In contemporary society, the importance of 'Citizen Participation' has been recognized and actively used in various fields. Archives are also planning citizen participation activities according to the trend, but there is a limit to taking the form of passive participation activities such as participation in contests and donation of records. The ultimate purpose of this study is to prepare issues and specific action plans to induce more active citizen participation in domestic archives. To this end, first, previous studies related to citizen participation in the field of records management were reviewed, and terms and concepts were established. Next, advanced cases that are stably operating overseas were selected and analyzed from various aspects, and through this, specific program operation elements and pros and cons were identified. After that, the current status of domestic archives that have or are planning to engage in citizen participation activities was investigated to derive factors to be considered from a practical point of view when introducing the actual program. Based on this study, it is hoped that it will contribute to the establishment of a participating recording culture by designing and operating Citizen-Participating Programs suitable for individual archives.

e-Learning has been expected as a new educational method and paradigm in knowledge information society. However e-Learning industry has not been in tremendous development on the contrary to people's expectations. Up to present time, collaborative learning is one of the learning approaches that promote active participation and engagement in learning. Learners can set up common goal, accomplish collaborative activity to solve the problem, and achieve individual and group goals while group work. In this paper, we present collaborative e-Learning environment to improve interactions among learners and identify the roles of collaborative learning agent to promote learner's learning activity.

This study is a descriptive analysis of Korean business names listed on KOSDAQ (Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation) from a morphological perspective. A total of 1,358 business names on KOSDAQ are collected and analyzed in terms of origins and morphological structure. The analysis exhibits the monopoly of English: only 20% of the names are composed of only Korean elements, including Sino-Chinese, while 76% of them contain some form of English elements. It is pointed out that those English elements are not borrowed from English but are created in Korea and participate further word formation processes. In terms of word formation methods, compounding and shortening are most common, taking up 90% of all names. Multiple derived forms are used from an identical origin word, and even bound forms in English are taken and used as independent words, regardless of their original status in English. It is argued that Korean English is not entirely negative and should be considered as part of World Englishes.

This study aimed to explore how effective explicit form-focused instruction (FFI) is in teaching the schwa vowel /ə/ to EFL students in a classroom setting. The participants were 25 female high school students, who were divided into the experimental group (n=13) and the control group (n=12). One female American also participated in the study for a speech sample as a reference. The treatment, which involves shadowing model pronunciation by the researcher and a free text-to-speech software and the researcher's feedback in a private session, was given to the control group over a month and a half. The speech samples, for which the participants read the 14 polysyllabic stimulus words followed by the sentences containing the words, were collected before and after the treatment. The paired-samples t test and non-parametric Wilcoxon signed-rank test were used for analysis. The results showed that the participants of the experimental group in the post-test reduced the duration of the schwa by around 40 percent compared to the pre-test. However, little effect was found in approximating the participants' distribution patterns of /ə/ measured by the F1/F2 formant frequencies to the reference point, which was 539 Hz (F1) by 1797 Hz (F2). The findings of this study suggest that explicit FFI with multiple repetitions and corrective feedback is partly effective in teaching pronunciation.

In contrary to the expectation of which it has a role to increase the transparency of and the responsibility of self-governing, the participatory budgeting even though aggravates perfunctoriness of participation and local conflicts in Korea. The problems are caused not from the institutional vices of participatory budgeting but from others which each part of people, participating in the budgeting process, have a misunderstanding on the participatory budgeting. Under the consideration that the misunderstandings of citizen and local officials are one of main reasons of a derailing of the participatory budgeting, the study aims to examine empirically the gap between the citizen's understanding on the participatory budgeting and the official's, focused on Daeduck-ku, Daejeon.

This study analyzed the effect of participation in work and learning ducal system of small businesses on employees' job competency enhancement. The study results showed that performance assessment significantly affected job competency enhancement(p<.001, ${\beta}=.514$). In conclusion, it is suggested that small businesses should consider performance assessment more important and actively include it in training program as generally utilizing off-the-job or on-the-job training method. This study provided implications for analyzing the effect of participation in work and learning ducal system of small businesses on employees' job competency enhancement, so it broadened the scope of the study about performance of work and learning ducal system and verified the effectiveness depend on the type of training.

IT의 발달로 인해 기존 마케팅의 한 수단이던 로열티 프로그램인 마일리지는 최초의 형태와는 다르게 현재에는 다양한 형태와 매체로 변화되었고 사용되고 있다. 이러한 마일리지의 발전단계는 초기의 단일 마일리지에서 점차 제휴의 형태로 변화되고 있으며, 현재는 부분적인 통합의 단계로 발전하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 마일리지와 전자화폐의 유형을 정리하고 현재 마일리지의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 통합 마일리지로의 전환과 필요성을 제시하였다. 통합 마일리지에 대한 한 방법으로 전자화폐를 통한 마일리지의 참여 주체인 소비자, 사업자, 정부의 입장별로 나누어 각각의 제안점을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 펜 입력기 환경에서 사용할 수 있는 핸드라이팅 기반의 채팅 프로그램을 개발하였다 두 사람의 사용자가 참여하는 채팅 세션에서 핸드라이팅 형태의 입력을 그대로 보여주는 편집기 환경을 개발하여 화이트보드 형태의 공동작업 시스템과는 다른 형태의 응용을 가능하게 해준다. 이러한 방식의 편집기는 키보드가 사용되기 어려운 환경이나, 폰트가 지원되지 않는 언어 및 기호의 표현, 그리고 문자 인식이 가능하지 않은 환경에서 문서의 편집을 가능해 PDA와 같은 이동 단말 환경에서 유용한 공동 작업 환경을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

디자인 개발시 사용자 참여의 중요성이 날로 증가하고 있는 것은 자명한 사실이다. 그중 사용성 평가에 서의 사용자의 참여는 비교적 활발한 상태이다. 하지만, 현재 기본적으로 행해지고 있는 렙에서의 사용 성 평가는 여러 가지 면에서 극히 제한적이며 비용이 많이 들고, 시간 또한 많이 소비된다. 또한 이러 한 평가는 광범위한 데이터의 수집과 빠른 피드백을 얻는 데 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 우리가 사용성 평가에서 필요로 하는 것은 빠르고 정확한 피드백을 광범위하게 수집하여 디자인에 제공할 수 있는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 디자인 개발에 있어 앞에서 설명한 빠르고 광범위한 사용자의 피드백을 얻기위한 방법으로 인터넷을 사용하여 사용자의 직접적인 참여-사용성 평가 등-가 가능하게 되었다는 것에 초점을 맞추었다. 사용성 평가를 위한 프로토 타이핑과 사용자의 문화적 배경과 성향을 가늠할 수 있는 질문들을 인터넷의 홈페이지에 올려 각각의 서로 다른 문화권에 속해 있는 사용자들이 제품 디자인 개발 과정에서 되는 사용자의 테스트 데이터를 원격 수집하여 디자인 평가/개발에 즉각적인 피드백을 제시하여 디자인 프로 세스에서의 사용자의 참여를 극대화 시킨다. 이렇게함으로써 상당한 분량의 상용성 평가를 단시간에 시행 하는 것이 가능하며 서로 다른 문화권에 속해있는 사용자의 관념적 특성과 사용형태의 현상적 특성을 밝히 고 이들간의 관계를 연계 분석하여 데이터의 질적인 향상또한 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 건설된 노인전용 조합주택으로 입주한 노인가구를 대상으로 거주자 측면에서의 주거환경 평가이며, 아울러 미국 조합주택에 대한 이해를 도모하고자 한다. 설문지를 통해 수집한 자료는 빈도와 백분율 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 총 171가구가 본 조사에 참여하였다. 조사대상 가구주의 평균 연령은 76세였으며 교육 수준은 높았고, 가족형태는 부부나 독남가구가 대다수였다. 조사에 참여한 가구들은 저렴한 주택비용, 안전성, 주택유지 및 관리의 용이성, 주거 내의 접근용이성을 현 주거환경의 선택 동기로 손꼽았다. 현 주거환경의 평가를 물리적 환경, 사회적 환경, 그리고 거주자 참여방식의 관리에 대한 만족도로 크게 3가지로 나뒀으며, 물리적 환경 관련 요소가 주거환경 평가와 관련한 만족도에 가장 중요하게 작용하였다. 본 연구결과는 장기적인 주택관련 비용의 저렴화와 노인의 독립성을 위한 지원성이 강화된 물리적인 환경의 구축이 무엇보다 주거환경 평가시 중요하므로, 향후 노인전용 대안주택 계획시 이점에 대해 고려되어야 할 것이다.
