  • This study aims to identify the factors that affect customer satisfaction as the market growth of rental subscription services for living environment home appliances increases. Unlike previous research, which focused on online subscriptions (e.g., digital content, over-the-top (OTT) services, e-books, and mobile devices), this study expands the scope to include rental subscriptions for household environmental appliances. Specifically, this study analyzes the factors influencing customer satisfaction among rental subscription service users by examining the effects of perceived usefulness, reliability, and convenience. The results show that users' perceived reliability and convenience of rental subscription services for living environment home appliances significantly affect customer satisfaction. Perceived usefulness, however, was not found to have a significant impact, as it is an abstract and subjective customer aspect. The implications of the results are as follows: First, standardized services must be strengthened to increase the reliability of rental subscription services. Additionally, it is necessary to improve convenience by developing additional services when managing regular visits tailored to the characteristics of each product. Providing customized services by integrating products and Information and Communications Technologies (ICT). Furthermore, effective customer management to increase customer satisfaction is crucial, as it can lead to cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

  • In distance learning, quality of service is an important part of improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, in verifying the effectiveness of remote education service quality, it has been researched based on fragmentary effects on remote education service quality, and the effect study on the specific target is insufficient. In this study, the effects of remote education service factors on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty were analyzed in the previous study and among job seekers. The survey was conducted from March 2019 and 258 samples of job seekers who experienced remote education were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, typology, problem solving, interaction, information serviceability, and convenience had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and satisfaction had a significant influence on customer loyalty. In addition, it was analyzed that characterization, problem-solving, interaction, information serviceability, convenience and customer loyalty were affected in the verification of the mediated effects of satisfaction. In response, the implications of this study were derived from practical research on customer satisfaction and loyalty of educational companies related to eduTech, where education and ICT (Information Communication Technology) were integrated during the 4th Industrial Revolution, which suggested that the quality of a company's remote education service affected customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to entrepreneurs and marketers in the education company's start-up and marketing process. Further, further research will be needed in other areas as well as in the areas of employment education to verify the importance of service quality and assess the various effects.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influential factors of the marital satisfaction of Korean couples and international couples and the impact of related variables involving marital equity and marital conflicts on marital satisfaction in a bid to give some suggestions on how to keep on leading a happy married life. A survey was conducted from July to September, 2010, and the answer sheets from 79 Korean couples and 79 international couples who numbered 316 were analyzed except for the incomplete answer sheets. The women of the international couples got the best mean scores. When the men and women of the international couples were compared, the women scored significantly higher than the men, which showed that the former group found themselves to put more investment in their marital relationship. Concerning ways of coping with marital conflicts in the groups, conflict intervention by oneself was most prevalent among the men of the international couples and least among the women of the Korean couples. Regarding sex-role attitude and communication, there were no significant differences in sex-role attitude. As to marital satisfaction, the men of the Korean couples got the highest mean scores, and the women of the international couples scored lowest. When the correlation analysis was conducted, the variable that had the closest correlation to marital satisfaction overall was positive problem solving by the spouse(.469), followed by conflict intervention by the spouse(-.453), positive problem solving by oneself(.451), the academic credential of the spouse(.443) and one's own retreat from conflict(-.409).
