The purpose of this study was to evaluate the validity of the second-order analysis using the load amplification factor suggested by design codes. For this purpose, the first-order analysis with the B1 and B2 factors suggested by KBC 2005 and the direct analysis with the load amplification factor suggested by KBC 2009 (draft) were performed for three-story -one-bay and five-story-three-bay unbraced steel frames. The results of the analyses were compared with the results of the second-order inelastic analysis to evaluate the validity of the suggested methods. The main parameters of the analysis were the scale of the frame, the axial load ratio of the column, and the methods of analysis. The research results showedthat the method suggested by KBC 2005 does not properly consider the second-order effect under the high axial load ratio, but the direct analysis method suggested by KBC 2009 (draft) properly estimates the second-order effect without any serious problem.

Since long ago, there has been a saying that "Drink water to quench thirst, drink alcohol to remove anguish and anxiety, and drink tea to recover from fatigue and refresh mind." Tea is really better for body and mind than water when it is drunken long and is valuable Jinda(眞茶) given by mother nature. In particular, curing tea reflecting characteristics of climate changes in all seasons helps in keeping health. Since tea contains the Yin-Yang system, which is a philosophical ideology of ancient people, old predecessors knew which tea they should brew and drink for curing in harmony with Yin and Yang. As a factor that influences component changes of tea, a complex interaction of heaven, earth and man is important and especially, mind of a person to handle tea is most important. Tea is a natural curing drink, which plays a role as a bridge between humans and nature.

The aroma components of german chamomile tea in Europe and kukwha (Chrysanthemum boreale Makino) tea in Korea belonging to genus chrysanthemum were analyzed and compared. The volatile components of chamomile tea and kukwha tea were collected by a simultaneous steam distillation-solvent extraction method (SDE). The extracted components were analyzed gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Forty-six compounds, including cubebene(14.59%), ${\beta}$-elememe(4.88%) and ${\delta}$-cadinol(1.54%) were identified in chamomile tea. Forty-five compounds including santalol(6.25%), bomyl acetate(3.47%), farnesene(3.37%), 1,8-nonadiene (2.80%), caryophyllene oxide(2.77%) and thymol (2.16%) were identified in kukwha tea. Twenty-two compounds including 4-terpineol, ${\alpha}$-terpineol, thymol, phenylacetaldehyde, V-terpinene were found in both samples.

Automated driving car is drawing attention as a seminal service representing 4th industrial revolution era based on 5G network, AI, IOT and sensor technology. automated driving car is expected to evolve into the final level which does not require driver's input. Drivers are able to consume new additional time in private space. Many industries started to compete to control these time and space. Media industry is expecting quite big change due to the introduction of automated driving cars. This research examines the impact of the media industry and social & institutional issues of automated driving cars based on depth interviews of experts. The introduction of automated driving cars is giving new opportunity for media industry as contents provider. Telcos and IT corporations are expected to compete each other to get the control of infotainment systems of automated driving cars. The reform of current regulations regarding car driving is pointed as important task to protect private information and the introduction of automated driving cars.

The principal objective of this study was to compare and analyze the qualitative properties of MLT (mulberry leaf tea) and FMLT (fermented mulberry leaf tea) on the basis of the anti-cancer and anti-allergy activities of various extracts. The inhibitory effect against S-180 solid cancer in vivo were measured as 16.67% for FMLT and 17.78% for MLT. When the anti-allergy effects of the extracts of MLT and FMLT were evaluated, the hot water extract was shown to block histamine secretion more effectively than the ethanol extract for both groups. Furthermore, when the levels of the inflammatory cytokine of HMC-1 were measured, the ethanol extract was found to inhibit the inflammatory cytokine more effectively than the hot water extract, and the FMLT group was more effective than the MLT group.

Worldwide Electric Vehicle (EV) sales are rapidly increasing. But in many cases, charging locations can be found within or near downtown area of the city which makes EV users living outskirts of the city very difficult to establish their daily EV charging routines. In order to improve this situation, we have come up with a daily EV charge service connected with convenience stores and restaurants within reach of most EV users living in South Korea. We aim to allow users to charge their EVs while they shop and eat, just as if they charge their smartphones at cafes and restaurants. We have gone through user diary research and focus group interview research to figure out current user's concerns regarding charging and maintenance of EVs and applied the findings to our proposed service design.

The aim of this study is to consider the physical distribution system of assembly supplied from $1^{st}$ supplier and module corporation to automobile assembly plant through analysis of existing literatures and interview survey. The major findings of this study are as follows. Parts supply of automobile are to bind together with many regional parts supplier than using multi frequency and small delivery of JIT. Regional physical distribution center of joint parts and integrated physical distribution information center is to be installed in neighboring region of automobile assembly plant in order to reduce the transport cost by designating and activating multiple physical distribution and transport companies in each automobile assembly plant and turning into effective high volume shipping system.

The purpose of this paper lies in summing up the historical stream of industrial revolutions and inspecting the place of so called 'the Fourth Industrial Revolution' set off by 2016 World Economic Forum. This paper examined the development of the First Industrial Revolution, the Second Industrial Revolution, the Third Industrial Revolution, and extracted the characteristics of each industrial revolution. Consequently, this paper certificated the history of industrial revolutions perceived by participants concerning the Fourth Industrial Revolution is problematic with reference to core technology and starting time. In addition, this paper raised a question whether the Fourth Industrial Revolution is another new industrial revolution or not, suggested some conditions required to bring industrial revolution into existence. In conclusion, the Fourth Industrial Revolution discussed enthusiastically in recent times is a sort of working hypothesis, and it is necessary to make future vision appropriate to Korean situation.

This study is to examine the awareness of the 4th industrial revolution among special educational teachers as a preliminary study to explore the future special educational should continue forward in this new period. For the purposes of this study, a survey was conducted focusing on 117 special educational teachers in Korea. The major results were presented as follow. special educational teachers recognized that "the 4th industrial revolution" will have a positive effects on the special education, However, the level of understanding and interest in this was low. Moreover, Special teachers learned about 4th Industrial Revolution mainly through TV and media, recognized the needs for expert education on the fourth industrial revolution. Special teachers recognized that the Fourth Industrial Revolution was necessary for special education but was not realistically prepared. Special teachers said that programs for special education should be developed and distributed based on the 4th Industrial Revolution. In conclusion, The study is meaningful in understanding the Fourth Industrial Revolution from the perspective of special teachers and in providing basic evidence to support special education.

The current research suggests a new industry and employment structure accelerated by the 4th industrial revolution. An in-depth analysis on relevant researches and a macro analysis on industry and employment structure change have been performed. Past and present industrial revolutions have been reviewed based on the nature of employment and industry structure. With technological advances and increase in productivity, the services industry has developed during the 1st and 2nd industrial revolutions. Moreover, in the 4th industrial revolution era, more changes are expected within the services industry. A new U-model has been derived and a service economy acceleration model has been suggested. This research can be used for deriving desirable industry and economic policy. Future research is needed to develop a detailed solution for human resource management strategy for service economy in the 4th industrial revolution era.
