A Study on the Activation Plan for the Participation in Citizen Participation Education by Types of Lifelong Education Participation : Focusing on Chungcheongnam-do (평생교육 참여유형별 시민참여교육 참여 활성화 방안에 관한 연구: 충청남도를 중심으로)

  • This study used data from '2016 Chungnam Citizens' Lifelong Education Needs Survey'. This analyzed the basic situation of Citizen Participation Education. It also typifies the interest and participation intention of lifelong education by region, and compared the interest and participation intention of Citizen Participation Education. Through this, we intend to provide concrete basic data for activating the Citizen Participation Education in Chungnam. We analyzed data of 4,108 people in 2016 lifelong education needs survey. This was named enjoy learning type, bias earning type, and elderly learning type. Second, the enjoy learning type group is a group that enjoys participating throughout lifelong education area. bias earning type group is a group that perceives that lifelong education is limited to vocational ability education, culture art education, and liberal arts education. These are groups that are interested and participating only in three areas. The elderly learning type group is a group that shows typical characteristics of the elderly learners and is a group that is concentrated on participation in culture arts education. Third, enjoy learning type group is the second most experienced participant. They are the group with the highest participation interest and participation intention. bias earning type group is the group with the highest participation experience. They are also the second highest group of participating interests and willingness to participate. elderly learning type group is the group with lowest participation experience, participation interest, and participation intention. Finally, we suggest the ways to revitalize Citizen Participation Education in lifelong education.

  • This paper intends to investigate the present conditions of and try to develop the programs to activate the public officials participation in Korean government. The results of this research show us that most of the public officials are now recognizing the importance of the practical participation in the decision making process of their ministries. In order to attain the participation, before anything else, the minister's(or CEO's) strong will and efforts are most important factor. Ana, from the institutional perspective, it is necessary to reshuffle the various kinds of the administrative systems, especially the public of facials appointment systems.

  • 본 연구는 아파트의 재건축이 거주민의 생활공간을 재창출할 수 있는 구체적 실현과정이라는 관점에서 이미 재건축이 결정되어 있는 아파트 단지의 주민을 대상으로 주민참여 및 의사반영에 대한 인식정도를 규명하고자 한 것으로서 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 구 있었다. 재건축 과정을 체험한 아파트 실 거주민의 주민참여에 대한 열망과 참여범위에 대한 폭이 상당히 크고 넓지만 주민참여를 구체적으로 실현시킬 수 있는 의사반영의 장이 다양하지 못하며, 주민참여를 통한 의사반영에 대해 '아파트 규모'와 '보상 또는 납부금액'등에 대해 서로 상반된 인식을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주민참여 방법에 대해서는 주민모두의 동참이 필요할 뿐 아니라 상당부분 행정의 개입이 필요하다고 여기고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로는 재건축과정에서 보다 다양한 주민참여의 방법을 개발하고 그 참여의 폭을 넓힐 수 있는 새로운 방안의 모색이 필요하며, 이에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 필요하다고 여겨진다.

  • The aims of the study is to analyse the participation satisfaction and the intension continuing participation through volunteering of the elderly who take part in the employment promotion programme for the elderly. The major findings can be summarised as follows; first, although the level of satisfaction of the public sector programme participants seems relatively high, the satisfaction level on the payments is not. Secondly, there was differences in the level of volunteering intension according to different kinds of the programmes. Thirdly, higher socio-economic status, the sorts of the programme, and the level of satisfaction affects the odds of the participation intention of the elderly. Based on these findings, the study suggests various directions of the employment promotion programme for the elderly such as need assessment for the elderly, the increase of the payment, promoting the quality of employment, and the administrative system for supporting elderly volunteering.

Exploring Variables Affecting the Willingness to Participate in Lifelong Education for the People with Developmental Disabilities (발달장애인의 평생교육 참여의사에 영향을 미치는 변인 탐색)

  • This study was conducted to present the basic data for the revitalization of lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities by exploring variables affecting their willingness to participate in lifelong education. Among the original data on the disability survey in 2017, data on developmentally disabled people were used, and 16 variables that could affect the intention to participate in lifelong education of the developmentally disabled as independent variables were used as dependent variables. Each set was performed for logistic regression. As a result of this study, the gender, age, disability level, family support, life satisfaction, and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living of the people with developmental disabilities were found to be variables that significantly influence the intention to participate in lifelong education for the people with developmental disabilities. In order to revitalize lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities, it will be necessary to provide a way to improve the willingness of people with developmental disabilities to participate in lifelong education as well as to build infrastructure such as expanding institutions and related personnel and programs.

  • GIS는 공간문제에 대한 분석 도구로서 발전해 왔다. 근래에 이르러서는 이러한 공간분석의 기능 뿐 아니라 사회 전반의 문제들과 복합적으로 발생하는 문제들에 대한 해결방법으로 제시되고 있다. 그 해결방법으로 제시된 것이 공간의사결정지원시스템이라고 할 수 있다. 공간의사결정지원시스템은 정책결정자들의 의사결정에 도움을 주기 위한 시스템으로 개발 발전되어 왔다. 따라서 그 정책의 당사자이자 소비자인 주민들의 의견에 대한 반영은 미흡한 부분이 있다. 정보통신기술의 발달과 함께 주민참여의 환경이 조성되고, 전자정부 시대를 맞아 주민참여가 내포하는 의미 또한 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보다 효과적이고 투명한 공간의사결정을 하기 위하여 공간의사결정지원시스템(SDSS)에 주민참여의 개념을 추가하여 주민의 의견을 반영하는 공간의사결정시스템의 모델을 제시하고자 하였다.

The Relationship between Perceived Participation in Decision Making and Turnover Intention among Early Childhood Teachers: The Mediating Effect of Organizational Commitment (보육교사가 지각한 의사결정 참여와 이직의도와의 관계: 조직몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study examined the relationship between perceived participation in decision making and turnover intention among early childhood teachers and tested whether teachers' organizational commitment was a mediating factor. The subjects were 193 early childhood teachers working in day care centers in the Incheon and Gyeonggi-do areas. All valuables were measured by teacher questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using Manova and Path analysis. The main results of this study were as follows. Firstly, there was a significant difference in perceived participation in decision making, organizational commitment and turnover intention among teachers according to only the type of day care center. Secondly, teachers' participation in decision making was positively related to organizational commitment while both of them were negatively related to turnover intention. Finally, teachers' organizational commitment fully mediated the relationship of participation in decision making to turnover intention. These findings could provide supporting evidence for measures to improve a working environment for early childhood teachers.

네트웍 기반 그룹의사결정지원시스템의 정보공유와 사용자관리를 위한 설계

  • 경영환경과 조직의 분사화의 정도가 증가함에 따라서 의사결정지원시스템 (Decision Support System)에 있어서도 분산화 된 시스템의 요구가 증가되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 분산화 된 환경인 네트웍을 기반으로 하는 의사결정지원시스템을 대상 으로 사용자간의 정보공유와 사용자의 참여의 효과적인 관리를 위한 기능적 설계를 제시한 다. 정보의 공유는 의사결정지원시스템과 그룹의사결정지원시스템을 차별화 하는 가장 큰 특징이다. 이러한 정보의 공유는 과업을 수행하는 그룹단위(WorkGroup)로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하며, 그룹의 구성원들간의 의사소통과 정보를 저장하는 자료저장소(Data Warehouse)와 서버(Server)의 구축, 보다 사용하기 쉬운 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스 (Graphic User Interface)를 포함하는 전자우편(Electronic Mail), 의사결정에 참여한 사용자 에게 의사결정결과에 대한 구체적인 피드백(Feedback)을 제공할 수 있는 시스템의 구축과 같은 방법을 통해서 보다 효과적인 관리가 이루어질 수 있게 된다. 사용자의 관리는 의사결 정지원시스템이 효과를 결정하는데 중요한 요소의 하나로써 보다 많은 참여는 그륩시너지효 과(Group Synergy Effect)를 가능하게 한다. 또한 완전한 익명성(Anonymity)의 확보는 기존 의 물리적인 제한을 가진 의사결정실 GDSS의 불완전한 익명성을 충분히 대체할 수 있을 것이다. 의사결정과정의 지원에 있어서도 사용자에게 회의의 기록을 자동적으로 제공하는 것과 병행하여 회의 중에 자신이 기록해야 할 사항을 추가적으로 기록할 수 있는 모듈 (Module)을 제공하는 것이 보다 효과적일 것이다. 물론 이러한 모듈은 앞서 언급한 정보의 공유의 관점에서 본다면 참여자 자신의 피드백에 도움을 주며, 또한 유사한 수준의 다른 참 여자에게 있어서 문제에 대한 인식을 다른 사용자와의 비교를 통하여 일정수준으로 동질화 시킬 수 있게 된다.

  • The study was to research relations among 5 characteristic-factors of participants in sport for all, satisfaction of participation and intention to adhere to exercise. First, the implications of 5 characteristic-factors effect on satisfaction of participation are as blow. Extroversion has a positive effect on psychological satisfaction, satisfaction of relaxation, social satisfaction and physical satisfaction. Openness has a positive effect on satisfaction of relaxation and affinity has a positive effect on social satisfaction and physical satisfaction. Emotional instability has a negative effect on environmental satisfaction. Second, hierarchical regression analysis of 5 characteristic-factors effect on satisfaction of participation and intention to adhere to exercise is as follows. Characteristics-factors of participants have an effect on intention to adhere to exercise in order of extroversion and affinity. Satisfaction of participation has an effect on intention to adhere to exercise in the order of social satisfaction, satisfaction of relaxation and physical satisfaction.
