This study aims to clarify factors having effect on the turnover and entrepreneurial intention of financial institution workers. Particularly, this study analyzed the effect of job satisfaction, job insecurity, retirement expectation and retirement preparation activities. As research subjects, this study selected financial institution workers residing in Seoul and the capital area and used a total of 508 samples as analysis data. This study analyzed job satisfaction, job insecurity, retirement expectation and retirement preparation activities as factors having effect on the turnover and entrepreneurial intention of financial institution workers. The research results can be summarized as follows; Firstly, all the factors of job satisfaction had negative (-) effect on their turnover intention, and compensation satisfaction and interpersonal relation satisfaction also had negative (-) effect on their entrepreneurial intention. Secondly, since job insecurity had positive (+) effect on their turnover intention and entrepreneurial intentions, the more insecure their jobs became, the more their turnover and entrepreneurial intention increased. Thirdly, in the retirement expectation, forced frustration and continuation had positive (+) effect on their turnover intention, and forced frustration, new start and continuation also had positive (+) effect on their entrepreneurial intention. Fourthly, in the retirement preparation activity, entrepreneurial preparation, social preparation and physical preparation of retirement preparation activity had positive (+) effect on their turnover intention, but economical preparation had negative (-) effect on their turnover intention, while entrepreneurial preparation had positive (+) effect on their entrepreneurial intention. In other words, as they prepare business start-up more for retirement, their turnover and entrepreneurial intentions increase more. Although they receive higher wages than other workers in different job fields as financial institution workers, they showed significant results about turnover and entrepreneurial intentions, which indicates that job satisfaction, job insecurity, retirement expectation and preparation activities function as important variables in the relation with their turnover and entrepreneurial intentions. Such research results imply that it is necessary to develop various educational programs and turnover and business start-up support programs so that financial institution workers may have better understanding of both success and failure cases when they actually work on business start-ups.

The mentoring program, conducted as part of an entrepreneurship education program by the Business Incubator, has been acknowledged to help entrepreneurs feel less anxious and fearful of embarking on new business endeavors and the possibility of failure and gain a positive view toward starting new businesses. For this reason, the investment into and the contents of the program have been reinforced. Accordingly, this study aims to examine the effects of mentoring functions on the improvement of the entrepreneurial mindset of young entrepreneurs and verify the moderating effect of the start-up preparation period between the mentoring functions and start-up competence as a means to analyze the interaction effect of the business start-up preparation period between the mentoring functions and entrepreneurship. For the purpose of this study, the SPSS 18.0 statistical program was used to perform validity, reliability and hierarchical factor analyses of the survey data obtained from 156 subjects, who took part in the entrepreneurship mentoring program. The results of the analyses showed that the mentoring functions had a positive impact on the progressiveness and risk-taking aspects of entrepreneurship and a negative impact on innovativeness. On the other hand, the business start-up preparation period had a significant moderating effect between the mentoring functions and the progressiveness and risk-taking aspects. Based on these results, it was deemed that while the mentoring functions efficiently improved the progressive and risk-taking characteristics of potential entrepreneurs, they were not efficient in improving their innovativeness. Also, the application of the entrepreneurship mentoring program according to the start-up preparation period had an interaction effect in which the progressiveness and risking-taking aspects of entrepreneurship were improved. Based on these findings, a proposal was made in regard to the development of a tailored mentoring program that reflects the various characteristics of the entrepreneurs and their start-up preparation periods as a means to improve their entrepreneurial mindset.

우리나라의 전체 인구는 증가추세인 반면 농촌과 농업인구는 계속해서 감소하고 있으며 인구 구조도 급속히 고령화되고 있어 농업경영과 농촌사회의 지속성이 취약해지고 있다. 이에 정부와 각 지자체에서 귀농 귀촌을 권장하고 농업분야의 창업을 권장하기 위해 다양한 정책들을 추진하고 있으나 정책의 수혜자들에게 노출되지 않아 제대로 활용되지 못하거나, 지원체계가 혼란스러워 적절한 지원이 이뤄지지 않고 있는 문제점을 노출하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업분야에서의 창업현황을 살펴보고 농업벤처 창업과 6차산업 창업으로 구분하여 해당 분야에 중심이 되는 '6차 산업 창업지원 체계화 방안'과 '6차산업 사업단계별 맞춤형 지원 방안', 그리고 '농식품 벤처창업생태계 활성화대책'을 중심으로 농업분야 창업 지원을 위해 정부와 각 기관에서 시행중인 정책들을 살펴보았으며, 경영체의 설문조사를 통해 창업과정에서 발생한 문제점들과 보완할 사항들에 대해 살펴보았다. 특히 대부분의 정책들을 농림축산식품부에서 담당하고 있으나 창업관련 정책은 농촌진흥청에서 기획을 하면서 '농식품 가공' 중심의 창업이 활성화되고 상대적으로 홍보나 판촉 및 유통, 농촌관광 등 서비스업 분야의 지원은 취약하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 창업 지원정책에 대한 세밀한 분석과 경영체별 설문조사를 토대로 실제 창업에 도움이 되기 위해서는 준비단계부터 경영체별로 맞춤형 지원이 필요하다는 점과 이론 교육보다는 실제 창업준비를 위한 상담이나 멘토링의 제도를 활성화시키는 것이 실질적인 도움이 된다는 것을 알게 되었다. 또한 각 시행 기관별 연계를 강화하기 위해 농림축산식품부가 컨트롤타워 역할을 수행하며 각 지자체 중심의 단일화된 지원 창구가 되어 창업단계별로 필요한 지원을 하는 것이 중요하다.

This study aims to seek the policies and the plans for the successful small business start-up through an exploratory study about the factors affecting the success rate of small business start-up. To measure the performance of the start-up business(sales revenue, net profit, and outcome expectancy), the characteristics of founders (experience, psychological characteristics) and the preparation of small business start-up were measured as independent variables and the self-efficacy was measured as a parameter. 427 small business owners were targeted and structured self-administered questionnaires were collected from them. For the data process, a multiple regression analysis by SPSS 18.0 was conducted. The findings demonstrated the experience in the same business, the need for achievement, the risk-taking propensity, the preparation period for business start-up had a significant effect on self-efficacy, and experience of failure and the ratio of net worth had a significant effect on sales revenue and net profit, and the locus of control had a significant effect on outcome expectancy through the self-efficacy, a parameter. It was also noted the self-efficacy of small business owners and the business performance varied depending on the characteristics of them and the preparation process of the business start-up. Based on the those findings, the theoretical and practical implications were discussed and the suggestions about the limits of the study, future policies and studies were made.

최근 급격히 증가하는 노인들과 정신적 휴식이 필요한 도시인들의 신체적·정신적 건강과 안녕감을 유지하기 위한 방법으로써 치유농업에 관한 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 치유농업 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 변인고찰을 위하여 노후준비도, 치유농업 공급조건, 치유농업 제공서비스를 독립변수로 정하여 연구하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 서울, 경기 일부지역의 30세 이상 성인 남녀를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 356부를 분석대상으로 확정하였다. 연구가설의 검증은 선형회기분석을 통하여 검증하였고, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노후준비도의 신체적 준비와 정서적 준비, 그리고 경제적 준비는 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 치유농업 공급조건의 자연경관,, 접근성, 안전성은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 경제성과 전문성은 기각되었다. 셋째, 치유농업 제공서비스의 농작물 재배, 동물매개, 치유시설은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구를 통해 치유농업 이용의도를 높이기 위해서는 소비자의 노후준비가 잘되어 있어야 하며, 치유농업 공급조건에서는 접근성과 안전성이, 치유농업 제공서비스에서는 치유시설이 잘 갖춰져야 치유농업을 이용하려는 소비자의 이용의도를 높일 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다.

In this study, the effects of the founder's characteristics on venture's business success factors for pet business was investigated focused on the pet hospitals. The effects of the founder's background and psychological characteristics, the business start-up preparing procedure characteristics, and service factor characteristics for customers on the business performance was analyzed by classifying it into financial business performance and non-financial business performance for the he pet hospitals. The questionnaire survey for 150 pet hospitals located in Seoul and Gyunggi-do area was performed, and the main conclusions was drawn as follows. First, as a result of research model analysis for financial business performance among the business performance, it was analyzed that the founder's academic background factor among the founder's background factors had a statistically significantly negative Influence on the financial business performance, on the contrary, the control locus factor among the founder's psychological factors, and the financing factor among the business start-up preparing procedure factors had a statistically significantly positive influence on the financial business performance. Second, as a result of research model analysis for non-financial business performance among the business performance, it was analyzed that the danger acceptance propensity factor among the business start-up preparing procedure factors and the intangible service quality factor among the service quality factors had a statistically significantly positive influence on the non-financial business performance.

본 연구는 창업교육을 시행하고 있는 교육기관에서 대학생들에게 올바른 창업교육의 방향성과 올바른 창업교육을 시행함으로써 학생들의 창업의지를 높여주고 청년창업을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방향성을 제시하기 위하여 시행하였다. 개인적 특성 중 성취욕구, 통제위치, 위험감수성향에 대해 창업관련 지식과 창업교육이 창업의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였고, 연구모형은 개인적 특성을 독립변수로 창업관련지식, 창업교육, 창업효능감을 매개변수로 창업의지를 종속변수로 도표화하여 설문을 진행하였다. 설문대상은 충청권 4년제 국립 대학교 중 대학창업지원 사업을 시행하는 2개 대학과 대학창업지원 사업을 준비하는 본인이 근무 중인 4년제 국립 대학교 총 3곳의 대학생을 대상으로 312부의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문자료를 바탕으로 통계프로그램 IBM SPSS Statistics 22를 활용하여 연구모형과 가설을 검증하고 실증 분석한 연구결과를 통해 시사점과 향후 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 비전통적 성인 학습자가 새로운 입학자원으로 주목받고 있으며, 그중에서도 만학도의 대학 진학률은 급격히 상승하는 추세다. 이에 따라 이들이 대학생활을 무사히 마칠 수 있도록, 즉 학업중단이 발생하지 않도록 대학에서는 다양한 측면에서 방안을 골몰해야 하는 상황이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제의식에 기반하여, 비전통적 학습자의 학업중단을 저지할 방안을 창업지원 측면에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 이는 학업능력, 성별, 교우관계 등을 중점적으로 살펴보는 기존 연구에서 더 나아가 창업지원이라는 새로운 요인과의 관계성을 만학도의 입장에서 심층적으로 살펴봄으로써 연구의 차별성을 강조한다. 본 연구는 대학 입학 이후 학교의 창업지원을 받은 경험이 있는 만 30세 이상의 만학도 총 10명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하여, 학교의 창업지원이 학업중단을 저지하는 데 영향을 주었는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 그 과정에서 이들이 느낀 감정과 태도, 가치 등을 근거이론을 통해 분석하여 학업중단을 저지할 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 만학도는 전통적 학습자와 달리 졸업 이후 인생2모작을 준비하는 경우가 상당수기에, 이들의 니즈를 명확하게 파악하는 일은 시대적 흐름을 반영한 기초연구로서 학교의 정책적 대안을 마련하기 위한 기반이 될 수 있다.

오늘날의 4차산업혁명시대에서는 전통적인 대기업보다는 신속하게 사업을 추진하는 스타트업이 혁신을 주도하고 있다. 스타트업은 문제 해결에 도전하는 활동을 수행하는 프로젝트 조직으로서, 개인사업자 또는 법인 등 법적으로 인정되는 기업을 설립하는 단계인 창업과는 분명히 구분되어야 한다. 다시 말해, 스타트업 활동을 통해 일정 수준 이상의 사업성을 검증하는 준비 단계의 창업 전 스타트업과 그 결과로 창업 과정을 거친 창업 후 스타트업으로 구분해야 한다. 또한, 현재 대부분의 대학교에서는 다양한 창업 교육교과/비교과 프로그램들을 진행하고 있는데, 실제 대학생 졸업 후 취업률 대비 창업률은 비율이 극히 낮은 실정이다. 이를 감안할 때 대학생에게 창업을 목표로 하기 보다는, 도전적인 창업가 정신을 함양하고 스타트업 활동 중심의 교육을 통해 자신의 진로 적성을 찾고, 그 분야의 스타트업에의 취업을 우선 목표로 하는 교육이 스타트업의 인력난 문제를 해결한다는 측면에서 볼 때 스타트업 생태계 발전에 보다 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 캠퍼스 스타트업 문화 확산을 위한 교육 방향으로 스타트업 관련한 '경험 확대 - 진로 선택 - 실무 체험 - 진로 실행' 단계별 지원을 제안한다. 다음으로 실제 대학교에서 개설하고 운영한 일련의 교육 프로그램으로서 진로 지도, 스타트업 활동 이해, 스타트업 활동용 디지털 리터러시, 스타트업 협력 프로젝트, 스타트업 인턴 준비 교육 과정 및 결과들을 사례로 소개한다.

급변하는 미래 사회 환경에서의 청년 실업문제 및 직업진로에 대한 불안요소 극복을 위해서는 다양성에 대응하는 유연한 태도와 주도적인 진로 개발 역량 함양을 통한 실천적 자세가 요구된다. 사회 진출을 준비하는 대학생들에게 있어서 변화에 대응하는 새로운 혁신이 요구됨에 따라 기업가정신 교육의 필요성 또한 강조되고 있는 현실이다. 이는 비단 취업에만 국한되는 요구 역량이 아니며, 지속적으로 확장되고 있는 창업생태계에서 창업 지원 정책을 대하는 대학생 수요와 창업의지 변화에도 영향을 미칠 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로탄력성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 기업가정신 교육 만족도가 진로탄력성과 창업의지 관계에서 조절 효과로서 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 대학생의 기업가정신 교육 경험 여부를 통제한 상태에서 기업가정신, 진로탄력성과 같은 개인의 내적 영향요인으로 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 기업가정신 교육만족도의 조절 효과 여부를 확인하여 기업가정신 교육의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화하기 위해 본 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 잠재적 창업가가 될 수 있는 대학생의 기업가정신 영향요인을 검증하고 연구 자료에 다양하게 비교할 수 있는 참고자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.
