Development and Application of a Path-Based Trip Assignment Model under Toll Imposition (통행료체계에서의 경로기반 통행배정모형 개발과 적용에 관한 연구)

  • 이용자의 경로선택 형태를 모사하는 통행배정모형 결과의 정확도는 교통계획에 상당한 영향을 미친다. 이용자의 경로선택 결정과정에서 가장 중요한 판단기준은 통행시간과 통행요금이다. 그런데 통행요금은 이용자의 경로거리에 따라 다양한 방식으로 부과되므로, 링크를 분석단위로 하는 기존의 통행배정모형은 현실적인 통행요금 반영이 힘들었고 또한 수요예측 결과를 이용한 다양한 분석에서 제약을 받아 왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에서 경로교통량을 도출할 수 있는 경로기반 통행배정모형을 구축하였고, 또한 경로거리에 따라 결정되는 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 경로기반 배정모형에서는 GP(Gradient Projection) 알고리즘을 이용하였고, 계산상의 효율성 제고를 위해 K-최단경로 알고리즘 중 MPS(Minimal Path Search) 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 개발된 배정 모형은 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로 통행배정 결과의 정밀도를 향상시켰을 뿐만 아니라 기존 배정모형에 비해 최적해로의 수렴속도도 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문의 배정모형은 경로교통량이 도출되고 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로, 통행요금과 통행 거리 관계에 따른 목적함수의 규명과 그에 따른 효과척도를 계량화할 수 있다. 따라서 본 모형은 통행배정에서 실재상황을 보다 현실여건에 맞도록 규명할 수 있고, 기존의 제한적인 효과분석의 문제점을 해결할 수 있으므로 그 활용범위가 넓다. 또한 본 논문은 개발된 배정모형의 적용사례로서 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안을 제시하였다. 기존의 고속도로 통행요금 산정 방법은 이론적 근거가 미약했던 반면, 본 논문에서 개발된 배정모형과 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안은 고속도로 통행료 결정에 대한 과학적이고 합리적인 분석방법을 제공하였다.한 민감도 분석을 실시한 결과 대안1의 경우 교통량의 변화 및 화물통행의 시간가치의 증가시 사회적 편익이 오히려 감소하였고, 대안2와 3의 경우 사회적 편익이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 경부고속도로의 화물차량의 구성비에 따라 대안 1의 경우 오히려 화물차의 통행시간이 증가함에 그 원인이 있다 할 것이다. 이상과 같은 결론을 통하여 경부고속도로상의 화물전용차선의 설치시는 수답렬 교통량의 구성비와 구간 평균교통량에 의하여 그 효과가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류비용 절감차원에서의 화물전용차선의 설치는 본 연구에서 나타낸 방법과 같이 수단간의 경제적 편익을 고려한 구간별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다..   • To alleviate the demand on private car that is constantly increasing, Busan Metropolitan City (BMC) has established Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) to revitalize public transportation. But there are no unified lane system between BRT and general bus stations, which makes off-lane turning general bus to contribute to congestion. And as the bottleneck phenomenon at entrance/exit accelerates the congestion, there has been huge dissatisfaction among commuting drivers. Therefore, this study identifies efficient methods to operate better through measuring civilian awareness. We evaluate both satisfaction and drawbacks on BRT service with Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). We first distinguish the groups by the awareness on BRT and their main transit usage, and then clarify the difference between the groups. And as a result, the group who is positive to BRT and uses buses often demands improvement in bus indoor comfort and curbing jaywalking. On the other hand, group who is negative to BRT and uses private cars often demands improvement in lane changing and the moving speed of private cars. We next examines the groups with MDPREF, one method of Multidimensional Scaling (MDS). And we have clarified that the evaluating criteria and the individual attributes of the groups corresponds very well.

  • Hydrogen is emerging as a next-generation energy source and development and supply of FCEV (hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle) is expected to occur rapidly. Accordingly, measures to respond to hydrogen car accidents are required and researches on the safety of hydrogen cars are being actively conducted. In this study, In this study, we developed a hydrogen car accident scenarios suitable for domestic conditions for the safety evaluation of hydrogen car in road tunnels through analysis of existing experiments and research data and analyzed and presented the hazard distance according to the accident results of the hydrogen car accident scenarios. The accident results according to the hydrogen car accident scenario were classified into minor accidents, general fires, jet flames and explosions. The probability of occurrence of each accident results are predicted to be 93.06%, 1.83%, 2.25%, and 2.31%. In the case of applying the hydrogen tank specifications of FCEV developed in Korea, the hazard distance for explosion pressure (based on 16.5 kPa) is about 17.6 m, about 6 m for jet fire, up to 35 m for fireball in road tunnel with a standard cross section (72 m2).

  • For bus drivers' safe driving, a policy that analyzes the causes of the drivers' traffic accidents and then assists their safe driving is required. Therefore, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport set up its plan to gradually expand the equipping of commercial vehicles with FCWS (Forward Collision Warning System) and LDWS(Lane Departure Warning System), from the driver-supporting ADAS(Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). However, there is not much basic research on the analysis of bus drivers' traffic accidents in Korea. As such, the time is appropriate to research what is the most necessary ADAS for bus drivers going forward to prevent bus accidents. The purpose of this research is to analyze how serious the accidents were in the different bus routes and whether the accidents were repetitive, and to give recommendations on how to support ADAS for buses, as an improvement. A model of ordered logit was used to analyze how serious the accidents were and as a result, vehicle to pedestrian accidents which directly affected individuals were statistically significant in all of the models, and violations of regulations, such as speeding, traffic signal violation and violation of safeguards for passengers, were indicated in common in several models. Therefore, the pedestrian-sensor system and automatic emergency control device for pedestrian should be installed to reduce bus accidents directly affecting persons in the future, and education for drivers and ADAS are to be offered to reduce the violations of regulations.

Development of the Semi-Crawler Type Mini-Forwarder - Design and Manufacture - (반궤도식 산림작업차 개발(I) - 설계 및 제작 -)

  • This study was conducted to develop the semi-crawler type mini-forwarder that can be operated comfortable small-scale logging operation in the steep terrain and also used at a variety of operations such as the civil work in erosion control and forest-road. Considering the minimum turning radius and the width of forest operation road, the total length, width and loading capacity of the semi-crawler type mini-forwarder is 5,750 mm, 1,900 mm and $2.5m^{3}$, respectively. The maximum engine power is 96ps at 3600 rpm. Selected hydraulic pumps are consists of two main pumps and two sub-main pumps. Main hydraulic pumps are utilized to running motor of the front wheel and rear crawler. Sub-main pumps are utilized to the actuation parts such as steering, crane, out-rigger and dump cylinder. The transmission was adapted as the HST (Hydro-Static Transmission) system. The driving parts are designed and manufactured as the front wheel type and the rear crawler type. The steering type was manufactured as the ackerman type. Driving control parts type was designed and manufactured as driver's seat type of normal cars. It is also attached on auxiliary equipments such as winch, log grapple and out-rigger. The traveling speed of the semi-crawler type mini-forwarder in forest road was 5.3 km/hr to 7.7 km/hr.

  • Speech recognition technology is being combined with deep learning and is developing at a rapid pace. In particular, voice recognition services are connected to various devices such as artificial intelligence speakers, vehicle voice recognition, and smartphones, and voice recognition technology is being used in various places, not in specific areas of the industry. In this situation, research to meet high expectations for the technology is also being actively conducted. Among them, in the field of natural language processing (NLP), there is a need for research in the field of removing ambient noise or unnecessary voice signals that have a great influence on the speech recognition recognition rate. Many domestic and foreign companies are already using the latest AI technology for such research. Among them, research using a convolutional neural network algorithm (CNN) is being actively conducted. The purpose of this study is to determine the non-voice section from the user's speech section through the convolutional neural network. It collects the voice files (wav) of 5 speakers to generate learning data, and utilizes the convolutional neural network to determine the speech section and the non-voice section. A classification model for discriminating speech sections was created. Afterwards, an experiment was conducted to detect the non-speech section through the generated model, and as a result, an accuracy of 94% was obtained.

The Mechanical Properties of SMA Concrete Mixture Using Steel Slag Aggregate (제철 슬래그 골재를 이용한 SMA 혼합물의 역학적 특성)

  • In order to replace mineral aggregate used as road pavement materials with steel slag aggregate, this present study evaluated mechanical properties of SMA Concrete mixtures using steel slag aggregate as oxidized slag from electric furnace in iron works. The variables of this experiment are the aggregate type of mineral and steel slag and the sieve sized of 10mm and 13mm. The physical properties inclu ding the specific gravity and absorption rate etc. of the slag aggregate mixtu res satisfied the KS standard as asphalt mixtu re. As a resu lt of evalu ating the mechanical properties of the asphalt mixtures, the optimum asphalt content of the slag aggregate mixtures were lower than that of the mineral aggregate mixtures, but other quality standards were all satisfied. In the deformation strength evaluation, the slag aggregate mixtures were measu red slightly higher than that of the mineral aggregate mixtu res, and the dynamic stability test satisfied the 2,000pass/mm standard value in all specimens. And, the moduli of resilient of the slag aggregate mixtures showed an improved value compared with the mineral aggregate mixtures. Therefore, as the resilient rate of the slag aggregate mixtures improved, it is speculated that there will be an effect of improving public performance according to the repeated traffic load of the vehicle.

Investigation of Impact Factor Variation of Open-Spandrel Arch Bridges According to Spacing Ratio of Vertical Members (수직재 간격비에 따른 개복식 상로 아치교의 충격계수 변화 분석)

  • An open-spandrel arch bridges, which consists of slab deck, arch rib, and vertical members, shows a various level of moment and axial forces according to the supporting boundary condition of arch rib and vehicle speeds. Also, the definition of impact factor accepts any kind of response parameters, not only displacement response at slab deck. The present study considers concrete open-spandrel arch bridges constrained with fixed conditions at the ends of arch rib and investigates the impact factor variation due to moving load speeds, response parameters, measuring locations, and vertical member spacing ratio of the bridges. The results of Reference model show that the impact factor is biggest when the reactive moment resulted at the vehicle-inducing opposite end of the arch rib is applied. The peak impact factor is a similar level obtained for the middle of the span adjacent to the slab deck center, but it is 19% higher than the peak impact factor calculated using the axial force developed at the same location. Reducing the spacing ratio of the vertical members as half as the reference model whose ratio is 1/9.375 produces a similar level of the moment-based peak impact factor compared to the reference model. However, when the spacing ratio is doubled, the peak impact factor is 4.4 times greater than the reference model.

Deep Learning Description Language for Referring to Analysis Model Based on Trusted Deep Learning (신뢰성있는 딥러닝 기반 분석 모델을 참조하기 위한 딥러닝 기술 언어)

  • With the recent advancements of deep learning, companies such as smart home, healthcare, and intelligent transportation systems are utilizing its functionality to provide high-quality services for vehicle detection, emergency situation detection, and controlling energy consumption. To provide reliable services in such sensitive systems, deep learning models are required to have high accuracy. In order to develop a deep learning model for analyzing previously mentioned services, developers should utilize the state of the art deep learning models that have already been verified for higher accuracy. The developers can verify the accuracy of the referenced model by validating the model on the dataset. For this validation, the developer needs structural information to document and apply deep learning models, including metadata such as learning dataset, network architecture, and development environments. In this paper, we propose a description language that represents the network architecture of the deep learning model along with its metadata that are necessary to develop a deep learning model. Through the proposed description language, developers can easily verify the accuracy of the referenced deep learning model. Our experiments demonstrate the application scenario of a deep learning description document that focuses on the license plate recognition for the detection of illegally parked vehicles.

  • In order to experience and compete in car racing in reality, the barrier to entry is very high. It takes a lot of money and time to recruit or participate in a license, expensive vehicle, and stadium where the game can be played. Because of this problem, various equipment is used to create a feeling similar to real racing in their own space through sim racing equipment. Equipment similar to this reality is called sim racing equipment. The sim racing equipment can be divided into three categories. The first is a racing game device that can run virtual racing, the second is a steering wheel, seat, and cradle that are linked to the racing game device, and the third is a racing motion device that allows the body to experience the direction of movement in the racing game. In this thesis, the feeling of real car racing is based on game racing, and how similar reality to real racing is through the steering wheel and cradle equipment, which are equipment that can control game racing, and motion equipment that allows you to experience the direction of game racing. Let's check how the difference between real racing and data value changes through the G-Force direction and speed change values.
