In the background of rapidly increasing domestic cloud service demand, worries about security and privacy incidents can hinder the promotion of cloud service industry. Thus, it is crucial that the independent 3rd party assures the reliability for using the cloud service. This paper compares several external and internal cloud service certification cases, for example CSA certification, FedRAMP certification, KCSA certification, and concludes that insufficient security and privacy controls are prevailing. As a consequence, several enhanced countermeasures by using ISO/IEC 27017, KISA's ISMS considering manageability and expertise are proposed in the cloud service certification system.

해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트는 사용자에게 해외지역 관련 기본정보 및 전문정보를 다국어기반으로 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서 운영 중인 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트들을 선정하여 콘텐츠, 서비스, 인터페이스, 시스템 등의 세부 항목들을 기준으로 비교 평가한다. 세부적으로 평가 항목 도출에 있어서 해외지역 특성과 다국어기반 서비스를 충분하게 반영할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고 사이트들에 대한 평가 결과를 통하여 향후 해외지역 다국어기반 웹사이트 구축 시 참고할 수 있는 표준 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 기상청에서 제공하는 기상정보를 활용하여 제주도의 대표적인 관광자원 중 하나인 올레길 방문자들에게 더 나은 서비스 제공을 위한 콘텐츠를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 콘텐츠 개발에 앞서 현재 제주도에 서비스되는 기상정보의 종류를 살펴보고, 올레길 방문자들의 기상정보 활용실태를 설문조사 하였다. 마지막으로 설문결과를 참고하여 올레길 방문자들이 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 스마트폰 앱 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.

한국의 과학기술정보 유통 및 분석 전문기관인 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)은 동북아시아 국가들간의 정보 협력과 국제 협력을 위하여 오랜기간 일본과 중국의 정보 유통 전문기관들인 JST와 ISTIC과 함께 CJK(Chinese, Japanese, Korean) 국제회의와 연구협력을 지속해오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이들 국가간 인용정보를 매개로 하는 새로운 학술정보의 개발을 위한 기초 연구를 수행하여, KSCD 참고문헌에 출현하는 일본 및 중국의 고인용 학술지와 양국간 주제분야별 인용특성을 살펴보고 응용 서비스 사례를 제시하였다.

최근의 폭발적인 인터넷 사용의 증가와 또 그것과 유사한 품질의 서비스를 이동중에도 제공 받고자 하는 사용자의 요구와 음성통화 시장의 포화에 따라 무선 데이터 시장을 새로운 돌파구로 보는 제조업체 및 서비스 제공자의 노력으로 IMT-2000 서비스가 이미 진행되고 있다. 비록 2세대 디지털 셀룰러에서 IMT-2000으로의 진화가 현재 지지부진하지만, 2010년경의 데이터 사용량 예측을 참고로 할 때 새로운 시스템의 출현이 필연적이다. ITU-R SG8에서는 1999년 말까지 초기 IMT-2000 시스템에 대한 표준화 작업을 수행해왔던 TG8/1을 해체하고 2000년 이후의 위성 및 지상 부분 모두를 포함한 IMT-2000의 발전과IMT-2000 이후 시스템에 대한 비전과 목적의 정립을 위해 SG8 산하에 WP8F를 조직하여 활발하게 연구하고 있다. 본 고에서는 IMT-2000의 비전 표준화를 중심으로 하여 WP8F의 주요 표준화 동향을 살펴본다. 아울러 WP8F의 유관 기관의 활동도 함께 기술한다.

점진적 빅데이터 학습 기반의 전자저널 구독가치 큐레이션 서비스는 대용량의 학술정보 처리환경을 하드웨어 기반에서 소프트웨어 기반으로 데이터를 학습함에 있어 학습 소요시간 및 메모리 부족 문제 등을 해결하기 위해 널리 사용하는 자질축소 기법에 의존하지 않고 대량의 데이터를 자유롭게 학습하고 증분 데이터 변경요소만을 추가 반영할 수 있는 범용적이고 일반적인 분류기의 구조설계 방법이다. 학술정보의 논문요약과 참고문헌의 데이터 수집 정제 분류 저장 분석을 통해 활용할 수 있는 지표를 생성하여 도서관 학교 공공기관 연구기관 등에 제공하여 기관에서 구독하고 있는 학술지가 연구에 얼마나 활용되고 있는지를 판단하는 정보 가용성을 활용한 양질의 정보원을 확보하여 불필요한 저널 구독을 중단하고 연구자가 요구하는 품질 좋은 학술정보를 제공할 수 있는 서비스로 일반적인 학술문헌 이용도 평가방법과 달리 구독 가치에 대한 지표를 제공하는 큐레이팅 방법이다.

한국은 평창 동계올림픽을 통해 세계 최초 5G 상용화 서비스를 시연하였으며, 대부분의 사람들이 5G 스마트폰을 사용하고 있다. 전 세계적으로도 5G 스마트폰의 사용자수와 5G 네트워크를 이용한 헬스케어, 자율주행, 스마트제조, 가상융합, 대용량 데이터처리 등 산업체 중심의 활용 및 서비스가 계속해서 증가되고 있다. 5G 네트워크는 속도, 대기 시간, 대역폭 측면에서 4G 보다 개선되었지만, 5G 코어 네트워크 자체에 존재하고 있는 보안위협과 5G 네트워크를 구축 및 운영하는 관점에서 다양한 보안 문제들이 존재할 수 있다. 이러한 보안 문제들을 해결하기 위해 UN 산하 정보보호 국제표준을 개발하고 있는 ITU-T SG17에서는 통신사업자 및 부가서비스 제공자들이 5G 네트워크를 구축하고 운영할때에 요구되는 보안 지침에 대한 국제표준을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문은 ITU-T SG17에서 추진되고 있는 5G 보안 국제표준화 동향에 대해 살펴하고자 한다. In the global era, the tourism industry is a major profitable business, and the state and local governments are making various efforts to provide quality tourism experiences. The purpose of this study in a variety of tourism contents is to study barrier-free subway services in line with the global era, and to expand from the existing rapid, safe, and ordered transportation to the provision of high-quality comfort and all-round service experiences. This study compared and analyzed the subway service systems of Korea, China and both countries through the service design method, and presented a barrier-free subway service system to improve the user's satisfaction with the subway service system by improving the user's service experience. As a result, research results showed that 20 attractive quality attributes in 17 fields, such as convenience facilities, language issues, security equipment, and riding environment, play an important role in improving the quality and experience of subway services. In addition, through the construction of a Service Spatial Scenario, an optimized subway service system can be visualized to help understand this so that it can be used as a reference for creating a strategic application.

The purpose of this study is suggest the guideline by analyzing and categorizing the case of trends of Beacon technological development and Beacon-Based service in culture and art space of domestic and overseas. I did some literature research followed with theoretical background of beacon service, also did case study of beacon service application in domestic and overseas culture space. The result indicate that beacon technology can provide a variety services in a wide space. Through domestic and overseas case studies, it was found that beacon service in domestic exhibition space should be given as experience-oriented services beyond benefit-oriented services. As this point of time, this study will become a good resource for various communication services through beacon service in Korea.

This study describes the introduction, growth, current practices and future plans of research evaluation services performed in domestic academic libraries, with a view to informing other libraries considering similar endeavours. To that end, in-depth interviews were conducted with four librarians from academic libraries leading in research evaluation services. The contents of the interviews were grouped into five categories including growth, management, and services. The study found that their research evaluation services were launched around 2010 by demands of members of a university or as a library's initiative to expand the existing services for the purpose of enhancing the university's research competitiveness. The research evaluation services have been strengthened by extending the service scope and improving related systems. Also, the study suggests a comprehensive model that can guide the development and operation of research evaluation services.
