This study was aimed at researching the current condition of differentiated education on gifted infants and a demand for support in an educational institution for gifted infants. The survey was conducted on teachers and principals in infant education institutions including kindergartens, day care centers and other institutions(English kindergartens and playing school) in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon and total 309 questionnaires were collected. Result first, infant educational institutions like kindergartens, day care centers and others lacked infra for differentiated education for gifted infants. Especially in 'the experience of differentiated education' for gifted infants, the three institutions showed a lower level than the normal level. Second, the teacher's demand for differentiated education for gifted infants in educational institutions were remarkably lower than the required level in all three institutions. The study expects that it could be used as the basic standards to seek for the direction of realization of customized and differentiated education that meet the developmental characteristics and educational demands for gifted infants in regular infant educational institutions.

In 1995, the department of multimedia-related study was first founded in Technical Institute and has carried out the fundamental education at academic level in trial and error. Following a bubble situation of multimedia-related industries, the education of multimedia-related departments has mass-produced hurriedly prepared multimedia designers and programmers. With the current IMF economic crisis, demand for the multimedia expert manpower has shrunk drastically and competitiveness for getting a job becomes intense. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to specialize the multimedia education of Technical Institute and to differentiate it from the education of Universe. In this paper, I am going to analyze the cause of various practical problems occurring in the multimedia education in Technical Institute and to suggest the solution and education goal for the specialized and differentiated education in multimedia-related department of Technical Institute.

수학 영재교육이 일반 학교수학교육과 차별화 되어야 한다는 점은 수학적 지식의 습득이 아니라 수학적 지식의 창출에 있다. 수학적 지식의 창출에 적절한 교육프로그램은 산출물을 중시하는 연구과정인데 본 연구는 이것을 성공적으로 수행할 수 있는 프로그램을 소개하며 그 기반으로서 창의적 문제해결과정을 제안한다.

This study is to analyze effect of differential education for individual end-user group with regard to the computerized tax accounting on its efficient education strategy. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, independent variables and dependent variables on education of computerized tax accounting are measured. Also, discrepancies among individual end-user group on operational satisfaction of computerized system, educational satisfaction and practical utilization which are measured by Regression Analysis are confirmed. This could verify that each end-user group has different understanding for the computerized tax accounting education. The result of this study could be an important guidelines to find a solution for the efficient operational strategy for computerized tax accounting education in future also expected its wide application on other similar studies.

정보화 기술의 눈부신 발전에 따라 정보과학 영재교육의 필요성이 대두되면서, 정보과학 영재 판별 및 프로그램 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 그 대상이 대체로 초${\cdot$중등 학생들을 대상으로 하고 있어, 정보과학에 잠재성이 있고 전공 선택에 목전을 두고 있는 고등학생을 대상으로 한 정보과학 영재교육은 부재한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 고등학생 대상의 정보과학 영재교육의 필요성과 효과적으로 시행할 수 있는 교육 방법의 한 형태인 원격 교육, 특별히 웹을 통한 정보과학 영재교육 프로그램과 원격 정보과학 영재교육에 필요한 교육 체제를 제시하고자 한다.

창업학에서 프랜차이즈 비즈니스는 주요 연구분야이다. 또한 국가경제에서 프랜차이즈 산업의 비중과 중요성은 점차 증가하고 있다. 특히, 교육부문에서도 기존 중소형 학원의 점유율은 점점 낮아지고 대형학원 및 프랜차이즈 학원의 비중은 점점 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 프랜차이즈 학원의 경영자와 그 구성원들의 시장지향성 활동 및 경쟁우위의 창출의 중요성은 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 고객지향성 및 경쟁자지향성이 경쟁우위와 경영성과에 미치는 직 간접적인 영향을 프랜차이즈 학원을 대상으로 분석함으로써 학원 운영의 시사점을 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구결과 조직 내 고객지향성과 경쟁자지향성으로 구성된 시장지향적인 활동과 공유는 경쟁우위가 되는 시장차별화 및 혁신차별화에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이를 통해 창출된 경쟁우위는 시장성과 및 재무성과에 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 시장지향성은 시장차별화와 혁신차별화를 매개로 경영성과에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 학원경영자에게 시장지향적인 활동과 조직 내 공유를 통한 경쟁우위 창출의 중요성을 알려주고 있다.

이동 통신 가입자 수가 빠르게 늘어가면서 무선 인터넷 기술은 다양한 형태의 데이터 제공이 가능해 지고 이에 대한 교육적 활용에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 무선 인터넷만의 장점인 이동성, 실시간성, 휴대성, 편리성, 개별화, 차별화 등을 이용하여 학습에 적용하는 것은 매우 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 또한 학습에 있어서 학습하고자 하는 욕구인 동기가 중요시되어야 하며 이에 따라 학습 성취도는 큰 영향을 가진다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 보편적으로 잘 알려진 Keller의 ARCS 모형을 기반으로 하여 무선 인터넷 환경에 적합하도록 수정, 보완하여 동기 모형을 제시하고 적용하고자 한다. 본 모형의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개별화 및 차별화에 중점을 두었다. 모바일 환경의 가장 큰 특징인 개별화, 차별성을 부각시켜 동기 전략에 적용하였다. 둘째, 학습자 진단에 비중을 두어 설계하였다. 모바일에서 개별화의 가장 큰 기준이 되므로 정확한 진단을 할 수 있도록 한다. 셋째, 무선 인터넷에 적합한 동기 전략을 제시하여 단계별 적용을 용이하도록 하였다. 넷째, 평가 및 피드백 후 교사에 의한 학생 개개인의 결과를 제시하도록 하였으며, 이를 통해 후속 학습에 도움이 되도록 하였다. 또한, 본 동기 모형을 초등학교 3학년 쓰기 활동에 적용하였다.

본 논문에서는 게임그래픽 교육의 차별화를 위한 학습도구의 하나로 MOD형 게임을 이용한 학습방법을 도입하였다. MOD형 게임이란 수정 변형(Modification)이 가능한 게임이란 의미로, 그래픽 학습자들이 직접 작업한 소스를 게임에 적용해 볼 수 있는 기능을 제공하는 소프트웨어로 게임 그래픽의 특성을 이해하는데 필요한 실질적인 경험을 제공할 수 있다. MOD형 게임의 활용은 기존의 추상적 개념의 이론적 학습에서 불가능했던 실제적이고 구체적인 적용을 기반으로 하고 있기 때문에, 학습 효과와 게임그래픽 교육 방식과의 차별화를 가져온다.

This paper investigates status of the in-service education for curriculum, and seek tasks of the curriculum administration. The major contents are the difference between in-service education and in-service education for curriculum, status of the in-service education for curriculum in curriculum development, and tasks of curriculum administration. The in-service education for curriculum is a kind of in-service education. But the in-service education for curriculum classified dissemination stage and application stage. The in-service education for curriculum in curriculum development focus on the understanding of the basic matters in dissemination stage, and on the in-depth contents in application stage. There are seven types of curriculum administration in-service education for curriculum. This is the classification of the dissemination and application stage, the nature of guided and advice administration, the stress on the improvement of professionalism for teachers, the classify of the in-service education target for curriculum, the diversification of the in-service education format, the recognition as duties of in-service education for curriculum training, and the institutionalization for in-service education out of school.
