The birefringence of distributed, uniaxially anisotropic molecules like liquid crystals is calculated as the degree of ordering is varied. The relation between the normalized birefringence ${\Delta}n_{rel}$ and the orientational order parameter S is investigated. The distribution function, which enables one to monitor the degree of ordering of liquid crystals including randomly distributed ones, is introduced. Using this distribution function, a series of distributed liquid crystals with order parameters ranging from 0 to 1 are generated, and ${\Delta}n_{rel}$ and S of the correspondingly distributed liquid crystals are calculated. Based on the calculated data, it is revealed that ${\Delta}n_{rel}$ and S satisfy the quasi-linear relation of $S=(1+a){\Delta}n_{rel}-a{\Delta}n^2_{rel}$, where a can be approximated as $n_o{\frac{{\Delta}n}{4}}$. The anisotropy of molecular polarizability is also calculated, using the birefringence, and separately following Vuks' method and Neugebauer's method, and it is shown that the relations between S and the molecular-polarizability anisotropy are also quasi-linear.

The universality of the quasi-linear relation between the order parameter S and the normalized birefringence ${\Delta}n_{rel}$, $S=(1+a){\Delta}n_{rel}-a{\Delta}n^2_{rel}$ is confirmed. It is verified that the refractive index of liquid crystals distributed with regular polyhedral symmetry is isotropic and it is given as $\frac{1}{n^2_{av}}=\frac{1}{3}\(\frac{1}{n^2_e}+\frac{2}{n^2_o}\){\cdot}S$ and ${\Delta}n_{rel}$ of angular weighted liquid crystals that are initially distributed with regular polyhedral symmetry, are numerically calculated. Also ${\Delta}n_{rel}$ and S of liquid crystals that are conically distributed, keeping the rotational symmetry about z-axis are calculated as the apex angle of the cone is varied. Based on these calculated results, it is confirmed that the quasi-linear relation between S and ${\Delta}n_{rel}$ is universal, independent of the details of the distribution function.

Modern police activity is achieved than individual achievement by police officers through member's interaction. It is police's goal which protect citizen's life and body, property and is public order maintenance and to achieve this, suitable police official's selection and public official upgrading the quality and capacity strengthening are important element. But, polices organization has characteristic that do activity by team, and therefore, mutual cooperation of police officers is important first of all for public order preservation. Therefore, this study limited as patrol police officers and investigated realization difference about organizational effectiveness for public order maintenance. Analysis result, realization of organizational effectiveness appeared difference according to sex, age, area, police departments, class, period.

This study was intended to analyze media in education policy from the governance perspective and suggested some orientations and innovative ideas to a new governance in media in Education. For these purposes, this study reviewed related literature about media in education and governance policy and drew a governance model of educational community as an analytic scheme to understand a governance approach to orientation-order-performance of Schmank. Thereafter, the study analyzed formulation and implementation processes of media in education policy, based on some criteria to operate the model, and also analyzed the policy governance in a comprehensive way. Based on the results, this study suggested recommendations to innovate current media in education governance as follows: (1) working towards an idea of operative cooperation through reforms (2) constructing a rational policy system to incorporate socio-political variables, and (3) activating cooperative governance to transform 'governing' into 'governance'.

최근들어 금융산업에 있어서 중요한 패러다임의 전환은 정치 경제질서의 변화에 수반되는 개방화 '자율화 추세이며, 국내 금융기관들은 이러한 전환기를 극복하고자 다양한 경영전략을 구사하고 있다. 그 중에서 가장 두드러져 보이는 것이 경영변화 모색을 위한 정보기술의 활용 촉진이며, 이는 어느 산업보다도 정보강도가 높은 금융기관 있어 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 결정적인 힘을 가진다 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 배경과 정보시스템 평가이론을 바탕으로 금융기관의 정보인프라 (Information Infrastructure) 수준을 측정하고 이 수준이 금융기관의 경쟁력에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 고찰하고자 하였다. 연구대상 기관은 국내 예금은행중 선발시중은행, 후발시중은행, 지방은행 등 3그룹에서 각각 3개은행씩을 선정하였으며, 정보인프라 수준을 독립변수로 그리고 업무 생산성을 나타내는 직원1인당 부가가치및 정보화지수를 각각 종속변수로 활용하였다. 연구결과 분명한 것은 금윤산업에 있어서 정보인프라의 효율적인 구축이 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 있어 매우 중요한 전략으로 제시될 수 있다는 것이며, 특히 생산성 향상을 지속하기 위해서는 유형의 자원 (Visible Resource)과 아울러 조직, 인력, 전략 등 무형의 자원 (Invisible Resource)에 대한 정책지원이 폭넓게 이루어져야 한다는 것이다.

To quantitatively measure or evaluate aesthetic factors is not easy in comparison with physical, functional, behavioral or economic factors. Yet aesthetic factors essentially play an important role in design modeling process. Despite its importance, research on aesthetic assessment or the interaction of aesthetic influential elements is insufficient. Therefore, this study is intended to find the relationships between visual preference and aesthetic variables of perceptual-cognitive dimension and affective dimension in commercial space design. According to the result of this substantiation research, aesthetic variables that give a positive effect on the preference of commercial space design are unity, order, and clarity in perceptual-cognitive dimension and 'pleasant', 'relaxing' in affective dimension. On the other side, aesthetic variables that give a negative effect on the preference are contrast, complexity, and ambiguity that is a contrary concept of clarity in perceptual-cognitive dimension and 'exciting', 'arousing' in affective dimension.

Recently, there is increasing interest in strengthening wholesaler functions and building cooperative relationships between wholesalers and small and medium pharmacy stores in medical supplies channel. Building cooperative relationships between wholesalers and small and medium pharmacy stores is a prior condition to normalize and modernize medical supplies channel. This study tries to understand relationship characteristics and examines the relationships between relationship characteristics and cooperation in medical supplies channel. Drawing from the previous studies, this article identifies relationalisrn, reward power, trust, and dependency as the relationship characteristics and empirically investigates their relationships. The study results confirm that relationship characteristics have significant effects on cooperation and satisfaction. Also cooperation influences satisfaction. Based on these study results, various plans to build cooperative relationships between wholesalers and small and medium pharmacy stores are suggested.

The structural changes and dielectric properties of Pb1-x(Na1/2La1/2)x(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 compounds substituted by 0∼50 mol.% of Na+/La3+ mixed ions were investigated by X-ray diffraction method, IR and Raman spectroscopy, and LCR meter. The amount of perovskite phase increased with the increases of Na+/La3+ substituents and sintering temperatures. Although the superlattice lines due to 1:1 ordering were not detected by X-ray diffraction method, it was found, from the Raman spectroscopy and the increase of diffuseness coefficient, that the ordering behavior was related to the decrease of A site ion size. Dielectric properties in Pb1-x(Na1/2La1/2)x(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 were affected by the amount of perovskite phase, grain size, and density. The phase transitions were broadened and phase transition temperatures were lowered by the increase of Na+/La3+ ions.

본 연구는 서울지역 아파트 거주자를 대상으로 거주자의 주거환경 만족도, 인구통계학적 특성과 주거형태에 따른 주거환경 만족에 차이, 그리고 주거환경 만족도간에는 상관관계가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울지역 아파트 거주자 500명을 대상으로 2009년 9월 1일부터 2009년 9월 20일까지 조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 빈도 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan Multiple Ranger's Test 등을 계산하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울지역 아파트 거주자의 주거환경만족도는 중간이상의 수준을 나타냈으며, 사회환경 중 단지질서 만족도가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 거주자 변인에 따른 시설환경 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 거주자 변인에 따른 근린, 사회환경 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 4) 주거환경 만족도 변수상호간에는 주택환경 만족도와 단지 내 환경 만족도, 단지 내 환경 만족도와 관리상태 만족도간 밀접한 상관관계가 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 저축은행 부실에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수를 선정하고, 기존 전통적인 통계기법에 국한된 국내 부실 예측 연구를 벗어나 기계학습을 활용하여 부설 예측모형에 대한 성능을 향상시키는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2010년부터 2014년까지의 부실저축은행 297개사와 건전 저축은행 88 개사의 재무정보 1,5067개 분기자료를 기반으로 로지스틱회귀분석 뿐만 아니라, ANN, SVM 및 Decision Tree와 같은 알고리즘을 이용하여 보다 정교한 부실 예측 모형을 개발하고 활용함으로써 금융기관에 대한 리스크 상시 감시를 통해 부실을 사전에 예방하고 시장의 안정화 및 금융질서를 유지함을 목적으로 하고 있다.
