This paper suggests efficient policies of the long term preservation and digital archiving of Korean electronic journals based on the OAIS Reference Model. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey and interviews have been conducted to the institutions which are providing access to Korean electronic journals. Information packages and functional workflows which suggested in the OAIS Reference Model are applied to improve the long term preservation.

Supporting of the user-wanted teaching&learning functions is an important factor to improve the learning effects in a e-learning system. However, most methods are not enough to refer a model for supporting a teaching&learning function in a planning, development, operation, and evaluation. Accordingly, we propose the specified reference model for supporting a teaching&learning function in the web-based e-learning system. To verify the validity of the proposed system, we consulted the students experienced in e-learning system. As a results, The proposed specified reference model can be expected more $11%{\sim}23%$ effectiveness improvement than that of their experienced in the previous system. Also, as the pre-evaluated results using the teaching&learning services supporting degree by the proposed reference model, those measurements are very similar to the services requirement degree of their experienced in e-learning system.

The investment on informatization has caused the increase in complexity of IT resources as well as inefficiency of Information system management and redundant investment. Thus, the idea of EA (Enterprise Architecture) was developed in order to manage the IT resources efficiently but the systematical guideline was insufficiently provided in data area.. Because of this, it is necessary to make full use of DRM (Data Reference Model) so we can enhance the sharing and reuse of data between several institutions in public sector by extracting and managing data behind processes. In this study, we recognize the necessity of improvement on data classification which is highly utilized and present the direction for the data classification rethesis.

기존에 운영되고 있는 공공시설관리 시스템들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 유지관리 모형이 표준화되어 범정부EA 지원시스템에 목표아키텍처로 등록되고 더 나아가서는 범정부 표준시스템으로 만들어 필요한 기관에 보급할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 도로, 터널, 철도 등 인프라 시설관리 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 성과참조모델을 범정부EA 관점에서 제시하였다. 제시한 참조모델을 기준으로한 자산관리모형 아키텍처 모습이 GEAP에 등록 관리 된다면 이것을 바탕으로 타 기관에서 향후 정보시스템을 구축할 때 사전에 파악하고 활용하도록 제안 할 수 있을 것이다.

Accurate electricity demand forecasts is essential in reducing energy spend and preventing imbalance of the power supply. In forcasting electricity demand, we considered double seasonal Holt-Winters model and TBATS model with sliding window. We selected a specific time zone as the reference line of daily electric demand because it is least likely to be influenced by external factors. The forecasting performance have been evaluated in terms of RMSE and MAPE criteria. We used the observations ranging January 4, 2009 to December 31 for testing data. For validation data, the records has been used between January 1, 2012 and December 29, 2012.

Digital information resource requires detailed metadata to ensure its long-term preservation and accessibility for future generations. This paper illuminated the characteristics of digital information resources, the concept of digital preservation and the necessity of metadata for long-term preservation of digital information resources. And this paper examined the 16 elements of RLG metadata for preserving digital information and the Reference Model for an Open Archival Information System(OATS) to support the interoperability of digital archiving. And then this study investigated concretely element sets of the preservation metadata for digital information resources in the Cedars and OCLC/RLG embodied within the OAIS framework. As result of the study, the paper suggested basic plan required to provide preservation metadata elements to preserve digital information resources in Korea.

대명사의 종류에 따른 대명사의 어휘적 특성이 대용어 참조해결에 미치는 효과를 살펴보기 위해서 두개의 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 1에서는 대명사 문장의 읽기시간과 선행어에 대한 어휘판단과제를 통해서 복수가 단수에 비해 읽기시간은 빠르지만, 어휘판단시간은 단수가 빠른 경향을 보였다. 그리고 단수는 애매성에 따라 반응시간의 차이를 보였다. 실험 2에서는 단수가 복수에 비해 어휘판단이 빠름을 반복하였다. 그리고 단수는 여전히 성별단서의 애매성에 대한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 대용어의 참조해결에 미치는 여러 요인 중에서 대명사의 어휘적 특성이 한 요인임을 증명하였다. 결론적으로 대명사의 종류에 따라 참조해결과정이 다르게 일어 날 가능성과 표상되는 글 모형도 달라질 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

South Korean Government confirmed the creation of competency-centered society as a key national issue and announced development and utilization plan of NCS(National Competency Standards) On May 21, 2013. As a part of the government's plans, they had been developed NCS about 833 jobs by 2014. But Big Data related job, as an emerging job, cannot be seen as a reliable form of job yet. As, at the major industrialized countries and the domestic, education and job competency models of knowledge and skills to take advantage of various types of Big Data have coming, it is a situation that is certainly not settled and more or less in confusion. In this study, for the purpose to present the Big Data Competency reference model for companies and organizations to effectively leverage Big Data, we have presented this reference model and summarized competency elements units such as 20 knowledges and 15 skills of Big Data competency.

웹을 이용한 교수-학습모형인 WBI 학습을 촉진시키기 위해서 교육전문가에 의해 검증된 학습자료를 효율적으로 관리하는 시스템을 구축하고, 사용자가 원하는 문서를 추정하여 제시한다. 사용자가 참조한 문서들에 대하여 에이전트가 추가, 삭제 등을 자율적으로 하며, 참조 문서간의 유사도를 측정한다. 이 유사도를 이용하여 적합한 문서를 추정하고 제시함으로서 사용자의 불명확한 정보요구에도 적합한 문서를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자의 정보수집을 지원하고 웹을 통한 학습환경을 개선하여 WBI 학습을 촉진시킬 수 있다.
