The goals of this study were to provide data of 3 dimensional ground reaction force(GRF) parameters during stair ascent and descent on three different stair runs and to investigate variability and asymmetry index of them. 10 healthy adults participated in this study and performed 7 different types of gait with 10 trials each. After data analysis, following results were found. Firstly, stair run did not affect on the pattern of GRF parameters, coefficient of variation and asymmetry index. Secondly, a significant different GRF pattern was found between level walking and stair walking. Especially, ascending stair walking has only large Fz1 and small Fz3 while level walking and descending stair walking have a "M" shape connected by Fz1, Fz2 and Fz3. Thirdly, only vertical GRF parameters of stair walking revealed acceptable coefficient of variation and asymmetry index.

Although it is about a decade since public libraries started to provide digital information services, lack of expertise for efficient service operation and restrictions related to copyrights have led to failure to obtain remarkable performances in uses. This study intends to analyze operation cases of domestic and overseas collaborative digital information services, as well as the current status of digital information services of libraries in Gyeonggido, thereby developing a collaborative digital information service model among public libraries on the level of local governments. This research then analyzed collaborative digital information service Web sites and surveys. Based on the analysis result, this study presented support of integrated search of possessed electronic information, Web database (DB), DB on original texts of regional records, online reference services, and mobile platforms as functional factors to embody a successful service model. As a system management road map, an eclectic model combining the merits of centralized and decentralized models was found to be more effective than a centralized or decentralized model in consideration of the characteristics of participating organizations.

The purpose of this study was to examine the experience of child rearing in the life of school counselors and what this experience signified to them based on the narrative, a qualitative research method. For this study, two women who have at least eight year long experience, who work as school counselors and who have the experience of rearing their children during adolescence were selected as research subjects. They were subjected to interview and the following research results were drawn out. School counselors' child rearing experience was composed by focusing on the time, society and place, which are referred to as the Three-dimensional narrative investigation space. School counselors "discerned" that the experience of getting reared by original family exerts effect on children. After counseling study, they wished to "become a sufficiently good rearer" who strives to cultivate ideal parent-child relations by understanding their children after undergoing the phase of "self-reflection and apology" for discipline and forced attitude. Moreover, they were transforming into "genuine counselor" through experience based insight, and this in turn includes the meaning of "I, who function intactly."

This study suggests a model for building governance system to develop and utilize human resources in Chungnam province. In particular, In the regional level of balanced development of human resources, the study tries to investigate alternatives to utilize regional human resources development by building and using a network between related organizations through their partnership and cooperative relations. This survey was conducted to 250 of personnel and experts who were in charge of human resources in diverse chungnam institutions through mail or e-mail from December in 2008 to February in 2009. As a result of the survey, the study shows that basic groundwork for the regional human resources development is poor in terms of forming the system and its plans, and the ties and cooperation between related organization, Therefore this study shows that in order to overcome the current situation and build the governance appropriate to Chungnam area, we need to consider different approaches for each regional organization stage by stage regarding the maturity in the governance.

Industry for artificial joint is a complex one based on various technologies, including mechanics, biotechnology, material engineering, and medicine which are connected closely. This industry has been already known to a higher value-added business, and as going into an aging society, is expected a market growth. Also, it is a knowledge based component industry and each components assembled into product is almost all import items. This characteristics made many small and medium and venture enterprises participate in this area. For these reasons, it is needed a government's promotion. In this study, commercialization environment was analyzed and then commercialization items and strategies was figured out. Firstly, three factors for need, environment, technology were analyzed and then growth drivers growth restraints were provided. Secondly, items and strategies for commercialization were analyzed based on needs and trends of technology. Commercialization opportunities are expected to be created based on strategies following as; building a integrated technology development system, making a public opinion, strengthening a marketing, entering into niche market, B2B strategies etc.

Learning a lesson about poor concentration and problems of the existing content, the system of language which could not be determined, Many teachers' assessment decision was made. As a result, voice recording based on the combination of ubiquitous technology and virtual reality technology, and install the projector in a classroom Through the learning content corresponding grade English student ID card attached RFID reader in each classroom, and students of RFID tags attached. In reality of the virtual three-dimensional image content foreigners and question-and-answer using the voice recording technology at the same time check the pronunciation and intonation level passes or level failure judged. Student education data to a central server system is configured to do so after saving to the DB through a feedback process, which provides information. Analysis of the issues that can have a common language content in the present study and Problem for voice recording technology to solve the problem and did not solve the existing language in the content level based classes.

This study examined the parental experiences of the fathers who reared their children with brain lesions. Since a brain lesion is considered a lifelong disability, children with brain lesions need the medical and social management through their entire life. Due to the lack of specialized caring services and organizations in Korea for such children, their families are forced to take care of them. For this reason, it is necessary to study about the fathers who are rearing the children with brain lesions. For this purpose, four fathers had participated in this study and data were collected through one to one in-depth interviews. Using Giorgi(2004)'s phenomenological research method, the study results were as follows. The substantial themes were "charred heart", "surviving the hardships", "the ruins of life", "attitude against reality", "the unique composition of family life", "children as fate", "father's love." Based on the these analysis results, the implications were suggested to cure the psychological and institutional difficulties and to provide supportive services for the fathers and families who care the children with brain lesions.

As buildings are changing variously from the side of use, efficiency and size, the construction qualities are more importantly recognized. Supervision system was enacted in the Residential Building Law in 1990 and responsibility supervision system in the Construction Engineering Management Law in 1994, respectively. However, recently revised supervision system in 2003 has some limitations: the present problems of appointing supervisor, disposing the supervisors, supervisor's works. Therefore, the aim of this study is to improve the present supervision system for mix-use residential building. By implementing the proposed revised supervision system, it will be able to expect quality improvement, confidence of the owner and the user, development of construction technology, and increase international competitiveness of supervision company.

This paper aims to contribute to the introduction of forest certification (a private enterprise) in Korea by developing C&I with consideration of the Korean forestry situation. For this study, 6 attributes for establishing certification system at FMU level was applied. To weigh relative importance of international organization's assortment and indicators, AHP survey was conducted to each experts in political, ecological, social, and economic field. By the experts attending FSC's auditing process, indicators adopted through AHP survey were inspected again for the realistic application in the fields. In this process, the typical environment of Korean forestry in real aspect and problems in FSC system were reaffirmed. Therefore, 7 criteria, 27 indicators and 92 checklists were finally developed for the construction of forest certification based on the results of AHP surveys and from investigation on the realistic situation in the fields.

The purpose of this study is to understand the quality of University library service and to propose analyzing method from user's perspective. For that, this study noted that 'the process' of using the university library service rather than 'what did they use' in the university library. In-depth interview data about User's experiences that they used university library drew service quality elements based on the method of grounded theory. Comparing the derived service quality elements with LibQual+ dimensions, the result of this study is as follows. (1) Service quality element related to the user's emotion and new user-friendly service customization were shown. (2) Substantial claims of users were analyzed more specifically by this study. It seeks ways to differentiate service quality factors by attributes and priority importance about service quality elements which was analyzed using KANO and AHP.
