Identification of System Frequency Variations in Vehicle-Bridge Interaction Systems (교량-차량 동적상호작용을 고려한 시간가변적 시스템 특성 분석)

  • Natural frequency variations in a vehicle-bridge interaction system is examined. The interaction system is designed for a simple beam subject to a moving vehicle. The equation of motion for the system is derived under the quarter-car condition, and numerical simulation is performed. Frequency amplification ratio (FAR) is defined as a ratio between the initial and the varying natural frequency of the system; a discontinuity in the FAR implies a resonance condition. Analysis is mainly focused on patterns, frequency variation characteristics, and discontinuity points of the FAR under the vehicle mass and tire stiffness variations. The result reveals that the interactions between the system affects the natural frequency of both the vehicle and the bridge in similar frequency regions that can be visually identified at the middle of the span using the FAR.

  • R-410A 냉매를 적용한 9,000 Btu 군용에어컨은 2 1/2톤 쉘터카고 차량에 탑재된 쉘터를 냉, 난방하기 위해 사용된다. 이 에어컨은 차량에 탑재된 쉘터의 벽면에 설치되기 때문에 차량 이동 중의 진동, 충격 환경에서 그 기능이 유지되어야 하며, 이에 대한 진동시험을 실시한다. 진동시험은 MIL-STD-810G, 514.5C-VII Composite Wheeled Vehicle 규격에 따라 수행하며, 동특성시험을 통해 확보된 입력 진동값을 진동 규격과 비교하여 적합성을 판단한다.

A Response Estimation for Vehicle Vibration of Gas Pipeline (가스 파이프라인의 차량진동 응답 예측)

  • In this paper, vibration response of aerial gas pipeline due to vehicle loads was quantitatively estimated through experiment and analysis in open cut construction site. The vehicle vibration of various construction machines causes serious effect to the aerial gas pipeline. The new vibration prediction equations presented in this study can estimate the vibration velocity response of the aerial gas pipeline. In the nitration prediction equations, the vehicle′s weight and traveling velocity, which are the sources of vibration, are combined into the term called, "scaled weight" Methods to reduce vibration were proposed in case the vibration velocity response of the gas pipeline exceeded the vibration criterion, using the vibration prediction equations presented in this study. One was to limit the vehicle′s traveling velocity and the other to install the isolation equipment. Both methods can be estimated quantitatively.

Vibration Serviceability Evaluation for Pedestrian of Concrete Cable-stayed Bridge by Experimental Method (실험적 방법에 의한 콘크리트 사장교의 보행자 중심 진동사용성 평가)

  • In this study, the vibration serviceability of pedestrian by travelling vehicles on the cable-stayed bridge with concrete tower was studied. Experiment variables were considered travelling speed of vehicles, pavement state of asphalt on the deck and weight of vehicles, preferentially. Especially, pavement grade states were considered by A and C grades by BMS (Bridge Management System) standard. The incremental ratio extent of vibration acceleration responses, asphalt pavement grade C over A, was construed to 1.23~1.43. Only, these results are valid within extent of the Scaled-Weight 228.0~1161.9 km/h kN. The vibration equations for acceleration responses prediction of bridge deck were proposed into three types, reliability 50%, 90%, 95% respectively. These equations can consider asphalt pavement grade, and the vehicle's weight and travelling velocity, which are the source of vibration, are combined into the term called, 'Scaled Weight'.

Response Characteristics of Forced Vibration of High Damping Vehicle Passing the Bumped Barrier (둔턱을 진행하는 고감쇠 차량의 강제진동 응답특성)

  • The response characteristics of the forced vibration generated when the high-damped vehicle pass the bumped barrier was studied, and in particular, the response behavior of displacement, velocity and acceleration was analyzed for the forced vibration model. In addition, in order to obtain responses such as displacement, velocity, and acceleration, a numerical analysis technique of the Runge-Kutta-Gill method was performed in time domain. The response was successfully obtained in detail under several high damping conditions. As a numerical analysis result, the response of the vehicle was obtained by considering the vehicle body to which the impulse impact was applied. Also, the analysis result was compared with the experimental result in order to verify the validity of vehicle model. The amplitude and natural frequency of the vehicle were considered and analyzed. The Nyquist diagram of the vehicle model was also obtained and the relationship could be analyzed. And the vibration response was analyzed on different mass, damping and stiffness.

  • The coupled vibration of the deck house and stern structure, which was experienced on a 12,900 TDW Ro/Ro ship, has been studied. It was a large-scale vibration problem where the structure resonates with the propeller excitation at the first blade passing frequency. After discussing the structural characteristics of the ship, the vibration characteristics measured ducting the sea-trial are presented and compared with the analysis results which are based on a 3 dimensional finite element(FE) model. The FE model is also used to verify various reinforcement options and to predict their effectiveness. A substantial reduction or the vibration was confirmed during the sea-trial after installing a few selected reinforcement. The forced vibration response, which is computed using the FE model, is compared with the measured data. The change of the vibration characteristics according to loading conditions is also studied.

  • 본 논문은 자동변속기를 탑재한 차량에서 에어콘(air condition)을 작동시키고, 공 회전시 기어의 변속을 "D"단에 두었을 때 실내에서 발생하는 이상음의 원인규명 및 해결 방 법에 관한 연구 결과를 논하고자 한다. 이 이상한 소음의 원인을 규명하기 위하여 실린더 내부의 연소압력, 메인 베어링캡(main bearing cap)의 진동, 엔진 마운팅 보스의 진동 및 차 량의 실내소음을 동시에 측정하여 분석하였으며 이 결과에 의하면 이상음의 원인은 크랭크 샤프트(crank shaft)의 굽힘진동이 파워플랜트(power plant)를 가진하여 진동을 증가시키고, 이 진동이 마운팅 보스를 통하여 차량의 차체에 전달되며, 차체의 진동에 의해서 발생하는 고체 전달음(structure-borne noise)이었다. 또한 이상음의 주기는 주파수 성분은 200-400Hz 이었다. 이 이상음은 크랭크 샤프트의 댐퍼 풀리의 질량을 저감하여 크랭크 샤프트의 동특 성을 개선함으로서 해결가능하고, 혹은 점화시기를 지연하여 연소 압력을 낮춤으로서 해결 가능하다.

An Experimental Study on Isolation System of Aerial Gas Pipeline for Vehicle Vibration (차량진동에 대한 노출가스관의 방진 시스템 개발을 위한 실험적 연구)

  • In this paper, aerials gas pipeline vibrations due to the passing of vehicles have been measured, and peak values and characteristics of vibration were analyzed. In order to develop isolation system for gas pipeline, six cases with various support condition and hanging method were tested. The hanger used instead of wore rope isolated almost all vibrations transmitted from main beam. In the results of test, we could decrease response of vibration velocity from 49 % to 56 % and response of vertical vibration acceleration from 49 % to 60 %, because hanger instead of wire rope was used and rubber pads instead of wooden shield plates at support positions for Proofing horizontal vibration were used.

자동차 환경 소음 진동 측정 평가

  • 도시생활에서 가장 짜증스러운 것은 자동차 소음이다. 경제발전과 더불어 인구의 도시 집중과 급격한 차량증가는 교통량이 많은 간선도로변을 중심으로 도로교통 소음문제가 야기되고 있으며, 우리나라도 지난 '97. 7월 자동차 1000만대 보유국이 되었다. 도로교통 소음은 자동차에서 발생하는 소음과 차량의 통행량, 차량의 주행속도및 도로주변 조건등 각종 요인이 복합 된 것으로 저속운행이 일반적인 도시에서는 자동차에서 발생하는 소음 중 엔진에서 나는 소음이 대개 60% 이상을 점하게 된다. 이러한 문제점 등을 감안하고 쾌적한 생활 환경 조성을 위하여 환경부에서는 제작차 소음 허용기준을 정하여 제작차가 시판되기전 단계에서 제작차 소음 허용기준에 적합하게 제작되는지 여부를 관리하기 위하여 인증제도를 시행 중에 있으며, 인증 시험에 통과된 차량에 대해서만 제작 시판할 수 있도록 법제화하여 운영하고 있다. 인증에 필요한 시험은 자동차의 가속주행소음, 배기소음 및 경적소음 시험으로써 본 장에서는 제작차 인증시험과 평가방법 등을 소개하고, 아울러 도로교통 소음 진동에 대하여서도 기술하고자 한다.
