This study investigated the overall perceptions of pre-service school librarian teacher on the current education practicum through semi-structured in-depth interviews and suggested improvements to the educational practicum system. For this purpose, interview data were collected from 28 pre-service school librarian teacher (6 teachers' colleges, 14 taking teaching qualification courses, and 8 graduate school of education) who participated in educational practicum in school libraries, and a research method that combines qualitative analysis techniques with text network analysis was applied. The results of the study showed that pre-service school librarian teacher believe that educational practicum can prepare them for various field experiences and cultivate their ability to cope with situations they will encounter in the future. Through qualitative inquiry, we were able to identify their perceptions of school field practicum as a whole, their perceptions of the school field practicum, and their perceptions of educational service activities. Based on this, to improve the current problems of educational practice, we suggested expanding the period of school internship program, distributing the time, establishing a full-time practice system, having continuous discussions with field teachers, and developing a systematic school field practicum.

Fingerprint recognition and iris recognition, which are one of the biometric methods, are easily influenced by external factors such as sunlight. Recently, finger vein recognition is used as a method utilizing internal features. However, for accurate finger vein recognition, it is important to clearly separate vein and background regions. However, it is difficult to separate the vein region and background region due to the abnormalized illumination, and a method of separating the vein region and the background region after normalized the illumination of the input image has been proposed. In this paper, we proposed a method to enhance the quality improvement and improve the processing time compared to the existing finger vein recognition system binarization and labeling method of the image including the image stretching process based on the existing illumination normalization method.

This study investigates the effects of authentic leadership and organizational supports on the organizational citizens behavior of public welfare facility employee. Structural equation model with four latent variables were constructed to test the hypothetical relationships between variables. Out of 230 people from welfare facilities in Yong-in City were sampled and 216 were answered the questionnaire. Results suggests that authentic leadership and organizational support perceptions were shown to have a positive(+) significant effects on the job engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. Authentic leadership and perceived organizational support are effected as a direct positive effect on job engagement, and the influence of perceived organizational support was recognized as greater fact than the authentic leadership. Variable 'job engagement' took a intermediating role between two independent variables and organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the hypothesis test results we might conclude that welfare facility employee whose task require emotional engagement need to be supported by systematic plan of material resources.

The present study examined the cultural competence of university students on migrants and multicultural society in Korea. A total of 11 university students living in Seoul, Gyeonggido and Chungcheondo, were selected for the interview. The participants provided their cultural cognition, cultural knowledge and cultural skill on a variety of issues related to migrants and multicultural society in Korea. Interview results indicated that participants perceived negative and positive affects to Korean society and prejudice about immigrants, thaught economic support as a emergent policy, and didn't experience multicultural society. They wanted to take a trip and learning foreign language. On the cultural skill participants had progressive perspectives about immigrants' right, discrimination and evaluation and had a multiculturism based on assimilation. Implications of the study and directions for future research were discussed. It is needed to educations and programs for development of university students' cultural competence.

본 논문에서는 블록 놀이의 질적 향상을 위한다. 일반 블록 완구의 해결하지 못한 문제점인 조립과 완성으로 즐거움이 끝나고 분리시의 지루함을 해결하기위한 블록 자동분리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로는 블록을 이용하여 물체를 완성시키는 것에서 더 나아가 자동분리 블록의 외부에 부착된 마커를 스마트 폰을 이용하여 인식하고, 인식된 마커에 해당하는 영상을 스마트 폰을 통해 보며 미션을 수행하여 흥미를 유발시키고, 미션 완료 후 블록을 자동 분리 시키기 위한 블록 자동분리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 특히, 블록에 분리장치를 구성함으로써 스마트 폰과의 통신에 의해 분리장치가 동작하여 블록을 자동으로 분리 가능하도록 하여 물체를 완성 후 분리 시에 느끼는 지루함을 최소화하고, 흥미를 극대화시킬 수 있도록 한다.

본 연구는 주부 소비자의 상품 구매시 백화점 판매원 능려의 중요성 인지도와 백화 점 이용성향을 관련변수 및 판매원의 능력에 대한 소비자 인식과의 관계를 비교.분석하며 인과관계를 파악하고자 하였다 그 결과 기업과 백화점 판매원 및 소비자에게 백화점 판매원 능력의 중요성을 밝혀 백화점 판매원이 소비자엑 질적.양적으로 유용한 정보를 제공하고 소비생활상담자로서의 전문인이 되어야 함을 강조하는데 그 목적이 있다 이러한 연구목적 아래 서울시에 거주하며 백화점을 이용하는 주부 510명을 대상으로 질문지를 통하여 조사하 였다. 그 결과 주부소비자는 상품 구매시 백화점 판매원을 중요한 정보원으로 인식하고 백 화점 이용성향이 다소 많았으며 소비자의 백화점 이용성향과 판매원의 중요성 인지도는 정 의 상관관계를 이루었다 또한 소비자가 젊을수록 교육수준이 높을수록 백화점 이용성향은 높아 이들을 위한 소비자교육이 실행되어야 할것으로 보인다 그리고 여러변수중 특히 주부 소비자의 교육수준은 소비자의 판매원 능력에 대한 인시을 매개로 하여 구매시 백화점판매 원의 중요성 인지도와 이용성향에 영향을 미치므로 소비자가 최종 구매결정 단계에서 최선 의 선택을 하도록 기업측은 보다 질이 강화된 판매원 양성에 주력하여야 하고판매원 능력중 에서 판매기술은 더욱 소비자 지향적인 체계로 전환할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 주부의 라이프스타일을 유형화하여 구분하고, 유형화된 라이프스타일에 따라 가정관리행동유형 및 가정생활만족에 차이가 있는지를 파악하여 주부의 가정생활의 질적 향상을 증진시킬수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 라이프스타일을 알아보기 위해 주부의 태도, 관심, 의견(A.I.O)에 관해 요인분석과 클러스터 분석을 한 결과 우리나라 도시주부의 라이프스타일은 현대적향유형(28.1%), 보수전통주의형(26.3%), 건전활동형(21.5%), 소극적침체형(24%)으로 분류되었다. 주부의 관리행동유형은 대체로 변화지향적으로 나타났으며 학력이 높을수록 자녀수가 적을수록 변화지향적인 관리행동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 주부의 가정생활만족도는 약간높게 나타났으며 라이프스타일에 따라 전반적인 가정관리행동유형은 의사소통과 계획의 융통성에 있어서는 변화지향적인 관리행동을 보이고 자원활용에서는 안정지향적이고 자원인식에서는 안정, 변화의 중립적인 관리행동을 하는 것으로나타났다. 라이 프스타일에 따라 가정생활만족도는 건전활동형이 높았으며 소극적 침체형이 가장 낮았다가 정관리행동유형이 가정생활만족도에 영향을 미치는데 의사소통, 자원활용 자원인식 등의 하위영역에서 변화지향적일수록 만족도가 높았다.

본 연구는 전자교육(e-learning) 교수설계자의 핵심 직무역량을 분석함으로써 궁극적으로 교수설계 인력의 전문성 제고 방안 마련에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 우선, 선행연구를 토대로 전자교육 교수설계자의 역량수준도와 역량중요도를 분석할 수 있는 설문 조사지를 개발하여 50명의 전자교육 교수설계자를 대상으로 설문하고 그 자료를 분석하였다. 활용 가능한 42부를 최종 분석에 이용하여 SPSS 17.0을 사용하여 통계 처리한 결과, 전자교육 교수설계자는 전반적으로 보통 수준을 상회하는 양호한 역량 수준도를 보유한 것으로 나타났지만, 역량중요도 인식과 비교해 볼 때 평균적으로 큰 차이를 나타냈으므로 직무수행을 위해 갖춰야 하는 역량의 중요성에 비해 전자교육 교수설계자의 현재 역량 수준도는 충분하지 못하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 향후에는 인터뷰와 같은 질적인 접근을 통해 좀 더 현실적인 업무 환경을 반영한 역량 연구와 더불어 직무 인식도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 수많은 자극 가능성을 최대한 수렴한 세분화된 연구를 통해 전자교육 교수설계자의 상황과 수준에 맞는 양질의 교육 프로그램을 다양하게 제공해야 할 수 있도록 연구할 필요가 있다.

우리는 관절체 캐릭터에 대해 시간에 따른 인식의 정도를 측정하는 모션 특징점 맵을 제안한다. 모션 특징점 맵은 이미지 특징점 맵에서 사용된 가우시안 거리 방법을 응용하여 계산할 수 있다. 관절 계층 구조에서의 모션과 시각적 인지간의 관계를 고려하여, 우리는 관절 동선 모션 특징점 맵과 관절 구동 모션 특징점 맵의 두 가지 모션 특징점 맵을 정의하였다. 정의한 두 가지 모션 특징점 맵을 사용하여 한 프레임에서의 모션 특징점 맵 또한 계산할 수 있다. 계산된 모션 특징점 맵은 모션의 시놉시스 생성, 정운동학 연산량의 축소, 자동적 카메라 동선 생성 등 여러 가지 응용 분야에 적용할 수 있다. 실험을 통하여 우리는 모션에 대한 인식 기반적인 접근을 통해 모션의 질적인 향상은 물론 계산적인 퍼포먼스의 향상에도 많은 기여를 할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
