Background: Disabled people have particularly restricted access to health care. In response to this, the pilot project for the general physician (GP) system for disabled people was implemented in 2018, based on the rights of people with disability to the Health Act in South Korea. However, its participants were 0.2% among the total of those with severe disabilities in 2021. Therefore, this study examined the factors related to registering with a GP and the access level to its services to suggest implications for activating the participation of disabled people. Methods: We analyzed factors affecting the registration with a GP and the number of using the services among the participants of the GP system during May 2018 and December 2021 by conducting hierarchical logistic regression and hierarchical regression. The data were linked with the national health insurance data to examine various predictors, including disability types, socioeconomic status, health status, and GP registration. Results: As a result of analyzing the factors affecting whether or not to register for the pilot project, those with disabilities (physical disabilities, brain lesions, visual, intellectual, mental, and autistic disability) eligible for disability care (odds ratio [OR], 4.157) than other disability, and those living in metropolitan (OR, 4.330) or cities (OR, 3.332) than rural residences were highly likely to enroll the pilot study. Health-related variables also predicted the registration status of the pilot project. The predictors related to GP enrollment types (membership type: general health or disability care, GP's affiliation: clinics or hospitals) significantly influenced levels of access to services. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop the GP project for disabled people by considering the variation in types of disability, residences, and health. Further study will be needed to investigate the impact of GPs on the level of participation among disabled people.

원자력발전소의 상온수압시험에는 여러가지 목적이 있으며 그 중에서 가장 중요한 것 중 하나는 원전 주요 기기로부터의 누설여부를 알아내는 것이다. 동 시험에서 누설 여부를 알아내기 위해 현재 국내에서는 미국 규격에 따라 육안검사를 수행하고 있으나 프랑스의 경우, 음향방출 누설시험과 육안검사를 수행토록 하고 있다. 저자는 1992년과 1993년 중국 광동 원전 1, 2호기의 가동전검사에 참여하여 프랑스의 RSEM 규격에 따라 실시된 상온수압시험시의 음향방출 누설시험과 누설 육안검사에 대하여 기술 지원 업무를 수행하였다. 동시험에서는 시험 최고 압력인 228bar에서는 음향방출 누설 감시시험과 누설 육안검사를, 감압단계인 155bar 에서는 누설 육안검사를 수행하였다. 본고에서는 동 규격에 따라 최초로 수행된 중국 광동 원전 가동전검사 수압시험시의 음향방출에 의한 누설감시와 누설 육안검사에 대해 검사 기술, 검사 방법, 검사 절차, 그리고 검사 대상부위 등을 기술하였다.

서울특별시는 지난 5월 16일 "서울특별시 지역건설산업 활성화에 관한 조례"를 개정 공포했다. 서울특별시는 사업의 기본계획 단계에서 분할발주 여부를 검토 시행하고, 활성화 추진 목표 달성 현황을 매 반기별로 건설위원회에 보고토록 제도화함으로써 지역중소건설업체의 분할발주 활성화에 물꼬를 텄다. 주요 개정내용으로는 지역 중소건설업자의 공사참여 기회를 보장하기 위하여 분할 발주 가능 여부를 판단함에 있어 예산편성과 기본설계 등 사업의 계획단계부터 검토 시행토록(제6조제2항, 신설) 했으며, 매년 반기별로 활성화계획의 추진 목표 달성 현황을 보고하되 정성적인 부분과 정량적인 부분을 모두 보고토록(제4조제6항, 신설) 한 것이다. 이번 조례 개정으로 서울특별시는 "공사의 성격상 공종을 분리하여도 하자책임 구분이 용이하고 품질 및 안전관리에 지장이 없는 기계설비공사 등에 대해 분리발주를 적극 적용함으로써 지역 중소전문건설업체의 권익을 도모하는 한편 타 시 도의 표본이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다"고 밝혔다.

여성의 고학력화와 기혼여성의 경제활동 참여율이 날로 증가되는 현실에서 기혼여성의 건강관리 대책 마련을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자, 건강증진생활양식의 핵심 요소인 식생활과 신체활동 상태를 평가하고, 기혼여성의 건강증진생활 양식에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 상호관계와 각 요인들의 영향력을 파악하여 취업 여부별로 건강증진생활양식 예측모형 구축을 시도하였다. 이를 위해 대졸 이상의 기혼여성을 대상으로 인구 사회학적 특성과, 가정과 사회에서 맡고 있는 역할의 수, 각 역할에 대한 중요성 인식도 및 부담도, 가족 및 기타 가사관리자의 조력, 스트레스ㆍ우울ㆍ피로와 같은 심리적ㆍ신체적 증상과, 자아효능감, 그리고 건강증진생활양식에 대한 자료를 수집하였다.(중략)

오픈소스 소프트웨어는 소스코드를 공개해 누구나 제약 없이 소스코드를 보고 사용할 수 있는 오픈소스 라이선스를 만족하는 소프트웨어다. 오픈소스 소프트웨어의 장점은 라이선스 비용절감, 특정 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어의 종속성 탈피, 유연한 연동성, 수 많은 개발자의 참여로 인한 빠른 발전 속도와 신뢰성에 있다. 단점으로는 체계적이지 못하고, 유지보수가 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 취약점 침해여부 모델을 이용하게 된다면 오픈소스의 단점을 보완할 수 있다.

만성 신부전환자에서 isoniazid(INH)의 약동학적 변화여부를 검토하고 특히 N-acetylation 대사능의 억제 여부를 평가함으로써 만성신부전환자에서 적정 INH 항결핵 요법율 위한 기본자료를 제공코자 하였다. 본 연구는 pararell group 디자인에 의한 일차 연구와 sequential 디자인에 의한 2차연구로 진행하였다. 일차 연구는 37명의 정상 성인군과 14명의 만성신부전 환자군을 대상으로 INH 400 mg 경구 투여 후 INH 및 AcINH의 약동학적 성상을 비교하였다. 이차연구는 만성신부전 환자에서 신이식에 따른 INH의 acetylation 대사능의 변화를 관찰코자 1차연구에 참여하고 성공적인 신이식을 받은 환자 10명을 대상으로 INH 및 AcINH의 약동학적 검토를 재시행하였으며, 이러한 연구 방법을 통하여 만성 신부전 환자에서 Acetylation 대사능의 변화를 검토하였다.

본 연구는 소형망원경 네트워크 구축과 활용을 위해 수행한 국내 천문대(천문과학관)에서 운용중인 주 망원경의 현황을 파악하고 망원경보유 기관의 종사자들이 소형망원 경네트워크 구축에 대한 관심을 알아보보는 설문조사 및 분석으로 구성되었다. 각 기관이 보유하고 있는 주망원경에 대한 제원, 사용하고 있는 관측기기, 원격관측 가능여부 및 향후 네트워크 참여 의향 여부 및 주망원경을 이용한 교육프로그램 등에 대한 15가지 설문내용을 국내 망원경보유기관에 설문의뢰해서 얻어진 결과들을 발표할 예정이다. 국내 소형망원경들을 공동 활용하여 연구 및 교육활동에 활발하게 사용하는데 기여하기 위한 방안의 일환으로 사용될것으로 판단된다.

cross-texting은 실수로 의도하지 않은 상대방에게 메세지를 잘못 전송하는 것을 말한다. 휴대폰 메신저 사용이 활발해짐에 따라 이 같은 실수가 빈번하게 발생하는데 메신저에서 제공하는 기능은 대체로 사후 해결책에 해당하고 사용자가 사전에 실수를 발견하기는 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 작성한 문장의 형식적 자질를 분석하여 현재 참여중인 대화에서 작성한 문장이 cross-texting인지를 판별하는 모델을 제안했다. 문장에서 높임법, 표층적 완성도 자질을 추출하고 이를 통해 특정 사용자의 대화를 모델링하여 주어진 문장이 대화에 부합하는지 여부를 판단한다. 이같은 방식은 채팅방의 이전 기록만으로도 사용자가 작성한 문장이 cross-texting인지 여부를 쉽게 판단할 수 있는 힌트를 제공할 수 있다. 실제 메신저 대화 말뭉치를 이용해 제작한 데이터에서 94% 정확도로 cross-texting을 탐지했다.

World Bank projects enable Korean engineering firms to enter new markets and diversify their portfolio. These firms need to understand the critical factors for bidding success in such projects. The World Bank publishes as open records all their bidding history data in their open database. This provides an opportunity to identify empirically the factors that determine which firms on chosen. This research collected relevant bid data, focusing on Indonesia, to perform a logistic regression with the goal of statistically identifying significant factors that result in bidding success. Results showed that work experience, being included in a consortium, and having a local partner positively affected winning a bid. On the other hand, having a local competitor of the recipient country negatively impacts the chances of attaining a bid. Commensurately, Korean engineering firms need to increase their work experience in internationally recognized projects, and include a local partner as a joint venture partner to increase their chances, while refrain from conventional projects that can be performed by local engineering firms.
