
