This study proposes the logical data model design of a spatial data model that complies with international standards for the waterworks of underground facilities. We conduct a preliminary study related to underground spatial data standards and data models, and review the status of the existing systems. Then, we defined the conceptual design direction of underground spatial data model based on the problems and issues. Next, we defined the terminology, classification, semantic relationships of waterworks. Next, for the conceptual design of the underground spatial data model, we defined the naming criteria for all data according to the waterworks classification. In addition, a logical model is drawn and described using UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams. Based on the results, it is expected that the accuracy related to underground facilities data will be improved.

최근 XML은 다양한 운영체제와 데이터베이스, 여러 응용체계를 포함하는 이질적인 컴퓨팅 환경에서 통합을 위한 표준으로 각광받고 있다. XML은 특히 데이터베이스 시스템, 과일 시스템 등을 포함한 이질적인 형태의 데이터 처리 시스템 사이에서 데이터를 교환하기 위한 각종 표준을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 여러 분야에서 데이터공유를 위한 많은 노력 끝에 제시한 각종 표준 및 지침을 연구하여 통합적인 정보체계의 기반을 구축할 수 있는 통합 프레임워크를 제안하는 것이다. 통합 프레임워크는 다양한 정보 시스템에서 운영, 유지하고 있는 이질적인 데이터를 통합하기 위한 방법으로 XML Registry를 이용하여 메타데이터를 생성하고 이를 참조하여 통합정보체계에서 필요로 하는 공유데이터를 보관, 관리하는 공유 데이터 Repository를 생성한 후 각종 정보를 제공할 수 있는 구조이다.

인터넷의 확산과 IT의 혁신으로 인하여 Digital Item(이하 DI)의 종류와 양은 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있으며 DI를 실행시키는 application 역시 양적인 측면이 증가하고 있다. DI와 관련된 이해관계자인 제작자, 저작권자, 공급자, 최종 사용자간에는 저작권 관련 문제들이 발생하고 있으며 이를 위한 표준화 활동 또한 활발히 진행되고 있으며 본 논문은 표준화 제정에 관한 MPEG 표준기구의 활동을 이해하고 최근 진행되고 있는 MPEG-21 Part4 IPMP 표준화 논의에 최종적으로 도출될 결과물들을 예상하여 그 수준을 평가할 수 있는 상위참조모델을 제시한다.

After 1995, as a part of national geographic information system project, there are a lot of researches about combinations and connections of national geographic information system. However, systematic standard for combinations and connections of geographic information is uncertain, and each organization has different identification system which leads to difficulties in connection of geographic information system. This study suggests repeating method about geographic information objects to grant UFID based on national standards of geographic information system, and analyzes the repeating rate.

오늘의 기업에게 정보기술이란 필수요소이다. 정보기술을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 IT 인프라가 체계적으로 구축되어 있어야 한다. 해당 조직에 적합한 정보기술 기반구조를 설계하고 이의 도입을 위한 구체적인 계획을 수립하기 위해서는 체계적이고 효과적인 정보계획 수립(Information System Planning: ISP)이 필요하다. 그러나 정보계획수립 프로젝트의 상당수가 실패로 그치고 있다. 특히 정보기술의 지속적인 변화 때문에 수립한 정보기술 기반구조 계획안이 실제 구현되지 못하고 계획으로만 남는 경향이 있다. 이러한 ISP의 어려움을 해결하기 위해서는 정보기술 참조모델(reference model)을 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있다. 즉, 조직의 정보시스템에 공통적으로 적용할 수 있는 IT 인프라나 표준 아키텍쳐를 바탕으로 정보계획수립을 수행해 나가는 방식이 필요하다. 이와 같은 참조모델 기반의 정보계획 수립은 새로운 아키텍쳐를 추출하고 표준화를 이룸으로써 프로젝트의 생산성을 높일 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 기존의 ISP 연구는 ISP의 필요성, 과정, 성공요인 등에 국한되어 왔으며, 방법론에 대한 연구는 미비한 편이다. 최근들어 ISP의 체계적인 분류나 참조모델 기반 계획수립의 필요성이 제기되었다. 그러나 아직까지 이와같은 접근에서 참조 모델을 어떻게 구축하고 활용해 나갈 것인가에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 참조모델을 구축하기 위한 다양한 접근방법과 각각의 특징을 제시한다. 나아가서 해당 조직의 상황이나 요구수준에 따라 적합한 접근방법을 선택할 수 있게 해주는 방안을 제시한다.타냈으며, 평가결과에 대해 여러 가지 방법으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 동종제품간 평가분석을 통하여 각각의 제품을 비교하였으며, 둘째 소프트웨어 종류별 평가로 제품을 응용소프트웨어, 응용개발도구, 시스템 소프트웨어로 분류하여 평균값으로 비교하였다. 셋째, 국내외 제품별 평가분석으로 전체 제품을 국내제품과 국외제품으로 분류하여 비교하였으며, 마지막으로 총괄분석을 통해 가중치를 적용하여 전 제품의 점수를 비교하였다. 여기에서는 각 제품의 평균점수에 대한 차이를 95%의 유의수준으로 T-Test를 실시하였다.uted to the society, and what the socioeconomic impacts are resulted from the program. 오늘날의 제품개발환경은 분산환경에 존재하는 다양한 역량을 가진 참여자들의 협업을 요구하고 있으며, 협업은 참여자들이 필요로 하는 제품개발관련 정보들의 실시간 교환을 지원할 수 있도록 제품정보 간 상호운용성 확보를 기반으로 한다. STEP으로 알려진 ISO 10303은 제품개발의 전체적인 라이프사이클에서 필요한 제품정보의 표현과 공유 및 교환을 위한 대표적인 표준이다. 하지만 STEP을 이용하기 위해서는 각 도메인이 표준인 STEP 모델에 기반하여 제품정보를 모델링 하여야 한다. 그러나 대부분의 도메인은 자신의 목적에 따라 특화된 모델을 정의하고 사용하기 때문에 도메인에 특화된 형태의 제품정보모델을 STEP 모델로 변환할 수 있는 추가적인 메커니즘이 필요하다. 즉, STEP은 참조모델보다는 모든 도메인에서 제품정보모델링을 위해 사용가능한 표준의 정의에 초점을 맞춘다. 그러므로 참조모델로서의 STEP을 기반으로 다양한 도메인 특화된 제품정보모델 간 상호운용성 확보를 지원하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 STEP 제품정보모델의 시맨틱스를 체계적으로 정의할 수 있도록 온톨로지 구축을 통한 컨셉추얼 모델링을 수행한다. 컨셉추얼 모델링은 STEP 모델에 정확하고 완전한 의미를 부여하여, 다양한 도메인 특화된 모델 사이의 상호운용성 확보를 지원하고 참조모델로서 STEP의 능력을 확장한다.

ITA (Information Technology Architecture) satisfies the requirements of information system, supports the information used in the institution's business to guarantee the interoperability and security, and analyzes the components of information system. ITA consists of EA (Enterprise Architecture), TRM (Technical Reference Manual) and SP (Standard Profile). The SP, one of the major components of ITA, is a set of information technology standards. In this paper, to construct and utilize the ITA, we mention the applications of information technology about the SP system implementation based on the TRM. The SP management system implemented in this paper is the first trial in Korea, and designs the software with object oriented programming languages such as JSP and Java. Moreover the basic and detailed specification based on the UML notation, system design using the component and system design pattern consisting of software architectures enhance the software reusability. And the constructed system in this paper shows less maintenance cost by using the public softwares such as Linux system, Korean DBMS, Apache and Tomcat, etc. Finally, the system includes the SP reference system which is used in the other institutions and cannot be found in other institutions. Also it includes the additional diverse service modules which support the subsequent processing for the establishment and revision of standards via internet.

본 논문은 시맨틱 웹 기술이 어떻게 국가 표준(KS) 정보 검색 서비스 내 정보들을 연계시키고 사용자 접근성을 향상시키는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는지를 실증적으로 보여준다. 기존 표준 정보 검색 서비스는 용어 검색의 유연성이 부족하여 표준 정보에서 사용된 용어와 사용자 용어 간의 괴리를 해소하지 못했으며 표준, 기관, 인력 등 상호 관련성을 가진 개체 정보들을 개별적으로 서비스하였다. 이러한 상황은 사용자의 표준 정보 검색 서비스 접근성을 떨어뜨리는 요인으로 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 유의어, 관련어를 중심으로 한 표준 용어 사전 구축을 통해 사용자 용어와 표준 정보 내 용어 간의 원활한 매칭을 지원하며, 표준 관련 개체들을 온톨로지와 추론을 통해 연계시키는 방안을 제시한다. 개선된 표준 정보 검색 서비스는 개선된 표준 정보 검색 서비스는 개체 중심적 통합 검색 결과 제공 방식으로 관련 정보들을 단일 웹 페이지 내에서 확인할 수 있도록 해준다. 예를 들어, 특정 KS 표준 검색 결과 페이지에서는 기존에 DB 접근이나 검색 엔진을 통해 바로 획득할 수 없었던 정부 표준들, 기관들의 해당 KS 표준 인용 현황, 해당 KS 표준 전문가들, 부합화를 위해 참조된 국제 표준들, 해당 KS 표준 전문가들, 부합화를 위해 참조된 국제 표준들, 해당 KS 표준 전문가 네트워크, 해당 KS 표준 내 표준 용어 사전 정보 등 다양한 관련 정보들을 조합하여 서비스한다. 본 연구를 위해 모델링된 온톨로지와 시맨틱 웹기반 서비스 프레임워크인 OntoFrame 상에서 추론 작업이 표준 정보 적재 시에 전방 추론 (Forward-chaining) 방식으로 수행되었으며, 표준 온톨로지 질의 언어인 SPARQL (SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language)을 이용해 일반 검색 서비스 수준의 속도로 서비스될 수 있었다.

Two GIS and/or OGIS issues for ITS interoperability have been proposed and reviewed with some implications to Korean setting. They are location referencing and ITS map datum. The former must support ITS communication and data sharing. Therefore, an introduction of location referencing and other related issues have been addressed along with the Oak Ridge National Lab.'s (ORNL) location referencing scheme. The latter, proposed by ORNL, is a planned network of anchor points across the nation, that could potentially serve as a positional reference for ITS application (Gottsegen, 1997). It is composed of a set of nodes and links in a standard non-plannar network at a coarse scale for the entire nation for referencing purposes. To provide case of real time traffic information and to guarantee the seamless interoperability, we do need to develop the core ITS map datum as a national infrastructure, and the location referencing scheme should also be either developed or borrowed and localized to meet the domestic needs. Some institutional issues are also addressed along with the future research agenda.

국제항로표지협회(IALA)는 항로표지 국제표준을 개발하기 위해 항로표지의 설치 및 관리를 주관하는 기관으로 구성된 비 정부간 국제기구로서, e-Navigation을 고려하여 항로표지 분야의 정보 표준 개발을 위해 국제수로기구(IHO)의 S-100 표준을 적용하기로 결정하고, S-200의 이름으로 제품 표준(Product Specification)을 개발 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 IALA의 S-200 표준 개발 배경에 대해 검토하고, S-200의 제품 표준의 대표적인 사례인 S-210 IVEF, S-201 AtoN, S-220 MSI 등의 표준개발 현황과 계획을 정리 하였다. S-200 표준은 IALA가 핵심적으로 개발하는 표준이며, e-Navigation 체계에서의 각 서비스에서도 활용될 것으로 예상되므로, VTS 서비스 및 연구 담당자는 IALA의 S-200 표준 개발 내역 참조가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
