Mothers in the experimental group participated in the group art therapy program which discussed parent education theories. This Program was composed of 17 sessions, performed once a week for one and a half hours. Research tools employed included parent stress test and parent self-efficacy test. The following results were obtained: Group art therapy was found to bring about a statistically significant decrease in parenting stress. Group art therapy was also found to bring about a statistically significant increase in parent self-efficacy. These results suggest that a program which integrates various parents education theories, within a group art therapy setting, can become an effective parent education tool which decreases maternal parenting stress and increases parent self efficacy.

The result of this study showed that the group art therapy program of the multicultural family's children may have a positive effect in aiding their school life adaptation. The results showed considerable and statistical outcome in the fore and after drawing inspection of the dynamic KSD. Also, the size of the self-image became bigger and their expressions has been increased. The qualitative analysis also showed a huge change in dynamistic personal relationships due to the relationship with their peers with the same aged and the tutor. This study emphasizes the importance of the group art therapy program to be applied before children are admitted to school because of growing recognition of concern about the maladjustment of rapidly growing multicultural family's children. It is also suggests that the group art therapy program of growing multicultural family's children should be viewed with an ecological point of view.

  • This thesis revolves around dual sensory therapy techniques using perception arts group counseling program focused on Popcorn Brain phenomenon. The program emphasizes intrinsic motivations for changes by activating the brain's dual sensory such as a sense of smell, tactile sensation and vision to deal with brain issues caused by digital devices addiction. Perception arts group counseling program is based on voluntary satisfaction of relationship desires, which can lead to a sense of accomplishment and belonging. Expression methods using dual sensory were presented as an alternative to resolving digital devices addiction by blending cognitive-behavioral counseling technique and group art therapy technique. The blending method offers an environment that can maintain a change to a senseless and lackluster brian due to excessive uses of digital devices, the main cause of Popcorn Brain, by emphasizing "thoughts${\rightarrow}$emotions${\rightarrow}$behavior" with a structural expression approach. If perception arts group counseling program is established in more systematic fashion and used strategically to offer such environment, it may be used as a treatment for brain issues described above. In addition, the program can be used a basis for encouraging voluntary treatment to satisfy relationship desires.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a group art therapy on decreasing job stress and burnout of clinical oncology nurses. Methods: The study was conducted using a non-equivalent control group, non-synchronized design with repeated measures. A total of 29 clinical oncology nurses participated in the study; 15 were assigned in the experimental group, and 14 in the control group. Data were collected from May to July, 2014. The study questionnaires were administered in three different time points (pretest, 8th week, and 12th week). Data were analyzed using $x^2-test$, Fisher's exact test, t-test, paired t-test, and repeated measures ANOVA. Results: The first hypothesis "the experimental group with group art therapy will have lower job stress than that of the control group" was support (F=7.88, p=.003). The second hypothesis, "the experimental group will have lower burnout than that of the control group" was not statistically supported (F=1.80, p=.188). Conclusion: The findings of the study indicated that the group art therapy for oncology nurses may positively influence in decreasing job stress, which open a venue for developing a nursing intervention with group art therapy for clinical nurses in future.
