통계학의 여러 개념들을 효과적으로 가르치기 위한 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 적용되고 있다. 그러나 기초통계학 교육에서 교수자와 학습자 모두 교수와 학습의 어려움을 끊임없이 제기하고 있다. 또한 기존의 교수학습 방법들을 현실에 적용하기에는 시간과 교구재 등 여러 가지 어려움이 있어서 실제 적용되지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구들에서 주장하고 입증된 교수학습 방법들을 교실 현장에서 쉽게 적용할 수 있도록 하는 통계 교수학습 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 문제위주 학습과 협동학습 등을 통해 학습자의 참여를 높여 학습효과를 증대할 수 있는 구성 주의적 학습활동을 네트워크와 웹을 기반으로 수행하는 교수학습 모형을 제안한다

미디어 데이터는 별도의 채널을 할당하여 채널 별로 단일 미디어 정보를 순서대로 전송 함으로서 동일 미디어 데이터는 순서가 변할 우려는 없다. 그러나 이러한 다채널 방식에서는 미디어간 동기화 문제를 유발 시키는데 수신 측에서는 새로 발생된 데이터의 시작 시점을 서로 맞춤으로서 미디어간 동기화를 실현하였다. 새로운 미디어의 시작 시 항상 제어 데이터를 먼저 전송하여 새로운 미디어 데이터의 생성을 모든 참여자 프로세스에 알린다. 제안하는 오류 제어는 홈 네트워크 환경에서 멀티미디어 응용 개발 프레임워크에서 오류 발생시 오류를 하나의 미디어로 취급하며 멀티미디어 응용 개발 프레임워크에서 다채널 방식을 사용한다.

최근 들어 컴퓨터 통신의 확신과 더불어 인터넷의 사용이 급증하고 있다. 또한 인터넷의 활용 분야도 그 범위가 확대되고 있으며 사용자들은 이러한 인터넷을 이용해서 각종 게임을 즐기기도 한다. 그런데 인터넷과 같은 개방된 네트워크 상에서 고스톱과 같은 게임을 공정하게 실행하기 위해서는 각 참여자 및 화투 패에 대한 유효성 확인 절차가 반드시 필요하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 통하여 전자 고스톱이라고 일컫는 게임을 안전하게 수행할 수 있도록 새로운 프로토콜을 제안하고자 한다.

In this study, changes and emotions that result from doing yoga and the influence of yoga on daily lives were investigated by using causal network. This information was gathered from interviews and outlined in a diagram form. By checking the daily participation records of 77 participants who took a yoga class as part of the cultural studies curriculum at H University, general factors related to change were extracted and then 7 participants were chosen for in-depth interviews. In the interviews, the changes experienced from doing yoga and the emotions caused by the change and the influence this change had on daily lives were documented and the collected results were displayed in a diagram using causal network according to the flow of questionnaire. As a result, the changes experienced through doing yoga were divided in 4 categories: physical function, emotional, cognitive and physiological changes. Each change and emotion caused by the change were shown to have an influence on daily lives. Through schematized causal network for each change, the changes and emotions which the participants experienced and the influence of yoga on daily lives could be checked. Based on the study results, the effect of yoga, the need for various approaches to examine the effect exercise has on emotions and the applicability of causal network that can be employed as a creative and effective quantitative data analysis method were discussed.

The article attempts to explore community change perceived by participants result from The Integrated Program for Infant and Young Children, a program operated by the Community Chest. The participants expressed and shared their experiences through photos and discussions using the Photo-voice method under the theme of 'community life, its meaning and change'. The main themes were 1. In the past, 'community life,' non-meaningful space; 2. Now, we have shared identity, 'You are not alone'; 3. Our village which is a new place in my life. The article also may suggest issues on both community intervention for early children development program and organization for fosterers as social capital. Additionally, photo-voice method enabled participants to find the way to restructure their community from non-place to place. There were three stages, the first was to reflect on their community, the second was to re-inhabit in the community, and the last was to restore the community.

In The increasing use of computers and high-speed Internet network has greatly influenced education, causing a veering away from the typical and traditional way of delivering instruction. Specifically, the various kinds of Web-based multimedia technology, the interactive activities on the Internet, and satellite broadcasting technology are accelerating the emergence of a virtual-lectures-based educational model, which transcends time and space. Such virtual lectures make it possible for the entire teaching-learning process to be done in a virtual learning environment, thus giving rise to problem regarding learning guidance, feedback, and appraisal. In this paper, we propose a system for attendance appraisal for learner participation degree based virtual lecture, an appraisal element in virtual learning environments. This appraisal model can set the elements of virtual learning environments in such a way as to reflect in the attendance appraisal of the opened virtual learning environment information regarding the learner's participation in class. In addition, this model motivates the learners to actively participate in the virtual learning environment and to support instructors by accomplishing the activities that are needed for attendance appraisal.

본 연구에서는 한국 농업용수 관리의 효율성을 높이는 방안을 모색하기 위하여 현재 농민 참여형 농업용수 관리를 실시하고 있는 일본의 토지개량구 사례를 우리나라와 비교하였다. 이러한 비교 분석을 위하여 정책네트워크 이론을 사용하여 농업용수 관리 정책에 있어서 각 행위자들과 그들 간의 관계 및 상호작용을 설명하였다. 그러나 농업용수 관리에 있어서 농업인의 참여는 효율적인 농업용수 관리를 위한 필요조건이지 충분조건은 아니다. 현대의 농업 분야가 점차 규모화 과학화되면서 농업용수 관리에 있어서도 전문성이 요구되고, 이러한 현상과 함께 수혜자로서 농업인의 비용부담 문제 또한 함께 고려되어야 할 것이다.

This study conducted the international evaluation of the APEC educational cooperation projects initiated by the Korean government and drew out strategies and tasks for their sustainable implementation. To this end, eight projects implemented by the Institute of APEC Collaborative Education were selected for the evaluation which examined participants' awareness of and the degree of participation in the eight projects as well as contribution to the intended outcomes of the projects. An online survey was conducted to participants of the eight projects and 283 experts and participants from 18 economies responded. The descriptive analysis found that the participants of ALCoB Cooperation Project reported the most positive perception of the awareness while the participants of the ALCoB Internet Volunteers showed the lowest degree of participation in and contribution to the intended outcomes of the project. Based on the results, several suggestions for further progress in Korea's APEC educational cooperation were made.

최근 무선 인터넷을 포함한 다양한 통신기술의 발달로 원격지에서 회의, 교육 및 발표를 위한 여러 가지 솔루션들이 마련되고 있으며, 그 이용영역이 확대되어가고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 대개의 시스템들은 영상이나 정보를 일방적으로 전달하는 방식이기 때문에 참여자가 수동적이 되기 쉬우며, 보다 능동적인 상호작용을 위해서는 참여자 각자에게 카메라와 같은 영상 장비가 양방향으로 설치되어야 하거나 다른 고가의 장비가 필요한 경우가 대부분이다. 본 논문에서는 이미 많은 사용자가 PDA나 Smart Phone을 보유하고 있고 점점 그 보급률이 향상되고 있다는 점에 착안하여, 이를 이용한 보다 능동적인 회의 참여 시스템을 제안하고, 각종 모바일 단말기와 PC간의 무선 통신을 통한 실시간 통신 기술을 바탕으로 하여 프레젠테이션 참여자의 상호작용을 지원하고 협동적인 회의가 가능하도록 하는 시스템을 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating role of customer and supplier participation in the relationship between new product/service development processes and product/service innovation. The research result shows that the high customer participation plays the moderating role in the relationship between strategy design and product/service innovation. Thus, if customers give ideas in the strategy design process, the probability of new product/service innovation will be increased. The conclusions and implications are discussed.
